Hi Myntra, kindly put your out of stock items back for shopping. An online platform such as yours shouldn't be so inefficient. You do have details about consumers and what there in their shopping bags and continuously send push notifications to purchase them so do keep a track of Wishlist as well.

    I got a defective watch. The back cover was bigger than the size of the watch and was open. I placed a return order. The delivery guy fooled me saying nowadays smart pick up is going on. So he has to keep my return on hold and then customer care will call me. Only then he will be able to pick up.

    Later on I realised that return on hold means the quality check failed. I approached customer care too but no response. Please help.

      I have ordered a product from myntra to gift my dad on his birthday which was on 14th and the return date was 14th only. But the size doesnt fit and i tried to put order on exchange but myntra app didn't show any of my order list ...even after update it didnt show i tried for two consecutive days.. Then i got to open it on 3rd day and it showed me that return window closed so i tried to contact customer care to understand the issue and put my product on exchange but they directly refused.. Though it was the issue in the app that i wasnt able to see order list and to contact myntra for the same. My myntra order id is - 116069467634614778503

        I hve placed order No. 1154882, 4862237, 3470701&1154796 on for 2 Shorts & 2 T Shirts for male and made payment of ₹ 2094/- alongwith the order.
        I have received a parcel very late than they informed, on 26.10.20. Packet i.d. [protected] and invoice no. 10621C[protected]. On opening the parcel, surprisingly I found BIBA Brand Ladies Kurta. Immediately I informed Myntra and they asked to upload picture of profduct tag which U have uploaded after so many try as it was not accepting.
        Then I received message that they are arranging for collecting it back and shall refund the amount. I have returned it. Surprisingly, I have received refund if only ₹ 698/- again full bill amount of₹ 2094/-. I had requested them so many times by written them and also talked to them thrice. Unfortunately everytime they simply told me that it's under our investigation and shall revert back within 48 hours. Lastly I talked to them a week back and I am still awaiting for their positive reply and refund of balance amoyt of ₹ 1396/-.
        Please do necessary and arrange to get me refund at an earliest.

          Hi had ordered for a black and beige colored carpet and I received blue color and the product quality was also was not worthy for which I paid 9k. When I had placed a return request nobody came to pick up the product and were updating false statement telling I had rescheduled the pickup, but in fact nobody called me or came for pickup. Then, even after multiple attempts of requesting for pickup they tell the product what I have received is correct one...please teach these ### lesson and I want to return the product and need my refund back.

            Blink go fitness wearable band stopped working.

            It is not starting. There is no support centre of Myntra for Blink go as well as there is no contact point to post complaint of it.

            Kindly take actionable steps on such kind of products which are taking out money from customers hard earned pockets.

                Product return no :(protected) i had ordered bruno manetti white sneakers on 7 jan from myntra . It arrived early (13 jan ) . i tried the shoes out but due to bigger size i decided to return it .I requested for the return on that very day .I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product .The pickup was due next day but due some misunderstanding it did not happen until 15 jan . After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was put "on -hold " as it failed to pass the quality check"..I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing".Now why the hell would i do that ?? Remove the price tag?? What do you guys take a customer for ? I have done shopping from other e- commerce sites and have never faced such a thing .what if you had sent a defective product? What then ? I did not do a " quality check" .If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money ? I want my money back ! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund

                  I ordered a PASSION PETALS
                  Boys Black Solid Lightweight Padded Jacket Order ID # 1161783 [protected]. it was delivered on 12th january and when i received there is no attached price tag in the item. on the right side of sleeve there is a torn part also. so i applied for return. the courier guy called me and said he cant come for pick up and ask me to deliver it their office. i went there and he started to ask for price tag. he told me that its rejected as the quality check has not been passed.i brought the jacket back with me n contacted myntra and they did not resolve any my issue. just giving a time line of 19th january but there is no assurrance.tell me where is my fault?? in 3 days what damage i can do that quality check is not passed?? is that my fault that company did not attach a price tag though there is qr code sticker in the transparent poly bag. myntra does not care to its customers issues so im not gonna order anything from myntra anymore i lost my money n time.

                      I got a refund in myntra account and now I'm not able to transfer that amount to my bank account. Its my money and your company can't hold it as they wish .

                        My return was picked up but I have not received my refund yet

I've ordered this product on August 2019 and placed return request on 13th September 2019.. There was some problem that's why there was delay in picking up my product.. but after some days the agent picked up that dress..as at that time I've also ordered other products and placed return request along with that...

                        I had ordered clothes from myntra worth 1399. The payment was through google pay on[protected] and showing payment successful. Bt order cannot placed and money debited from my account. I had enquired on myntra about this and they replied as they didnt recieve money. I cant contact G-pay. I had enquired on bank and filed a written complaint. I called them further and replied as they cant help. I called several times to bank, myntra, and filed RBI dispute in gpay. But no use. So kindly get back the money.

                          I ordered two products separately on the date of 23december.they send me one product on29 th December the us polo t shirt butthe other one a green neck band is missing or has not arrived.but showing delivery is done..but did not.i made a complain about it on Myntra customer care..but after few days they decline my complain...I have already paid for it..and they r saying the packing was good ..Nd I didn't check properly when the product arrives .so they could not help me in this matter..now what should I do..will I get my product?or not?

                            I have placed an order for "Wrogn Sweatshirt nd Flying Machine Sweatshirt" for which Order Id was "#1160681 [protected]" on Dec 24th 2020 in which Flying Machine Sweatshirt was missing from the package. As soon as i opened the package infront of Delivery Agent and i found 1 product to be missing, i called the customer care and raised a complaint. which they assured that will be addressed ASAP.
                            In return to the complaint they came up with the solution which says, "Upon reviewing your case, we have further validiated the claim and regret to inform that we are unable to accept the return/refund request for this product as The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging. No instance of package tamperring was found reported.
                            This reply boiled me up to the core as shipping a product does not ensures that it will be delivered in the same condition. What is the proof that the package has the Flying Machine Sweatshirt before delivering it.
                            You can imagine what level of trust has been broken by one of the biggest online merchant in India.
                            As i am a regular customer from Myntra from last few Years nd Myntra thinks that i am lying about a Sweatshirt. Is this is the value what company gives to their elite and Regular Customer.
                            I want either the Missing item to be delivered or Refund for the complete product Amount.
                            If i did not get my whole Refund Amount then i will sue Myntra to the Consumer Court.

                              I ordered Athena Women Maroon Solid Longline Overcoat and raised the request to return on the same day of the delivery due to its poor quality.
                              Delivery partner Delhivery called me once on a random day in a span of 8 days for pick up and I requested them to reschedule on a definite they but neither day call nor they showed up. Finally, they updated the status of the return as cancelled as they could never reach me.
                              Its a lie, they never shared the number of agents for me to follow up and did not call.

                              The coat cost 3466 and my money is all wasted.

                                I am shivani chaudhary, I have ordered a navy blue BlackBerry Jean's from myntra on 31 december I'd::
                                116119696650245336803, it got delivered on 2nd Jan, but the product was wrong, it was a really disgusting brown pant, then I immediately made a return request, but the delivery agent denied return pickup stating it was a different product, then I filed a complaint on their customer service portal, since then it has been more then 10 days they are everytime saying that wait for 24 more hours and are returning the product and not initiating my refund amount, I have financial issues and still waiting for my money . Kindly help me as myntra customer service is not responding and looking into my issue, please help me
                                So that such fraud will not occur ever again with innocent customers

                                  I am in need of some genuine help in dealing with Myntra. I am so tired and fed up of them. I have my account registered with email id "bi***.suc**[protected]@gmail.com". The items were an addidas shoe and 2 athena red color coats for women.

                                  All three products have been kept on hold, saying quality check not passed. I am extremely amazed and disappointed to see this tactic from them. All products had the original packaging and price tags intact, yet they have given a very fake reason and blocked my refund and also “kept the products with them”.

                                  MY QUESTION TO MYNTRA IS" WHEN YOUR EXECUTIVE OPENED EACH PRODUCT, VALIDATED THE PRICE TAG, AND QUALITY AT THE TIME OF PICK UP AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE THEN WHAT MADE YOU BLOCK MY HARD EARNED MONEY UNETHICALLY???"
                                  How unfair to keep all the original products themselves and also block my refund.
                                  My complaint numbers for these products are below, and I have been calling them with no resolution at all:

                                  I work on very busy work schedule and also having to manage following up with them umpteen number of times. I request a speedy resolution and that my entire money be refunded. I am really frustrated that a national level company get resort to such fraudulent measures.

                                  Myntra wasted 2 weeks of time in back and forth communication, and assured a resolution. Now after 2 weeks I am finally told that out of 2 Athena Red coats(that were on hold), I can get refund for only one, but the second coat is DAMAGED and will be re-shipped. I returned the product with original tags, packagingaand their pick up executive confirmed that the product is FINE and no issues. Now why am I being made to face so much hassle????

                                  Just because they have my money now, can they do such a monopoly. Why can't they question their staff or delivery vendors, IF AT ALL THEIR CLAIMS OF DAMAGE ARE TRUE. I can't be held accountable for any issues once I have returned the item. Since last 3 DAYS THEY ARE COMPLLING ME TO KEEP 1 PRODUCT AND THAT IT WILL BE RESHIPPED. i HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY DENYING IT, BUT IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING.

                                  I NEED MY MONEY BACK, AND I #SWEAR TO NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN, NOR DO I RECOMMEND ANYONE

                                  UPDATE: even I after repeatedly denying to keep the product back, MYNTRA has been pressurizing me that they will resend the product and if I don't accept it in 2-3 attempts, then they will not be responsible for the product. why they can't underdtand that I need my MONEY, not the product. They force a customer to keep theie fake products, like this, really? I am really pissed off with them and I will strongly encourage everyone in my circle to STOP using Myntra. This is such a mental harassment they make a customer after paying the money.

                                  Attached snapshots show that they are constantly writing that they will re-ship the product, and they have wasted my 2 weeks now.

                                    I paid a sum of 3556 for both the products together.

                                    I received Item No 1 on 10/01/2021
                                    I received the correct product and even the quality was as expected.

                                    But I received Item No 2 on 11/01/2021 that is today .
                                    But was disappointed to see the wrong product i got instead of the product i placed an order for.

                                    I placed an request for return of the wrong product received and they assigned an executive to take back the wrong product.
                                    But when the executive reached my place to collect the product back he said the product is not having complete set ( Inner top and Bottom as per his view ) so cant take the product back . I tried telling him that i dint place an order for this product first of all and on top of it if its having missing pieces it is not my fault as the product itself is a wrong product which they have packed and send . So i am sure that it is the mistake that had happen from the packing unit of myntra where they have sent a different product with missing pieces where i have only received a jacket instead of a kurta and dhothi pants which i orginally ordered for i am not even sure if that jacket is having any other pieces like inner top and pant as he says as in the tag it is mention only "dress" as the category of this clothing.

                                    Kindly help me to get a refund of my money sum of 2309 for the item no 2 i placed and received a wrong / different product than the actual order

                                      I’ve returned an item, the same day I received it. It’s been 14-15 days I don’t have the refund yet. Myntra says they’ve issued it from their end and I’ve raised 3 disputed about it with my bank they couldn’t locate any refund from Myntra. This is super annoying. The customer service they have is stupid. No one knows what to do. Even the supervisor not sure about anything. They just keep asking for all my information yet nothing is done.
