I place a order worth Rs1, 307/- on 8th Feb 2021 and expected date of delivery was 11th Feb 2021.
Today when I am checking where my product will be delivered I called to customer support they told the product has already deliver on 10th feb 2021.
I hanvt received the product I checked with my family members my neighbour as well the product was not delivered.
I ordered this for my husband for this valentine day its very disappointing for me that I cant gift him what I was planning for.
Second thing I want to bring you notice that, I had recently updated my email ID to myntra account because of this I am uncle to track my pervious history of orders, with the same registered number who can be 2 accounts .
This is so unprofessional wasted my time, money and emotions .
I have raised this to customer support they are telling I need to wait till 16th Feb 2021 but valentine day is on 14th Feb 2021.
Why I need to wait when its not my mistake.
I WANT MY PRODUCT NOW I CANT WAIT TILL 16th FEB 2021

I had placed an order for a product on myntra. However, due to size issues I had to return the product. On the very next day of the delivery i returned the product to myntra. The delivery boy asked and checked if everything is intact and everything was intact. However, he declined the return saying that the product did not pass the quality check. Upon contacting the customer care they informed that there were no price tags hence it failed the quality check. I asked them as to why would I remove the price tags. I informed them that I returned the product as I received it. I have been shopping with myntra for over 4/5 years now. If I haven't received the price tag at the first place, how can I return the product with the price tags attached? How is it possible, please tell me? It's very easy for you to do this so that the customer won't be able to return the product and the customer has to pay the price of it. Very good policy you people have. And this is not the first time this is happening with me. It has happened with me 1/2 times before also where I didn't receive the tag. I want a call from one of your senior executives right away. I won't be paying the price of your mistake. I'm very clear. It is completely irrational to fail the quality check based on price tags and hold the customer liable for it when its not even the customer's fault. I want the return to be initiated as soon as possible.
