On 17.10.2020 I had placed order for 9 items. My order No #[protected]-8979603 and I paid Rs3772.00 ( Prepaid Order).
On 24.10.2020 I got mail from Myntra that all my items are out for delivery and it will be delivered on 24.10.2020.

On 24.10.2020 I got call from[protected] that the order will be delivered before5.30 pm.
The list of items ordered with their price is mentioned below.
Maxboys blue regular fit printed casual shirt : RS 395.00
Maxboys White regular fit printed casual shirt: RS 404.00
Maxboys multicolored striped regular fit printed Regular shorts: RS 242.00
Maxboys White and Peach regular fit printed casual shirt: RS 449.00
Maxboys grey solid regular fit printed regular shorts: RS 314.00
Maxgirls multicolored CAndy Striped Shoulder Strap A Line Dress: RS 584.00
MaxGirls pack of 3 assorted hipster briefs : Rs 206.00
MaxGirls White stripedsneakers: Rs 539.00

THE PACKET ID FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS : [protected].

None of the items mentioned above were delivered to me. Instead only One Orange MAX MEN- XL Tshirt was delivered, but the Invoice was items that I had Ordered ie. Invoice No : I2921LD[protected].I lodged the complaint of wrong product received, and even shared the barcode of the tshirt that was delivered to me.

On 27.10.2020 the pick up came and I delivered the wrong product that was delivered to me.

But when I checked by Myntra Account return request was marked for "Maxboys blue regular fit printed casual shirt : RS 395.00" this product only. I called the Customer care again and told them that the product for which the return is marked was never delivered to me and a wrong product was delivered to me that too only 1 in number instead of 8 items that I ordered. . And the customer lodged at MYNTRA Help Center is wrong as none of the items were delivered to me.

Now after so many days, and genuinely returning the wrong product even today I have received my REFUND nor the products that I had ordered.

It is a matter of grave cheating by MYNTRA .

The products Sellers Name is:

I require detailed information on what has gone wrong.
I require CCTV footage of packing of my items. Invoice in attached for your reference.

    The product was returned after realising that it was a fleece and not a regular sweatshirt. But it failed Myntra Quality Check and when asked about it via the customer care chat system - the issue was marked as resolved without any comment. I've shared the screenshot of the conversation.

    Why would a customer, who has paid for a product and wants to return it, not provide the price tags? I had explicitly shown the price tags to the delivery agent and he checked and nodded in agreement. What's with this fraudulent activity?

    Myntra.Com is now cheating customers, They are delivering minor manufacturing product to customer which can not identify by customers, later if any return requested by customers due to size issue, company are denied to return based upon quality check failed. This company is Fraud & strong action should be taken, If there is Quality check failed, why they are delivering failed product to customers, they are making money on wrong ethics & by cheating to customers.
    I have same experience of my order rejected/on Hold due to quality check failed while i made return order due to short size.
    all should boycott this company collectively

      I ordered catwalk women beige shoes from Myntra but it came to be damaged so I thought to place for a return.
      The pearls in shoes were removed and damaged. So I file for a return the same day.
      And now they put my refund on hold. Why? This is your mistake that you didn’t give me a proper product.

        I placed an order with Myntra to buy a shirt. I got the item but I am forced to return the item due to fit issues. But the delivery agent refuses to pick up stating incorrect serial number of the product. I raised ticket on website asking to resolve the issue as it is thier error for printing invalid serial number on the product bill.Product barcode:[protected]

          I had placed my order on myntra app on 4th November 2020. The amount of INR 2113 was paid successfully through google UPI. The order ID and reference number was also generated. But the app didn't show any such data of order being placed . I called the customer care but they kept stalling me . They asked me to wait for a week or two then they asked me to check with the bank. I checked with my kotak bank but according to them the amount has been successfully credited to the beneficiary's account. They are not ready to return my amount.

            I had purchased shoes for my niece on her first birthday. The shoes looked great from outside, but when we tried to put her feet inside it, it would just not go in! So of course the product is absolutely unused!!

            Since it was a gift I had only carefully cut the MRP price mentioned
            The price tag is safe with barcode and all other details intact!

            But Myntra isn't taking it back saying there's 'no price tag' on the product.

            Logically speaking it would just take them to print a new sticker and use the product.

            But the product has manufacturing defect ! The shoe cannot go on any child's foot, whoever is that age. Isn't this under their policy first to not sell manufacturing defective pieces and if sold by mistake they should take full responsibility of returning it?

            It appears to me that since Myntra could be facing difficulty selling this defective product anyway they're not entertaining any complaints coming with any issue.

            Even as per their policy their claim that the price tag is not there is wrong as the tag is there and nowhere have they mentioned that MRP should be cut with a pen when it's a gift. The barcode is there and all other details are clearly mentioned as they were in the first place.

              My order ID #1157416 [protected] is supposed to be delivered on 28th Nov 2020, but due to sudden plans I will be going out of town on 26th Nov 2020 and there will be no one at home to receive the order.
              Hence I'm kindly requesting for an early delivery if possible.

                I requested for return of three products. Chemistry overcoat: problem is with address. I requestrd for address update but it took me 15 days and 100 calls to get it done.
                Second is 115508700867482289501 kazo skirt of which i gave correct return address but system captired some wrong address. Again no response from customwr care. Then Mango skirt[protected] again same problem.

                  . I had tried to order a H&m bra on 7th November, 2020. There was a problem with Google Pay and it took longer for the payment to process. When I returned to the application I saw no order booked byt after 20 minutes the amount of ₹1, 499 was debited from my account.

                  "Rs1499.0 [protected]@SBI UPI frm A/cX2147 on 07Nov20 RefNo[protected]. If not done by u, fwd this SMS to [protected]/Call [protected] or [protected] to block UPI"

                  I have waited for 10 days now for the payment to be refunded back to my account but there has been no such luck.

                  Kindly assist in regards to this and ensure that the money is rightfully given back to me. I have been ordering from Myntra for a long time now and never experienced this long wait for the refund.

                  Hello Myntra,

                  Thank you for your email on a previous order. However I have already received this update.

                  I had lodged a complaint for the same amount spent on trying to order the same bra (H&M Women White Seamless Super Push-up BRA) in a different size (38 B) on 7th November, 2020.

                  When I tried to pay through Google Pay it processed slowly. The page returned to the application in the meanwhile and showed no order booked. The amount (₹1499) however was debited from my account. As instructed by your page/website I waited 7-10 days for the refund. But it's been 15 days and I don't see my money. I'm extremely disappointed since I've never faced a problem like this with Myntra.

                  If you will not return my money I will never use Myntra again.

                    My order no. Ending with 93701 CASIO watch . I received the product with tampered packaging upon checking I found that the product ordered was missing. I received the watch case without the watch. Filled a complaint without my consent the complaint was closed .

                      I ordered a watch from Myntra. Upon receiving I opened the box and found that it was just the case no watch was inside it . Fraud ! Without resolving the complaint they closed my complaint

                        Myntra [Incident: IN[protected]]
                        I had ordered 4 sets (same brand Cortina) of curtains from Myntra and none of the packets had product/price tag pasted on it. Now my request for return (due to size issue) is cancelled by Myntra because of failed quality check. Can you explain under what circumstance a customer would remove a product/price tag that is pasted on the packet. Since the product was not there from the beginning you guys are harassing me for this return. Either get the products picked up give me back my refund or be ready to face the repercussions.

                          Myntra is cheating its customers by imposing its fair usage policy on us!!

                          bcuz i am skinnier than most girls.. their products..whether it be their XS size or XXS size.. they dont fit me!!
                          i had to return so many things that i loved bcuz of size issues...
                          -n then there r many purchases where the original product looks nothing like the images they display.. how do they expect the consumers to know what kind of the product it is just by looking at a few of its images.. we cannot know the kind of material it has.. the quality or anything.. other than just have the general idea of how it looks ... n even there they photoshop their images to make the products look better than they actually r.. they themselves leave a disclaimer saying that the color might vary slightly, on every product... but thats not myntra's responsibility.. is it? :-/

                          -many times the quality is so cheap for even high end brands like mango.. that they seem like cheap imitations of the original product.. but even that isnt myntra's responsibility!!
                          -sometimes i receive defective products with no exchange available cuz the product has run out of stock.. so i hv no choice but to return them.. n even for that myntra isnt responsible
                          -sometimes certain styles dont suit me... n many other reasons i hv no other choice but to return.

                          Myntra is not responsible for any error on their side... n they refuse to take into account the fact that online shopping is far different from actual shopping in real life... where a person can see the kind of material, quality, fit/size measurements n color of the product..n try it too before deciding to purchasing it or not!!! ...n they impose this fair usage policy ..which is totally unfair in n of itself..n charge extra fees n take away other benefits from us!!!

                          n not just me.. but on every account from my IP address.. so if any other member from my family has an account there.. they suffer the same way.. d policy gets imposed on them too!!!

                          n its so irritating to talk to their customer care.. who offer no solutions.. but just keep repeating the same thing that this is the policy

                              Hi, I placed an order of black ballerinas Flats on myntra on October 2020 the company brand name solehead but Instead I recieved a Chapal with the same brand, I clicked the picture of the shoes and package and everything that they asked me. I spoke to customer agent on the very day as well. I was asked to send the image on their support mail which I did and I was told it would be exchange. After several days of delayed of exchange I called their customer service and now they said my exchange request was rejected. I have every proof, even phone call conversation.

                                My order has been cancelled by Myntra and they are giving it a reason of technical issue and internal issue and now the prices of products have shoot up so high that I have to pay a lot money as earlier I was paying. What a shame on you Myntra you are making your customer fool by doing these unfair practices of cancelling the order and charging huge money for the same product after the offer period ended. Practically they cheated

                                  We ordered Instafab Plus Size Men Red Solid polo collar T shirt size 3XL on 21st October 2020.order I'd is 115515669338189145001.
                                  But you delivered Peach colour T shirt. On tag its was Red Solid T shirt. We want to exchange it. With red Solid polo collar T shirt Size 3xl. On Myntra app on 9th person will come and pickup. Msg is showing, until till date no body has come to pickup

                                    I had ordered an item from Myntra but the product was not delivered and it showed delivered. I raised a complaint regarding which was due to be resolved by 14th November which did not happen when I called on 16th November I got a response stating the issue was wrongly taken by them which is incorrect as the issue subject is correct and they raised another incident on the same. I have call recording of both the days and have called atleast 5 times for these issue which is still pending and I have wasted about 4 hours on this.

                                      I ordered a jacket from Myntra (company was roaster) worth rupees 1924 but instead of jacket they delivered a defective pair of shorts of addidas. I've been following up on calls and emails chat on myntra app but there is no update on that and they closed the query while change in you the status of query closed. They promised me that we will update you on 12NOv after delay but now it is 16 Nov no update on top of that they closed the query and money I paid for the jacket.
                                      I paid 1924 INR for a jacket in this hard time I worked hard to gift on this Diwali to my dad but I got shorts that too defective what should I do with them which has no value of money.

                                      I got a call from customer service but they are still not taking any action and delaying my complaint. Previously they asked time till 12nov 2020 now after registration at consumer complaint they delayed it and asked for 21st November.
                                      No solution no refund nothing. On top of that they resolved the query in the website without evening solving. My 1924 INR still not refunded. Please take strict action.

                                      It is 21st Nov already they are J if St pushing dates but not taking that defective wrong product from and not returning my money back.

                                      They said we have delivered the product in right condition and blaming me that I'm lieing about the received product but pleae give a look on a size of package. Can we put a jacket in this small packet no right but they are not taking any measures I paid 1924 rupees for a jacket and they sent a defective shorts.

                                      Myntra support team is saying that we have delivered the product in right condition and in sealed package. But I ordered a jacket so it should come in big bag or package but they delivered a wrong product in small packet. Can anyone put a jacket in that small bag. I paid 1924 for that jacket.

                                        I have been waiting for these heels to restock. Why does it take a lot of time on Myntra for things to restock. Please restock these heels as there is a function. And I would love to buy it....
