It's been 10 days that my Myntra account is logged out. I have been shopping for Myntra for more than 11 years now. I had placed so many orders from Myntra including gold and now no one in customer care is responding. I have to return few items too. Everytime I call them, they say we have raised your request on high priority and you will get an email and no one ever responds. Highly irresponsible and annoying customer service

    We received Adidas Shoes of Short size & then make request for return, Shoes quality was intact & under packed Box, but company recovery man rejected our Return on false information of quality check failed. We never use shoes & kept in box after checking Shoes Size was wrong, Immediately we requested for Return, Company Recovery boy came next day & denied to return based upon false information of Quality check failed, I am complaining if there was defect then why Shoes delivered to customer, We never use Shoes more than 15 ~ 20 min. & kept in Box.
    Shoes defect is Manufacturing defect & now company denied to return it based upon false information of quality check failed
    Company is cheating now us & not returning amount of 2300 rs & delivering manufacturing defect product to customers

    sir, I am attaching Picture of Adidas Shoes order received, we did not find any issue of defect in shoes, still Company boy rejected return order based upon false information of defect & quality check failed.
    please share pics of shoes, there is no any Major defect & if there is any very minute dot on sole then it is not a defect & we never use it, This dot is manufacturing issue, not by customer.
    Kindly share it with Company customer care & ask them to return our hard money, They should not cheat customers on false information.

      I bought a coat of dressberry which is not looking good and not worth a penny i returned it and it is reshipped to me which i want to return again and want refund of it.. Please it is of no use to keep such a product which is different from image on site

        Hello,

        Order ID # 1160281 [protected]

        Ordered five items.

        Only two got delivered.

        Three items remain.

        Every time i open a new complaint, they close the same saying it was delievered and our logisitcs have confirmed that.

        I have asked for logistic address details, delivery agent number, details of the person who has accepted the order, address of delivery, signature of the person who accepted the order, time of delivery etc.

        NOTHING IS BEING PROVIDED.

        No proper response.

        My MONEY is wasted that means??

        They tell me to call the helpline number, person on helpline tells me to create a ticket. Since six days they are harassing me back and forth.

          On 20th December I ordered Levi's high rise jeans of size 28th...then the order came early ie on 24th it was a poor quality and was super skinnyof size 30...so I have placed for return request on that very day.On 26th order was picked up successfully. Later I got a message telling that my return request was put on hold as it does not pass quality check. WHAT THE HELL???? why would I destroy the quality of product??? If mynthra wants to sell their low quality products in this manner ..by putting blame on people..shame on u guys...Im a regular customer of mynthra but this would be my last purchase.I want my refund back.I am very sure that this is not Levi's brand jeans as thst tag of Levi's on back side is not there...this is some poor quality jeans and they have just hung a paper tag claiming it as Levi's jeans

              My order bearing order ID # 1159052 [protected] was delivered incomplete. The dupatta in the kurti set was missing and also there was a small defect on the sleeve of kurti. When I complained against it and requested for replacement of product with complete set, the complaint handler started behaving rudely and falsely claiming that complete set was dispatched. I am really fed up with this nonsense.

                I am a very old Myntra loyal customer, in October they locked my 8 year old account and I had to follow up for over a month for my pending orders and returns and refunds which I could not access because of account locked, they finally told me after a month to create a new account as it cannot be unlocked due to some technical error.

                Now this month I created a new account and placed an order worth Lacs of rupees for my brother's wedding, and now when I have so many orders pending and returns and exchanges pending, they have suddenly locked my account, I have posted on Insta Facebook and Twitter but they just copy paste the same response and ask to wait for 24-48 hours, customer care is saying they don't know why its locked, they can just see its locked because of security reasons and no one is helping me create my returns, my products are well within return policy, totally unused unwashed with all price tags intact but these people are saying they cannot create returns because account is locked, I am even getting notifications on my phone of pending orders even though am locked out from my account but they are just not helping with returns neither unlocking my account, they have been harassing me from past three weeks in many ways like sending wrong products, putting items on hold, refunds on hold, the delivery boy even threatened me to make my video and make it viral because he brought a tampered packet which I refused to accept after which next day I see my account is locked, I feel its just one of their many ways to harass the customer and force them to keep their products which are to be returned, I just want my account to be unlocked and my returns and refunds done

                  I ordered five items from myntra but I received only three items from them and I received Sms That they delivered five. I told and called customer care about that I have pictures, video of that time unboxing. But still they are saying they delivered. Please let me what to do with this matter.

                    I placed an order today, 12/29/2020, and made a payment through my card. The amount is debited but I cannot find anything under Orders. There is no option to track because the orders is empty.

                      I returned my order unused and with all tags, bill slip and with all package. The delivery man picked up return order from me at 5:00 p.m. on 29 dec 2020, now at 8:25 p.m. I get message that your return request is on hold but why It suppose to instantly give my refund. Myntra didn't give any clarification and it should be easy to return. Myntra is just looting our hard earn money

                        Dear Team,

                        This is an appalling issue I have faced with Myntra and I would like to bring this to your notice to help protect your brand image.

                        Today, 29th Dec 2020 (around 3.30pm IST), I have received an order from Myntra which was not placed by any of the members of the family. Since my mother was unaware of the situation then, she accepted the delivery. The delivery boy took a total of Rs. 865 from my mother claiming it to be a "cash on delivery" order.

                        As soon as I got to know about the incident and confirmed with the members of my family, I realised the name and address on the parcel has been taken from somewhere and shipped to our house. I have 2 problems with this:

                        1. Safety concern: My address and my mother's name was on the parcel which I do not understand how the delivery boy got hold of. Also given the pandemic, such unknown parcels and products can be a cause of spread of disease. Any such event shall tarnish Myntra's brand equity.
                        2. Delivery boys: If the delivery boys of Myntra are adopting these practices of duping people, this may not go down too well for your brand. The delivery agents generally do not have a uniform on and hence these incidents can recur.

                        I am genuinely concerned about the safety given that my mother is alone at home most times and she is a senior citizen. I urge you to look into this issue and take a strong action against such practices. I shall be attaching the images of the packaging as well as the products received. Also attaching the invoice with the shipment.

                        I would like to hear from you at the earliest with the requisite measures of mitigating this issue as we have also lost 865 rupees besides our safety being jeopardised through this incident.

                          I placed an order on myntra.com and the same was returned back. The status on the application shows that the refund was processed on 27th November but the amount has not been credited to my account till today. It is almost more than a month and I do not think it takes this much time to refund the amount.

                              On 23rd December 2020 I placed an order in Myntra by using Google pay of amount ₹733.50 with Google transaction ID- CICAgKDjhc3SdA and UPI id[protected] and Myntra order Id - 116061444118015503001. I raised a complaint in Myntra but they are saying they have not received any payment, and is asking to talk to bank, in my bank statement it is clearly showing payment done and money debited.so please help me resolve this issue.

                                I had ordered a jeans ( high rise skinny fit Levi's black 721) on 20th december from mynthra.
                                It arrived early on 24th December. The jeans was of poor quality..I have previously also ordered Levi's jeans ..but this time quality was very bad and I got super skinny one(I ordered skinny fit)so I requested for return on that very day.Due to some misunderstanding it did not occur on 25th..but on 26th it was picked up successfully.Then after that I got a message telling my return request was" put on hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check"I called up the customer care..they told they will look into the problem..and I again got a message telling they are reshipping that product back to me.WHAT THE HELL IS THIS????? I have also purchased from other e commercial sites and have never faced a situation like this. Since the quality was bad and I got a defective product..that's why I have placed for return request on that day itself.why r u doing this to people..I want my refund..you have sent a defective product and now tells that we have made it defective...This will be my last purchase with mynthra..very disappointing!!

                                  This is regarding Order ID # 1158966 [protected]. The return pick-up has been put on hold for some unknown reasons. The product is still in pristine and packed condition. The pick-up person made mistake by putting the product on hold because of which I have not been able to return the product. I have contacted their customer care many times but they have done nothing about it. They promised me that pick-up will be done on or before 23 December 2020 but I have not seen any updates since then. The product has short sleeves and one cannot even wear it. So I put a return and refund request but they have not provided me with any assurance of pick-up or refund. I hereby request you to complete the process as soon as possible.

                                    I tried placing an order on 22dec 2020, amount of Rs 4453.98 got debited from the account but order was not placed.
                                    Called myntra customer care and they said the refund is initiated, but I didn't got any confirmation and today is 29dec 2020, since money is not credited in my account.
                                    Contacted my bank they said they haven't received any amount from myntra yet.
                                    Please help

                                      I want to complain against one of your delivery boy. He asked for my personal number saying that if some issue happens with the refund I will inform you. So I gave him to be on safe side but later he started texting me and calling me which is very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me. I don’t want to receive any further delivery/pickups by him and please take strict action against him.

                                        I have ordered 2 shirts from Myntra on 26th December 2020, amount of Rs.1198/- via google pay. payment got debited and order was not placed. i have contacted customer care on same day. initially they told me to wait for 24-48 hours. we will refund. after 48 hours i have contacted them and informed that i have't received any refund yet, then they are telling that we have't received any amt from your end contact google pay or bank.

                                        i have transaction screenshot with order id, upi transaction id. no valid response from them, why should i contact google pay when the payment received by myntra to myntra.[protected]@axisbank. Please anybody help me to get my money, if you faced same problem earlier and what is the process to get money back.
