    Complaint against providing expiry date product Unshaven (activated bamboo charcoal).

    Invoice date -12/6/20
    Ordered date- 12/9/20
    Sir, above mentioned products was delivered to me after expiry of the date. Manufactured date as per your product is September, 2018 and the product is best for use within a period of 24 months from the date of mfd., But you have fraduentaly affixed an adhesive slip mentioning thereon January, 2020 as manufacturing date and it was also mentioned on the slip that best before the use within a period of 24 months from the date of mfd.
    It is astonishingly to note that this product is exclusively for the purpose of face, and this expiry date product could disfigure the face of the customer. I close my submission in brief that why should I not approach to the courts of law to redress my grievances. Kindly reply forthwith failing which I will have no option except to knock the door of courts.

      Worst courier vendor's hired by myntra.
      5 time by order delivery attempted by i asked them for card payment machine so i can swap the card ciz of such pandemic of covid 19 i have to avoid cash / note for hygiene and security purpose but this myntra courier agent or company taking it very lite.

      Everytime they are giving same reason that network issue or machine is damage.

      As well as there myntra customer agent is also not having proper solution for customers concerns.

      Useless customers service and pathetic courier service by myntra. Com.

      Without solving problems they send msg that your complaints has been resolved.

        I ordered a leather jacket but they delivered me a wrong design product and now I want to return it but they refused to take it back they said we delivered you a right product.

            Hi
            I had cancelled one of the product, cancellation was done on 1st dec.
            when I didn't receive it with in 2-3 days I need to take some action as per their site amount should reflect instantly.
            I called customer care and they asked me to wait for 10 working day which I did too even when the issue was not resolved I called again
            Now they are saying wait till 22nd dec to get an update from end
            and from that update they meant we will give reference to check with your bank.
            If it is just about to get the reference number it can be provided instant ly and for that they want me to wait till 22nd dec.
            and apart from this nothing was taken care.
            Executive has repeatedly provided misinformation they have misleaded by giving the wrong information.
            IF they were just looking to give reference number that can be provided instantly.just for that they asked me to wait for 10 days.
            This is unacceptable behaviour as they keep customer waiting for so long.Our effort and time gets in and no cost for that is paid.
            If they are not paying me for parking my time how could they ask me to wait till 22nd dec.
            And Customer Care Executive has marked the issue as resolved even it was not resolved.

              Received defected product of HrX shoes by myntra. The size was also not of fit. The product seems not to be of original brand. Field executive denied to accept the product. Another ticket has been raised as my return was put on Hold. The customer care team says they will check again. Need my refund. Never ever going to shop from myntra. Order no. 115946632750658468901

                Not getting refund for the Nike shoes

                I have ordered maroon maxi from myntra. After opening the order I found thete is no price tag available and instead of price tag there is a tag attached to dress with www.cationclothing.com with some bar code.I have placed return for my order since I have the dress is not expected colour and material is not good.The delivery person has put the order in hold since he didnt find the price tag telling dat it should have price tag. I have placed return on the same day that I got my order.what kind of fraudulent activity it is.Help me in resolving this. I clearly dont want this product since it is not in expected way.

                  This is regarding the complaint of refund of the HYPERNATION BLACK SOLID TURTLE NECK TSHIRT amounting to rs. which was initiated on 27th of November and till now I haven't received my refund. I have raised the complaints multiple times but no action whatsoever is taken. I have checked the same with my sbi bank, no amount regarding the same is credited to my account.

                    Expired Credits

                    I had about 2k worth of credits, that expired in July 2020. I wasn't willing to place any orders due to the pandemic, and I wanted the expiry date to be extended. Customer care is highly unresponsive, they say they'll arrange calls with the supervisor but no one ever gets back. When everyone is making exceptions for the pandemic, why can't Myntra?...

                    I still didn’t hey my refund from last month they say my bank account is not proper and told me to submit the details of bank .. so I did and have my bank details but still my refund for 4 tops has been not refunded ... whwnoi ask they say it has been initiated and it will refelect in ur bank account in 2-3 days .. what is this I lost my money here when I will get money from mytra ..

                      Hi,

                      I purchased 5 Portico quilts from Myntra in November. I returned all of them, and the packages were unopened. The products were packed in a zip bag and then wrapped with a plastic on top. I dod not even remove the plastic, let alone open the zip and take out the product. So the items were completely untouched by me.
                      The items were picked up Myntra Logistics partner-Delhivery, and the same was updated on my app.
                      A few days later, it showed that the refund was processed for only 1 quilt, while the return request for the remaining 4 items was denied, the reason being cited that the products failed quality check. Hence, my refund was also denied.
                      Now, the issue is that since the products were completely unopened, and the same was noted by the person picking up the products I don't see how it could fail quality check. The only way that could happen was if either it was tampered with during return logistics, or it was faulty products that were shipped to me. Either way, the onus does not lie on me.
                      Also, if the return was not accepted, then at least the products should be shipped back to me, but even that hasn't been done. Thus, neither do I have my refund, nor my money.
                      I have filed a complaint about the same with Myntra but to no avail. It has almost been a month now but the only update I get is that they are trying to get in touch with their Logistics partner, and thus request for 48 hours to get back to me. And once those 48 hours are up, I get tje same email, requesting 48 hours more. And so it goes on.
                      It has been highly frustrating as there is no response from their end other than this. I don't know if I will get the refund, or my products back. They are highly unresponsive and seem to be bent upon cheating the customer.

                      Hope to find a resolution soon.

                        I had purchased three items from myntra Dt 09.11.2020 out of which 1 item returned by me (Order ID:115678447660831606201 for which I should have receive the return refund of rs 1032 but till date 11.12.2020 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me this reference number[protected] but I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
                        Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

                            Called Customer care of Myntra several time but they are not keen to resolve the issues.

                                Return got cancelled because the item have mismatched

                                I've ordered one pink and gold embellished Varanga anarkali kurta from Myntra but instead they've sent me a yellow straight A-line kurta. And when I applied for a return service the delivery was cancelled due to the "mismatch of the product" which is why I was returning the product in the first place.                                 Highly disappointed and annoyed by the Myntra a’s quality check team. Return request of 2 products got declined even after returning them within 24 hours of delivery.They should stop using tag line “no question asked during return” and Try n Buy..if they can’t accept return just after trying it on then it’s better not to order anything from Myntra.
