On 20th December I ordered Levi's high rise jeans..then the order came early ie on 24th it was a poor quality and was super skinny...so I have placed for return request on that very day.On 26th order was picked up successfully. Later I got a message telling that my return request was put on hold as it does not pass quality check. WHAT THE HELL???? why would I destroy the quality of product??? If mynthra wants to sell their low quality products in this manner ..by putting blame on people..shame on u guys...Im a regular customer of mynthra but this would be my last purchase.I want my refund back

    On 23rd December 2020 I placed an order in Myntra by using Google pay of amount ₹733.50 with Google transaction ID- CICAgKDjhc3SdA and UPI id[protected] and Myntra order Id - 116061444118015503001. I raised a complaint in Myntra but they are saying they have not received any payment, and is asking to talk to bank, in my bank statement it is clearly showing payment done and money debited.so please help me resolve this issue.

      I had ordered a jeans ( high rise skinny fit Levi's black 721) on 20th december from mynthra.
      It arrived early on 24th December. The jeans was of poor quality..I have previously also ordered Levi's jeans ..but this time quality was very bad and I got super skinny one(I ordered skinny fit)so I requested for return on that very day.Due to some misunderstanding it did not occur on 25th..but on 26th it was picked up successfully.Then after that I got a message telling my return request was" put on hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check"I called up the customer care..they told they will look into the problem..and I again got a message telling they are reshipping that product back to me.WHAT THE HELL IS THIS????? I have also purchased from other e commercial sites and have never faced a situation like this. Since the quality was bad and I got a defective product..that's why I have placed for return request on that day itself.why r u doing this to people..I want my refund..you have sent a defective product and now tells that we have made it defective...This will be my last purchase with mynthra..very disappointing!!

        This is regarding Order ID # 1158966 [protected]. The return pick-up has been put on hold for some unknown reasons. The product is still in pristine and packed condition. The pick-up person made mistake by putting the product on hold because of which I have not been able to return the product. I have contacted their customer care many times but they have done nothing about it. They promised me that pick-up will be done on or before 23 December 2020 but I have not seen any updates since then. The product has short sleeves and one cannot even wear it. So I put a return and refund request but they have not provided me with any assurance of pick-up or refund. I hereby request you to complete the process as soon as possible.

          I tried placing an order on 22dec 2020, amount of Rs 4453.98 got debited from the account but order was not placed.
          Called myntra customer care and they said the refund is initiated, but I didn't got any confirmation and today is 29dec 2020, since money is not credited in my account.
          Contacted my bank they said they haven't received any amount from myntra yet.
          Please help

            I want to complain against one of your delivery boy. He asked for my personal number saying that if some issue happens with the refund I will inform you. So I gave him to be on safe side but later he started texting me and calling me which is very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me. I don’t want to receive any further delivery/pickups by him and please take strict action against him.

              I have ordered 2 shirts from Myntra on 26th December 2020, amount of Rs.1198/- via google pay. payment got debited and order was not placed. i have contacted customer care on same day. initially they told me to wait for 24-48 hours. we will refund. after 48 hours i have contacted them and informed that i have't received any refund yet, then they are telling that we have't received any amt from your end contact google pay or bank.

              i have transaction screenshot with order id, upi transaction id. no valid response from them, why should i contact google pay when the payment received by myntra to myntra.[protected]@axisbank. Please anybody help me to get my money, if you faced same problem earlier and what is the process to get money back.

                I had requested to exchange the dress, the product was picked by myntra delivery boy but still it showing the product is yet to be picked in the app. They have sent another delivery boy to pick the same dress which i have already submitted to them. Myntra customer care is not ready to resolve. Also the dress which i have to receive in return of the dress is kept on hold.

                  'Ive ordered one Navy blue dress, Tauras brand from Myntra but instead they've sent me a grey colour. And when I applied for a return service the delivery was cancelled due to the "mismatch of the product" which is why I was returning the product in the first place. And the help desk is also saying again and again that the product sent to me was in pristine condition and quality was also good. But my concern is the whole product which was sent to me is wrong. Quality is not the priority here. So they've rejected the problem as invalid. I'm disappointed in their service.

                      I, Sri Pratyush Chakraborty, ordered a Black Leather jacket for Rs1799/- from Myntra online garments store of the company named LEATHER RETAIL. The product came with no MRP or any price tag. Unsatisfied with the size, i decided to return the item. But the delivery man refused to take it as it didn't have any actual product price tag.                         Ordered a product from Myntra.

                        Due to a size fitment issue, I had to return it. But this is where it begins.

                        There was a price mismatch on product price tag and the price mentioned on the website. The product and all tags were intact as recived.

                        The dleivery guy refused return. On filing a complaint with customer care they changed the issue from pricetag mismatch to price tag missing on thier won which was incorrect.

                        Then they simply refuse to take any complaints.

                        They refuse to provide an escalation matrix.

                        After covid they have stopped all thier email IDs to receive any incoming emails from customers. This is a well planned move and changing the issue itself to safe guard your data entry mistakes is a part of thier fraud.

                        Per consumer court they MUST provide us with escalation matrix but smartly they refuse so that in consumer court our complaints would be declined because we didnot escalte it with them properly.

                        Smart move eh?

                          I am an elite member and a regular customer of myntra.I got my product delivered from myntra. I opened it and didn't found the stuff to be good so without any delay i created a return request. Next to next day the boy came to pick up the return and denied to return it stating that it is not having price tag. I then saw it and tried to contact the customer care of myntra. They said they have opened an issue and will reply to that with in some days. I was okay with it. Today i.e on 28th Dec i got a reply to my issue that my return request is declined because they have confirmed that the price tag is missing from my side. And it's nothing like that, i was provided the product with only one tag which is having its brand name on that. That's it. No other tag was attached to it. Why i would be making the price tag to disappear when i know i have to return the product. I have tried talking to them many times, none of them agreed to make it happen. Even none of them asked to upload any kind of pics for the product. What kind of justice is this? Want this matter to be looked into asap.

                          The company mailed me saying that the return of the product can't be generated from their side as according to them the product was shipped in proper condition and intact item was delivered after a successful quality check.

                            I ordered 4 Puma shoes from Myntra during the on going sale on 23rd December and paid for them using UPI. Next day on 24th I get a message that all 4 orders have been cancelled by Myntra because of a Technical issue but I still happen to see all those products well in stock. Just because these products were ordered during the sale that is why they cancelled my orders. This company puts up fake sale offers just to get hold of the customers and increase their customer base.

                            Never use Myntra again. All they know is to cheat upon their loyal customers. STOP WITH THIS FAKE SALE FOR GODS SAKE!!!

                              I purchased an Inc.5 heels on 24 December 2020. When I opened the box, I noticed the shoe was too large for me. I didn't even try the heels once and packed them in the package as it was delivered to me. I placed a return request but the pickup guy was very rude and declared he wouldn't return the product even before opening the package and checking the shoes. After I insisted him to check the product as it's unused, he reluctantly did so and refused to return. After the pickup guy left, when I called Myntra customer care they told me that the pickup guy has marked that the Customer Cancelled The Return! When I complained to Myntra they asked me to wait for an update, and I haven't yet received any update and they marked the issue Resolved! I have been calling customer care, but there's no response. If my issue is not resolved, I will be suing Myntra and write a detailed review report with pictures on both Twitter and Facebook. It's increasingly becoming difficult to return products on Myntra. Why will I bother buying any product at all, if I am not given the liberty to check the product and return? I regularly purchase from Myntra, but this incident is making me reconsider to ever buy anything from Myntra, and I will make sure none of my friends and family ever buy from this company. I have cancelled all subsequent orders on Myntra and will deny delivery of others when they arrive.

                                  I ordered a set of 3 Calvin Klein Underwear from Myntra. On receiving the package, the internal box of the product was already open and out of 3, 2 underwear were missing from the package. An immediate call was made to the customer care within minutes of the product being delivered. While during the first call they were not able to register a complaint since the delivery status instead of showing "Delivered"was showing "Out of Delivery". On registering a complaint later that day, I was reverted with the reply that logistics team claim the product was checked before hand and shipped and they can't help me in any capacity in the regard.

                                        I have ordered a sassafras denim jacket and has returned the item on the day itself i received i.e.15th dec.Then i got a messages that the money has been iniated but till today 27th dec i havent received the refund.As you see, 10 days have already gone and myntra should take responsibilty for this or should take care of this case asap.
