I've ordered sassafras green top from Myntra, the size didn't fit me as expected! So I put it on return... The delivery person came the next day itself.. but I wasn't at home... So some how he took it on NOVEMBER 12th. Then today I recieved a message saying the product didn't pass the quality check cause it had stains! Why the hell would I try to stain it? I never used it! And while returning the product! The delivery person looked after the product and said it was alright! Then why the hell is Myntra playing such tactics with their customers!!! I need my refund back!

I have ordered Campus sutra men blue solid denim jacket worth rupees 1098 cash. And when I received this order the product is too old & faded the threads of jacket is coming out from all the sides. After that I had placed return for that product. The boy comes to me & take that return from me. And then a msg comes to me from Myntra that your return is declined. And from that day they didn't refund me my refund back.

My return request was rejected. I had only tried the dress once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and "damaged". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it...

I ordered a top which wasn't the right fit for me. So I requested an Exchange. The Exchange rep said that it cannot be exchanged because the price of the product had changed from the time I had ordered to the time the rep came to collect the product. Ok, how is this my fault? Now Myntra refuses to exchange the product OR provide a refund. All this because it isn't exactly myntra's fault it seems. How is it my fault if the orice changes on the app? I got it at a discount. Now I'm stuck with a product I don't need. Customer care is as useless as Myntra's policy. They will not budge or do anything to help you. I requested an escalation and I was told that I will be contacted by seniors within 24 hrs and it's been 3 days. No call or email.

They ridiculously close the issue with wrong reasons, saying exchange is not applicable since the pincode is not deliverable. What even? And they closed it once more with another reason that the price tags are missing. I have full proof that the product is intact with the tags and unused.

Pathetic service from Myntra

I've been delivered a fake/duplicate/used/wrong product (Pepe Jeans) for order ID #1156897 [protected]

I've returned it and now the return/refund is not processed due to a quality check. My question is why the return is not processed while I returned the order on the same day it got delivered after seeing it's fake.

It's so disappointing to see Myntra sell fake products. I've been a loyal customer for the last few years.

Please process my return/refund as soon as possible.

I had purchased a indian kurta from myntra. the size and fit is not proper hence i immediately initiated a return process. but there was no tag attached on the parcel. i do hav the myntra bill but the tag was never there when the parcel arrived. but now the delivery agent is denying to take the parcel back and process refund

There is wrong product delivered not the actual product or quality what I ordered. Also product photos, return or exchange button not visible. . Called at customer care and no revert or call received

On 11.11.2020 I received a single parcel from myntra. Inside it, there was a blue shorts without any price tag or any bill.

I immediately reported the issue to the customer care. They asked me to wait for 24hrs.
Today on 12.11.2020, i got a message that they have shut down my complaint! Without any reply or any action taken. Now they are not even replying on phone calls.

THIS IS A FRAUD!!
I want my refund back or atleast deliver the right products.

Sir/Ma'am, I request you to kindly consider my situation. This is a complete fraud case by the company Myntra!!
& Take adequate action regarding the case.

Hi there i have received a wrong product and i have placed a refund request the reverse pickup person from Shadow fax says the product is not per the item description, which is actually the issue. He also told me that if he scans this it would end up in Quality Check failure. Kindly help I'm really disappointed.

I have not received my last order but it is showing delivered. When I called the delivery person, he told he delivered it to a wrong address my mistake and he will manage to take the parcel from that address. I still have not received any order. I want my refund as soon as possible.

I ordered one HRX by Hrithik Roshan hooded sweatshirt and one Denizen from Levis sweatshirt. I ordered it on 2nd November 2020 but I haven't receive my product yet. The products have been shipped to delivery center on 4th November but it's taking so much time. This is the first time I'm facing this problem kindly deliver it to me at the earliest.

Now we received the update that,

"Declined: Your return request for Sera Kurta Sets has been declined as it did not pass our quality check process. This item will be reshipped to you & we will notify you about the shipping details soon"

This is totally unfair that the reason mentioned for reshipping was the reason behind our return request. We also returned the product for the same reason. we repacked the product immediately once she noticed that the product looks like used one due to the fear of covid.

I had purchased a women silver toned Analogue watch order no[protected]-2143401 from Myntra. When I opened the packet, product was missing. There is only product tag was there inside the box and product was taken out. I had booked a complain but costomer service is closing it and said that the problem wasn't created by their team, they have dispatched from their warehouse in a properly sealed package and also said that they received a confirmation from their logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition. My issue claim stands declined for number of times.I am sure the delivery people must have done something. This is such a disappointment from website like Myntra.I want my money back.

When I placed an order for a kurti of biba on myntra product delivery date showed 13th n next day I received a mail from myntra which said "Shipped: We're sorry for the delay! In these tough times, our team is working hard to ensure you receive your order with 1 Biba Kurtas by 17 November,

I’ve ordered puma shoes from myntra and they delivered me the same foot shoe. So, I requested for a return the shoes but after 2 days when I checked the status of my request request, it was showing return on hold (quality check failed). The funny part is they never picked up the shoes from me so how could they display this status? I couldn’t able to talk to their customer care representative because my call never got transferred to them. I opened more than 5 tickets and they marked as closed without even giving the proper details. Now, this is completely unprofessional. They took my 2000₹ and now ain’t replying nor calling. I bought 8 items from myntra.com android application on 30th October 2020. The items include 5 men jeans, 1 men jogger, and 2 women jeans. This cost me a total of INR 6121.00.
Myntra has given an offer for instant cashback of 10% for buying more than INR...
