I ordered a wildorn gift accessory and order id. Was 1161709 [protected]. it was delivered on 21th january and when i received there is no attached price tag in the item. And the box was torn on side . so i applied for exchange. the courier guy called me and said that there is no price tag so he can not take it and put it no hold. he told me that its rejected as the quality check has not been passed.i contacted myntra and they did not resolve any my issue. just giving a time line of 25th january but there is no assurrance.tell me where is my fault?? I have to gift it to someone it's almost 30 days. How can i gift the product now?? is that my fault that company did not attach a price tag. myntra does not care to its customers issues so im not gonna order anything from myntra anymore i lost my money n time.

    I ordered a dress from Myntra which was far different in color than the one shown in the pic and the colour mentioned in the dress description. Then I returned the item and Myntra stated that the refund is processed on 9th Jan 2021. They said to wait for 10 days so that the amount would get reflected in my account. Now even after 12 days refund is not credited to my account and when I raise a complaint they provide me a reference id for the refund and close my issue always. But I have confirmed from my bank that no refund is processed to my account with this refund id. Myntra is looting money of several consumers this way. Please help me resolve the issue.

    I have asked them literally more than 10 times to provide the 23 digit ARN number if they have actually processed the refund. But they are not providing me that 23 digit ARN number and again and again providing a 12 digit reference number with which refund can not be tracked at any cost by my bank
    They are literally looting consumers

      I had order a blazer worth Rs3074/ from Myntra using my registered mobile number-[protected].The order of is- 116080497129886862503.When I returned the product the return was put on hold for several days which does not happen normally when I return any product.Then I checked the order status and it showed that refund has been processed.It's been more than 15 days I have been waiting but no refund reflected in my account.When I tried to contact Myntra they said we have processed the refund and I should contact my bank. I went to my bank but they are saying no refund has been processed by Myntra.Now Myntra is refusing to help me regarding this.Everytime I try to contact them they say that we have processed the refund you should go to your bank but the bank says there has been no refund initiation

              Sir/Mam,
              I had ordered puma shoes from myntra on 29 Dec received the shoes on 12jan & because of size problem I returned the shoes on date 14 Jan & myntra is showing that the credit to bank has been received on 15th Jan . But my bank account is not showing that it has not received any amount

                I had purchased Puma Shoes from Myntra.com which turned out to be a size bigger than i wanted. Hence i submitted a request for return of the product as the size i wanted was unavailable.

                When Mynta's delivery boy came to pick up the return, he refused to take it back on the reason that tag on the box had the price of product scratched. I told him that it might have been delivered to me in the same situation as i didnt tamper the tag.

                I have raised several complaints on Myntra and they are not entertaining me.

                Please help provide justice to me.

                    Regarding order ID[protected]-2724101.

                    I received this order on 4th Jan. When I opened the package there was a fake packing of papers containing a piece of cement stone instead of MI Band which was worth Rs 2299.

                    At the same time I called myntra customer service team and they requested me to wait for 72 hrs. I did the same.

                    After 72 hrs they called me again and given update that we've 7 step quality check and so we sent the genuine product to you. We're unable to help you in this.

                    After this I raised my voice on tweet and other social media platform then again they assigned the case to another case manager and requested to wait for 48 hrs.

                    But till now on 17th Jan, They requested 4 times for 48 hrs wait but not provide the resolution.

                    Its a very awful situation. People purchase online to save time but here I already wasted a lot.

                    I raised my voice so this kind of situation never happen with any other customer.

                    Even I requested that please provide me the video footage of the packing because I received genuine packet. So this mistake is totally done by seller only. The seller was authorised so myntra have no words for this problem. That's why they denying for resolution. This kind of service really hurt people faith.

                    Hope your team will be able to understand my situation and try to help me out of this in better manner.

                      Hi Myntra, kindly put your out of stock items back for shopping. An online platform such as yours shouldn't be so inefficient. You do have details about consumers and what there in their shopping bags and continuously send push notifications to purchase them so do keep a track of Wishlist as well.

                        I got a defective watch. The back cover was bigger than the size of the watch and was open. I placed a return order. The delivery guy fooled me saying nowadays smart pick up is going on. So he has to keep my return on hold and then customer care will call me. Only then he will be able to pick up.

                        Later on I realised that return on hold means the quality check failed. I approached customer care too but no response. Please help.

                          I have ordered a product from myntra to gift my dad on his birthday which was on 14th and the return date was 14th only. But the size doesnt fit and i tried to put order on exchange but myntra app didn't show any of my order list ...even after update it didnt show i tried for two consecutive days.. Then i got to open it on 3rd day and it showed me that return window closed so i tried to contact customer care to understand the issue and put my product on exchange but they directly refused.. Though it was the issue in the app that i wasnt able to see order list and to contact myntra for the same. My myntra order id is - 116069467634614778503

                            I hve placed order No. 1154882, 4862237, 3470701&1154796 on for 2 Shorts & 2 T Shirts for male and made payment of ₹ 2094/- alongwith the order.
                            I have received a parcel very late than they informed, on 26.10.20. Packet i.d. [protected] and invoice no. 10621C[protected]. On opening the parcel, surprisingly I found BIBA Brand Ladies Kurta. Immediately I informed Myntra and they asked to upload picture of profduct tag which U have uploaded after so many try as it was not accepting.
                            Then I received message that they are arranging for collecting it back and shall refund the amount. I have returned it. Surprisingly, I have received refund if only ₹ 698/- again full bill amount of₹ 2094/-. I had requested them so many times by written them and also talked to them thrice. Unfortunately everytime they simply told me that it's under our investigation and shall revert back within 48 hours. Lastly I talked to them a week back and I am still awaiting for their positive reply and refund of balance amoyt of ₹ 1396/-.
                            Please do necessary and arrange to get me refund at an earliest.

                              Hi had ordered for a black and beige colored carpet and I received blue color and the product quality was also was not worthy for which I paid 9k. When I had placed a return request nobody came to pick up the product and were updating false statement telling I had rescheduled the pickup, but in fact nobody called me or came for pickup. Then, even after multiple attempts of requesting for pickup they tell the product what I have received is correct one...please teach these ### lesson and I want to return the product and need my refund back.

                                Blink go fitness wearable band stopped working.

                                It is not starting. There is no support centre of Myntra for Blink go as well as there is no contact point to post complaint of it.

                                Kindly take actionable steps on such kind of products which are taking out money from customers hard earned pockets.

                                    Product return no :(protected) i had ordered bruno manetti white sneakers on 7 jan from myntra . It arrived early (13 jan ) . i tried the shoes out but due to bigger size i decided to return it .I requested for the return on that very day .I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product .The pickup was due next day but due some misunderstanding it did not happen until 15 jan . After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was put "on -hold " as it failed to pass the quality check"..I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing".Now why the hell would i do that ?? Remove the price tag?? What do you guys take a customer for ? I have done shopping from other e- commerce sites and have never faced such a thing .what if you had sent a defective product? What then ? I did not do a " quality check" .If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money ? I want my money back ! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund

                                      I ordered a PASSION PETALS
                                      Boys Black Solid Lightweight Padded Jacket Order ID # 1161783 [protected]. it was delivered on 12th january and when i received there is no attached price tag in the item. on the right side of sleeve there is a torn part also. so i applied for return. the courier guy called me and said he cant come for pick up and ask me to deliver it their office. i went there and he started to ask for price tag. he told me that its rejected as the quality check has not been passed.i brought the jacket back with me n contacted myntra and they did not resolve any my issue. just giving a time line of 19th january but there is no assurrance.tell me where is my fault?? in 3 days what damage i can do that quality check is not passed?? is that my fault that company did not attach a price tag though there is qr code sticker in the transparent poly bag. myntra does not care to its customers issues so im not gonna order anything from myntra anymore i lost my money n time.

                                        I have ordered shoes and trousers from Myntra and returned it on 9th of January but I have not received refund of any . It always shows "refund will be initiated tomorrow"
