I received a pair of white flip flops yesterday evening. I had to return it since it was oversized. It was picked up today morning itself, all the tags were intact, and flip-flops perfectly put in the box. The guy picking it up unpacked and examined, put it back and asked me to give a good rating. And now I get a message that quality check has failed. This is the 1st time this is happening in my years of shopping with myntra. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

    I have ordered Roadster men Black solid sweatshirt on[protected], I received the order on the date[protected], the product didn't fit me well so I decided to return the product, I returned the product on[protected] and the Return no I'd is [protected], I don't understand why the product has failed the quality checks and reshipping the product to me, I asure you that product have all the bills and all the tags and handed over to the delivery agent, why the quality check is failing and your not refunding my amount, if the quality check is failing then your team handed us the bad product ? The same product was returned without any damage from our concern .It's very disappointing to hear such response from a reputated site like yours. It's very clear that product was not damaged from our end, how you delivered us we returned in the same way . I want my refund back for my product please don't reship us, please do check your quality check's again and refund our amount .

    I haven't received any information regarding my refund or reshipping of the product.

    I have returned the product on 8-07-21 for initiation of refund. However, you have declined to refund the amount though the product was untouched and was in good condition as it was originally.I would like to know you that I have not neither received the product nor the refund amount.Therefore I kindly request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.       Anouk Kurta was originally purchased on Oct 27 as the size (XXL) was too big I had ordered for an exchange . Myntra sent XL size however the new item they shipped had two lines on the chest and was damaged so I decided to return it back to them.

      But the return was rejected saying item damaged . I called the customer service on Nov 12 to check the reason and they told me to wait until the product was shipped back to me and then I can send it back to them again.

      When I did that it was again returned back to me on Nov 20 . I called the customer service on Nov 20 to ask for the reason and was told that when they inspected the item they could not find any issues so they rejected the return . I was told that someone will follow-up and call me back but when I did not get any call back I called them back again on Nov 23 and asked to speak to their Customer service Manager and was told that they will have someone call me in two hours .

      I got a call from Mr. Ganesh Singh two days later and initially he told me that they rejected the return as it was damaged I asked him where was the damage and he told he on the back to Kurta so I told him that I don't accept that and I would like him to show me where the damage was as I cannot see any damage on the back either via video chat or by sending someone over to my house. Then he told me that the damage was in front and I explained to him that was the reason I was trying to return it . He said he cannot help as I had tried to alter the product and it got damaged. As the product was in the condition I received including the tags I told him to please track the product to see if the item sent to me was sent to some other customer first who altered and returned it and it got sent to me but he refused to track the item saying there is nothing he can do to help.

        I have returned a product of Rs. 2100 last year and got refund in Myntra credit at 21 Dec 2019 as per the policy it should be expire at 20 Dec 2020
        12 PM but it get expired in 19 Dec
        12 PM in front of my eyes and i can't do anything I know that this was a leap year but still 1 year is 1 year you should have warn me earlier. I was their customer for so many years When I call to their no. For enquiry and help they just said that 'it can't be helped" . Bro, WTF. 2100 Rs. Is a lot of money for me and its gone in few second in front of my eyes .
        I NEED HELP PLEASE, i dont want anyone else's money, I want my own money in my Myntra account back

          I had ordered a pyjama from Myntra.com However on receipt of the item it was found to be small in size. It was promptly packed up with tags intact and a request for refund was placed. The Kolkata branch of your office refused to take it back with an excuse that it has a smell of a perfume. Unfortunately repeated requests was not paid heed by them. I rang up the customer case at least three times. They assured me that action will be taken by 21 Dec 2020 but nothing positive has happened. The delivery boy from Kolkata branch came twice in last one week but each time they told that approval from higher centre has not come and so they cannot take back the item.

          This is the first time we have purchased an item from Myntra and we have faced a lot of harassment. We buy a lot of items from Amazon but they are very customer friendly and never hesitate to take back any item which customer returns.

          May I request you to look into the matter and ensure that I get the refund as early as possible.

            Order I'd:# 1159630 [protected]

            I had odered this product and it was delivered to me on 18th dec. I had placed the return request for this and it was picked on 21st dec

            On 22nd Dec I got a mail saying "Return rejected as it failed quality check"

            I had returned the product as the quality dint meet my expectation but now they back fired me and rejected my returned product

            Note: All the tags are available(it is same as and how it was delivered to me )

            I'm really hoping this issue gets resolved

I don't know why myntra is offering sale at the items n when vr liking them n selecting it in cart it's showing out of stock n only few sizes r available n also among them when I'm ordering it it's showing out of stock. Tokyo talkies black bootcut flared jeans is my favorite one n I really want to buy it so plz make it restock again so that I can buy it size 32.plz try to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Just keep items available in good quantity so that v can buy without facing any difficulty while doing online shopping...

                  Product return number :- [protected]

                  My self shubham shivane, i was supposed to get refund from myntra of Rs. 1749.

                  Myntra told me that transaction was processed on 29 june 2020, but i didn't recieve any such amount to my bank account, so i did contact to myntra regarding this so they gave me the transaction reference number[protected] and my last 4 digit of my account number (6340) when i checked it properly it was matching with my debit card number. For proof i have provided some screenshots of mail from myntra.

                  So it looks like while giving my bank account details to myntra i mistaken by gave them my debited card number inside of my account number, but my other details where all correct like IFSC code, account holder name and bank name.

                  I did check on Google pay by putting my debit card number as account no and same IFSC code, account holder name and bank name. There was showing an account for transaction.

                  So it looks like there is an another account with my debit card number in same bank with same IFSC code an all.

                  Please help me with this problem to retrieve my money back.

                    Hi There,
                    I received this shoes as a part of order Id #116011013966175364801.
                    Item was not packaged properly and there was no tag on it and product looks like it was used.
                    Same day I tried to return it and called customer care they have not accepted it and told that there is no fault from our end and product was packaged properly. Today I generated another return request and returned the product and now my request is on hold.
                    I am attaching the images of the product from the day I received. Please issue a refund for this product.

                        I ordered United Colours of Benetton Navy Colour Mid Top shoes Size 10 from Myntra.com worth Rs. 2449, but received completely different colour and size. Although The Product i received was of Same company (United Colours of Benetton) but the colour was White and size was smaller than i ordered. I ordered Navy shoes of 10 size but i received White shoes of 6 size. I raised complaint on Myntra twice times but no satisfied solution was provided. Kindly help me in this matter as i want my Refund at the earliest.

                          Failed to order but money got debited from my account

                          On 19th of Dec 2020 I placed an order of 2.7k via upi payment(Gpay). Gpay was showing order is processing, after 5mins Myntra showed failed to order. After 20mins Gpay said payment was confirmed and amount got deducted. I tried contacting Myntra, their customer care said wait for 48hrs for refund. Contacted them after 48hrs that there is no refund, they said we didn't receive money its issue with bank and I was asked to contact them. Meanwhile...

                          Hi there
                          i have placed a return for one here &now jeans of price 899 . The courier boy picked my shipment for return but due to some reason the return has been rejected and refund was declined. But stil now i did not get my jeans back and myntra is saying that the reshipment of order has been done and the order has been delievered.
                          So please look on to this issue .And help me.

                            I ordered 3000 coat today on myntra and after few hours my whole order list was empty.
                            I called Myntra they asked me to uninstall and reinstall again but nothing happened.
                            I don't know what to do

                              I made a purchase two Myntra in November for Puma Dare sneakers and had two exchanges because of fitting issues.The second exchange is eligible for return on the 27th of December but Myntra is refusing to take responsibility stating that they will not issue my refund because of redeemed myntra points.Myntra I still have extra points take them and give me my money back you need to own up for failing to deliver value for money.Spoke to customer reps very very rude kept me waiting for a total of over I 90 minutes given that I spoke to three of them with one cutting my call and sending a message that my query had been resolved!!! This isnt funny I need my money and demand justice ASAP.As a customer I have my rights too which im fully aware of and value for money is a top priority.

                                My order#1160267 [protected], #1160267 [protected] placed after availing multiple offers during the SALE period on 19 December 2020 are auto cancelled and there is no option to contact customer care through mobile/web via emails/chat/calls.
                                The prices of the products in the order has significantly increased now. So, kindly get me the same products at the price I have placed the order initially if the SALE was not a scam.

                                  I had returned a product on second week of dec. I asked for return on the same day I received it. Next day it was returned too. 'Your refund of Rs 1039.00 for the return has been processed successfully on 10th Dec'- This is the status displayed in my profile. its been almost three weeks now. I have not received any refund till now. Can someone explain why it is?

                                      This is to inform you that myself HARDIK BIHANI resident of mahavir chowk upper bazaar ranchi jharkhand. This is regarding that i ordered a being human mens jeans size 34 but it was large and by misktake the tag of the jeans cut and splitted into two half but then alsa i have the tags and sent it for the return but unfortunately if did not pass tye quality check and had still not reshipped to me also after a few days later i got 32 size available for that particular jeans so i requeted an exchange so that i could get the smaller size but when it cones to me the delievery boys says that he will take the older jeans and will then give the new one and also i had not got any refund for the jeans which i returned nor a nwe one too and time and again i called the myntra for all possible solutions but myntra never picked it up so either give my refund back or give the smaller size for the jeans . Literally very Dissapointed myntra. Please give the message and the product without any gail ASAP...
