    I submit a request to return my order but the delivery boy does not take my return. He say that talk to company then i took it.. But there is no number to whom i contect.

      I am writing with alot of frustration and begging for help, i ordered a pepe jeans from them on 24thjune2020 and its 11/08/20 the issue is not resolved i paid through cod, while entering my bank details it auto picked up and the bank account detail seems wrong, i have been telling them this and chasing for my refunds every time i call they disconnect my phone i have aright to fight.

      Please help me get my money back i would be grateful, i have an oath wouldn't use or let any of my family member use myntra anymore its a fraud company eating peoples money

        Order item: "anouk women mustard yellow & green printed fusion kurta with trousers"

        It is a 3-piece set (Kurta, trouser and shrug). Only the shrug and trousers were received. Kurta is missing. No tag, no bill received.

        The transparent package inside the myntra package was torn and tampered with and was attempted to repair using a cell tape.

        Same thing happened the very next day with another myntra order (Same brand: anouk kurta, trouser set) at the same address.

        Rather than investigating the case as to why back-to-back two such incidents occurred, myntra customer care cell have closed the case without resolving it. From the past 20 days, i have been repeatedly calling them and finally they have rejected my claim saying that it was intact when it was shipped.

        I demand a full refund or a new fresh order with all 3-pieces, tag and bill intact immediately.

        This same thing happened with me also. I had ordered an HRX T-shirt and received a bed sheet instead with no tag and transparent plastic in a torn cardboard box wrapped with some tape. It took me more than a month of continuous email and call. But they said the same thing as in your case. After 1 month I had contacted the delivery person and he told me that there is another parcel with them. So he came and took the bed sheet and gave me my Tshirt. This was my and my known one's last order from Myntra. I can't invest so much time in Myntra. It took me over a month and a half to get the right product. And the funny thing is after doing all this Myntra is sending me a mail stating that my account has high return request. So I won't get some benefits of free delivery and all. They should have investigated properly. Its was their mistake for sending me the wrong product. Anyways try to contact the same delivery partner of Myntra. May be they can fix this issue.

          Ordered two items on july 4, 2020 and the product is not yet delivered with no update on the delivery date. Even after contacting multiple times, a reason has not yet been given as to why the material is not being delivered or by when the material would be delivered. The payment for this is already done.

            I returned a product on 24 july 2020 till today i did not get the refund after calling them so many times amount is 1299 please help me regarding this matter

              I have already complained on app and requested a call. Yet no executive approched me. My complain is that i have ordered a h&m joggers order no. 114566672548677497003
              This joggers was a size up so i requested an exchange later a myntra executive came and picked up the joggers from my house. After a week or so another executive came for delivery but he was requesting the jogger. Which was already submitted by me to your executive this guy who came for delivery returned the product to origin therefore all the delivery updates displayed on my app are now gone. I need updates about what is happening.

                I placed an order around 7 pm on 10th august, 2020 for 2 products for an amount of ₹4298 using my sbi debit card. As i entered the cvv and placed the order i received the notification of "order not placed". I then received a message of ₹4298 being debited from my account. Not able to reach out to the myntra employees regarding this as well.

                  Hello i placed an order for philips olive green corded and cordless trimmer order id[protected]-6170703 and i received empty package there is no product in the package i contacted myntra about it they said we registered your complaint we'll update in 48 hours but there is their # service experience from myntra they postponed for 20 days and still they are saying 48 more hours complaint id - in[protected] i want my money refund now i can't bear this anymore

                    The service of myntra has been poor overall. I had ordered a product almost a month ago and is still not delivered due to which i had to face certain problems as my product didn't get delivered on time and i had to book another product in the same time period which was costly and took a lot of my time and also the customer care employees didn't talk to me properly and played me for around 25 days which really increased my tension level. As it was a raksha-bandhan gift i had to spend the same amount to make the delivery possible from some other retailer. It was really a bad experience.

                      I ordered a pair of shoes.. Successfully get the product but the size of shoes is not perfect so i returned the shoes... And returned also successfully done.. Now myntra says they successfully transferred my refund amount but the amount is not showing in my account i didn't get the money

                        Hello,
                        I expected myntra to maintain a high standard of service provided to
                        Its customers and then this happened which has shattered all my faith
                        In myntra. After having been befooled daily for last 7 days by
                        Customer care executives over phone calls, i finally took pain to pen
                        It down here and over my social media accounts. It all started when on
                        The ill fated day of 23rd july 2020 i placed an order which turned out
                        To be a nightmare to me (Varanga women maroon embellished straight
                        Kurta for rs 879, order id 114737084951212869003, packet id
                        :[protected], tracking id: ml[protected], return id: [protected]). It was
                        Delivered on 1st august and when i returned home in evening, i was
                        Utterly shocked and disappointed to find that they had sent me a wrong
                        Item, it was from the same brand but a different kurti. I raised a
                        Return request the same day mentioning that i have received a wrong
                        Product. The courier guy finally picked it up on 3rd august after
                        Having checked that the item was in good condition and had all the
                        Tags and blah blah as required by team myntra for accepting an item
                        For returning. By evening i got a mail stating that my return request
                        Is put on hold, when i contacted the customer care guys they
                        Shamelessly replied that it has been put on hold as the product isn't
                        The product that was ordered and was supposed to reach me. I tried
                        Hard to convince them that the very reason for placing a return
                        Request was that i had received a different item and so they have
                        Received a different item. Everyday i followed up my case and wasted
                        My valuable half an hour just to get a false assurance that my matter
                        Is being looked into.

                        Well enough is enough. Now i ask you a few questions which you
                        Are legally bound to answer:

                        1. What kind of quality check you people have that a wrong item is sent?
                        2. If you have barcode scanning systems in place, cant your system
                        Identify now that the item that was sent isn't the one that was
                        Ordered. The item i returned had all its tags in place and so the item
                        I have returned now is the item that was actually sent to me!
                        3. How long does it take to solve such petty issues when you already
                        Have received the item in your warehouse by your courier partner?
                        4. The item i received was costlier by approx. 500 rs than what i had
                        Actually ordered. Normal people would have been really happy in
                        Receiving a costlier product by paying less though this amounts to
                        Cheating. Even i could have done the same, but i decided to be honest
                        And so i perished. Is this how you reward honest people?
                        5. What is the process of escalating a complaint in your company. When
                        I asked the customer care guy to let me talk to their supervisor, the
                        Guy replied after keeping my call for hold for 10 mins that the
                        Supervisor isn't comfortable right now to talk to myntra customers. Is
                        This how you people treat your customers? Wow, customers shouldn't
                        Have any comfort levels when they do business with you!
                        6. Why shouldn't i now take legal remedies against the mental
                        Harassment as well as financial losses incurred on account of having
                        Done shopping at you platform?

                        Through this mail i give you 24 hours to refund my money, failing this
                        I will be forced to sue you in a court of law and i will also share my
                        Nightmare with various social media platforms. Let other 140 crore
                        Indians know how risky it is to shop @myntra.
                        Let me remind you that this is something which wasn't expected from
                        Myntra and is totally unfair, unacceptable and against the industry
                        Standards.

                          I ordered wahl men moser 1400 germany hair clipper on 6 august but they cancelled the order citing the technical issue on 9 august. The payment mode i used was myntra gift card now i cant buy that product from anywhere else as i cant get that money in my bank

                            I ordered two louis philippe trousers (1299 each) on 18 june 2020, on receiving it, i didn't find the fit perfect and had to return it.
                            When the delivery guy came, he checked all the tags first and then collected both the products. Now i was waiting for my refund, it was put on hold initially and then they declined my return request citing the products failed the quality check. How on earth is that pssible? As the delivery guy made sure the product was intact before collecting them and it is not possible that the products have failed the quality check. I think this is the new way myntra has chosen to dupe people, i want my money back as they have no authentic reason to deny my return request. I want my refund

                              I had ordered for 2 tshirts on myntra on cod basis. I subsequently cancelled one of the tshirts before delivery. A myntra delivery boy came for a delivery and refused to let me open the packet and see which tshirts were there in it. So i had to pay the full amount and accept the packet.in the packet was the tshirt which i had cancelled. I placed a request on myntra on 1 august to return the product and refund my amount. They told me that the issue would be resolved in 3 days. I did not hear anything from them till 3 august and then again called them. I was again told that the issue would be resolved in 3 days. I did not receive any communication from them again. So again, i called them on 9 aug and was again told to wait till 13 august and i would get a mail from them regarding the resolution.

                              It is quite evident that they do not want to resolve my issue

                                I ordered a lino perros black coloured bag from myntra on july 10 which was a cash on delivery order from my
                                Email id - [protected]@gmail.com. After i retured it, which was successfully processed from their end on july 16 (Photo attached) they didn't send me any emails regarding my bank details for the refund so on 23 july i myself took this initiative and sent them the details to which they replied that they had already refunded me the amount on my account no. Which i never provided to them. On futher observation i saw that they had put my debit card no.in place of account no. I called them 10 times but they are not responding properly. My question is how will i get the refund when my account no. Is wrong from their end. I provided them the correct details them why have they written my debit card no. As my account no.. Also if the money is not going anywhere then probably it will be reverting back to their account... I call the customer care but they are not responding correctly.

                                My order no. And other details are in the photos attached below. My question is how and where was i wrong, when will i receive the refund!!! Please help me to get my refund back.

                                  I placed an order on march 15th 2020 and order number#113616497641838660101 and the shirt ordered did not fit me. Hence i placed a return pick up

                                  On march 24th and due to covid situation pick up was delayed from your end and delivery person was sent on aug1st the delivery person was rude and he returned the product without checking the product. The product has ag and it is in unused condition. Refer to the image attached which clearly displays the tag information and the condition of the product. I have been a regular customer of myntra i have never experienced such rude delivery person. Hence i escalated the issue to your team through app and no proper response yet. It is not far to reject a return inspite of returning the product with tag and unused condition.. Look into this issue with a fair detailed inquiry on the genuine return request.

                                  same rude delivery person came along with another person he did not even look at the product initially and then when i said that photo was shared with customer support and pick up request was raised by myntra customer support then he agreed to look at the product showed him the tag as well and he then he checked the shirt and tried to tamper the shirt brand logo and he was saying that he would be fined if he accept return which was rejected last time, so just for his pay cut he is rejecting a fair return request. Delivery person just for his personal vengeance he is rejecting the return and
                                  was rude he said "talk to customer service and I will not allow anyone to accept this shirt". @Myntra - please make sure that you have control over the delivery person. I have been buying from myntra for the past few years and I have never faced such a bad delivery person who is rejecting just for his personal vengence. Iam attaching the image again for your reference.

                                      I have already paid for myntra for 2 products through gpay and it's showing amount is deducted. Myntra says my query is resolved but nothing is updated there on the site and also i am unable to see any refund status on website.

                                        My name is clive its been 3 months 70 calls 3so called floor supervisors who cannot resolve my. Issue. I had lost my device witha myntra acc a which had a i have a credit of 3200 on my acc on clive. [protected]@gmail.com which apparently is locked i wanted them to unlock so i can use my credit on. I had been advised to open another acc clive. [protected]@gmail.com with the no [protected]. I was advised to send my id proff to your regitered email address. I have received a notification that my issue has been resolved. When i check my current acc now status is locked why???. When i call back your agents at your call are intentionally disconnecting my call and not calling back even though i have been polite. Are you guys running a scam why have to go through this being a elite customer.
                                        I will be posting this and tweeting this issue.70 times i have called which is ridiculous for no fault of my own.
