I ordered a Mango casual blazer on 29/12/2020 according to my size but received a damaged product (had spot on left upper arm) which was not of my perfect size as well. I returned it on the very next day. It was picked up a day later. The return went on hold for a quality check and myntra rejected my return request because of failed quality check. It is to the best of my knowledge that blazer was already damaged before coming to me. I have tried calling customer care but they just put a query from my side on unrelated issue( I told them to add a query that I already received a faulty product then why should I pay for it ).So I'm registering a complaint against Myntra as they're not refunding my money back & help me to get my refund back.

      Placed order (Order ID # 1160935 [protected]) for a set of Masks being sold at a sky high price of 559/- Rs. Item got delivered. When checked out of 3, tow of the masks were damaged and started to tear. Immediately tried to raise a complaint but got to know that it is a Non-returnable product. Then raised a complaint with Myntra on 31-Dec-21 stating damaged product received. They said it will be resolved by 4-Jan-21. Since then I have been following up with Myntra and they keep lying saying we are working on it.
      FYI - The order is for a Mask. The most important accessory in this pandemic situation. I paid such a high price thikning that they are a good masks to protect ourselves. But even after sending damaged product images to Myntra they are not ready to resolve the issue.
      I want escalate it and want others to kow how Irresponsible Myntra is about this ciritical situation and about the customers health. They are not even understanding that these masks are so important for us at this time.
      I want to publish this in all social media sites to that people would become aware as to how irresponsible and neglligent Myntra is about its customers

      It has been 3 days now after Consumercomplaints.in team has sent the complaint to Myntra. But nobody from them has even acknowledged this complaint. This is how Myntra works on customer's issues.

        I have canceled the shirts which was too loose. The delivery person picked up my return and refund has been processed status is shown in the app but its not been credited to my account.please resolve the issue asap.

          I ordered brown colour shirt which has shown in the Myntra app but I received burgundry colour shirt, so I put a return request, at the same day they picked up the shirt and one day ur product didn't pass our quality checks product is returning to you shame on this Myntra I will not order anything in Myntra from now onwards

            I had Ordered 16 Items From Myntra On 20th December. The Items Were Sent Out To My Address In Groups. One Of The Package Was Supposed To Have 5 Products As Mentioned In The Email Received. Out Of Those 5 Products, Only 1 Product Was Received. Rest 4 Products (2 Jockey Boxers, 1 Roadster Men Cargo And 1 HRX Women Jeans) Were Missing. Complained To Myntra And In Response Just Got A Message Saying That The Product Was Shipped In A Proper And Intact Condition After A Successful Quality Check and the complain was closed. Complained again but no positive response.

                Ordered 4456 rupees small size dress for my wedding anniversary.
                Myntra delivered oversize and different cheap brand. Unapologetically now myntra is refusing return of the dress citing correct dress was dispatch. Its pure fraud...It is unfair for me to pay for myntra inefficient process.
                We spending significant amount in online shopping each month and I will not tolerate being scammed by Myntra!

                Myntra after through investigation (as per their records) rejected the return again!
                This is clearly a fraud and please be aware of such fraud by e commerce companies such as #myntra

                    I have purchased Rangmayee kurta set form myntra but due to quality issue I returned it...delivery boy took tha packet on 31 December 2020 but i have not received my money back...even there all customer help line are invalid and they are not accepting complain in Gmail...I m regular customer of myntra... please help me out...I want my 612 Rs back...plz help me...

                      I got my product delivered from myntra on 19 dec. I opened it and didn't found the stuff in good quality so without any delay I created a return request. Next to next day the delivery boy came to pick up the return without checking parcel and denied to return, it stating that it is not having the same product. I then saw it and tried to contact the customer care of myntra. They said they have opened an issue and reply to that with in some days. I was okay with it. Then, 25th of dec I got a reply to my issue that my return request is declined because they have confirmed not the same product is by from my side. And it's nothing like that, I was provided the same product with tag and invoice which is having its brand name on that. Also the return request second time declined and I send it product's front, back and all angle photos send to myntra supervisor but they didn't help me. Why I would be making the wrong product when I know I have to return the product. I have tried talking to them many times, none of them agreed to make it happen also myntra supervisor.
                      What kind of justice is this, this is not good behaviour by myntra. I thought myntra is genuine and loyal but they failed, I need my refund back of Rs 10801
                      Also I have delivery boy number please take certain actions related to delivery boy and number is [protected]
                      Please help me to return the product and send my refund from myntra, I'm suffering a lot

                        I have cancelled an order in Myntra on Dec 26, 2020 and the refund was initiated. Refund should have been credited by jan 05 2021 but its been 2 weeks they have not credited my refund yet.

                          I returned a dress since the dress was too big for me. My request got rejected stating it is a used product. What Myntra does not realise is that if the dress is too big how can I use it. They are not on the way to return the same dress to me which is pathetic since I cannot use it even if I want to. Most pathetic service received and they lost a loyal customer.

                            I ordered a Joggers pant on 21Dec2020 Order ID # 1160417 [protected].

                            On 28Dec2020, i got a message that your product is delivered, then i immediately called the customer care with complaint no IN[protected] for the same. On 04Jan2021, they simply resolved the complaint, when i again called the customer care they confirmed that it was delivered so that closed. After i repeatedly told them that i have not received that product, also told that i have never received a call from their delivery boy. Are they able to identify the person who is delivered the product. they simple denied.

                            When i called the customercare they registered a complaint and the number is IN20122917195468405084. And on 04 Jan, they close the ticket and provided a proof of delivery(First letter of my name). which is not my signature also not my handwriting.

                              I ordered a Mast & Harbour Rust Brown Striped Sling Bag from Myntra on 19th December, 2020 and it got delivered to me on 24th December.. I unpacked the package and realised that the Strap handle of the bag was missing.. Clearly, it was a defective product as one of the most important part was not there.. So without taking much time I issued for an Exchange for this product on Myntra itself.. On 28th December the Exchange process was put on hold as it failed on quality check for that handle only.. Then I was told to contact to customer care and get a pre approval for the exchange. Then I tried contacting Myntra's customer care several times a day but it never got connected as because they have few staffs in this Covid-19 Period so they cannot register Callback request of the Customer... From then till now I couldn't connect to Customer care not for a Single time.. As a result of this my Exchange request was rejected yesterday..
                              Yesterday I issued a Return for the product with proper reason for which I want to return it.. But again it got failed at quality check and I still cannot connect to Customer care..
                              How can I connect to them if they don't even respond on what their customers are facing? please help me in such situation..

                                Can myntra company in aizawl owned their own company delivery boy???are they paying their delivery boy from the delivery charge they have taken every single delivery? Why we have to pay the extra charge for delivering, , , its so bad services and when we asked the delivery boy why we should pay for extra charge, he got angry and said uf you don’t want to pay it then come and take your order in the office by ourself and he hung up the phone, , , is this how to treat your customer, , , so manner less delivery boy

                                  I ordered a pair of silver-toned Carlton London heels on Myntra. Myntra has delivered a damaged piece. The buckle had yellow stains and the sole looked like a used one. I immediately requested for return. The pickup guy did not take back the heels. He instead asked me to send an email to the customer support team with the attached images of the damaged heels. I agreed and sent the images accordingly. Now, the team declined the request and says that we have used the product. These heels were ordered for my wedding. There is no way I could use this product with all the tags intact right in front of the product. The heels are worth of RS.2, 197.

                                  I am very much disappointed about the way Myntra is dealing with customer trust and experience.

                                  I want Myntra to pay back the amount charged on the heels because I don't want to be wearing a pair o[censored]sed heels on my wedding day.

                                        I returned Raymond blazer on Myntra. I just tried once and It didn't look good on me, so, I placed return request within next hour. Myntra put the return request on hold with no reason. I didn't used and it is clean. I hope Myntra is genuine and loyale.
