Ordered a product from Myntra.

Due to a size fitment issue, I had to return it. But this is where it begins.

There was a price mismatch on product price tag and the price mentioned on the website. The product and all tags were intact as recived.

The dleivery guy refused return. On filing a complaint with customer care they changed the issue from pricetag mismatch to price tag missing on thier won which was incorrect.

Then they simply refuse to take any complaints.

They refuse to provide an escalation matrix.

After covid they have stopped all thier email IDs to receive any incoming emails from customers. This is a well planned move and changing the issue itself to safe guard your data entry mistakes is a part of thier fraud.

Per consumer court they MUST provide us with escalation matrix but smartly they refuse so that in consumer court our complaints would be declined because we didnot escalte it with them properly.

Smart move eh?

    I am an elite member and a regular customer of myntra.I got my product delivered from myntra. I opened it and didn't found the stuff to be good so without any delay i created a return request. Next to next day the boy came to pick up the return and denied to return it stating that it is not having price tag. I then saw it and tried to contact the customer care of myntra. They said they have opened an issue and will reply to that with in some days. I was okay with it. Today i.e on 28th Dec i got a reply to my issue that my return request is declined because they have confirmed that the price tag is missing from my side. And it's nothing like that, i was provided the product with only one tag which is having its brand name on that. That's it. No other tag was attached to it. Why i would be making the price tag to disappear when i know i have to return the product. I have tried talking to them many times, none of them agreed to make it happen. Even none of them asked to upload any kind of pics for the product. What kind of justice is this? Want this matter to be looked into asap.

    The company mailed me saying that the return of the product can't be generated from their side as according to them the product was shipped in proper condition and intact item was delivered after a successful quality check.

      I ordered 4 Puma shoes from Myntra during the on going sale on 23rd December and paid for them using UPI. Next day on 24th I get a message that all 4 orders have been cancelled by Myntra because of a Technical issue but I still happen to see all those products well in stock. Just because these products were ordered during the sale that is why they cancelled my orders. This company puts up fake sale offers just to get hold of the customers and increase their customer base.

      Never use Myntra again. All they know is to cheat upon their loyal customers. STOP WITH THIS FAKE SALE FOR GODS SAKE!!!

        I purchased an Inc.5 heels on 24 December 2020. When I opened the box, I noticed the shoe was too large for me. I didn't even try the heels once and packed them in the package as it was delivered to me. I placed a return request but the pickup guy was very rude and declared he wouldn't return the product even before opening the package and checking the shoes. After I insisted him to check the product as it's unused, he reluctantly did so and refused to return. After the pickup guy left, when I called Myntra customer care they told me that the pickup guy has marked that the Customer Cancelled The Return! When I complained to Myntra they asked me to wait for an update, and I haven't yet received any update and they marked the issue Resolved! I have been calling customer care, but there's no response. If my issue is not resolved, I will be suing Myntra and write a detailed review report with pictures on both Twitter and Facebook. It's increasingly becoming difficult to return products on Myntra. Why will I bother buying any product at all, if I am not given the liberty to check the product and return? I regularly purchase from Myntra, but this incident is making me reconsider to ever buy anything from Myntra, and I will make sure none of my friends and family ever buy from this company. I have cancelled all subsequent orders on Myntra and will deny delivery of others when they arrive.

          I placed return request and my order has been picked up on 22 and yet j haven't get any refund of my any order... This problem I am getting first time in my whole online shopping site ..

            I ordered a set of 3 Calvin Klein Underwear from Myntra. On receiving the package, the internal box of the product was already open and out of 3, 2 underwear were missing from the package. An immediate call was made to the customer care within minutes of the product being delivered. While during the first call they were not able to register a complaint since the delivery status instead of showing "Delivered"was showing "Out of Delivery". On registering a complaint later that day, I was reverted with the reply that logistics team claim the product was checked before hand and shipped and they can't help me in any capacity in the regard.

                This is regarding Order ID # 1158966 [protected]. The return pick-up has been put on hold for some unknown reasons. I have contacted their customer care many times but they have done nothing about it. They promised me that pick-up will be done on or before 23 December 2020 but I have not seen any updates since then. The product has short sleeves and one cannot even wear it. So I put a return and refund request but they have not provided me with any assurance of pick-up or refund. I hereby request you to complete the process as soon as possible otherwise I will have to take some strict actions against you on social media and reaching out to consumer forum if not resolved.

                  I have ordered a sassafras denim jacket and has returned the item on the day itself i received i.e.15th dec.Then i got a messages that the money has been iniated but till today 27th dec i havent received the refund.As you see, 10 days have already gone and myntra should take responsibilty for this or should take care of this case asap.

                    I ordered a women's top (Vishudh Women Off-White Self Design A-Line Top, size M) from https://www.myntra.com/. The order ID of the product is Order ID# 115864239878109089203.

                    The product which has been delivered to me is stained. Myntra did not do proper quality check and delivered a dirty product to me. I raised a return and refund request with Myntra (Return ID- [protected]).

                    However, my return has been rejected stating 'quality check process failed'. The product contains original brand packaging, tags, everything. It is untouched.

                    I escalated the issue (IN[protected]) but received no help regarding it. The case manager closed the issue disregarding the fact that they had delivered a stained product to me.

                    I request complete refund of Rs.659 and an apology for this harassment.

                      I received my product on 21st of Dec and requested a return on 25th of Dec. And as usual according to myntra the product failed the undergoing quality check and says that it's a used product without even explaining me how they are judging whether it's a used product. When I received the product, I didn't the check the product property whether it was in a good condition or not as I had already made up my mind that I wanted to return the product. I have even checked my CCTV footage of how I returned the product. It was not used by me and myntra is putting false accusation against me. I am waiting to re-return the product and get my refund back.

                            I have placed prepaid order worth 4000 and now my account is locked. I dont even know if i will get the products i have already paid or not. Myntra is cheating CUSTOMERs and this should be taken in acount of the right authorities and their licence should be taken away. CUSTOMER care said they dont know and i will get an email. What sort of ### reply is that. Myntra is going to rot in hell.

                              The product that I recieved has minor defect and while returning, I showed it to pick up person, rather than picking it, he put my request on hold. There is no options in customer service that I can get help on this from the website or application. I actually like to change product with different size after returning it but I am not getting any updates.
                              The product is a long sleeve t-shirt

                                I ordered a Mast & Harbour Men's Grey Sneakers & Van Huesen Men Navy Blue Leather Sneakers from Myntra.com apart from other products over multiple orders in the last two weeks and recieved the delivery on 22-Dec-2020. As a practice during Covid Pandemic, we keep any new product in isolation for atleast 3 days for any possible virus on the surface of the product.

                                On 24th Dec.2020, when I opened the products, I was dissatisfied with the quality of Mast & Harbour Men's Grey Sneakers and it was also two sizes large for me. I did not even walk 10 steps wearing those shoes. I immediately initiated return for the product and ordered another pair of Sneakers (Adidas Men Navy Blue Woven design VL Court 2.0 Sneakers).

                                Also, while I liked the Van Huesen Men Navy Blue Leather Sneakers, it was 1 size large for my feet. I immediately tried for the exchange but Myntra did not allow the exchange stating their logistic partner did not have the exchange policy. I then placed the return request for size 8 and again ordered the same shoe but this time size 7.

                                Both the items were picked on 25- Dec-2020,
                                when I checked the refund status the next day,
                                It showed "Return on Hold - Quality check failed" for both pair of shoes stating the products are used. I can confirm that I have not at all used these shoes and placed return within 10 minutes of opening the packet.
                                Later the day, the refund status for Mast & Harbour shoes got updated to "Return Rejected" and they also shipped the product back to me. I opened the product back in front of delivery boy to check the product condition and he was also surprised as to why the product was marked used as it was brand new with the tags intact.

                                Also, while I am writing to you, refund status for Van Huesen shoes is still on hold stating the product is used, I am sure that will also be rejected going by the cheap strategy that Myntra has been following; and I am afraid I will have to make do with same product with two different sizes because of the unfair trade measures that the company is currently practicing.

                                If such malpractices continue, consumers will loose trust in these ecommerce websites just like I have lost in Myntra. I have raised the issue with customer care also and they have not been able to help. They are repeatedly saying that their system is showing that product is used. Also, While I have escalated to their seniors, I have recieved no call back as assured by one of their customer care executive.

                                Any help here will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

                                  All of a sudden my account has been blocked and my balance with them is not accessible and I am not able to book my return also. I called their customer care there is no SOP on how this is to be handled and also I have mailed but there is no response on it!

                                      Myntra has canceled my deal order citing product is out of stock. I bought Puma Sneakers and Puma Gym Shoes in the offer Buy one for Rs 1499/- buy Second pair for 1500/-.. i.e. second pair just for Rs 1/-. Now they want me to place new order and buy the products at higher price. How come now products are available??? There customer care has offered token of apology and suggested I take 100 myntra credits as a token of apology but I want my products. Why should customer suffer for etailers mistake

                                        I had ordered a kurta which was returned and the refund was processed on 11th december 2020. I have still not received the refund. After mailing them so many times, i just get an automated response.
