    I bought a pair of Nike shoes at Rs. 2854. I checked the same shoe on Myntra after sometime and it was Rs 2497. So what ever a wise person would do I did the same, returned the costlier shoe and ordered the same shoe at a discounted price from Myntra.
    I was waiting for my refund but to my surprise the shoe which I didn't even wear, failed Quality check. I don't know why would someone wear a shoe if they have got the same shoe at a better price. Now it is now being reshipped.

    Further their customer support, gives you false promises. I contacted them and they said your order will be reinvestigated and will update you on 6 January 2021. But today morning (3 Jan) I got a message your order has been reshipped.
    Complete failure # Myntra.
    I want my refund. Else keep your shoes, money and send the proof why was the shoe rejected

      I bought a blazer from Myntra, but I didn’t like the fit. I returned the blazer and Myntra put my refund on hold saying that we will update in 24 hours. It was been almost 4 days but they are not returning my money.

        I have ordered 3 Flying Machine Sweat Shirts and 1 Roadster Blue Jacket from Myntra. Order Id: 1160368 [protected]. However on 29th Dec I have received only Roadster Jacket in the packet and the my myntra account showed all the four items delivered. I have registered the complaints IN[protected], IN[protected], IN[protected] for all 3 missing items. Issue should have been resolved till 1 Jan as per Myntra policy. Now I am receiving from them that 'Product is delivered from their end and can not be accommodate this claim.'

        Please help me to claim the amount from Myntra.

        Amount: 542.81Rs, 570.71Rs, 542.81Rs (all three Items).

          It has been more than 16 days since the refund process initiated for the Awb no.[protected] but the same has not been deposited in my account and no clarification has been provided even after there has been more than 6 days over and above the maximum time limit of refund. Even the Quality check process has to take a definite time, it can not take forever.

          Requesting you to kindly deposit the amount asap.

              Hi Myntra team,

              I recieved product with some purple spots on right pair of shoe i had a size issue i ordered size 40 but it was loose so i placed exchange i took almost a week to bring exchange product so i cancelled that exchange and applied for return when deliver boy came he told please complaint to myntra for this spot as if i take they will create problem in generating your refund i immediately placed my complaint. Now after few days of follow up myntra is saying it's not done from our side.I have raised why i will tamper anything?? i just simply checked the product and placed it back i have all bills tags and box of that product and kept it safe for return now you people are not taking back. It's not my fault you gave me product with spots. i have not done anything you are blaming me and closing the issue i cannot take that product as size is not proper for me what i will do with large size ??? as before also i have purchased many items and return them i am a valuable customer why i will do anything wrong with product which is of no use to me ??
              Myntra is doing bad with me you people are decreasing your creditablity by harrassing customers like this. This is disgusting i am very disappointed with your customer handling way and sorting the issue.

              My order was lavie women peach coloured snakeskin textured loafer wedges, size was 40
              Price was paid by upi Rs.1027.09. You people are blaming me and closing this issue i cannot take that product as size is not proper for me what i will do with large size???

              This is not acceptable Myntra how a valuable customer will prove himself like this you people are doing

              Please resolve this issue i many times i have contacted your customer care they are telling me to wait till 6 Jan but I can't wait that much i need my issue resolved asap.

              I had kept product as it was delivered to me with all tags and box.

                Hello,
                Today I am so disappointed with your after sales services and the way you handle your loyal and genuine customers. I really regret the day I started shopping on Myntra and recommended all my friends and relatives about your best services.
                I bought ZAPATOZ shoes (Order ID # 1160345 [protected]) for my daughter on her birthday and it was such a nice gift which turned into a nightmare just because of your careless attitude and mistake of your vendor for which I am suffering and have to pay the price.
                Thai is not at all appreciated that your vendor doesn’t put a price tag or some label in the shoes and then you blame us and refuse to take the product back.
                Please tell me my fault as when the shoes were received in same condition without any tag or label then how can I produce a tag and put on it.
                This is a common sense that if I am not getting a proper fit of the show then I would have to replace it or return it and when I wish to return it then why would I remove the tag or throw the tag.
                The shoes (pictures attached) are intact and the person who came to pick them assured us that this a normal practice of your company and many a times the tags are not fixed on products and then the products are returned after approval from your so-called call centre. When I called the call centre, I was shocked to see the careless and vague attitude of your customer care executives that a customer is telling you the right thing and you are not believing it, rather you are insisting me to keep a pair of shoes which is useless and not fitting my daughter’s foot.
                I have been calling your call centre and every time the executive assures me of getting a call back from your senior team but nobody cares to call back. I am Fed-up of waiting for the resolution now.

                I think Myntra is becoming a large company and so you don’t require to pay attention to customer’s issues anymore and if this is your attitude towards the genuine customers then I should say that you are going towards the downfall.
                I am not able to understand that what is the bid deal in accepting your vendor or packaging person’s fault and take your small sized shoe back..
                Why do you have to search ridiculous reasons to blame a customer and force her to spoil her birthday and keep the bought useless stuff with her which is everyday reminding us of your arrogant attitude and casual approach towards customers.
                I would stop shopping from Myntra and will see that none of my relatives and friend promote your products and would spread a word about your arrogant and rude behaviour and not accepting your fault of taking your small sized show back that too because you didn’t affix a tag or label on It and now you want to blame me for the same.

                Kindly be Noted that I would not let you harass me on this and I would make all the efforts to get you admit your mistake and fault. Since I am nowhere at fault and you people are behaving as if what you are the supreme power to command.
                I don’t care about Rs.699/- I have spent and you can happily check my order history for my purchasing I wish you regret your rude behaviour and lose many genuine customers now.

                Finally, I request you one more time to get your shoes picked up and refund my hard-earned money in my bank.

                  Hi i have ordered Ishin women blue and golden embroidery kurta with trousers and dupatta on 17-Dec 2019 with order no: 1160252 [protected].
                  But i have received another product so i raised return request but failed to return due to quality check issues. I have raised complaint to Myntra customer care two times but still I am unable to return the wrong product. Please do needful.

                    I have placed Return request of my Order of Shoes-Adidas Order- ID-115906959643912038201 due to Size is short, However your boy has rejected our return request based upon false information of Quality check failed, First Thing there is no any defect based upon which quality check should failed, Only very minor dot which is not by customer/us, it is due to manufacturing, which should not consider as defect. we do not have any issue with dot, we have concern only due to short size, You have rejected our return request based upon false information, we never use or any alteration in your product. Kindly do not harass customer, we had our hard money & should not be waste on product which we can not use due to short size, kind request to return your shoes so that we can order correct size of shoes

                      I had order from Myntra of Some cloths with 2 same tops but i have been received only one top in the packet and same has been return that top. I have received return product amount but didn't received the missing product amount. I am taking follow up since more than two months but they are not understand and they didn't refund my money till date. I humble request you, kindly look in this matter on urgent basis.

                        Team my account is deactivated without any prior notification or intimation. Further the reply which u r giving me it's just useless n pathetic. I want the clear justified reason why such step has been taken as I have the right to know the exact n real reason for account deactivation. Further I want the same to be activated immediately without any further wastage of time as this I believe is a fraudulent way of hatching money from clients. If someone is doing such high purchases u r just blocking account further

                          I have requested product return on 27th December 2020 and it was approved and pick up was scheduled for 28th December 2020.
                          On pick-up day [i.e. 28th December 2020] pick-up agent has intentionally failed pick up request by mentioning he was not able to locate my address but reached at my address within next 15 mins, he took product from me and removed outer packing [he mentioned it is not required] and he threw bill outside my door and went with product. Till date the product returned is not updated in myntra system and it still show status as agent out for pick-up. Everyday in the evening I get SMS mentioning that pick-up request failed-Customer refused and next day morning a new SMS mentioning product will be picked up today. Due to this my refund is not yet processed. I found this thing suspicious, hence I reported it to Myntra customer care [CC]. CC executive as usual gave a complaint no and asked to wait for next 8-10 working days. After 2-3 days this compliant was marked as resolve without providing and details/resolution.
                          This is really worst service from myntra and seems to be some kind of Nexus between myntra and there pick-up agents.

                                It's been 10 days that my Myntra account is logged out. I have been shopping for Myntra for more than 11 years now. I had placed so many orders from Myntra including gold and now no one in customer care is responding. I have to return few items too. Everytime I call them, they say we have raised your request on high priority and you will get an email and no one ever responds. Highly irresponsible and annoying customer service

                                  We received Adidas Shoes of Short size & then make request for return, Shoes quality was intact & under packed Box, but company recovery man rejected our Return on false information of quality check failed. We never use shoes & kept in box after checking Shoes Size was wrong, Immediately we requested for Return, Company Recovery boy came next day & denied to return based upon false information of Quality check failed, I am complaining if there was defect then why Shoes delivered to customer, We never use Shoes more than 15 ~ 20 min. & kept in Box.
                                  Shoes defect is Manufacturing defect & now company denied to return it based upon false information of quality check failed
                                  Company is cheating now us & not returning amount of 2300 rs & delivering manufacturing defect product to customers

                                  sir, I am attaching Picture of Adidas Shoes order received, we did not find any issue of defect in shoes, still Company boy rejected return order based upon false information of defect & quality check failed.
                                  please share pics of shoes, there is no any Major defect & if there is any very minute dot on sole then it is not a defect & we never use it, This dot is manufacturing issue, not by customer.
                                  Kindly share it with Company customer care & ask them to return our hard money, They should not cheat customers on false information.

                                    I bought a coat of dressberry which is not looking good and not worth a penny i returned it and it is reshipped to me which i want to return again and want refund of it.. Please it is of no use to keep such a product which is different from image on site

                                      Ordered five items.

                                      Only two got delivered.

                                      Three items remain.

                                      Every time i open a new complaint, they close the same saying it was delievered and our logisitcs have confirmed that.

                                      I have asked for logistic address details, delivery agent number, details of the person who has accepted the order, address of delivery, signature of the person who accepted the order, time of delivery etc.

                                      NOTHING IS BEING PROVIDED.

                                      No proper response.

                                      My MONEY is wasted that means??

                                      They tell me to call the helpline number, person on helpline tells me to create a ticket. Since six days they are harassing me back and forth.

                                        On 20th December I ordered Levi's high rise jeans of size 28th...then the order came early ie on 24th it was a poor quality and was super skinnyof size 30...so I have placed for return request on that very day.On 26th order was picked up successfully. Later I got a message telling that my return request was put on hold as it does not pass quality check. WHAT THE HELL???? why would I destroy the quality of product??? If mynthra wants to sell their low quality products in this manner ..by putting blame on people..shame on u guys...Im a regular customer of mynthra but this would be my last purchase.I want my refund back.I am very sure that this is not Levi's brand jeans as thst tag of Levi's on back side is not there...this is some poor quality jeans and they have just hung a paper tag claiming it as Levi's jeans
