We ordered Instafab Plus Size Men Red Solid polo collar T shirt size 3XL on 21st October 2020.order I'd is 115515669338189145001.
But you delivered Peach colour T shirt. On tag its was Red Solid T shirt. We want to exchange it. With red Solid polo collar T shirt Size 3xl. On Myntra app on 9th person will come and pickup. Msg is showing, until till date no body has come to pickup

    I had ordered an item from Myntra but the product was not delivered and it showed delivered. I raised a complaint regarding which was due to be resolved by 14th November which did not happen when I called on 16th November I got a response stating the issue was wrongly taken by them which is incorrect as the issue subject is correct and they raised another incident on the same. I have call recording of both the days and have called atleast 5 times for these issue which is still pending and I have wasted about 4 hours on this.

      I ordered a jacket from Myntra (company was roaster) worth rupees 1924 but instead of jacket they delivered a defective pair of shorts of addidas. I've been following up on calls and emails chat on myntra app but there is no update on that and they closed the query while change in you the status of query closed. They promised me that we will update you on 12NOv after delay but now it is 16 Nov no update on top of that they closed the query and money I paid for the jacket.
      I paid 1924 INR for a jacket in this hard time I worked hard to gift on this Diwali to my dad but I got shorts that too defective what should I do with them which has no value of money.

      I got a call from customer service but they are still not taking any action and delaying my complaint. Previously they asked time till 12nov 2020 now after registration at consumer complaint they delayed it and asked for 21st November.
      No solution no refund nothing. On top of that they resolved the query in the website without evening solving. My 1924 INR still not refunded. Please take strict action.

      There is no update from Myntra about my product and refund.
      It is 21st Nov already they are J if St pushing dates but not taking that defective wrong product from and not returning my money back.

      They said we have delivered the product in right condition and blaming me that I'm lieing about the received product but pleae give a look on a size of package. Can we put a jacket in this small packet no right but they are not taking any measures I paid 1924 rupees for a jacket and they sent a defective shorts.

      Myntra support team is saying that we have delivered the product in right condition and in sealed package. But I ordered a jacket so it should come in big bag or package but they delivered a wrong product in small packet. Can anyone put a jacket in that small bag. I paid 1924 for that jacket.

        I have been waiting for these heels to restock. Why does it take a lot of time on Myntra for things to restock. Please restock these heels as there is a function. And I would love to buy it....

        On 1st Nov 2020, I ordered a SPACES bedsheet from Myntra (Order ID #1156079 [protected]).
        I got delivery on 5th Nov and on the same day I placed a return request as the bedsheet was defective. It has 3 to 4 faded white spots and also the colour was different as shown in the pic.

        On 6th Nov. their executive came. After explaining him the defects, he asked to put the complaint on customer care. He said he is unable to collect the product bcoz company will deduct the amount from his salary. Then I contacted their their local office, they also said the same thing that they can't do anything..contact to customer care

        On 10th November, I messaged their help centre through myntra app. First they put hold on return and told me that they will update on 17th nov.

        Then they asked for product details a d confirmation that product is unused. I confirmed them that I haven't used the product and the packaging and tags are intact and also sent pics with all details.

        Suddenly they closed the issue themselves by putting a "resolved" remark. They said we have quality checked before sending. They are just fooling us.

        They have denied the return. They just sending defective products and gulping people's money. This is unethical.

            The product which I bought from Myntra app(roadster slidder)which is damaged within 13days.but I complaint at the myntra app it was rejected but it is still in warranty period.how can you send this expired products to your customers and when i registered the complaint it was rejected.There is no chances of trust on your roadster products again.

              I had ordered Nike shoes on Myntra on[protected] which had the original cost Rs.7995- It was under discount for Rs.5599- I immediately received the shipment on[protected] at 12:17pm As received in the Myntra paper envelope big size when I opened the package envelope the shoes I ordered was in the box which was completely in bad shape when I opened to check the shoes I immediately realized that the Nike shoes what I paid Rs.5599- isn’t the original it was a copy.. As I’ve been using the sports brands an I can quickly sense it’s not the original.. So for further confirmation I went to a Nike stores at Colaba Mumbai, to check with them and as expected the sales person told me it’s a copy which is sold on Myntra As the original quality differs the copy.. so at 5:02pm on[protected] on the same day I received I went on Myntra site and requested for the return and refund and also ticked the option they had for return which was for quality.. Then I received the message for the return product pickup which was picked on[protected] at 07:02pm.. when I checked after an hour on Myntra for my return item the query mentioned was quality check failed.. after that on their site I messaged them and the next day requested for call back which I received the call on[protected] where I explained the entire scenario to the customer executive that how did the product quality check failed when I’ve not used not done anything with the package kept as it was received and requested for the return.. But today on[protected] I received message from Myntra my requested for return and refund is been declined.. how horrible it is.. Myntra can’t be trusted.. we sitting at home order online trusting the Myntra site thinking the product will be genuine and original.. Why should I pay so much of amount for a copy and I had ordered and paid money for the Original product not a copy if you guys are bullying people that’s not excepted.. As I’ve paid the Amount for the Nike shoes from IDFC EMI loan the Myntra sent message the return and refund is declining and my return product will be shipped soon.. I’m not going to receive the shipment.. and I want my money paid back at the earliest

              Myntra tried delivering the same product to me twice what I had returned and had asked for the refund has I had problem with the quality.. But even after the complaint with you I haven’t received any refund till date or any call or information about my refund from Myntra.. plz intervene in this matter as it’s a big amount and they are not ready to refund my money.. As I’m posting is the product Nike shoes pictures As the Myntra is rejecting to return and refund as quality check failed.. you decide the genuineness of the product as Myntra states quality check failed.. As it was my reason to return the product as it’s not the Original genuine Nike shoes and it’s just the copy and i knew it immediately as I opened the shipment and I asked for the return and refund coz I’m paying such a big amount is to buy Original product and not copy..

                He'llo, myntra scamed with me.
                I order a h&m jeans worth of 2000 o they delivered damaged and used jeans.
                When i ask for return they reject it and saying "used and damaged".
                What is my fault they gave me damaged.. I didn't damaged that 😢

                  Respected Sir,
                  I have Purchase WAHL argan Care Hair Dryer WCHD[protected] on MYNTRA Online Site, My Order Number[protected]-8075401 On 13th Oct 2020. I Got the delivery on 17th Oct 2020 but when i checked my product is not working Properly.

                  1) 1 N Diffusor is Missing.
                  2) Cool Air is not blowing.

                  Its might be technical issue, So i Registred Return Complain ON 19th Oct 2020 and Return Pickup Attempt On 19th Oct 2020, Now almost 20 To 24 days are gone but i can't get my product and not get Proper response from the company.

                  So either Replace my product Or Refund My Amount. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

                      Myntra Delivery problem.

                      During the festival session Myntra submitting customer orders to worst couriers, their delivery is not reliable

                      I have ordered 9 items amount of 7703.06 on 17th of October from that 7 items correctly delivered but one item which is orange blackberry formal shirt against that they have delivered the wrong item which is white ladies suite hence I have raised the complaint regarding wrong item and they have reimbursed the shirt amount.

                      but 2nd one Product -Louis Philippe men grey & pink slim-fit checked formal trouser amount 1361.85. Item has not delivered only but in the app, it has updated delivered so I have raised this 3 times on 3rd, 11 Nov, and 13 Nov. Every time they have checked from their side and said it has been delivered to you. So we can't do anything about it.

                      The argument is that- they are saying that we have packed 2 items one blackberry formal shirt and Louis Phillippe pant in one package and couriered but I have not received this package instead of that I have received only one package wrong item. Then where is that double item package gone?

                      Only based on the Courier service and delivery boys' statement that they are saying it has been delivered without any proof thus My question is that when I have not received a double package item complaint that the wrong package received so how come they are adamant that the correct product has delivered.

                      So kindly help me with that to refund back the whole amount of Rs-1361.85.

                        This is regarding Myntra order id#1157170 [protected]. At the payment page, it was showing message that you will get instant cashback discount of 10% on using HDFC Bank credit card for payment. I used my HDFC Bank credit card for payment. The page was even showing the discount amount after successfully entering my HDFC Bank credit card details. But on submit, the website showed message of some technical error. I retried the payment in same way using that same HDFC Bank credit card. This time the payment got successful, but I didn't receive any cashback. I tried to get call back from Myntra almost 5 times on this issue. But I haven't received a single call from them. I also tried to inform them by sending a message. But they replied that there is no cashback offer running. What nonsense it is? Why do customer needs to suffer due to some technical error at your end. I was supposed to get 10% cashback for using HDFC Bank credit card. That offer was there at that time while I was purchasing.

                        I used ola money to pay for my order and it was writing that there would be a 200 Rs cashback if we pay through ola money. I did the same but didn't get the cashback.

                          I received a damaged shirt (Campus Sutra Men Blue).
                          Then I asked for an exchange and the delivery boy came for the exchange and asked me to file a complaint about it because it was damaged, then I requested a call from Myntra, they called me and said that it Will resolve in a few days. And after a few days,
                          they said "We will be unable to accept the return/exchange as the product was shipped to you after a successful quality check"
                          But it was already damaged

                            My order id #115612091988039325101. I ordered two voyage sunglasses price of 1080.i returned both products on same day. But both products return hold due to tag price issues. But one of the items got accepted.If there was no tag, then how did the tag suddenly come on this accepted product?But another one is rejected, now again how to. Leave tag issue and come to the quality issues on the rejected product. Please first fix the drama, before fooling the customer.At the time of return pick up from my doorstep, delivery boy received those items without any complain. May in between the time of delivery boy to store to warehouse, products got damaged. How can i responsible for this? I have returned 100% safely products from my end and that has been accepted by delivery boy. If it is damaged or not tagged then why he take product return?So what training is not given to the delivery boys by Myntra. What is the guarantee that the product from the warehouse / road did not get untagged/ quality? After many times calling myntra cut my call, busy my call.call associated assured me that his supervisor will call me, but didn't . Which types behavior & cheating from myntra?? i want my refund back. I cleared from my end. Back my money, otherwise I will necessary action on this. I will not accept re shipment product.

                              I ordered a jacket but i didn't liked the quality of the product ...so I sent a return request within 2 hours of receiving this ...and the very next day return was picked up ...but while refunding my ammount it set it on hold ...even when all the tags were intact with the product. and I am trying from last 18 hours to reach the consumer support it always shows busy notice...

                                I was delivered a wrong product entirely different from what I ordered.

                                Though the package was delivered to me, the invoice inside mentions a different product and a different buyer name.

                                Myntra keeps asking for 24 hours time but provides no solution.

                                They delivered the wrong product on 31 Oct, and no solution provided till today

                                    Am and my friends are regular user of your services but at this time my sister is ordered a shoes from your site & same has been delivered at the same time but due to quality issue of his sole we want to returned from your website & requested for same but when today your Ecom-Partner service executive came & taken product from us & after 2 hour he call me & said he is not accepting my product & then i said to him to give written same on mail then he argued to us & said me to come his office & then he send someone to returned my product then he came & shouting us on my door & then when i go to his office then Mr.Vinshuk said he is not my employee such this type very bad behavior not expected by Myntra & TEAM.

                                    If he is not taken my product then he simply returned to me why he argue me i attached a call recording on same please listen. My order details are mentioned below.

But my mail id which is in my current profile is not correct so at at the time of payment the otp is generating to the incorrect mail id.so i am unable to make payment and cannot use the the gift card. So i had made my new profile on myntra using my another phone number and new correct mail id.
