I have Myntra.com account under registered mobile number [protected] and email id parismit.[protected]@gmail.com i have multiple order returns where Returns have been pickup up my Myntra. however, Refunds status shows that Bank is Credited, but i have not received any refund in my bank account since last 2 months. i tried to reach the myntra customer care as well have raised the issue in the Help Center, but still no resolution received. my hard money is lost. kindly help me in this matter.

    I have ordered from myntra for an occasion next week and now its been 7 days since i ordered the products and now they have cancelled my order. How can people trustly buy from these site . Now what will i do for the function for which i have trusted and ordered from this damn site. Since 2 days its said out for delivery in track details and they dont even contacted me till now.

      I had placed a order for two mango jeans with order Id 116282617500990264701 . Delivered on 21st jan but I received just one jeans where else I paid for both jeans I.e 4195 jeans worth 2311 is missing . On complaint again and again they approve the complaints 26th jan then on 26th open a new complaint saying the last complain was little wrong it’s saying package missing but whole jeans is missing . Seriously no one will deliver just one leg of jeans ??? Still the call centre executive assured that it’s just a procedure it will get approved since it’s already approved . today they reject it saying they delivered . Complete fraud

        I ordered U.S. Polo Assn. Men Black Solid Xylon Walking Shoes on 16 January 2021, from Myntra.

        I received them on 19 January.
        I wore them to see if it fits me and then put it in the box it came in.

        On 20 January I was getting the same shoes for 2299. So, I ordered them and filed return request for the previous ones.

        I packed them as it were delivered. They got picked up on 21 January.

        I received the 2nd ones on 24 January, better packed than the previous ones.

        On 27 January they notified me on orders section that those shoes I returned has failed quality check.
        On same day I called their customer care service and told them about the situation. They filed some sort of complain and assured me they would take necessary measures to avoid me any kind of inconvenience.

        On 28 january, Myntra app notified me my query has been resolved and those shoes, which I filed return request for, are going to be re-shipped back to me.

        Again, I called their customer care. And they again filed some sort of investigation to be resolved before 2nd February.

        They said that those shoes are used, but all I did was wore it once on the day they were delivered to see if the size fitted me. That was barely for 3 minutes.

        Ok, they reshipped the order.
        I am not gonna receive it.
        I can't believe I am being forced to buy the product.

        Anyways I am gonna assume that my rs 3199 went into the charity.

        I hope People who stole my money find the peace they were looking for.

          I have ordered on CK T shirt and 1 vero moda dress. Dress was already defected. so i put a return request and shirt had fitting issue. But now they are declining it's quality check and dont refunding my money. They are making money by this new policy. How come they fail products even they are unused.
          I want my refund.

            I'm chasing Myntra.com for so many weeks and months for a refund of my two orders and these people are not returning my refund. I have already shared my account statement with these people and checked with Bank as well. There is no problem with Bankside and can you please ask them when I will get my refund?

              I bought a Saadgi kurti from myntra. The top looked like an used and poor quality product and had some perfume smell
              So I raised a return request on 25th jan.
              I selected options 'quality issues - used product' while creating return.
              A delivery boy came and picked up my kurti even at that time he didn't say a single word to me about the kurti quality.
              And the very same day they put my return on hold saying smell perfume and are not refunding my money. The kurti already had some perfume smell and looked like used products that's why I returned it saying quality issues.
              I am completely fed up with their policies.
              They send me a already used product without doing quality check and when I return the kurti they are doing quality check to put this used top on my head.
              I think now a days myntra is cheating their customers.
              Guys please use myntra at your own risk bcoz if they send u already used product then u could not do anything as they will not accept return.
              Very disappointed with myntra .
              Amazon is much better than myntra in terms of trusting their customers.

                This is in regards to the dressberry boots with Order Id # 116033444925832029703 for which I had place the request for return due to size issue I had. The person who came said the product was used and did the take product along whereas it isn't used at all. I called the customer care the same day for this issue and i was told that I will be getting the soulution by 18th Jan. But there was no reponse till 18th Jan. I then again called the customer care and explained them and they told me that I will be getting the resoulution by 21st Jan and again to no response. I called them today on 21st and was told that your case was again declined as the request that was entered was for the wrong product which I never said and explained them many times.

                I then had a written request to myntra on 21st Jan attaching the photos of the product for the proof and was told that the team will be proactively contacting me for the same by 27th Jan. Today is 27th Jan and there is no reply from your end. I called the customer service and was told that there is only 1 day left for your request and you will be receiving the solution by EOD which makes no sense.

                Would request you to look into my case at priority.

                  I ordered Aara top from myntra order I'd #116278730899931342003.The top appearance was different from the picture on app and thats why I returned it.the delivery boy checked all the tags and took the product from me and later on I got a notification that it failed quality check and reason given by customer care is that the product returned does not match with the picture.they are not giving any refund and customer care asking me to provide barcode of the product that is already been taken by myntra's delivery boy.they have delivered a bad quality product that does not resemble with the picture but not refunding amount and took the product as well.

                    Hi sir/ma'am,

                    I am tired of communicating with myntra and pnb.

                    I have made a purchase of rupees 939 on 4th january through my debit card on myntra.com.

                    Now, they have refunded my money back to the same source and these are the transaction numbers.

                    Rupees transaction number
                    939.00 - 85215221020102837923923

                    Myntra says these payment has already been transferred and pnb should have credited these payment to my account which is currently not reflecting.

                    I reached out to my pnb branch and they confirmed that myntra hasn’t credited the refund to my account. I reached out to myntra cs team again and they refuse to research where is the payment gone. Can you please help me.

                      I ordered shoes of rupee 809.10 my order didn't get placed but money got diducted from my account I did complaint to myntra app they said to wait 2 days i waited and now app is telling to complaint in bank i complaint at bank, they said money is transfered from my account to myntra.so please refund my money

                          I placed an order of a Roadster jacket on 9th January, 2021 on Myntra. I paid through Google Pay first with UPI Transaction ID:[protected]. The amount of Rs. 1224 was deducted from my bank account but the order wasn't placed. I contacted Google Pay, ICICI bank and Myntra. ICICI Bank says that the amount has been successfully transferred to Myntra but Myntra claims that they haven't received any money. I contacted thousand times. How has the amount not reached to Myntra with a successful transaction? How can Myntra do such a fraud? I want my refund back ASAP.

                              I had ordered a pair of Roadster shoes( Roadster Women Nude Colored heeled sneakers) a week ago from myntra. It arrived early (15th sept). The shoes looked used so I decided to return it At the time of returning, I was asked the reason for returning the product in the Myntra app, I selected the box "Product has stains". . I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. I did not even put it on the floor. The pick up guy came and refused to take the product as it was stained according to him. Although I was quite surprised because that is the reason I selected in Myntra app. After a detailed conversation with a Myntra executives on their customer service no., he took it back. After that a message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed then I got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                              I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "product looks used". Now why the hell would i do that? Use the product and return it? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is exactly how you sent it why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                                I had ordered online on myntra Mia by Tanishq pendant jewellery. They had delivered on my address on 06.01.2021 and after 3
                                Days i processed for return the items online due to the pendant hook is small. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying self ship means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed. This is totally wrong, if you are delivering at door then return should be also from door. They are saying pick up facility is not there, if not then why delivered at door?
                                On[protected] a guy came saying return request is there from myntra so i returned my item..he said he will send na a message by evening about the return but till now i haven't received any message.

                                My request is please refund the amount immediately.

                                  I bought a Allen Solly jacket on 20th jan from myntra. The jacket looked like an used and poor quality product.
                                  So I raised a return request on 22nd jan.
                                  I selected options 'quality issues - used product' while creating return.
                                  A delivery boy came and picked jacket even at that time he didn't say a single word to me about the jacket quality.
                                  And the very same day they put my return on hold and on next day they completely rejected my return and send me a message that they would reship me the jacket.
                                  I am completely fed up with their policies.
                                  They send me a already used product without doing quality check and when I return the jacket they are doing quality check to put this used jacket on my head.
                                  I think now a days myntra is cheating their customers.

                                    Sir, I had returned a product worth Rs1847 & ₹959 on Myntra for which my refund was processed on 29 Dec 20 & 12Jan21 but even till now the amount is not showing in my SBI Rupay Utsav Card ending with 1207 Refund reference number(17203010365052633788086-₹1847& 30005410130358121392974-₹959.I tried to contact my bank but no charge dispute form is available so they are no t helping me anyway and Myntra is saying since they provided the reference number they have nothing to do with it.please contact sbi for my refund.

                                        I have put an item 1 HRX ritik roshan track pant for exchanged on 13 jan and it had to be shipped on 15 jan but now today is 23 jan has not shipped yet, and my complaint reply has to be come on 23 jan, but they doesn't give me any reply.if you will do like this, no customer ever again purchase anything from myntra, i am facing problem 2 time, i[censored] have a service for exchanging items then why don't you provide that one to users, please shipped my item, its very important for me, you fraud with customers
