They have give a dupptata instead of a top.. It was an exchange product.. Now they are not accepting return for the wrong product delivered..

    I have purchased bata shoes from myntra for Rs.1399 which was delivered to me on 5th feb 2021 it has a return window of 30 days and no questions asked return policy i have raised a return request on 11th feb it was not damaged but pasting was open from front and i have it's tags intact in the shoes only the courier person came and rejected the pickup now the return is on hold stating (quality check failed) and i have made endless calls to myntra customer support they have raised a complaint and refund was declined stating that they have delivered the perfect product i have raised re investigation request for the product it's status is due i have made several calls they are not updating. i am attaching all pictures of the shoes where you can see it's tags are intact and pasting issue and bill please guys help me get my money back asap!

      I received an email from Myntra that per their policy my Myntra credit in Myntra app is about to expire which is ridiculous. This policy does not make sense to me at all. How can money have an expiry date. It's customer's real money, refunded and credited to Myntra Credit. So who gets to keep the money when the credit expires? How do they manage this from the accounting perspective and how are they able to justify such an absurd policy to the financial regulators in this country? Someone needs to worry about balancing the books, right?
      I feel this is a tactic to force customers to spend money on their app without providing alternative to access that cash. Does this not amount to swindling
      Real question Myntra needs to answer and the financial watchdogs need to make note of is, what happens to the money when the myntra credit expires? Myntra gets to keep it as free cash? how is it even possible and allowed?

        Hi, i bought a watch for my mother from my first salary and the product is missing. I immediately called and no solution was provided... refund for the same is been denied... This is my order ID #116440646699885782103. Knowing that no solution can be provided form forums the customer care agent itself suggest you to post it on consumer forums...

            I place a order worth Rs1, 307/- on 8th Feb 2021 and expected date of delivery was 11th Feb 2021.

            Today when I am checking where my product will be delivered I called to customer support they told the product has already deliver on 10th feb 2021.

            I hanvt received the product I checked...

            This is in regards to the Athena overcoat with Order Id # 1163531 [protected] for which I had placed the request for return because I received the wrong product. The person who came to collect the product refused to accept and asked to contact customer care. I called the customer care the same day for this issue and I was told that I will be getting the solution within 24-48 hours. But there was no response. I then again called the customer care and explained to them and they told me that I will be getting the resolution by the next 2 days and they declined my request saying that the product passed the WV check. I had to contact the customer care team once again and this time they asked me to share the pictures of the product received along with the barcode. I did that and again they rejected the request with the same excuse. J have contacted them many times but they are not ready to accept the return. Also, I asked them to show me the proof of QC check they have done. They declined that request as well.

            I then had a written request to Myntra on 11 Feb attaching the photos of the product for proof and was told that the team will be proactively contacting me for the same but there is no response.

            Would request you to look into my case as a priority.

              I placed order of 7 items on myntra.com for rupees 3029 on 11/2/2021. The money was debited but the order was not placed. Since I registered only my mail id and not phone number I tried contacting them through writing queries but the complaint is getting deleted by the team and I did not receive even a single mail from them. I want the order to be shipped or money returned.

                  I had placed an order for a product on myntra. However, due to size issues I had to return the product. On the very next day of the delivery i returned the product to myntra. The delivery boy asked and checked if everything is intact and everything was intact. However, i received a message saying that the product did not pass the quality check. Upon contacting the customer care they informed that there were no price tags hence it failed the quality check. I asked them as to why i would remove the price tags. I informed then that I returned the product as I received it.
                  They are just reshipping the product to me. What am i going to do with a product that doesn't fit. It is completely irrational to fail the quality check based on price tags and hold the customer liable for it when its not even the customer's fault. I would like my refund to be processed

                  I had placed an order for a product on myntra. However, due to size issues I had to return the product. On the very next day of the delivery i returned the product to myntra. The delivery boy asked and checked if everything is intact and everything was intact. However, he declined the return saying that the product did not pass the quality check. Upon contacting the customer care they informed that there were no price tags hence it failed the quality check. I asked them as to why would I remove the price tags. I informed them that I returned the product as I received it. I have been shopping with myntra for over 4/5 years now. If I haven't received the price tag at the first place, how can I return the product with the price tags attached? How is it possible, please tell me? It's very easy for you to do this so that the customer won't be able to return the product and the customer has to pay the price of it. Very good policy you people have. And this is not the first time this is happening with me. It has happened with me 1/2 times before also where I didn't receive the tag. I want a call from one of your senior executives right away. I won't be paying the price of your mistake. I'm very clear. It is completely irrational to fail the quality check based on price tags and hold the customer liable for it when its not even the customer's fault. I want the return to be initiated as soon as possible.

                      My Myntra credit worth Rs 2637 got expired today. I called up the customer care to check about the issue. I had absolutely no clue about the expiry of the credit. Request support to get the back the balance.

                        I ordered a saree on 2/02/21(Tuesday) and received a detected product on 6/02/21(Saturday)
                        The saree's border was detected and it was all mess.
                        Since it was all visible through the transparent cover so I didn't bother opening it.
                        And placed a return request on the same day when I received it which is 6/02/21 ( Saturday).

                        But the product was re-shipped to me by saying that the product was stained which is rubbish because I didn't even open the product.

                        Now when I opened the reshipped product, the saree seemed perfect to me other than the messy border.
                        So I tried returning it claiming that the saree wasn't stained at all and they were lying.
                        But they didn't take it back...the delivery boy said that I should first talk to the customer care and then he'll take it the next day and that never happened as the only response I've been receiving since then is "We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check."
                        Which is a total lie
                        And now I'm stuck in between because I still have the product and as I claim it to be stainless they won't even look at it before sending me the same reply.
                        The saree is worth 1393/-
                        I need a refund.

                          I recently bought a shoe from Myntra worth Rs 3500. It was all good when I received it but after wearing it for a while, my toes started paining and even started getting a shoe bite.
                          So I planned to return iy, the delivery boy even took it back and the refund was put on hold.
                          But yesterday I got a message that my refund has not accepted as the quality check failed.
                          How do they expect me to know the quality of a shoe without even wearing it? I'll have to wear it ofcourse to know about the shoe

                          And now they're not accepting it and sending me the refund. They're a fraud.

                            Hi,

                            26th January my order was picked (moda rapido) black jeans (rs. 756) for free alteration by Myntra pickup service. I specifically requested the pick up guy to take my measurements for alternation but he insisted on borrowing a reference trouser which fits perfectly to me for measurements. Without having a second thought I submitted my GANT olive green trouser of wroth rs. 8, 999 which fits perfectly to me to the pick up guy as he promised delivery of both the products within 2 days.

                            28th jan the alternation marked as delivered on app and I did NOT recieve anything at all. I tried calling the delivery person number but that was and IVR, tried calling on Myntra numbers but it says due to covid we are short on teams. So the only way to get in touch is by raising tickets on their app. I did so and was given a generic response saying within 24-48 hours TAT the issue would be looked into and resolved. To my surprise I did not miss a day taking follow up on the tickets and I recieved the SAME response to wait for another 24 hours. I requested call back from the escalations team and someone named Divya spoke to me. Little did she care to listen to my story she has a generic statement to pass, allow the team for 24 hours and we will get back to you. This has reached limits now and I can't believe a company like Myntra have such a bad staff.

                            It's almost been more than 15 days that I have been looted by this company/delivery partner. The company does not care for returning my money or investigating this matter. I would like to register an official complaint against this company of occuring a loss of rs.9755 for my personal belongings. PFA for the proof of their quality services.

                                Myntra.com is a cheating company & must be closed, they are cheating Indian customers by false information & holding return request by false checking by their collection Guys, Lets all collectively raise voice to ban this company.

                                Below is my Return request rejected based upon false quality check, i have attached pics of shoes & it is newly without any defect & we want to return it due to wrong size, However Myntra collection boy create rejection due to very minor issue & we didn't even use it & it was well packed. They are cheating customers by rejecting return product & not paying our hard money
                                Lets us boycott this cheater company & raise complaints in customers complaint forum

                                  I was ordered a Tommy Hilfiger women shoe price 5699 for my niece for her birthday. But I was received a totally different damage old product from what I was order. I placed a return request and send the pictures of what I was received to myntra and raised a complaint against this. But unfortunately my return was cancelled by myntra and my complaint was also cancel.. I need my refund or the original product what I was order

                                      I received an entirely different shade of sugar lipstick. I had ordered for matte as hell 26 chocolate brown, received scarlette o hara. Please help. I haven't even opened the product because of the wrong shade. I want an exchange with the right shade!
