On 25th July 2020, i ordered two items from Myntra of value INR 2579.00, I selected payment through SBI internet banking and payment got deducted from my account but order still not placed.Please see the transfer details below.

    I returned two item of all about you on july 10. Order was on cod. I got refund of one on same day and other refund of rs948 is not credited till date. I called myntra regarding this many time but they didnot respond postively about time. Every day i call dey say your refund is intiated today wait for 3-5 days. They kept repeating this sentence. I have their email msg which says refund intiated on 10july but when i call dey keep giving me new dates. I asked them transaction id but dey didnt provide nor did they seriously looked at my problem. Fed of their ignorant behaviour towards customers genuine problem.

      Refund sent to myntra credit

      Hi,

      I ordered 3 products of garments from myntra. I received the package and pay through online payment of rs.1516 via google pay. When i checked the sizes are different which i received so i request for return.

      After pickup i get my refund in myntra credit not in my payment source bank account. When i call to customer care they said that you select myntra credit option at the time of refund however i don't...

      I placed an return request which has processed by 21st of july 2020 and on same day i also got the reference no as well but till today 26th of july 2020 i havenot received my refund back in my account. Can you please help me with it?

        Hi team,

        I had raised concern with incident number in[protected] and in[protected]. My contact number [protected] or you call me on [protected]. It's been more than a month and i have yet not received any final solution. They had also raised a return pickup on allen solly trousers from your end but when i am saying i have not received that product then how will i return the same. I am really disappointed with myntra service this time and with this email i am raising a concern in the consumer forum and sending this email to all the grievances organisation as well as to myntra upper level people.

          I am regular customer of myntra. I appreciate the service of myntra but this time i am very disappointed. I ordered a item on myntra on june but not received yet.               My order number is :[protected]-0215303 From myntra... My sister some clothes for my mom from myntra and we ain’t like product and we found out that product is used one, so my sister return that product on 15th July 2020 we return that product and we got call on 18th July from myntra that ur banks details r not correct. So my sister fill details again and they told us that in 3-5 days we will get refund of 1490 rupees bt today it’s has been 24th July and whenever my sister talk with customer care They don’t give us proper response and tell us to wait bt today it’s has been 7 days since my return and I ain’t get my refund till today .. so guys don’t buy from myntra cz they send used product and do cheat with people and pls give me my refund of 1490 rupees !

                The wishmaster picked up the return from my end succesfully but after3 hours of pick a call came from wishmaster and he says my return got failed due to quality checks and hung up the phone
                Now i dont have the product nor refund what should i do even i've called him more than 50 times to get my product back but no reply even if my product didnt match the quality check then why did he take it with him he should have given me the product at the pickup

                    I have order a product on 30th June but the excepted date of delivery was 17 July but till Today (i.e 24 July 2020) i didn't got the delivery and while tracking the order the application only show like shipped but doesn't show accurate detail about the shipment were the actual product is and myntra should work on the delivery status details it should be shown clear as customer can know the accurate place were the product even if we call to customer care they also will not be knowing the were is the product actually. so myntra should show the details of delivery as other eCommerce companies do

                      Hello! I have placed HM products (Myntra) on 18th June 2020 on prepaid. i was informed that one item was cancelled on 23th June 2020. But I have not received the refund till now, it has been a month now and I just got the notice yesterday that my other items are also cancelled. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks!

                              Order number:[protected]-4288001. Packet od: [protected]. Delivered on 22nd July 2020 at 112, park street. Kolkata 700017. West Bengal, India.
                              Seller's name and address: Savalika Retail Private Limited, Embassy Industrial Park Village, Taoru Road, Gurgaon, Haryana, Bhiwandi, Haryana-122413.
                              The delivery guy came around 12:49 and while leaving he stole our shoes kept outside the door. We have the CCTV footage. We request Myntra to get the details of who was sent that day out for delivery and get hold of the stolen item. We urge you to take necessary actions.

                                I ordered for various items under Order No.[protected]-3598201 on 22.06.2020 through Myntra. 'Women Beige & Navy Blue Printed Straight Kurta with Palazzos' was one of those items. Accordingly, the order was delivered to me on 05.07.2020. Due to safety purpose, I checked the parcel after two days and found Palazzo missing. Therefore I raised complaint and same was registered vide Complaint Number IN[protected]. When I followed up on this complaint, Myntra Support center intimated that the issue will be resolved by 16.07.2020 but no response given that date. When I again requested they intimated that the issue will be resolved by 22.07.2020 but after lapse of considerable time, No response has been given by Myntra Support Center. Please look into the matter and direct Myntra to compassionate me or to provide missing Palazzos of such order. Regards

                                  I am really sick of their services. I filed returns for two innerwears. The pick up boy picked up the wrong article and refunded for the wrong article, where as that article is still with me for which they refunded and the article which has been picked up has no updates. I am trying to resolve my issue since eight to ten days. All they are asking is to wait and wait. Moreover they marked my issue as resolved as well by their own wish. They are just filing complaints again and again.

                                    I recently bought a product from myntra which was of small size so i created a return request. The delivery boy came and said serial number was not matching and refused to return it. I called customer care and they assured me that complaint is registered but again the delivery boy refused it. This process is never ending and it's been 4 times this has happened. I am tired now complaining such bad experience. These people are not tagging and packing properly and asking for some stupid information which is not available.

                                    Please help me get my money back. This is my last attempt to buy. Will never take their service again.

                                      I had ordered 5 curtains from myntra for which i paid ₹2, 995/- via cod, but eventually i returned the product on 9th july, 2020 because it was not fit for the size. But till date, i have not received my refund amount.
