On 26th feb, I ordered boat storm smart watch at 12.10 am ( midnight), I got a message at 4 am that it's shipped. Then morning I got message around 8.15 am it's out for delivery. Finally I received product by 12.55 pm the same day in sealed myntra cover. Since we always sanitise the cover n allow it to dry, I kept it thinking after 1-2 hrs I shall open. At 2.15 pm I opened the myntra cover it had a cardboard box which had cardboard strips n boat watch box.Generally any tech electronic gadget like this will come in cling wrap type of cover on actual brand box which we need to tear and it cannot be sealed again. But this had a transparent flip cover like we get for usb/mobile back case etc. with a barcode sticker on it saying boat watch. This cover also had a cello tape sticking to open. Looking at brand barcode I opened n removed the boat box which was opened not sealed and when I opened it was empty. No charger no watch. It was empty box. After raising the complaint they asked they will get back by 2nd March. Despite of so many follow ups they closed the case sending me message that they cannot issue any refund or replacement.
