Received product but had size issues so I request for product to be returned. The executive who came to pick up product said colour is not matching with what was showing in his app. Myntra put return request on hold, this was on 23rd December 2020. The product is in fact exactly same as what is shown in the photos, and with all tags intact. But because the executive couldn’t differentiate the colour, they put the return request on hold.
I have raised multiple complaints with the customer care folks now, every time they ask for bar code and within a day mark the request as resolved without really doing anything. Have raised some 6 tickets, called twice and nothing has been done to process the return. I
