Complaint for not getting refund back

I have purchased Rangmayee kurta set form myntra but due to quality issue I returned it...delivery boy took tha packet on 31 December 2020 but i have not received my money back...even there all customer help line are invalid and they are not accepting complain in Gmail...I m regular customer of myntra... please help me out...I want my 612 Rs back...plz help me......

Return the product and send my refund

I got my product delivered from myntra on 19 dec. I opened it and didn't found the stuff in good quality so without any delay I created a return request. Next to next day the delivery boy came to pick up the return without checking parcel and denied to return, it stating that it is not having the same product. Refund didn't receive

I have cancelled an order in Myntra on Dec 26, 2020 and the refund was initiated. Refund should have been credited by jan 05 2021 but its been 2 weeks they have not credited my refund yet....

Refund request

I returned a dress since the dress was too big for me. My request got rejected stating it is a used product. What Myntra does not realise is that if the dress is too big how can I use it. They are not on the way to return the same dress to me which is pathetic since I cannot use it even if I want to. Most pathetic service received and they lost a loyal customer....

Product Not Delivered but it is reflecting as Delivered

I ordered a Joggers pant on 21Dec2020 Order ID # 1160417 [protected].

On 28Dec2020, i got a message that your product is delivered, then i immediately called the customer care with complaint no IN[protected] for the same. I ordered a pair of silver-toned Carlton London heels on Myntra. Myntra has delivered a damaged piece. The buckle had yellow stains and the sole looked like a used one. Didn't get refund

I got mojaris and kurta set without tag but when I returned my products it went on hold as no tag but their was no fault from customer side

Return request put on hold unnecessarily

I returned Raymond blazer on Myntra. I just tried once and It didn't look good on me, so, I placed return request within next hour. Myntra put the return request on hold with no reason. I didn't used and it is clean. I hope Myntra is genuine and loyale.

Return request rejected without intimation

I returned a blazer in Myntra. I just tried once and the size is very less that is not fit to my body. So, I placed return request within next hour. But Myntra saying it is used. This is not good behaviour by Myntra. I thought Myntra is genuine and loyale but they failed. I need my refund back. How can someone buy something which is not fit to the body...

I have called Myntra customer's care for not getting refund and I have talked to them 3 times, yet they gave me a silly response that the refund status is pending . Am. Return on hold issue

Received product but had size issues so I request for product to be returned. The executive who came to pick up product said colour is not matching with what was showing in his app. Myntra put return request on hold, this was on 23rd December 2020. The product is in fact exactly same as what is shown in the photos, and with all tags intact. But because the executive couldn’t differentiate the colour, they put the return request on hold....

The order refund has been done by Myntra on 1.12.20 with transactions no
[protected] on my Punjab national bank who's account number is [protected] then disputed amount is rs 46.50 dated 1.12.20.

Wrong colour product
