I had ordered a pair of Roadster shoes( Roadster Women Nude Colored heeled sneakers) a week ago from myntra. It arrived early (15th sept). The shoes looked used so I decided to return it At the time of returning, I was asked the reason for returning the product in the Myntra app, I selected the box "Product has stains". . I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. I did not even put it on the floor. The pick up guy came and refused to take the product as it was stained according to him. Although I was quite surprised because that is the reason I selected in Myntra app. After a detailed conversation with a Myntra executives on their customer service no., he took it back. After that a message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed then I got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "product looks used". Now why the hell would i do that? Use the product and return it? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is exactly how you sent it why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

    Hi,
    I had ordered online on myntra Mia by Tanishq pendant jewellery. They had delivered on my address on 06.01.2021 and after 3
    Days i processed for return the items online due to the pendant hook is small. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying self ship means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed. This is totally wrong, if you are delivering at door then return should be also from door. They are saying pick up facility is not there, if not then why delivered at door?
    On[protected] a guy came saying return request is there from myntra so i returned my item..he said he will send na a message by evening about the return but till now i haven't received any message.

    My request is please refund the amount immediately.

      I bought a Allen Solly jacket on 20th jan from myntra. The jacket looked like an used and poor quality product.
      So I raised a return request on 22nd jan.
      I selected options 'quality issues - used product' while creating return.
      A delivery boy came and picked jacket even at that time he didn't say a single word to me about the jacket quality.
      And the very same day they put my return on hold and on next day they completely rejected my return and send me a message that they would reship me the jacket.
      I am completely fed up with their policies.
      They send me a already used product without doing quality check and when I return the jacket they are doing quality check to put this used jacket on my head.
      I think now a days myntra is cheating their customers.
      Guys please use myntra at your own risk bcoz if they send u already used product then u could not do anything as they will not accept return.
      Very disappointed with myntra .
      Amazon is much better than myntra in terms of trusting their customers.

        Sir, I had returned a product worth Rs1847 & ₹959 on Myntra for which my refund was processed on 29 Dec 20 & 12Jan21 but even till now the amount is not showing in my SBI Rupay Utsav Card ending with 1207 Refund reference number(17203010365052633788086-₹1847& 30005410130358121392974-₹959.I tried to contact my bank but no charge dispute form is available so they are no t helping me anyway and Myntra is saying since they provided the reference number they have nothing to do with it.please contact sbi for my refund.
        Sir Please help me to get my refund back to my card. Transactions details are attached for your reference...

            I have put an item 1 HRX ritik roshan track pant for exchanged on 13 jan and it had to be shipped on 15 jan but now today is 23 jan has not shipped yet, and my complaint reply has to be come on 23 jan, but they doesn't give me any reply.if you will do like this, no customer ever again purchase anything from myntra, i am facing problem 2 time, i[censored] have a service for exchanging items then why don't you provide that one to users, please shipped my item, its very important for me, you fraud with customers

              I purchased noise jet black smart watch in myntra while i received the product and charged the watch and the screen touch was not worked properly i did not used at all while i raised the complaint to the customer care they even did not respond properly and disconnect my phone call and i want refund or product exchange immediately. while i received the product on jan 15th -2021 and i ordered that jan 6th-2021 ..
              while receiving the product continuously raised a complaint but no one is not respond properly and i will go through consumer act ..

                  I have ordered on 18jan..given arrival date for 22jan..on 20jan i got a message as order will be delivered today, waited till eod..not delivered..call delivery agent did not answer my call..without attempting they sent one more message as delivery failed..its happening in a same way till now..today its 23rd jan.till now havent received my order..raised complaint with myntra, till now they did not give me any resolution..they simply closing the complaint saying that issue resolved

                  am hoping that ill get a resolution here

                    On 23 Nov 2020 i got refund in my Myntra credit for ₹389 and as on 30 Nov 2020 i got another refund of ₹563. Both refunds are initiated against the the order I placed in the month of September 2020. In total i had ₹952 in my Myntra credit. As on 10 December 2020, i got mail that some of the gift card in my Myntra credit Will be expiring in 30 days of ₹ 349.85 and of ₹25.99. My question is, as per Myntra policy for expiry of Myntra credit is upto 1 year. Since as stated above, they deducted ₹350 from my Myntra credit. As of now i only have ₹603 in Myntra credit. I want an immediate solutions for my problem.

                      3 days back, I received the delivery of 1 product from myntra, but when I checked the product, it was wrong product as well as seems to be used product, this clearly indicates that while sending the product no quality check has been performed. So I returned the product and within 3-4 hours of delivery they picked up the product but later they declined the return saying used product. I contacted multiple times customer care executive regarding the same but didn't received any resolution they said they can't do anything in this, I am feeling like cheated by such a big company while its their fault only.

                        SUB - Refund

                        This is in regards to my refund request. I am very annoyed by the customer service received from Myntra. It's very appalling. I had called up Myntra and received atrocious response. No body was able to resolve a simple refund case. Toi and fro chat through Myntra app is useless as we can't continue using the same thread. Here once again ill repeat my concern.
                        I had placed the return request for 3 products on 11 Jan.
                        1) DressBerry sweater - Rs 279
                        2) Roadster sweater - Rs 279
                        3) Roadster sweatshirt - Rs 239

                        As per Myntra the refund for all the above 3 products were initiated on 12 Jan to my hdfc Bank account.

                        I was given 3 bank reference number for the transactions as mentioned below
                        1) **642
                        2) ***98
                        3) ***116

                        However, here is the catch. I received only refund for 1 product out of 3 on 12 Jan. i.e Rs 272 for transaction no ***6642

                        I called up Myntra and enquired about the refund for the remaining 2 products ( ***0598 & ***90116). I was told to wait for 3- 5 business days. I waited. Then I called up again. I was asked to produce the bank statement which I shared ro your team. I was given the complaint and was told it wouldolved by 20 Jan. NO REVERT??? I called up again and was asked to send the bank statement again. Ridiculous!!!

                        My bank has only 1 transaction out if those 3 products which i referred. Very poor customer service. I had requested a call back from Manager.. NO call back was offered. This Is TOTALLY UN ACCEPTABLE... I want my refund now and do REVERT me here on my email.

                        I HAVE SENT THE RECENT BANK STATEMENT AGAIN ON WHICH I HAD REQUESTED FOR REFUND AND I WANT REFUND TO BE CREDITED ON THE SAME ACCOUNT.

                          My return was picked up on 2nd Jan and it was put on hold for several days without any reason.Then Myntra claimed that my return was processed on 10 Jan but I did not receive any amount .When I contacted my bank they said that no refund has been initiated by myntra an I should contact Myntra for this.I tried to contact many times but I am not getting any geniune reply they are replying with the same message that go and contact your bank.I even shared the pdf of account statement details when they asked but still I got no response my requests are getting ignored by myntra an my refund of Rs3074 is still not processed.Everytime I raise an issue regarding my refund they mark it as resolved without even informing me anything. My order id is-116080497129886862503.I placed the order with my registered mobile number-[protected]

                            I have initiated a return request and during pickup the agent not accepted the product because of serial number mismatch the agent accepted that the product is unused and brand new but serial number is mismatch all the barcode and stickers are present. Pls say the solution for this

                            I have contacted customer care and said clearly that product is unused and brand new and no issues with product. The only problem for pickup is serial number mismatch. Next day pickup agent dint ask for serial number and pickup completed

                              I had received a defective product ordered ID # 115792505632167516501 and returned the same in the month of November 2020. I have not received my refund since November 2020. I spoke to almost 4 to 5 agents at myntra and every time they would say that the refund was initiated but was reversed back but I have never received any email with the same information also it’s going to be almost four months now but I still haven’t received my refund. Legal action will be taken against myntra and its scam with the customers.

                                I ordered a wildorn gift accessory and order id. Was 1161709 [protected]. it was delivered on 21th january and when i received there is no attached price tag in the item. And the box was torn on side . so i applied for exchange. the courier guy called me and said that there is no price tag so he can not take it and put it no hold. he told me that its rejected as the quality check has not been passed.i contacted myntra and they did not resolve any my issue. just giving a time line of 25th january but there is no assurrance.tell me where is my fault?? I have to gift it to someone it's almost 30 days. How can i gift the product now?? is that my fault that company did not attach a price tag. myntra does not care to its customers issues so im not gonna order anything from myntra anymore i lost my money n time.

                                  I ordered a dress from Myntra which was far different in color than the one shown in the pic and the colour mentioned in the dress description. Then I returned the item and Myntra stated that the refund is processed on 9th Jan 2021. They said to wait for 10 days so that the amount would get reflected in my account. Now even after 12 days refund is not credited to my account and when I raise a complaint they provide me a reference id for the refund and close my issue always. But I have confirmed from my bank that no refund is processed to my account with this refund id. Myntra is looting money of several consumers this way. Please help me resolve the issue.

                                  I have asked them literally more than 10 times to provide the 23 digit ARN number if they have actually processed the refund. But they are not providing me that 23 digit ARN number and again and again providing a 12 digit reference number with which refund can not be tracked at any cost by my bank

                                    I had order a blazer worth Rs3074/ from Myntra using my registered mobile number-[protected].The order of is- 116080497129886862503.When I returned the product the return was put on hold for several days which does not happen normally when I return any product.Then I checked the order status and it showed that refund has been processed.It's been more than 15 days I have been waiting but no refund reflected in my account.When I tried to contact Myntra they said we have processed the refund and I should contact my bank. I went to my bank but they are saying no refund has been processed by Myntra.Now Myntra is refusing to help me regarding this.Everytime I try to contact them they say that we have processed the refund you should go to your bank but the bank says there has been no refund initiation
