I had placed an order of 4 items on myntra.com for rupees 1916 on 13/3/2021. The money was debited but the order was not placed. I tried contacting the team through writing a query had asked to revert in case of no mail(s) received at my end in relevance to this issue.The query which I had posted hence am registering the complaint here. I want my money returned asap. Attaching the snapshot of successful transaction

Andi returnedthe product on 29th jan asi wasnot satisfied with the product I still haven't received the refund amount of 1889 . After 20 days of multiple followups. I have written to their help center countless times

          I ordered a pair of shoes, and upon receiving immediately found that the size is larger. While placing the order I saw that it has return and exchange process available.

          I requested for an exchange immediately through the mobile app. The shoe wasn't used at all, we just tried it once on our marble tiled floor and placed it inside the box provided as it was large.

          Now this collection guy comes to receive the product for exchange and says it has a very minor stain at the back of one of the shoes. It surprises me as in broad daylight it doesn't look like a stain to me at all.

          This guy asked me if I had used the shoe outside. I explained him the same stating the shoe wasn't used more than 10 seconds before it was back to the box. He suggested me to report through the app that the product was delivered with a stain.

          Though it didn't make sense I did the same. Now for the past week, I have raised multiple tickets and spent hours on phone stating it has a damage/stain. Within hours they close the ticket claiming it's resolved as their investigation indicates the product was delivered in a fair condition. This frustrates me a lot, and they didn't even mind calling me to discuss about this or even ask for the product photo from me.

          Are these guys running a scam?

          One guy comes and looks at the product and says it's statined and there is these whole scamsters from the back end team claiming it's not without even contacting the customer.
          I have attached photos of the product taken now couple of minutes back. Can someone from Myntra tell me if this product looks stained? If yes or no, then it seems like your collection executive and your backend are not in the same page and contradict each other.

          I have wasted a large amount of time speaking with the customer care, raising and following up on tickets, writing complaints. I don't how many more customers are being treated the same way and don't know when I will get a resolution without these guys sucking my blood and money.

          Got a call back from 2 people claiming to be supervisors and the final guy informed that he'll approve the exchange. Though this resolves my issue, he wasn't able to answer my question, what if the same issue happens with someone else?

            I ordered a Bahama Couture top from Myntra. The size was small, so I requested a return. However when the delivery boy came to take the top he pointed out to some strings in the hands of the top and said that it can't be taken as its damaged. I was awestruck cause I had received the top exactly as it is and those strings were the finished ends of the stitches. Everything was as it is but still he did not take it back saying its damaged as if it was our fault. This is so dissapointing as we always make sure that the product we order is exactly intact and today we are told that those strands of strings have been caused by us. I want my refund immediately. I am so disappointed with the delivery associates of Myntra. I have never faced such a thing from Myntra before but this time it really dissapointed me for the return has been put on hold while everything is absolutely perfect and as it is with the product delivered to us. I want my refund immediately.

            Myntra has been really fast with replying to my queries with regards to the refund of my product which was on hold. The product was picked up the very next day and the money has been initiated already. Thank you.

              I have placed my return request for Anouk kurta on Jan 29th. Pickup is neither attempted nor I got call from pickup executive till today. I have raised multiple complaints regarding this issue and all are getting declined with wrong remarks by pickup executive. Myntra customer care is asking to wait for 3 days when everytime I call, they told my issue will be resolved by 4th March, later they told 10 th march now they are saying 12th March but my issue is not getting resolved. I have been waiting for 40 days. Am really tired calling customer care for more than a month.
              Myntra should not give false hopes to customer like this and should not waste time

                      my account has been blocked by Myntra for reasons best know to them... i have approx 4500rs in myntra credit for over 3 months... have been calling there CC number and mails... but till date not response on my refund.. kindlyHelp its my hard earned money which myntra is holding for no reasons.

                          I have ordered a pair of grey hrx sneakers as there was price drop for my cousin of size 10..i wanted it to be a surprise so i haven't asked him about size and all and i have placed the order worth 1519..which you can consider as a huge sum to a college going student like me...so its booked and got delivered on march 6..he tried it on and the shoes aren't the perfect fit so we have requested for exchange and kept the shoes aside...in the following days the delivery guy came inspected the shoes..we kept it aside tightly packed..but he claimed that the shoes were used as there is no tag ...but there are tags attached to the shoe itself and again he claimed that there is mud...i am freaking out..pls return my money or exchange those shoes with size 11.. consider i am begging you...pls consider your customer's voice..hope you will find a way..

                            I have ordered maxi, the quality was not good the size is too big not satisfied with the product. But got rejection status saying return rejected because quality check failed. Kinldy refund the money as I am not satisfied with the product.

                                I ordered a dress with order I’d 116575945137626899801 from only for rs 2899. It arrived on 25th February but the size was small and so i placed a return request on 7th march but the pickup executive came next day and said that the product is used and it has stains. But there were no stains or smell. Tags were also intact and dress was in proper unused condition. Moreover the pickup executive registered online that the dress has some smell and so the quality check was failed but he didn’t said anything to me about the smell. I again filed a complaint on 8th march and i got a response on 11th march saying that the return is not possible. I haven’t used the dress. There’s is no smell or any stains on the dress. And I request myntra to re initiate the quality check and return request

                                      Had ordered denim from Myntra, opted for BHIM/UPA Payment method. Then paid through phone pay and in phone pay it showed payment successful and also money has been debited from Axis Bank account.                                         I paid for Puma Dare Size 6 shoes on Myntra. They were supposed to reach me by Nov 6 2020. The app says the shoes have already been delivered, but i still have not got them till now.
