I have raised a return request one week back. Your agent is not calling me even his number is not reachable so that I can call him.

Every Day I am receiving message that Your return will be picked up and again I get message that return pickup has been failed. I am at my place whole week and your agent has not come for pickup. He never calls and just updating the fake status.

I am not able to contact to your customer care team as after long waiting call gets disconnected.

I am a very old customer and was very satisfied with The server Myntra gives. But this is the worst experience I have faced.

Today is Sunday please talk to your agent and get this item picket up today only also ask him to call before he come as his number is not reachable and he is not coming for pickup just updating the fake status that pickup has been failed.

    I have purchased 10 kurthas from myntra, 5583 rupees. Then I cancelled my order.. Only 1086 rupees is credited. 4497 is missing.. I credit through Google pay. So please help me

            This is to bring into light the horrible service from Myntra where for return of a product quality check was thoroughly approved and the product was picked up. But then your amazing tean decides to harass the cm by deciding to reject the return after 2 days and then expect the customer to accept the unsealed package back which was returned in the first place for very reason of product being recieved in old, tattered and what can be called as used product. I can not accept such an old product. It came in a tattered polythene packing, of which I informed your team immediately after recieving the order and they assisted me to raise return on app, and by denying the return now your company is just tormenting the customer . This is an arbitrary practise from your end. I initiated the return in given time period with all tags and everything intact.It does not make any legal or moral sense to not accept return within your company policies unfairly. Kindly consider this issue seriously because 9k bucks means a lot to some people which may not be so to you and it is resentful and disappointing for your company to thug customer's hard earned money like that.
            Your team when given a choice has now decided to keep my money with them only, such a petty behavior from "India's largest Fashion Site"

              I have paid an amount and the same is converted into Myntra credit which is equivalent to money, however the same has expired without any proper notice, I was unable to purchase due to the pandemic, request you to address the same.

                Sir few days ago i ordered an article nike men black running shoe winflo 6 i don't lyk the product so i return the product to myntra the delivery agent picked the product and after picking a msg get me from myntra that the product is on hold because there is no price tag in that product.sir the product which received to me i return the product as it is but myntra is not understanding my concern and they are returning me the product back
                sir i swear i haven't done anything the product which i received i return the product as it is the product which i received doesn't hve the price tag and they are blaming me for that. sir in student life it is very difficult to bear this type of loss 4000 amount is very big amount for a student but myntra is not understanding me.sir please help me if you can.one more product i have received nike winflo 7 shoe the product is also dont have the price tag tell me whose mistake it is the product when i received there is no price tag in that sir you seller is bluffing myntra and there customers there is a big scam going's on by myntra sellers they are sending the product without price tag from there end and they blaming the customers.

                please sir help me please take some strict action against them you customer service is not understanding our concern they are blaming us only.

                  I ordered Cortina curtains 4 Numbers. None of them had price tag but my refund is on hold since the price tag is missing. How can I produce something that was not given in the first place. If one price tag was missing we can understand, how can I remove tags of all 4 curtains when return was placed immediately when the product was delivered

                    I have placed an order on myntra for that order the amount was deducted from my bank account through UPI ID but no order was placed but myntra not refunding my money back. This incident has happened to me first time and I'm really looking forward for your help. Please look into matter and refund my amount of 1400

                      It was a here and now blue stretchable jeans refund.
                      I have complaint many time through twitter email, Facebook, Myntra app regarding my grievance. But all efforts went into vien. That the above said act on your part has caused me Loss damage besides mental tension trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money. I hereby call upon you for refund within 3 days. If I didn't get refund timely, i shall be constrained to take shelter of court of law at your cast, damages compensation consequences accordingly.

                          The issue that I have experienced was: One of the item for the above mentioned order ID has been returned by me but Myntra rejected my refund. The issue was the product which I received was without tags and I complain the same about Myntra and they assure to resolve the issue by 26/11/2020 but on 24/11/2020 I got the msg that my refund is rejected due to quality check process fail. If I receive the product without tags then this is completely myntra's fault not mine and I reported them about the same but still they rejected my refund.The product is Indo Era Women black and teal blue yoke design kurta with plazzos and dupatta, size:xlI look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

                              Myself Satyabrata Mahalik ordered a Skybags backpack, Order id- 115902987872606237403 from Myntra on dt:05/12/20 with Rs960 and received a total different backpack of Skybags(different colour and cheaper) on dt:10/12/20. Then immediately complained for exchange or refund but twice my request on quality check basis. But all original tags and packing are there still they are rejected my request. Please help me to get replacement of the item. Regards.

                                  My 2 orders got cancelled due to unavoidable reason on 30th Nov i. e, Tag 7 and Sassafras and I was told by the myntra customer care that the refund is initiated and it will be reflected to my account before 14 Dec.So I called again the myntra customer care on 15th Dec to know the status of the refunded amount but still myntra is asking for more time and telling me to wait till 23rd Dec neither myntra is providing me the transaction Id nor refunding the amount. Such a bad experience with myntra, myntra is taking almost a month to refund the amount, why myntra gives the online payment option if you can't handle the refunding process. N change ur voice call as it speaks continuously a lie that the problem is resolved within 2-3 days.Such a worst service by myntra.

                                    I have ordered idalia pink kurta set on myntra. It arrived on nov 27, 2020.but, due to quality issues I have returned it .with in two days I returned it .today, it is December 15, 2020.still my refund was not cleared.It damages your entire brand name .it showing daily your refund will pay Tomorrow it is not fair I want my refund back please resolve this issue that iam facing.

                                      I ordered total 5 Blazers on myntra... due to size issues I have to return them... the pickup has been done successfully... today I received a message from myntra that my return is on hold... I contacted customer care but didn't got any help from them... they are not refunding my money...
