3 days back, I received the delivery of 1 product from myntra, but when I checked the product, it was wrong product as well as seems to be used product, this clearly indicates that while sending the product no quality check has been performed. So I returned the product and within 3-4 hours of delivery they picked up the product but later they declined the return saying used product. I contacted multiple times customer care executive regarding the same but didn't received any resolution they said they can't do anything in this, I am feeling like cheated by such a big company while its their fault only.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
