I ordered H&M Men Maroon Hooded Sweatshirt on 22/11/2020(All oder details given below)

When I opened the box it was not the product I ordered, It was a 2 Tights pack. I never ordered this product, Even in the invoice it was mentioned H&M Men Maroon Hooded Sweatshirt. I contacted Myntraa within few minutes after delivery through the Myntraa website help center and opened an issue with a detailed explanation and product images. Myntraa customer care agent replied he will update by 25/11/2020.

But Myntraa closed my issue on 25th without any intimation or reason for closing the issue. When I contacted Myntra through the customer care number regarding this they told me they didn't find any issues in their investigation and informed it will be reinvestigated later.

Question to Myntra- why is an investigation required when I have sent all the proof with images,

and from the images that i sent can't you see it's not a Sweatshirt. Hope your customer care agents can differentiate between a Hooded Sweatshirt and Tights.

    I received a used product and the tag was not intact on the product and when I decided to return the product, myntra refused to process the refund for the product by saying that it has perfume smell. I received a used product and that is how they treat their customers. I want refund for the product.

      Order ID: 115669339609808599201

      One of the item for the above mentioned order ID has been returned by me but Myntra rejected my refund. The issue was the product which I received was without tags and I complain the same about Myntra and they assure to resolve the issue by 26/11/2020 but today I got the msg that my refund is rejected due to quality check process fail. If I receive the product without tags then this is completely myntra's fault not mine and I reported them about the same but still they rejected my refund.

      The product is Indo Era Women black and teal blue yoke design kurta with plazzos and dupatta, size:xl

        I order a kurti from myntra but return it for size issue. They reject my return and told me that product reshipped to me. From last onemonth myntra customer care executives didnot respond properly. Every time they asked me to wait 24 hours. Pls help me

          I returned clothes to myntra on 17 November and it was showing that myntra has deposited the amount in bank but I didn't see any credit thing in my account balance. Due to which I'm worrying about the money. Please help

            I received wrong product from Myntra and as product size and color was totally different from the one I ordered delivery boy refused to take it with him. Then I raised complaint to customer care and they refused a nd said quality check was done before shipping and product cannot be returned.

              I have returned one am-ante bra worth 870. i received the wrong product and i returned it because of the same reason. they reshipped it back even though i had informed customer care. i never received the product or my refund. i have been promised refund on 11th July 4 months after the incident but i haven't received a single penny. now they are saying they wont be able to provide the refund.Attaching mail as a proof in which they had promised me refund

                  I placed return for my kurta on 21/11/20 as the material is too transparent to wear, delivery person took the product checked the product and tag and took away and in the night I get message return on hold as quality check up failed because it's used product, now why on earth I ll use product with tag intact when the product is transparent, can't it be seen?such pathetic website and it's customer service who failed to give me any resolution, other online shopping websites has much flexible policies, why such kind delivery guys are given jobs, this is cheating on customers, duping customers, I want my refund back, I literally don't understand how can someone use a product with tag intact in it?with such policies this website must be banned I want my refund

                  Order I'd 115678906320610347601, myntra.com, no steps takes from company to resolve my issue, customer care cudnt replied anything, this site is just harrassing customers, they just not bothered, how someone use any product with tags intact, this is so ridiculous and company dinnot lodge any complaint regarding that delivery person, if the product is too transparent how can someone use it, n by looking what anyone says it's used?this is just pathetic

                    I have ordered a Kurta in Myntra and received it on Nov 11th.but I am not satisfied with the quality of the design work in that Kurta but the cloth material was pretty good.

                    I have placed a return request on Nov 12 th and the delivery associate has picked up the product on Nov 13th.

                    But that delivery has updated the status as return failed as customer asked to reschedule it

                    I don't know why that guy did a fraud like that even after received my product.

                    So, I have contacted Myntra support .They asked me to wait till Nov 21st. And today they have changed the product status as Return rejected as quality check failed.

                    Will i get my money back or if I get the same kurta, that is also fine for me.

                      I Had Purchased A HRX Sweartshirt From Myntra Which Was Returned With All The Tags Intact And In The Condition That Was Delivered To Me. However, They Refused To Accept The Return Same The Quality Check Failed And It Was Used And Shipped It Back To Me.
                      No Reasons Have Given As To What Quality Parameters Did It Fail And Worst They Shipped It Crumpled In A Polythene Without Their Office Bag As If It Is To Be Dumped. Terrible Expereince.

                        I have returned a trolley bag which I received was damaged. The handle was loose, screws are not fit and material isn't good. I returned the product stating these. They picked up the product and after 7 days I got a message like product failed quality check and will be reshipped. Can I know how a damaged will pass a quality check? Refund me as soon as possible. And better do quality check properly before delivering not after the return of damaged products. Refund me

                          My name is pratibha and i had ordered dreamz by pantaloons women beige printed lounge pants large of rs. 539 in myntra on 30 oct 2020 and after 7 nov 2020 i returned this product due to personal reason. And on 7 nov 2020 myntra initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. myntra sent this reference number #[protected] .
                          So please kindly respond to my complaint it's very urgent.

                              They take the order without checking inventory and customer service is so horrible everyday I calll and eveyday someone new answers and tells me to wait 24 hours. I spoke to senior also. Then again if I have to speak to senior I have talk to lower management then request another call back and it goes on for days. I ordered my product during Diwali offer and it’s still not delivered. It’s been 20 days and the product is back to original price and now if I order i will have to pay double. This is mental torture because they won’t tell u the issue, just ask u to wait, and everytime it’s a new person to speak with

                                  I placed a two orders INR 1771, amount deducted from my SBI account through netbanking . my SBI bank confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no:IGAJWKVKK0, ref no. has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra.I want my money back.

                                    I have ordered two products for my kid from Myntra, Myntra delivered both products without Tags. I have returned both products on 9th Nov. and mentioned to pickup guy that both havn't any Tags, pickup guy said that "many times happens " and he said dont worry your pickup is successful.

                                    After 2 days i got massage that myntra rejected one product from both of them due to Tag. i dont know why they are doing such things. I have tried to convince them but not getting positive response.

                                      This is regarding the return of Vishudh Women Mauve Solid Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta" pertaining to the order no.[protected]-7421201.I had ordered this Kurta palazzo set in the month of September 2020 and put a return request just one day after it was delivered as it did not FIT me. Delivery boy thoroughly verified the product and tags attached with and took it back.

                                      That kurta set was returned to me saying that it did not pass the quality check at your end and according to you it has been USED by me.

                                      After that my husband has been speaking to your customer care almost every fortnight and every time we get an assurance that this issue will be resolved and almost thrice the same product is brought back to me to be taken back. Also, according to Myntra, If I don't accept the product, then this issue will be considered closed and no refund will be given.

                                      Now I'm fed up with this attitude of Myntra. My points of dispute with Myntra are:

                                      1. The product DOES NOT fit me.

                                      2. If the product does not fit me, how can I use it?

                                      3. The product say size "L" which should have a bust size of 40 inches but if you measure the bust of the given dress, it is hardly 36 or 38 inches hence it did not cross my shoulders while trying. So how can I use it?

                                      4. What is your criteria of making a product deem used, kindly clarify.

                                      5. Why should I accept a product which was successfully returned?

                                      6. Why is Myntra not heeding to the issue of fit which I have told every time?

                                      7. Why should I take a misfit product?

                                      8. I ask Myntra to send some female executive to my home and check my claim of Kurta not even reaching below my neck. So, the question of the product being used is absolutely ridiculous and preposterous.

                                      9. How can Myntra say that it has been used by me and not by somebody at Myntra's warehouse or by the delivery agents?

                                      10. Why would I keep a Kurta Set if it is of improper fit ?

                                      11. Why is my money of the same product being held by you people?

                                      This issue has made me rethink my decision to carry on any shopping with Myntra in future. Rather, I would take this issue to the consumer forum if it is not addressed with proper heed to my explanation. I'm being mentally harassed by you people which is unacceptable. Kindly look into this matter with due consideration and refund the amount of the product asap.
