The product that I recieved has minor defect and while returning, I showed it to pick up person, rather than picking it, he put my request on hold. There is no options in customer service that I can get help on this from the website or application. I actually like to change product with different size after returning it but I am not getting any updates.

I received a pair of white flip flops yesterday evening. I had to return it since it was oversized. Anouk Kurta was originally purchased on Oct 27 as the size (XXL) was too big I had ordered for an exchange . Myntra sent XL size however the new item they shipped had two lines on the chest and was damaged so I decided to return it back to them.
