I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Refund denied by Myntra for 2 Blazers and a pair of shoes due to quality check failed

The issue that I have experienced was: I had returned my three products (2 blazers and 1 pair of shoes, INR 8, 504) few days back. Myntra agent came and checked the product thoroughly. I returned the products in the same new condition with all the tags intact. Even Myntra agent checked it and confirmed that the products are in new condition with all the tags intact before pickup. Now Myntra is saying that your return has been rejected due to quality issues. They are denying refunding my money even though I have returned the products in new condition with all the tags intact. They are forcing me to keep the products by sending them back to me and denying my refund. When their own agent checked the quality of the products while returning the products then how can they reject my return based on quality? I had raised the concern with their team but no resolution. I raised this concern on twitter also but no resolution so far. Kindly help me to get my refund.

*** Fraud Alert *** Beware People ***
After sharing my complaint details here in this website I am getting a lot of fraud calls claiming that they are Myntra agents and can refund my amount. They were asking me to download some app named "quick support" and share OTP/authorization code. Kindly do not fall into these traps, do not share any OTP or download any third party app. Do not entertain these kind of fraudsters, they ask you to download the app and then through that app they take control of your mobile phone and can make payments and read OTP. I believe these website people are also involved with these fraudsters and sharing our personal details with them.

    Sir it's been 5 days now only two days left after that I'll be not able to return my product...Earlier I returned it then I cancelled because I wanted it to be refunded in bank account... But it is still showing that return requested... I called to pickup agent and asked the same he replied that he had cancelled the request as per my request...I have also tried calling their customer care number, but it's invalid... I've been hustling since 26 November... I have not expected this kind of poor service from Myntra...There is a wedding of my brother and I'm seeking it to return before tomorrow so that I can order the new one before the day of wedding please help...

    My product costing ₹4000 and I don't have much money left to purchase another suit... I want to return it... Today is the last day to return.

      I redeemed flipkart supercoins for Rs 1500 myntra voucher and got credited in myntra credit on 5 April 2020.But now there is no credit in my myntra credit.Myntra is cheating us looted my money Rs 1500.

        I have purchased 2 clothes, they both were different from what i have ordered, also there was no price tags with those clothes, one person came from myntra, i dont knw what he has done in his system due to which both my product is now showing as return on hold in my myntra app, then i have raised complaint through myntra app, it has already been 15-20 days and still complaint has not resolved, i have shared pictures of product and also i tried to contact in myntra office nearby, after so many calls, they received and they are saying they will send somone for return, but still not sending anyone. I am very much disappointed with this response. I asked for the return and refund. Please help to get this complaint resolved. I need to return the product and want refund. I am not able attach pictures here, i have already attached in complaint raised through myntra app. My issue created no. is IN[protected].

          I had ordered few products from myntra on[protected] and the delivery was expected in a week. However, within after an hour I recd a message mentioning the refund was initiated. When I checked on Myntra app, it shows Order cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or internal issues. Can I please what is going on?

            The order which I had placed pack of 2sweater but I got only 1 sweater in which design is in reverse way I had tried and explain many times but they didn't apologize their mistakes and put all blame on me so what kind of behavior is this? Kindly resolve my issue asap

              Ordered a quechea sunglass for and on product description it was written lens width 65mm but when I received the order lens width was small so returned straightaway it got picked up by delivery boy very next day. Now Iget a message that product return on hold my question as product is used or damaged. Within minutes I raised return if it is damaged how did delivery guy picked it up ? I am sure this will be my very last order with myntra if they do it like this. Surely baffled with there service.

                My myntra credit is stuck as I had logged in using my number which is a new number [protected]. It did not give me an option to update my e-mail id. However as I was about to place the order using a gift voucher, the gift voucher was added to the account but could not use it as the OTP was sent to an e-mail which I did not even register. The e-mail id was [protected]@sofimail.com which I found out from google is a temporary domain. I guess it is some fraud that myntra is doing. I really want this to be resolved as the amount is 3000 and it also had an expiry date.

                  I received my order and on the same day initiated a return request because the size was too small. The courier guy came to pick it up as the package was quite huge, he opened the packet and crumbled the product in his bag. Now myntra has denied the quality check as the tags are missing. They are not ready to listen and accept that it can be their courier teams mistake also but apparently blaming the customer for it is easier and profitable

                    I got my product NBA casual shoes on 29 November 2020 and i tried it once. it's so heavy that my leg kind of started to hurtwhen wearing it so I chose to return and the pick up executive collected the product with all the details with in the box now I have been informed that the product quality check is failed due to some stain in the product and my refund is up on hold I tried it only once with my socks on so how could I damage the quality so is this the way you treat your customers am done with it if you guys return my product i will kindly accept it but that would be my last and final purchase from this damn site I have been purchased around 3, 4 items with in 3 month period but I didn't expect this kind of response from Myntra and am totally disappointed

                      I ordered a pair of ELLE heels from Myntra and they got delivered to me. After opening the package I found that I received a defective package. However, exchange option was not available. I placed a return order and the pickup agent came the next day. He checked the heels however he denied to take those back as they are defective. I told him that it was already a defective piece. He said that he will put the return on hold and asked me to connect with the customer care for pre-approval.
                      I am trying to connect with the customer service but I am not able to do so.
                      Today I got a reply from the customer service that my request would be updated till 3rd dec.

                      This is pathetic.

                      Help me place the return and refund my money back.

                        Exchange of a product

                        I have ordered a sweatshirt, cost of 899 and I raised a request for an exchange because of the size issue. And also the product came without a tag on it. The myntra delivery boy had taken that product back but the exchanged piece is not yet received by me....

                        I have observed that post lockdown Myntra has started a new fraud system of cheating customers, by delivering wrong products, duplicate products are sold without price tag.

                        This happened multiple times with me, the products sold are duplicate, when customer tried to return the product, Myntra executives deny return saying that Price tag is missing or is wrong.

                        This way they keep customers money on hold for longer periods and earn interest from them.

                        To lure customers they say that we provide heavy discounts and deliver wrong/duplicate/cheap products.

                        It is a shame online selling industry.

                          I had ordered joggers from myntra on 16/11/2020 and got the product delivered on 23/11/2020. The product was not the same i had ordered it was chinos and i had ordered joggers and of different size too. The very moment i requested a return and the next day the delivery boy came to pick up the order, he checked it and told that the product is not the same you have ordered and i cant take it because it doesn't match the info we have so you keep it. He said you will get a call from myntra and tell them about the issue, then again your product will be picked up. But its been 6 days now (29/11/2020) and there is no update. These delivery agency and myntra are such a scam.

                            Myntra has delivered me a wrong and used trimmer. I had order a Phillips trimmer worth rupees[protected] for my dad as a birthday gift during this lockdown. I received a wrong trimmer machine of brand Flipkart. Also the attachments are wrong since the trimmer is not of Philips. Nose filter is missing. The packing is old and torn. The packaging contains small hairs since it’s used. The attachments are dirty. Over all the products that is delivered is pathetic and used. Also which is for no use since the attachments does not work or missing. I paid 2500 for this!

                            When I call customer care they keep the call on hold and it gets cut after a minute and they never call back. This happened for 4-5 time. Now when I call I have to repeat evrythin again to different different people and they are saying your request is declined with no reasons or proof.

                            I want to question myntras quality check and trust. They claim 7 step quality check. Here the quality check is not even done. Or Myntra is deliberately cheating genuine customers.

                            Myntra is not taking any action towards this this is highly unprofessional and disappointing.

                            Kindly do the needful. I paid 2500 for this cheating.

                              Myntra application users suffering worst service in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad
                              Last 3 delevery they delevered like I badly need it I had to call 5 times a day to delevery boy to delever ( he had that courier already)
                              Today I suffered worst service
                              I had ordered Timex watch week ago, 2 days ago Myntra drop a massage that delevery agent will come and delever I called him 5 times a day they picked up my call in evening and said will delever tomorrow, since 2 days I called him 20 times and they didn't picked up my call
                              In this evening I got another number from agent that to call him for my product
                              He just said bad words to me my mind got stuck

                              Is this is Myntra???

                              Shame on Myntra for this service in Muradnagar

                              Tomorrow morning I am going to change my place how will I get that important product
                              I will go to consumers court for this tomorrow for sure.

                                  i wasnt able to use the credit as i was hospitalised due to corona for 15days...i requested customer care to extend the time limit for credit expirey. But customer care executive denied it straight away.

                                    I have ordered 2formal shirts in myntra which were mentioned as delivered but i didn't received the product . Due to our covid duties we cant take the parcels by hand so we ll tell the delivery person to keep the parcels in security room . but i checked with my neighbours, friends also my parcel is not there . i raised complaint in myntra, they keep us to wait for 24-48hrs since many days .either i wanted the products to be delivered back or refund the money .i was trying for customer help everyday im raising the request and spoke to them, they will be saying us to wait for 2-3days, so i was waiting till now, after that i requested callback they are telling that the delivery was confirmed by me, but they are lying i never said that i received the product, it was mentioned as delivered but i didnt received them, everytime i call them and telling the entire story, they raise the complaint and they just mark them as resolved they are ignoring my issue, please help, its been more than 50days i have been calling them with the same issue
