I had ordered an unisex NOISEFIT watch which delivered to client today (18 Aug 2021), the tracking number is MYNP[protected]. But the envelope seemed to be tampered and there was no watch inside the case. I have read similar complaints about Myntra but never expected to happen to us. It definitely looked like somebody had opened the bag and removed the item and retaped it back. Please look into it urgently.

I have ordered few products from leading lady camisole and bra on 10 july 2012. After even waiting for a month i didn't receive the product. i tried to contact several times with the customer care but they didn't gave me a proper response. Still there is no update on the app.

I have ordered items worth of 15k few days back. Today when I opened the Myntra application it showed that there is no orders. And when I try to track order from email it required login. But when I attempted login I was not able to log in my account and suddenly my got blocked. God knows what they are doing. Please look into it and do the needful.

I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA and i have bought many many products . 15 days back my account was locked by Myntra without any prior information to me and that too in the middle of my order which got shipped by them. I called their customer care 4 times and spoke with them but none of them told me the reason for blocking my account and also they could not resolve my problem. Only thing the customer care used to tell me that my query will be resolved in 2-3 days and for that I will get a message. When I had got the message from them...I was unable to open the link showing my query since the same was linked to my account and my account is blocked by them. I have balance of Rs. 2235 approx in my account with Myntra Wallet which Iam unable to use since my account is locked. The customer care refused to transfer my money from their wallet to my bank accounts. I want my hard earned money back which Myntra has deliberately forfeited and also not communicating me as to why they have locked my account.

My Orders are not visible on Myntra.com and as well as on app. I have placed order 3 days back and I received email confirmation on my registered email ID that my order is placed. But now there are no orders showing to track. I already paid the amount. There is no any customer care live service to resolve this issue. How to resolve this issue..

Actually, my order was dated to be received on 20 Aug but I received it today i.e., 18 Aug and I want to exchange my product as I am not satisfied with this so I went to the order history I didn't find any of the orders in my history and I was unable to exchange or return my product.

Spoken with Delivery agent. He acknowledged that he lost the item.
Called customer care 4 times in 2 days, didn't get any resolution till date.
Need compensation for the same.

The senior customer exec from the Myntras team called me. He did not respond or tried to resolve the issue. The exec said he verified with the Myntras pickup partner, who came on 26th July 2021 to pick up my return. The hilarious part here is that the Customer service team is ready to believe the version of their courier/delivery team, who might say stuff to save themselves from getting fired/grilled by senior management. I still do not understand why the Customer service team believed the oral version of a pickup partner who himself said the product was intact (with brand and price tag) and it was eligible for a refund while picking up the order from my home.

After the whole experience, I feel disgusted about Myntra and their customer relations team management. The senior customer exec who called me yesterday assured me I would get a call back from his senior, which I did not where it is already past the 24 hours promised by him.
First, the order delivered not being the size I ordered. Second, the customer service team saying they couldn't do much about my case and marking my case multiple times as resolved. I understand now why the Indian E-Commerce space cannot expand into other parts of the world and need some American giant to gobble Indian eCommerce to make them better companies.

Hey peeps at Myntra, I haven't heard from you for 2 days. I understand your incompetency in resolving the matter regarding the refund status of my return. This kind of decision paralysis will only destroy your brand's reputation. Still waiting to hear from your super senior customer exec, LOL !!!

I still did not receive any reply from Myntra yet. They neither sent my package nor did they process the refund. Myntra has pathetic customer service. Myntra peeps don't even have a basic protocol in place to follow up on customer grievances. Hey Myntra, improve your grievance redressal system to retain customers.

Issue IN[protected] dated 11 August [Issue Closed]

The case manager from Myntra's Escalation desk has called me after several calls from our side. The case manager named Vishal has assured me that there was a fault at their end, they have found the brand tag of the jeans, and the refund would be processed to my bank account.

The case manager named Savitha has opened another issue related to my return request. Now, she asks me to wait for another 2-3 days for a resolution. Meanwhile, I get a mail which states that the product I returned is on its way back to my home since it has failed quality check.

I am confused about how a company as big as Myntra can have miscommunication within its own department. It's is mind baffling. One day-case manager Vishal says they will fully refund the amount, and on the other day, Savitha, the case manager, asks for some more time and re-opens a closed issue with me getting a mail that says my return will be "re-shipped." It makes 0 sense to me, coz the whole issue has been dragged for over a month with no resolution. The incompetence from the side of Myntra is clearly understandable, and the way they made the whole experience of returning a perfectly fine product is unpleasant.

This would be my last time shopping on Myntra. The whole experience was awful and would always make me attach a bitter taste to the brand name of Myntra.

I have ordered 5 jeans on Myntra out which I received 3 and other 2 jeans I have not received . From 1 week I was getting messages from its courier as delivery failed and will retry next day this gone till 15 days and later after 15 days I get message out for delivery and I don't receive parcel nor call from the delivery agent and I dint got any messages from Mntra as the item delivered and till today I have not received the product and all of sudden its showing delivered on 19th July and I am not able to connect nor get reply from Myntra and I contacted the customer care they call back and ask to wait and then hang my order Id is Order ID # 1177297 [protected]

I ordered Royal Son sunglasses and received an empty box. The box was had original seal tampered and retaped. I immediately called the delivery guy on noticing this but he declined my call. I called the customer service after that and explained the issue. After that they responded that they have asked theor logistics team and the issue is resolved and won’t be further entertained.
I have been a myntra customer for a long time and this is the first time I am experiencing such negligence and bad customer service over Rs.404 sunglasses.
I’d like my money to be refunded asap.

I ordered a black invictus shirt. After then I applied for return request but the return request was not available, then i applied for self ship return option and i shipped my package at the given address but it came back after asking the company they are not giving any response about that, and then i am asking to cancel self ship return request so that, i can apply agin for return request from different locatiln but... still no response and no help or after wondering into whole whole app no option is their for cancellation of self ship return request. Please help me. What i want is to get my refund back

seller did sent the fake used/product, don't know whether person who packed done this fraud or the company but its the company's responsibility to deliver the product ordered for the price paid. paid amount : 1959 and received a fake product which they are denying. please help me with this.

Cheating in some brand name n taking higher amounts, this kind of fraud should be stopped

I did not recieve the package but it shows delivered and I have called myntra 4 times but then they are not answering at all.

I had ordered an item on 30th July, Its delivery was promised by 9th of August. First, they delayed the delivery citing some technical issues and after speaking to the customer care, they had told me that the issue would be resolved, but instead, they canceled the order and initiated a WALLET refund which I had got no information about until I checked the app to get an update of the scenario.
I had completed the payment through UPI and I should have got a refund in my Bank account itself, instead, they refunded the money in myntra wallet.
While speaking to the customer care executives I made it very clear that I want the product and not any sort of refund.
1. They delayed delivery by a very long period of time
2. They have the item in stock and for a higher price.
3. They refunded the money into the "myntra" wallet without my authorization.

Please resolve this issue!

I requested return of my fablestreet black skort on 31 July 2021 and Roadster shoes on 28 July 2021 at first I got 9 August as pick up date.
Since then the pick date is extending everyday, every new day I get another extended pick up date now today it showing 26 August 2021.
I tried to contact myntra several time through toll free call mai message but my problem was not solved, even the canceled my pickup without asking me, then I rescheduled the pickup.
This is disgusting, how can a this big company be so careless.
I'm trying to contact the customer service from last many days but I all seem worthless
No one I available to talk just a computer feeded messages that too gives the incorrect information.
I used so many online sites but never expected this kind of extremely poor service from myntra.
I just regret why I choose myntra for online shopping.
One is to listen to the problem.
And I doubt that after period of 30 days myntra will cancel the return procedure.

I have received a different product from what I ordered and now Myntra is denying to return. It's a cheaper product has a completely different address mentioned on the outer parcel cover
