I had about 2k worth of credits, that expired in July 2020. I wasn't willing to place any orders due to the pandemic, and I wanted the expiry date to be extended. Customer care is highly unresponsive, they say they'll arrange calls with the supervisor but no one ever gets back. When everyone is making exceptions for the pandemic, why can't Myntra?

    Roadster hoodie

    I bought a roadster hoodie. I received on 10th december 2020. Because of the quality i returned it on 11 december .but i havent got refund yet.It says refund on hold.IT WAS NOT USED OR DAMAGED AND IT DOES HAVE A PRICE TAG.I WANT MY MONEY BACK...

    I still didn’t hey my refund from last month they say my bank account is not proper and told me to submit the details of bank .. so I did and have my bank details but still my refund for 4 tops has been not refunded ... whwnoi ask they say it has been initiated and it will refelect in ur bank account in 2-3 days .. what is this I lost my money here when I will get money from mytra ..

      Hi,

      I purchased 5 Portico quilts from Myntra in November. I returned all of them, and the packages were unopened. The products were packed in a zip bag and then wrapped with a plastic on top. I dod not even remove the plastic, let alone open the zip and take out the product. So the items were completely untouched by me.
      The items were picked up Myntra Logistics partner-Delhivery, and the same was updated on my app.
      A few days later, it showed that the refund was processed for only 1 quilt, while the return request for the remaining 4 items was denied, the reason being cited that the products failed quality check. Hence, my refund was also denied.
      Now, the issue is that since the products were completely unopened, and the same was noted by the person picking up the products I don't see how it could fail quality check. The only way that could happen was if either it was tampered with during return logistics, or it was faulty products that were shipped to me. Either way, the onus does not lie on me.
      Also, if the return was not accepted, then at least the products should be shipped back to me, but even that hasn't been done. Thus, neither do I have my refund, nor my money.
      I have filed a complaint about the same with Myntra but to no avail. It has almost been a month now but the only update I get is that they are trying to get in touch with their Logistics partner, and thus request for 48 hours to get back to me. And once those 48 hours are up, I get tje same email, requesting 48 hours more. And so it goes on.
      It has been highly frustrating as there is no response from their end other than this. I don't know if I will get the refund, or my products back. They are highly unresponsive and seem to be bent upon cheating the customer.

      Hope to find a resolution soon.

        I had purchased three items from myntra Dt 09.11.2020 out of which 1 item returned by me (Order ID:115678447660831606201 for which I should have receive the return refund of rs 1032 but till date 11.12.2020 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me this reference number[protected] but I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
        Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

          I ordered a Fashor Red and White Bandhani Kurti, instead i got a green one. I requested for return and pick guy is saying that i cant accept as it is different than the picture.

          I had clearly mentioned in my return comment that I got the wrong product, I ordered Fashor Red and white Bandhani kurtis, but instead got some green kurti.

          I tried reaching multiple times to myntra customer support but failed.

            Ordered status was showing deleivered but product not deleivered yet.
            Called Customer care of Myntra several time but they are not keen to resolve the issues.

                I've ordered one pink and gold embellished Varanga anarkali kurta from Myntra but instead they've sent me a yellow straight A-line kurta. And when I applied for a return service the delivery was cancelled due to the "mismatch of the product" which is why I was returning the product in the first place. And the help desk is also saying again and again that the product sent to me was in pristine condition and quality was also good. But my concern is the whole product which was sent to me is wrong. Quality is not the priority here. So they've rejected the problem as invalid. The delivered kurta wasn't even worth the price. I'm disappointed in their service.

                I've contacted Myntra customer care through call and requested for a direct conversation with the customer care service and they returned the call within seconds and asked me to wait for few days till the proper enquiry and after that they approved my return request once the enquiry from the company was done. And then after a successful return, the refund was initiated.

                  Highly disappointed and annoyed by the Myntra a’s quality check team. Return request of 2 products got declined even after returning them within 24 hours of delivery.They should stop using tag line “no question asked during return” and Try n Buy..if they can’t accept return just after trying it on then it’s better not to order anything from Myntra.

                    Well it has been more than 10days now, and I didn’t got any kind of valid response from your end . Yesterday I got my test positive for COVID still you’re saying me to go out and handle the product to delivery guy. This is how you take customer satisfaction? You want to trouble everyone for your product . Yesterday my doctor told me that not to meet any third person now, and you are well aware that your courier boy goes to meet every person in his locality is this how we are gonna save our lives?
                    You want to infect me again and the guy who will take the return from me? Can you be more comfortable with us for sometime?
                    I have been calling you everyday, sometime your colleague says that your refund has been issued and will be debited to your account. The other day I get some other things to hear .
                    This is my request to you all to provide me the refund of the product tomorrow as it has been a long time now
                    I have all the recordings in which you’re saying that if you are having COVID still go and return the product. I’m going to publish all those recordings on Zee news, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram by tomorrow morning if you don’t issue my refund

                      I ordered Puma women shoes(UK 6) on 5th Dec and I recieved wrong product (kids shoes)...now Myntra has put my exchange request on hold just because I don't have the original product ...but how can I return them the original product if I didnt recieve it...and I dont have any update...I have talked to customer care 4-5 times in 3 days but haven't recieved any update..it is still showing"your product picture doesn't match the original product"

                        My name is Gaurav k singh. I am writing this for grievance against myntra.
                        I want to tell you that I have ordered HK color of fashion stole on myntra at 21st of Nov and on 26th of Nov it's delivered to me.
                        When I opened the package, I saw my stole was missing there and a cardboard sheet surrounded by thermocol sheet was there in the package and package was so dirty and tampered from the bottom of package and extra tape was also there at the package so in order to this I raised a complaint on myntra's CUSTOMER support portal and they people gave time span for giving me resolution but now they are not accepting the claim and saying that ""product was shipped from our end""
                        So I want to say that in this ### way they people are trying to manipulating me and making me fool and giving silly excuses.
                        They are devouring my money and not giving me my product or my refund.
                        So please help me in getting back my hard earned money.

                            I ordered Mango blazer on 13th Nov and received it on 19 th Nov . As soon as i opened it, i saw that it was of wrong size and very very bad quality and even didnt had a blazer bag-type, it clearly looked it was a fake product i requested return in just after 10 mins of delivery. i requested return and the package was picked up on 21 st nov and the packaged reached its destination on 26th and on 27 th they updated as return rejected. i asked they said it didnt pass quality check because it didnt had price tag which was totally wrong as it had 1 tag and i returned it as it is, what would i do of that trash tags. But they didnt accepted it and said it was pickup guys fault that he didnt checked the tags, if its his fault he didnt cheked then why should i bear the consequences . and it had the tag when i gave it to the pickup guy .customer support is just increasing doing pep talk politely and today is 4th dec and i have talked for 6-7 times to customer care, every time they say it will be resolved but nothing happens and my query is always closed. I have been trying to resolve but they are just doing nothing and now they have reshipped the blazer to me and the customer care is saying to take the product and we will start a new complaint . I didnt accept that blazer and asked the delivery to take it back .because i knew if i took that back i will be stuck with that forever and they will never prepare a return again I just need my refund . I requested for return after 10 mins of delivery .and they think I used that blazer and removed tags in that time . its been 3 days since i refused that return package and still no response from Myntra. i have requested callback a number of times but they are not doing that also. And lastly they are saying clearly that they will not issue refund.

                              I have ordered 2 Ben stocks kurtas and foud kurta quality was not good. I have received order on 22nd Nov 2020 and return the same in 23rd Nov 2020. When I call them to refund the amount, they told that your bank details were not provided. I provided my Bank details but after providing bank details, they have refunded just 1 kurta amount and 1 refund is left. Now they are not refunding the 2nd amount.

                                Ordered almost Rs. 5000/- worth of product from Myntra. Received 1 defective product worth Rs 699/- and placed a return request.

                                Myntra Customer Service team is no help at all.

                                At first retrun courier denied the pickup, claiming for defective products you need to raise a complaint through Myntra app.
                                When I raised the complaint, Myntra did not ask for any defect details, no pictures of defect and without reaching out to me with any explanation, they closed my request.

                                I have now reached out many times to Myntra explaining that I recevied a defective product from the get go. But they claim that they sent the non defective product. Basically I am powerless now, and feel cheated.
                                I have already decided to return rest of the products because I do not want to buy antthing from Myntra anymore.

                                Myntra has lost a paying customer today. I wish they loose all their customers and the whole company can go to hell.

                                Myntra is a CHEAT COMPANT.

                                      I buy this product through COD, when I return this product from some reasons, and fill my bank account details (hdfc) but refund initiated (ICICI Bank account) other person, I didn't get my refund to till date, this is a big mistake from Myntra side, always I m getting my refund in hdfc bank account bt first time I face this issue from Myntra
