I order a jacket from myntra and I recieved a wrap dress. I requested a return and my order was picked up and returned to me saying it is the wrong product. The second time the delivery boy didn't even pick up my order saying it doesn't match the picture. How the hell would it match the picture if it is the wrong order!? I have contacted customer service 3-4 times now and the same process keeps repeating. I don't have my refund and I don't have my product. They are sending the pick up for the jacket, I don't have the jacket, I have the dress, so they are failing my return request again and again.

    After receiving various orders from Myntra, three of the delivered products were requested for return pickup. The pickup was first declined by Ekart and on requesting pickup again, the products were finally picked up on November 14, 2020. The refund of two of the picked up items was processed on the same date. But to my surprise the refund of one of the items with order id #1156374 [protected] was not initiated. After checking the same, it was found that the return was rather rejected due to quality check issue. Immediately, I called the myntra customer care to enquire about why the quality check was rejected after picking up the item. But I was told that as per the courier partner, the product was not picked up. I immediately lodged a complaint saying that the product has already been picked up. It was further mentioned by me that even after asking for the pickup receipt, courier partner didn't give the same. This trend of not giving the receipt is being followed by the courier guys for last one year. The complaint was closed by the myntra saying that no such pick up has been made. The complaint was lodged thrice by me but myntra and its courier partner has rejected my claim saying that no such pick up was made. Finally today, after feeling like being cheated by them, I am approaching this platform to listen to my grievances. I have been a loyal customer of Myntra but the company is treating me like this. I request you to kindly look into this matter and either return me the product picked up or refund me the money.

    Myntra hasn't yet called me. Seems like they are not taking this complaint seriously. Moreover, Myntra has blocked me from sending them a message regarding my complaint on their app. They are not providing me any resolution to my complaint. They are not even giving me the number of their courier partners who picked my product. Please do something and give me the required relief. My contact number is [protected].

      I placed a return request for an item which i bought for 4999 and really does not justify the price. Now, the pickup guy says its used and dirty. Its a white clothing, and had a bit of discoloration already when i received. Its not at all dirty or used. If the discoloration is the fault of manufacturer, then why am i to blame for it? May be the product was with the seller in warehouse for years and got sold only recently, how am i to know the history.

      This cheat fraud company Myntra, now wont pick up the product which is overly expensive piece of crappy material. Complaint number IN[protected] and now they will take 3 days to give me an update, but regarding what? U just cant sell to ur customers overpriced discolored stuffs and then not take it back while claiming to have no questions asked refund policy. Return id [protected]

          Hello i ordered a U. S. Polo leather jacket from myntra, order id is 115870746354479531901. I received a torned, damaged and used product by Seller named supercom net. I requested for return on same day but myntra put it on hold. This is not right. I need my money back.

            I received my shirt and initiated return within one hour due to wrong fit. I only tried it once and left the tags intact. But my refund was refused due to item number mismatch. I talked to customer care twice but they haven't provided any additional details. I asked for call back from supervisor but received no further call. I came to know this happened to a couple of people I know and they were refused inspite of giving all the proofs.

              Myntra running a scam by sending wrong product and then refuse return because the product doesn't match the ordered one. Even after calling myntra multiple times there is no response and solution.

                This item is return by me on 15 Nov as a I received, don't use my me. Bt refund didn't receive till on 06/12/2020.so plzz return my refund money in my account, either I compliant about this of higher level. About this I already compliant 2-3 time. So return my refund.

                    I have ordered a product with order id 115484043448989863201 and I wasn't able to recieve it so it was returned to origin. The refund of 490 rs was initiated on 26 th October 2020 and its around 2 months and not yet received refund. Myntra has given a bank reference no and through that I have contacted the bank and they are not able to track the transaction through reference number.

                          I issued a return of a product sent to me which did not match with the product picture on the Myntra app. Shadow fax picked the Product on 30th Nov between 11am to 12noon. The shadow fax agent said since it's a mismatch of Product he has to show to his head authority hence once he reaches back to his office he will update. Later I got a call from shadow kolkata saying that I must choose another option such as ''quality issue'' over ''wrong Product'' to get a successful update of return. I listened to the instructions and placed another exchange, this time I chose ''quality issue''. I spoke to the shadow fax person and he said he will re-update the return done successfully. But later in the evening I got ''return failed'' update instead. I tried reaching Myntra over 20 times but they kept telling to me wait. Just now they closed the issue by stating they didn't recieve the Product and hence can't do refund. Now I neither have the wrong Product nor my money. Shadow fax kolkata has the Product and Myntra has the money. It's a theft! Myntra is scamming.

                            The refund amount committed in message was Rs.1349.00 But Rs. 1224.36 was actually deposited in bank
                            Myntra then changed the order amount from Rs.1349 to Rs.1224.36 ( unaware that I have received the msg for full amount refund) in mobile app.

                            1. Find the attachment for order details
                            2. Find the attachment of amount screen shot as committed in msg
                            3. Find the attachment of the actual amount deposited in bank

                            Note: I am very old customer of myntra and am aware that myntra does not charge for returns. I have placed the return of the other 2 products, and have already taken screen shots of full amount refund.

                            Please justify why Rs. 124.64 were deducted from my refund amount.

                              Whenever I try to use Myntra credit points for my purchase they're not letting me pay properly as in showing otp not received but whenever i deselect the credit points it's working fine. Clearly it's a trick at myntra's end and i need this resolved asap. This is not okay.

                                On 17 Nov 2020 I ordered two products both of them being sarees.On 22 Nov 2020 I received the sarees.When I opened and saw, both of those sarees had a big hole in them.I placed a return request on 27 nov and on 28 nov their agent came to pick up the return.He refused to take the return and told me to call the customer care regarding this issue.I contacted the customer care and told them my concern on 30 nov.Later on 4 dec they responded that the correct product was delivered from their warehouse and my return has been declined.
                                I have not even used those products.They are as it is as they were recieved.I want my full refund.
                                Its not my mistake.Its their fault.Myntra customer service is really poor.Please resolve my issue. My order details are as follows

                                  Order ID 115497120267876159603 - ordered a couple of items on 19th Oct 2020, including the pant in issue and some tops. I placed an exchange request via the website and also called myntra care for the same.i was told the product will be picked up for exchange the very same day. it was picked up along with the other tops I wanted to return. however, I changed my mind at that very instant and did not want the pant at all, that means no exchange, so I immediately called myntra and told them I do not want the product at all. so to issue me a refund of INR 697 that I paid for the coral pants. I received refund for other tops but not this one. did contious calls and follow ups but no assistance received. finally they gave me a call and promised me refund would be issued and will reflect in bank acc within 5-7 working days. this did not happen and now they are declining my right of refund. they did agree of the technical issue from their side on the call and also offered me another solution of sending a new product for which I should again place a return request. I agreed to co operate. but none of this happened and now they are completely rejecting. this is not done, so much of harrasement, torture for purchase from their website!! please check call recordings myntra.

                                    I bought a Welbalt Leather jacket, Size M, on 16th Oct. As per the description on Myntra the jacket should fit me but when I tried it was tight. So, I tried to place an exchange but the product was out of stock. I called Myntra and explained the issue, the customer care executive asked me to wait for 15 days and if the product is still out of stock, I should place the return. Thats what I did but the person who came to collect the jacket didnt collect it he said that the jacket is damaged. I explained to him that I couldnt have used the jacket as it doesnt fit me also all the tags and packing is intact the product is as it was received. I raised the concern with the Myntra support they also didnt help. So now I am stuck with a product that I cannot use and return/ exchange.

                                      I have returned my product about a month ago but i haven't received my refund yet. I tried talking to their customer care and they told me my problem will be resolved but still i haven't received my refund yet. It was a here and now jacket worth 1399. It would be good myntra if you refund my money.

                                        I ordered w kurta from myntra.after receiving the order I I found a small tear in the kurta.then I placed return req for the damaged product.bt the delivery boy said damaged products will not be received in this way .I hv to call in myntra hlp line no.I called, they asked me to wt untill 2nd dec.then I call today 3rd dec.they asked me to wt for 7th.this not a solution.why will I hv to suffer after receiving damaged product.ur policy mentioned that damaged products can be returned.then why u ppl are harrasing me now?this is a unprofessional disgusting experience with myntra.I have placed req at the same day within 2 hours.price tag and everything is intact.
