I ordered a green Invictus velvet tuxedo, but received a defective product. It was torned from one place on left Upper arm. I placed a return order. The delivery boy said that as smart pick up is there so he will keep my return on hold and I have to get it approved by customer care for return after that he will pick it up.
When I checked, the return is on hold stating quality check failed. I approached the customer care but no response yet.
Please help.

Complaint marked as Resolved Even after many calls nothing was happening, then after saying we will go through this legally, they asked many details of the product like the id marked on the transparent cover, article number etc, even after that it took them a week to approve the refund.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The customer executive had said we will reinvestigate that you aren’t satisfied with the rejection but nothing was done.
They just reshipped the returned product.
