I have received different belt for the watch and tag was not there with the wastch, now they are asking me for tag, how can i show them tag.

Had ordered denim from Myntra, opted for BHIM/UPA Payment method. Then paid through phone pay and in phone pay it showed payment successful and also money has been debited from Axis Bank account. There after when I reviewed the order it's been showing order not confirmed. Can you please help in getting my money back.

I paid for Puma Dare Size 6 shoes on Myntra. They were supposed to reach me by Nov 6 2020. The app says the shoes have already been delivered, but i still have not got them till now.

I ordered jeans which he delivered was defective it was faded now the delivery boy rejected it with quality failed but it was as it is i didnt used at all he said it was washed but the tags and all things were perfect what is thiss?????

I had placed an order of 3 items on myntra.com for rupees 2047 on 07/3/2021. The money was debited but the order was not placed. I tried contacting the team through writing a query and they had immediately marked the query as resolved on same day saying myntra hasn't received the money and had asked to revert in case of no mail(s) received at my end in relevance to this issue but looks like the complaint has been deleted by the team now and...

Why this one-year expire policy on Myntra credit.

I had ordered a jacket( Here & now woman maroon solid padded jacket) on from myntra. It arrived early (15th sept). I tried the jacket out but I found it was not same as in image given by myntra, and it quality fitting was also poor so i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "accepted and after some days I got another message "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

Please please please re stock the Dorothy Perkins green floral print A-line midi skirt as soon as possible with XS or S size. It's a humble request guys. I've been waiting since one year still it's out of stock. Please try to understand and restock it as soon as possible. I would be really grateful and won't stop buying clothes from Myntra

I have cancelled titan watch immediately after booking but the amount is not refunded to my account.

Myntra has not processed my refund request but telling it was done

Phonepe has said it was not received any amount refund or reference number from Myntra for this return

They were solid grey pumps and got a completely different product ...
Myntra team picked up the product and put it on hold ...
Iv time and again called them / written to them .. of no use..
Till date no resolution / refund received.

Myntra is not letting me login in my myntra account which has 3500 credit in it.

I ordered for a pair of grey solid pumps n got a completely different n wrong footwear . The product got product got picked up and was PUT ON HOLD ... till date no resolution has been provided by the company ..

My return request was rejected for a Baggit brown laptop bag which we had ordered from myntra.However we had returned the exact product with all the tags intact and no damage was there and quality was also not compromised.
We had also followed up with myntra through emails but no satisfactory reasons are provided by them.They are just stating that damaged/quality check failed.
When we had not even used the product then how was the quality compromised and damaged.They have rejected without even checking the product because there is no damage as they have stated.

This is regarding my recent purchase with Myntra where I ordered 4 ethnic suits out of which one was cancelled from Myntra side, two were delivered to me and the another one - Wishful women off-white & pink suit was misplaced at Myntra's end and the status shows delivered. I raised a complaint for same but no proper resolution was given to me. As a regular customer this is not what I expect from your end. Either deliver the product to me or refund my money. How can someone believe in your services if you provide such useless resolutions that no action can take place. I had shown all the packets I received to the delivery person. How can I afford to loose my amount when the product is not delivered to me. I request you to take this matter seriously and ask the concerned team about the same. Kindly take a strict action so that such things are not repeated in future.

Sir i had purchased under armour shoes grey colour(mrp-10, 999)tracking no.-ml[protected] & order id[protected] [protected])/(1166456 [protected]) from my myntra account-[protected] but when i placed exchange request for shoe size 11 then courier boy without calling me put my order on hold and mentioned image is not matched with product.So i had contacted customer care and told him that my product is original and unused then also they told me to wait for approval.Now they had decline my approval request as well as return window within a week and telling me to keep the product no matter which size you are having.We cant raise any request from our end anymore.You have to keep this forcefully

Hi, i had made the transaction of Rs. 2138 on 28th feb to myntra but the order was not placed. But the amount was debited. Informed bank about the issue bank said ask myntra to sent you an email stating the amount has not received to myntra. But myntra refused to do. And not ready to give me a confirmation on mail that they have not received the amount.

Refund not processed they told refund is initiated and reference id was shared but amount was not credited in my account they are telling contact bank my bank is telling contact myntra horrible experience it is to shop with mynyra worst customer care service

On 26th feb, I ordered boat storm smart watch at 12.10 am ( midnight), I got a message at 4 am that it's shipped. Then morning I got message around 8.15 am it's out for delivery. Finally I received product by 12.55 pm the same day in sealed myntra cover. Since we always sanitise the cover n allow it to dry, I kept it thinking after 1-2 hrs I shall open. At 2.15 pm I opened the myntra cover it had a cardboard box which had cardboard strips n boat watch box.Generally any tech electronic gadget like this will come in cling wrap type of cover on actual brand box which we need to tear and it cannot be sealed again. But this had a transparent flip cover like we get for usb/mobile back case etc. with a barcode sticker on it saying boat watch. This cover also had a cello tape sticking to open. Looking at brand barcode I opened n removed the boat box which was opened not sealed and when I opened it was empty. No charger no watch. It was empty box. After raising the complaint they asked they will get back by 2nd March. Despite of so many follow ups they closed the case sending me message that they cannot issue any refund or replacement.

I ordered a nike tracksuit from myntra. I recieved it on 28th feb and when i opened the package there was only a lower of the tracksuit. Upper was missing so I raised a return request but when the pick up boy came he told me he can't take the product as it's missing a item.i told him that's the reason i am returning.but he said he can't take this i have to call customer care.then a complaint was raised but it's been two days and i have heard nothing from them..how is this my fault the item is expensive and i am a student i don't earn myself and either I want a complete product or a full refund. it's really exhausting in every possible way.i have attached a pic you can see that a upper and lower can't be fitted in the polythene which i recieved..
