We ordered a women kurta set. When delivered, the kurta was top size (i.e. too short, isn't long as a kurta). We put that product on exchange as a defective product with written comment that "kurta was top size, isn't look like a kurta". Delivery boy refused to exchange a product as myntra did not approved for the exchange. Then i called to customer care number, they assured that product will get exchange within a week, but there was response. After 2 weeks till now, i called 4 to 5 times, but they making excuses for not to exchanging and returning of products. When i called recently they directly refused by exchanging a product, i aaked to return my product, they deny directly that they cannot exchange and return the product.

Complaint marked as Resolved when i registered exchange of a product at first time, then delivery boy came with the exchange product to replace it but he denied to exchange and said "we didn't get any approval of a wrong product from myntra".
Then he said to call at customer care center of myntra. i called at first time the assured that product will get exchange within 1 week. but there was no response from myntra. i waited for 15 days for any response. i called 2 times, thet again assured and taken my complaint, and assured that product will get exchanged. last time when i called he said "date or return/exchange of product is passed and cannot exchange/return my product.".
there is no mail from myntra for the same.

Is it expected to receive the same foot shoe and they are not returning it and close my complaint and not even calling me as I can’t connect with them
They sent me defective product and refuse to take back
