I ordered a pack of 2 H&M Tshirts from Myntra on 21st July 2021, and it was delivered on 28th July 2021. After opening the package, I noticed that Myntra had delivered only one T Shirt instead of the two that I paid for. I raised a complaint the same day and requested return of the product. The next day, the delivery partner visited and put the return on hold, as he found only one T shirt in the package, which was actually the result of Myntra's error. On 30th July, they closed my complaint stating that they have delivered the complete product(s) and there has been no issue in the logistics or the packing process and the claim stands declined.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Ali Qambar Rizvi Update: 3rd July 2021, I received a call from a Customer Care executive from Myntra and she closed the issue once again, citing that internal investigation had revealed there was no issue from their end. As for me, this amounts to cheating and forgery. Myntra has duped me by delivering just one T shirt instead of two. Please follow up on this complaint.
