I purchased an Inc.5 heels on 24 December 2020. When I opened the box, I noticed the shoe was too large for me. I didn't even try the heels once and packed them in the package as it was delivered to me. I placed a return request but the pickup guy was very rude and declared he wouldn't return the product even before opening the package and checking the shoes. After I insisted him to check the product as it's unused, he reluctantly did so and refused to return. After the pickup guy left, when I called Myntra customer care they told me that the pickup guy has marked that the Customer Cancelled The Return! When I complained to Myntra they asked me to wait for an update, and I haven't yet received any update and they marked the issue Resolved! I have been calling customer care, but there's no response. If my issue is not resolved, I will be suing Myntra and write a detailed review report with pictures on both Twitter and Facebook. It's increasingly becoming difficult to return products on Myntra. Why will I bother buying any product at all, if I am not given the liberty to check the product and return? I regularly purchase from Myntra, but this incident is making me reconsider to ever buy anything from Myntra, and I will make sure none of my friends and family ever buy from this company. I have cancelled all subsequent orders on Myntra and will deny delivery of others when they arrive.
