I placed a two orders INR 1771, amount deducted from my SBI account through netbanking . my SBI bank confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no:IGAJWKVKK0, ref no. has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra.I want my money back.

    I have ordered two products for my kid from Myntra, Myntra delivered both products without Tags. I have returned both products on 9th Nov. and mentioned to pickup guy that both havn't any Tags, pickup guy said that "many times happens " and he said dont worry your pickup is successful.

    After 2 days i got massage that myntra rejected one product from both of them due to Tag. i dont know why they are doing such things. I have tried to convince them but not getting positive response.

      This is regarding the return of Vishudh Women Mauve Solid Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta" pertaining to the order no.[protected]-7421201.I had ordered this Kurta palazzo set in the month of September 2020 and put a return request just one day after it was delivered as it did not FIT me. Delivery boy thoroughly verified the product and tags attached with and took it back.

      That kurta set was returned to me saying that it did not pass the quality check at your end and according to you it has been USED by me.

      After that my husband has been speaking to your customer care almost every fortnight and every time we get an assurance that this issue will be resolved and almost thrice the same product is brought back to me to be taken back. Also, according to Myntra, If I don't accept the product, then this issue will be considered closed and no refund will be given.

      Now I'm fed up with this attitude of Myntra. My points of dispute with Myntra are:

      1. The product DOES NOT fit me.

      2. If the product does not fit me, how can I use it?

      3. The product say size "L" which should have a bust size of 40 inches but if you measure the bust of the given dress, it is hardly 36 or 38 inches hence it did not cross my shoulders while trying. So how can I use it?

      4. What is your criteria of making a product deem used, kindly clarify.

      5. Why should I accept a product which was successfully returned?

      6. Why is Myntra not heeding to the issue of fit which I have told every time?

      7. Why should I take a misfit product?

      8. I ask Myntra to send some female executive to my home and check my claim of Kurta not even reaching below my neck. So, the question of the product being used is absolutely ridiculous and preposterous.

      9. How can Myntra say that it has been used by me and not by somebody at Myntra's warehouse or by the delivery agents?

      10. Why would I keep a Kurta Set if it is of improper fit ?

      11. Why is my money of the same product being held by you people?

      This issue has made me rethink my decision to carry on any shopping with Myntra in future. Rather, I would take this issue to the consumer forum if it is not addressed with proper heed to my explanation. I'm being mentally harassed by you people which is unacceptable. Kindly look into this matter with due consideration and refund the amount of the product asap.

          My name is Paul Richard Bethel I have ordered a dress for my wife order id #1156467 .While ordering I have given the mobile number wrong which is [protected] whereas the correct number is [protected].when I contacted the Myntra team they told they wont change the mobile number for OTP..Now my product is not able to deliver to me due to wrong number and even worse they are not cancelling my order.
          I have paid for it..kindly try to update the mobile number to [protected]

            I ordered three jackets for my niece over Myntra and make online payment for all three jackets. After few days, they delivered me a packet and updated on their mobile app that all the three jackets have been delivered. Later, when I opened the packet, it was having just one jacket and so I called up Myntra and registered a complaint. Now after two- three times of calls and discussion, they are saying that they have checked with their logistics team and they have delivered the other two jackets too in the same package. But till date, I haven't received the other two jackets nor they are accepting their mistake and giving any delivery details or solutions.

              I used product but not satisfied, because after use color change from under arms side. I requesting you to please exchange my product or refund my amount against this product. I am regular customer from myntra. I hope decision may be good from both the side.

                I placed an order of two sweatshirts and a top with Myntra on 20th October 2020
                Order Id is 1155085 [protected]

                Instead of these 3 products, I received 1 single cap on the 1st of November. I registered a complaint on the same day.
                I have called and written multiple complaints to Myntra sine then . It has been 20 days. Now they have the audacity to tell me that they can't do anything because all products go through quality check and then they told me that my claim in denied.
                So basically they are stealing from customers by sending them wrong products and refusing to refund! Why would I go through this two weeks of mental harassment if I had received the correct order?

                The bar codes on the cap I received are [protected], [protected].

                I am fed up of registering complaints to them. They have caused so much trouble and disturbed me mentally.
                I want my refund, they cannot steal from us .

                    I had ordered white coloured Levis T Shirt on 15th Nov 2020. When i received the product there were bubbles all over the t shirt as if it was used & old product. I immediately raised return request for the same, myntra person collected the product from me with all tags intact & then after some time i got the message saying my return has been put on hold as return didn't pass quality check. when i tried to call their customer care they were unreachable. Then i raised a complaint from myntra app, their executive told me complaint has been resolved but after 5-10 minutes i got the message saying your return has been rejected & they will reship the product again to me. what kind of harrassement is this, i have been regular customer of Myntra but never faced this kind of trouble. Whatever is the issue with quality of the product it is from your side & does not have anything to do with me. Hope i get my money back as i am one of the genuine customer of myntra.

                    I purchased a Marks and Spencers jacket from Myntra. As soon as I opened the product, I realised that the quality of the product is very poor. I raised a return request and now it shows that my return request has been rejected. I am a loyal customer of Myntra and this is the first time in several years that I have faced this issue. Please look into the matter. I hope the matter is resolved and I get full refund.

                      This complaint is regarding the 4 items ordered through Myntra which is prepaid and because of OTP issue it was not given to me.

                      Asked for alternative solutions, Customer care simply denied and told to cancel and reorder again . When i have told then ordered item is scaled up high, they were not bother about the same.

                      The items were ordered during Diwali offeres worth Rs 5541 and which is scaled to Rs 6666 a...

                      The issue that I have experienced was: I was not delivered the product and it was a prepaid order worth 3217 rs.
                      I am a working resident doctor and was on covid duty at that time.
                      I was not contacted by courier person through phone or anything.
                      Earlier myntra showed that shipping of the product would be around 18-20 november, hence, i wasnt expecting delivery on 5 november and because i was on a 24*7 covid duty, i couldnt check my phone.
                      They claim that they sent me a text message on 5th saying the product was delivered while actually i received no product. Now they are refusing to refund my money back or at least find out where is the product on grounds that i did not contact them within 5 days. I was on covid duty and had no time to check my phone during the time. As soon as i saw that my product has been marked delivered on the app, i contacted them. They have already wasted 5 days and refused to entertain my concern.
                      I deserve a refund.

                      Kindly initiate my refund from your end.

                        I would like to ask you for the full refund of the Product-Dressberry Sweaters, that I bought from your company on 22nd October, 2020.

                        The reason i requesting a refund is because i received a wrong product which i didn't expect about. I ordered a Winter Sweater of Dressberry brand (colour olive green) but fortunately or unfortunately i received a nail polish inside the box delivered by the Courier, which is not acceptable to me.

                        I have read your terms and conditions and am aware that i am entitled to a full refund in these circumstances. I attach the receipt of my purchase as a proof that it was purchased from your company.

                        kindly, let me know about the refund or I will be forced to fill a customer complaint against your company.

                        If you delivered the right product then why do I receive the wrong one? I have proved. I am very much disappointing about your service.

                          I have 2997/- Rs in my myntra account (credit) which was obtained after returning a few products. When I am trying to use it to pay for new products, it is giving me an error msg. I have called myntra cust care by logging tickets more than 3 times they keep giving stupid answers like refresh app, install app which i have done . money is stuck.

                            I ordered EverHome Black & Beige Rectangle Printed (Dhurrie) costing Rs 799/ and payed for it on 2/09/2020. I was delivered a wall decoration piece instead of my order on 10/09/2020. I informed Myntra on same day (10/9/2020) and asked them to take back the wrong delivered item and send the item for which I have payed. Costumer care executive told me that we are raising your complaint and the matter will be resolved. However no action was taken from myntra and finally my order status was shown delivered on app on 20/09/2020. I talked to the customer care and mailed the matter a number of times but my order status is showing delivered and no action was taken from myntra. Therefore, It is requested that company should take back the wrong delivered item and send the item for which I have payed or refund the payed amount maintaining a fair and cordial relation with customer.

                              I had ordered 19 sets of curtains. Myntra delivered just one and showed the others as delivered. When I contacted the customer care, they sent a reply later that they have checked and everything is delivered and refund cannot be processed. What can be done?

                                  On 17.10.2020 I had placed order for 9 items. My order No #[protected]-8979603 and I paid Rs3772.00 ( Prepaid Order).
                                  On 24.10.2020 I got mail from Myntra that all my items are out for delivery and it will be delivered on 24.10.2020.

                                  On 24.10.2020 I got call from[protected] that the order will be delivered before5.30 pm.
                                  The list of items ordered with their price is mentioned below.
                                  Maxboys blue regular fit printed casual shirt : RS 395.00
                                  Maxboys White regular fit printed casual shirt: RS 404.00
                                  Maxboys multicolored striped regular fit printed Regular shorts: RS 242.00
                                  Maxboys White and Peach regular fit printed casual shirt: RS 449.00
                                  Maxboys grey solid regular fit printed regular shorts: RS 314.00
                                  Maxgirls multicolored CAndy Striped Shoulder Strap A Line Dress: RS 584.00
                                  MaxGirls pack of 3 assorted hipster briefs : Rs 206.00
                                  MaxGirls White stripedsneakers: Rs 539.00

                                  THE PACKET ID FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS : [protected].

                                  None of the items mentioned above were delivered to me. Instead only One Orange MAX MEN- XL Tshirt was delivered, but the Invoice was items that I had Ordered ie. Invoice No : I2921LD[protected].I lodged the complaint of wrong product received, and even shared the barcode of the tshirt that was delivered to me.

                                  On 27.10.2020 the pick up came and I delivered the wrong product that was delivered to me.

                                  But when I checked by Myntra Account return request was marked for "Maxboys blue regular fit printed casual shirt : RS 395.00" this product only. I called the Customer care again and told them that the product for which the return is marked was never delivered to me and a wrong product was delivered to me that too only 1 in number instead of 8 items that I ordered. . And the customer lodged at MYNTRA Help Center is wrong as none of the items were delivered to me.

                                  Now after so many days, and genuinely returning the wrong product even today I have received my REFUND nor the products that I had ordered.

                                  It is a matter of grave cheating by MYNTRA .

                                  The products Sellers Name is:

                                    The product was returned after realising that it was a fleece and not a regular sweatshirt. But it failed Myntra Quality Check and when asked about it via the customer care chat system - the issue was marked as resolved without any comment. I've shared the screenshot of the conversation.

                                    Why would a customer, who has paid for a product and wants to return it, not provide the price tags? I had explicitly shown the price tags to the delivery agent and he checked and nodded in agreement. What's with this fraudulent activity?

                                    Myntra.Com is now cheating customers, They are delivering minor manufacturing product to customer which can not identify by customers, later if any return requested by customers due to size issue, company are denied to return based upon quality check failed. This company is Fraud & strong action should be taken, If there is Quality check failed, why they are delivering failed product to customers, they are making money on wrong ethics & by cheating to customers.
                                    I have same experience of my order rejected/on Hold due to quality check failed while i made return order due to short size.
                                    all should boycott this company collectively
