I ordered a saree on 2/02/21(Tuesday) and received a detected product on 6/02/21(Saturday)
The saree's border was detected and it was all mess.
Since it was all visible through the transparent cover so I didn't bother opening it.
And placed a return request on the same day when I received it which is 6/02/21 ( Saturday).

But the product was re-shipped to me by saying that the product was stained which is rubbish because I didn't even open the product.

Now when I opened the reshipped product, the saree seemed perfect to me other than the messy border.
So I tried returning it claiming that the saree wasn't stained at all and they were lying.
But they didn't take it back...the delivery boy said that I should first talk to the customer care and then he'll take it the next day and that never happened as the only response I've been receiving since then is "We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check."
Which is a total lie
And now I'm stuck in between because I still have the product and as I claim it to be stainless they won't even look at it before sending me the same reply.
The saree is worth 1393/-
I need a refund.

    I recently bought a shoe from Myntra worth Rs 3500. It was all good when I received it but after wearing it for a while, my toes started paining and even started getting a shoe bite.
    So I planned to return iy, the delivery boy even took it back and the refund was put on hold.
    But yesterday I got a message that my refund has not accepted as the quality check failed.
    How do they expect me to know the quality of a shoe without even wearing it? I'll have to wear it ofcourse to know about the shoe

    And now they're not accepting it and sending me the refund. They're a fraud.

      Hi,

      26th January my order was picked (moda rapido) black jeans (rs. 756) for free alteration by Myntra pickup service. I specifically requested the pick up guy to take my measurements for alternation but he insisted on borrowing a reference trouser which fits perfectly to me for measurements. Without having a second thought I submitted my GANT olive green trouser of wroth rs. 8, 999 which fits perfectly to me to the pick up guy as he promised delivery of both the products within 2 days.

      28th jan the alternation marked as delivered on app and I did NOT recieve anything at all. I tried calling the delivery person number but that was and IVR, tried calling on Myntra numbers but it says due to covid we are short on teams. So the only way to get in touch is by raising tickets on their app. I did so and was given a generic response saying within 24-48 hours TAT the issue would be looked into and resolved. To my surprise I did not miss a day taking follow up on the tickets and I recieved the SAME response to wait for another 24 hours. I requested call back from the escalations team and someone named Divya spoke to me. Little did she care to listen to my story she has a generic statement to pass, allow the team for 24 hours and we will get back to you. This has reached limits now and I can't believe a company like Myntra have such a bad staff.

      It's almost been more than 15 days that I have been looted by this company/delivery partner. The company does not care for returning my money or investigating this matter. I would like to register an official complaint against this company of occuring a loss of rs.9755 for my personal belongings. PFA for the proof of their quality services.

          Myntra.com is a cheating company & must be closed, they are cheating Indian customers by false information & holding return request by false checking by their collection Guys, Lets all collectively raise voice to ban this company.

          Below is my Return request rejected based upon false quality check, i have attached pics of shoes & it is newly without any defect & we want to return it due to wrong size, However Myntra collection boy create rejection due to very minor issue & we didn't even use it & it was well packed. They are cheating customers by rejecting return product & not paying our hard money
          Lets us boycott this cheater company & raise complaints in customers complaint forum

            I was ordered a Tommy Hilfiger women shoe price 5699 for my niece for her birthday. But I was received a totally different damage old product from what I was order. I placed a return request and send the pictures of what I was received to myntra and raised a complaint against this. But unfortunately my return was cancelled by myntra and my complaint was also cancel.. I need my refund or the original product what I was order

              I was order a Tommy Hilfiger shoe price 5699.. but the delivered product was old damage and different from what I was order. I raised complain against this and create return for this product. My complaint was declined and return was cancelled. I send pictures what I was received to myntra. Still they didn't accept my return request

                I received an entirely different shade of sugar lipstick. I had ordered for matte as hell 26 chocolate brown, received scarlette o hara. Please help. I haven't even opened the product because of the wrong shade. I want an exchange with the right shade!

                Seriously myntra return policy was very bad. I also received a different damage product and my return was cancelled. So many people are complaint against received different damage product.

                      I m using myntra app from past 10 years. Suddenly from 2nd Feb 2021 my account locked by myntra without intimation and reason. I called on 3rd to myntra customer care they didnt attend the call and told that u will get back call from us in 2 min but i didnt receive any call from their end. So on 4th feb 21 i again called then more than twice and fortunately i got call back. I asked reason for account lock but tgat executive didnt have knowledge about the same and told me that u will receive solution in 48 hrs i e by 5th feb. On 4th i didnt receive any call and i want to chevk whether all my stuff has been delivered which i have ordered on 24th Jan 2021 or not and whether all the refund processed for returned products, i again requested to call back. The executive told the queries will takev48 hrs to resolve. So by 6th i will get reply.i was waited till 6th but no reply from Myntra came. Then on 7th feb i requested call back again, and executive told me that ur query will be resoved by 2l48 hrs. When i told him full story he told me ur request will be sloved in 24 hrs. I told him that how can i check whether all my products delivered? Also how can i check that all the refunds accounted in my account or not and how can i get my myntra credit back? He said u need to check in app only when it is open.

                      I have placed arounf 16 to 17 order and i dont have record that whether all the stuffs came or not. Also i didnt know whether all thd refund proceesed or not. Purposely Mynta has not mentioned its mail id where customer can lodge complaint and have written proof. They just dont want to return the refunds to custoner. And suddenly locked account.

                      Plz help me in this. As i have to get refund as well as credit and stuff also from them.

                        I ordered a green Invictus velvet tuxedo, but received a defective product. It was torned from one place on left Upper arm. I placed a return order. The delivery boy said that as smart pick up is there so he will keep my return on hold and I have to get it approved by customer care for return after that he will pick it up.

                        When I checked, the return is on hold stating quality check failed. I approached the customer care but no response yet.
                        Please help.

                        Even after many calls nothing was happening, then after saying we will go through this legally, they asked many details of the product like the id marked on the transparent cover, article number etc, even after that it took them a week to approve the refund.

                          I have ordered a new pair of CAT shoes from myntra in November.order id-1154742 [protected] .The item i have got from this order is damaged now. I have used this item around 3 times. I am not expecting these kind of shoes from a brand like cat and shopping site like myntra. I have ordered so many items from myntra. This is the first bad experience from their side. I think this item is not original.because i have already ordered and used a cat shoes from myntra which can be check yourself from my orders. It is not having a complaint till now. I have raised a complaint in myntra. But they are telling me that the exchange period is over.how can i expect these kind of bad shoes from cat .Please solve my complaint as soon as possible.🙏🙏🙏🙏.

                            My return id- [protected], was rejected saying it didn't met our quality standardswithout giving any valid or proper reason.
                            SERIOUSLY, I had ordered this shoes which I didn't liked the minute I opened the box, I placed it aside gave the return pick up the next day to the delivery person who checked it thoroughly, I was even giving the original bag to him.
                            Why did you pickup person accepted the return then when it has quality issues, and is it seriously the business of the consumer to meet quality, who sealed that product to me.
                            Myntra is looting customers and cheating people about their returns policy, Never buying from them and will highly recommend others to also not buy from them.
                            SERIOUSLY CHANGE YOUR NO QUESTION ASK POLICY.
                            I have been ordering online since last 8 years, and have never accepted such cheating behavior from any company.
                            Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            They have reshipped the product even after complaining to them that their reason for rejection isn’t valid.
                            The customer executive had said we will reinvestigate that you aren’t satisfied with the rejection but nothing was done.
                            They just reshipped the returned product.

                              I had ordered Caprese wallet from Myntra and It got delivered it on 4th February. When I opened the parcel it was damaged from both the sides. I put a return request on the same day only and Myntra put my return on hold saying it is damaged and I called Myntra today. They declined my return saying it was not damaged before.
                              My question is if it wasn't damaged then how did I receive the damaged wallet? Why would i return it on the same day if It wasn't damaged ? Myntra is giving the worst service. This fraud is not acceptable at all.

                                  I bought a NIKE Shoe from Myntra. I ordered size 9 but it was too small for me. I waited 4-5 days hoping that if size 10 is available I will exchange it but size didn't come so I placed a return order. Now Myntra is saying that I have returned a Used Shoe. How and Why will I do that. How can I use a shoe which doesn't even fit. This is pathetic.

                                    I returned four products which had been ordered from the registered number [protected] and return id of these 4 product are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] I want my refund today itself.. This is the worst service I am getting from myntra that making people fool for refunding after a week...

                                      I had ordered a shoes from Myntra. I didn't used it once just wear it. But they rejected and didn't replied me either. They rejected without any info. My money got stuck. I want refund they rejected without any base.
