It was a here and now blue stretchable jeans refund.
I have complaint many time through twitter email, Facebook, Myntra app regarding my grievance. But all efforts went into vien. That the above said act on your part has caused me Loss damage besides mental tension trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money. I hereby call upon you for refund within 3 days. If I didn't get refund timely, i shall be constrained to take shelter of court of law at your cast, damages compensation consequences accordingly.

    We are not able to find any middle grounds between myntra and HDFC bank for the concerned refunds. Attached are the screenshots for products with order id and myntra response with refunds IDs mentioned in it. Please help us out...

      The issue that I have experienced was: One of the item for the above mentioned order ID has been returned by me but Myntra rejected my refund. The issue was the product which I received was without tags and I complain the same about Myntra and they assure to resolve the issue by 26/11/2020 but on 24/11/2020 I got the msg that my refund is rejected due to quality check process fail. If I receive the product without tags then this is completely myntra's fault not mine and I reported them about the same but still they rejected my refund.The product is Indo Era Women black and teal blue yoke design kurta with plazzos and dupatta, size:xlI look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

        I placed an order of Rs 1414. Amount got deducted from my account but order did not get placed.No confirmation came from Myntra while amount has been sent to Myntra account.Very disappointing.

          Myself Satyabrata Mahalik ordered a Skybags backpack, Order id- 115902987872606237403 from Myntra on dt:05/12/20 with Rs960 and received a total different backpack of Skybags(different colour and cheaper) on dt:10/12/20. Then immediately complained for exchange or refund but twice my request on quality check basis. But all original tags and packing are there still they are rejected my request. Please help me to get replacement of the item. Regards.

              My 2 orders got cancelled due to unavoidable reason on 30th Nov i. e, Tag 7 and Sassafras and I was told by the myntra customer care that the refund is initiated and it will be reflected to my account before 14 Dec.So I called again the myntra customer care on 15th Dec to know the status of the refunded amount but still myntra is asking for more time and telling me to wait till 23rd Dec neither myntra is providing me the transaction Id nor refunding the amount. Such a bad experience with myntra, myntra is taking almost a month to refund the amount, why myntra gives the online payment option if you can't handle the refunding process. N change ur voice call as it speaks continuously a lie that the problem is resolved within 2-3 days.Such a worst service by myntra.

                I have ordered idalia pink kurta set on myntra. It arrived on nov 27, 2020.but, due to quality issues I have returned it .with in two days I returned it .today, it is December 15, 2020.still my refund was not cleared.It damages your entire brand name .it showing daily your refund will pay Tomorrow it is not fair I want my refund back please resolve this issue that iam facing.

                  I ordered total 5 Blazers on myntra... due to size issues I have to return them... the pickup has been done successfully... today I received a message from myntra that my return is on hold... I contacted customer care but didn't got any help from them... they are not refunding my money...                         Complaint against providing expiry date product Unshaven (activated bamboo charcoal).

                        Ordered date- 12/9/20
                        Sir, above mentioned products was delivered to me after expiry of the date. Manufactured date as per your product is September, 2018 and the product is best for use within a period of 24 months from the date of mfd., But you have fraduentaly affixed an adhesive slip mentioning thereon January, 2020 as manufacturing date and it was also mentioned on the slip that best before the use within a period of 24 months from the date of mfd.
                        It is astonishingly to note that this product is exclusively for the purpose of face, and this expiry date product could disfigure the face of the customer. I close my submission in brief that why should I not approach to the courts of law to redress my grievances. Kindly reply forthwith failing which I will have no option except to knock the door of courts.

                          Worst courier vendor's hired by myntra.
                          5 time by order delivery attempted by i asked them for card payment machine so i can swap the card ciz of such pandemic of covid 19 i have to avoid cash / note for hygiene and security purpose but this myntra courier agent or company taking it very lite.

                          Everytime they are giving same reason that network issue or machine is damage.

                          As well as there myntra customer agent is also not having proper solution for customers concerns.

                          Useless customers service and pathetic courier service by myntra. Com.

                          Without solving problems they send msg that your complaints has been resolved.

                                I had cancelled one of the product, cancellation was done on 1st dec.
                                when I didn't receive it with in 2-3 days I need to take some action as per their site amount should reflect instantly.
                                I called customer care and they asked me to wait for 10 working day which I did too even when the issue was not resolved I called again
                                Now they are saying wait till 22nd dec to get an update from end
                                and from that update they meant we will give reference to check with your bank.
                                If it is just about to get the reference number it can be provided instant ly and for that they want me to wait till 22nd dec.
                                and apart from this nothing was taken care.
                                Executive has repeatedly provided misinformation they have misleaded by giving the wrong information.
                                IF they were just looking to give reference number that can be provided instantly.just for that they asked me to wait for 10 days.
                                This is unacceptable behaviour as they keep customer waiting for so long.Our effort and time gets in and no cost for that is paid.
                                If they are not paying me for parking my time how could they ask me to wait till 22nd dec.
                                And Customer Care Executive has marked the issue as resolved even it was not resolved.

                                  Received defected product of HrX shoes by myntra. The size was also not of fit. The product seems not to be of original brand. Field executive denied to accept the product. Another ticket has been raised as my return was put on Hold. The customer care team says they will check again. Need my refund.                                     Hi My Name is Pooja,
                                    I've recently ordered Nike shoes ( Women pink In- Season TR Training shoes) which are apparently out of stock now, from Myntra
                                    The Nike orange box was damaged, there were no tags and the shoe had a very light orangish stain on the heels, the product not at all seemed authentic to me and since it was a bit pricy hence I chose to return it, But instead the delivery person rejected to take the shoe because of the stain and tags and has put the return on hold due to rejected quality check.
                                    I've called myntra customer care support many times now and every time they give the same reason that we will lodge a complaint and update you and no updates came from their end, I tried to explain each and everything to them but no response even the complaints are getting rejected and they're not even informing me about it and now they are saying if the last complaint also gets rejected then I'll have to keep the shoe and it won't be returned
                                    This is not fair, myntra should really stop playing with customers now
                                    I'm not satisfied as a consumer, I've trusted myntra with the order made the payment online upfront didn't opted for COD even, I want my money back, I want the refund!!

                                      I have ordered maroon maxi from myntra. After opening the order I found thete is no price tag available and instead of price tag there is a tag attached to dress with www.cationclothing.com with some bar code.I have placed return for my order since I have the dress is not expected colour and material is not good.The delivery person has put the order in hold since he didnt find the price tag telling dat it should have price tag. I have placed return on the same day that I got my order.what kind of fraudulent activity it is.Help me in resolving this. I clearly dont want this product since it is not in expected way.

                                        This is regarding the complaint of refund of the HYPERNATION BLACK SOLID TURTLE NECK TSHIRT amounting to rs. which was initiated on 27th of November and till now I haven't received my refund. I have raised the complaints multiple times but no action whatsoever is taken. I have checked the same with my sbi bank, no amount regarding the same is credited to my account.
