I ordered a t-shirt about 15 days ago. I received the order yesterday. The product was completely different. Not just the exchange of pink color border design with yellow color but change in neck pattern and absence of broad white stripes on sides.

    I have received partial order from myntra (Out of 7items i have recieved 4 items) and i have been complaining about the same for the last one and a half month. Earlier the customer care services told that we will get refund as the refund is initiated but now we are getting informed that they did send all the items and they can't provide us with the refund.

      This regarding a bad product complaint for the famous ecommerce company myntra.

      I placed the order by taking a look on their 3d rendered display from their site. Now i have received damaged product, when i tried reaching to their complaint forum they disagreed for the return of the product.

      Attached are the order details and item picture.

      I want to return this product, kindly help me on this part. Also take necessary action to avoid future issues.

        I ordered a kurta on 3rd of July of worth 1499. Firstly my order was not successfully placed but my money was debited from my account. Then again I placed an order which went successful as you can see the message of money debit in the screenshot attached by me. It has been more than one and half month but till now I have not gotten my refund. My money was debited through payzapp and Myntra customer care said that the refund has been transferred in the wallet but I have not gotten refund neither in wallet nor in bank account. I am very upset from the ignorant behaviour of Myntra customer agent. I want immediate solution of my refund.

          I had ordered a top from Myntra. When I received the product, I found that it was damaged ( torn and dirty at several places).
          I immediately placed a return request stating the issue of the product being damaged. The pickup boy from Myntra refused to accept the return and asked me to call the customer care regarding the issue. I called their customer care several times but they were not ready to accept their fault of sending me the damaged product instead blame me for using and returning the product. Nevertheless, after several calls they picked up the order from my place. But the return request status showed ON HOLD for 15 days. No response, no refund. I called them several times and their customer care executive always told me to wait for 7 days. When my patience and tolerance gave in, I called the customer care again, to which they replied that my return request has been declined and that the product did not pass the quality check, the product will be reshipped back to me.

          I want my complete refund of RS 1047, along with RS 35 Myntra credit. It was not my fault. It was a fault at Myntra's send but they are not ready to accept it. It has been 20 days. I have been a loyal customer of Myntra since 6 years and I don't have so much of free time to use the product and return it back stating it's damaged. Myntra is definitely scamming customers to cover their losses during the pandemic. Why was the product not quality checked before I received it for the first time? Why should I pay the cost of someone else's mistake? Stop fooling customers.

          I request that my complaint should be solved at the earliest. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP.

          I had placed an order on "4th August" and the order number was "[protected]-1382203". It was a gift to my friend and it delivered on 7th August.
          Unfortunately my friend received a defect piece. So, on the same day I raised the replacement request and the id is "[protected]-9041503".
          On Myntra app there is an option as "Received wrong / defect product ", I choose it and selected "Defected product delivered". Then I got option for refund or exchange and I choose exchange.
          The refund agent came on 15th and collected the defective piece. Then I received an email as refund initiated. But my original request was for exchange.
          I called customer care to mention my issue 2 times but every time they disconnected my call to saying you have to make a fresh order.
          Now, kindly you tell me when I placed the order the price was RS 1333 but now it is RS 1420 . Now there is a difference of RS 87. Please let me know who should bear the difference amount?
          I want the exchange and you put it on refund without notifying me, however I have not received the refund amount till date.
          It is very frustrating to me. Also tell me how will be my position in front of my friend?
          I request you to understand my situation and exchange my product or make available in the same price of the product for me.
          I hope I will get a professional service from Myntra to resolve my case.

            I returned a product on 20 july and till today i have not received the refund. Already tried so many times to get it resolved from myntra. They always told me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs. But after there given timeline they didn't provide any information about the same. Delivery boy have taken the product but didnt provide any acknowledgement slip. Same has been told to myntra on the same i. E on 20 july. Still didn't receive any refund

            They didn't resolve any isssue from there side. They told me they are resolving but the issue is not resolved yet . Ihave contacted almost 100 of times . But the issue is not resolved

            I have ordered a Philips epilator from myntra . They delivered a Chinese product to me. So i returned the product. But they are not refunding money .

                  This particular myntra order for an arrow grey trouser was supposed to be delivered by 26 july 2020. I havent received the product. I am not able to track the product. And i’ve been contacting the customer service since 15 days. Every time they ask me to wait fr 72 hours. And if i contact them again after 72 hours, they ask me to wait fr 72 hours again. I’ve been denied a refund also

                    From the 3rd august i am calling to myntra for my number update against my parcels. I got the mail from the myntra today that my number has been changed for order which is already shipped in my town to local ecom express delivery center. But still today i went to ecom ofc and they scanned my parcel for otp but still i am not getting otp. I have faced this problem from last 13 days but still i am not getting my parsals... Myntra and ecom express team both are making fool to customer. Not resolving problems and not giving the money or not delivering parcels too.

                      During one of myntra's sale, i had purchased and returned 3 clothing items of which refund if around 2000 was due from myntra. I had chosen the option of direct deposit into my bank account. However, even after a wait of more than 1 week and continuous follow up, i had not received my refund. Also, i visited my bank numerous times as the customer care people always said that the amount is transferred. They never had any another answer to my issue. Later, i realised that the amount was credited to a wrong bank account. Having known the problem, i immediately contacted myntra and informed them about the problem as well as a solution to this. How they credited to a wrong account is another issue as they say that i quoted the wrong bank account number. Even if this is accepted, is it not that the bank always checks the beneficiary name and account number before making online transactions? To continue with the main issue, i informed them about the problem and the solution too. The payer bank ie the myntra's bank has to submit a mandate to the payee bank that is my bank and then the transaction can be corrected. Having done this, there was no reply from myntra's side for almost a week. After rigorous follow up the only reply i got was - our job is done. Pls contact your bank. I again and again kept repeating in my communications that i cannot take any step further unless a mandate by your bank is sent. But everything is just turned to deaf ears. I am just hoping that they do the necessary steps fast or the final option would be approach a consumer court.

                        I ordered a product from myntra on 09.08.2020 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled everyday for the last week. No support from myntra and neither can i query why my product is taking so long to be shipped. This is so frustrating. Order number[protected]-5441201and tracking id-[protected].                           I purchased two products from myntra. My orderid is 114868785814449420203. One product is defective and torn. And the another is a completely different product. This is not my fault that they delivered wrong product and now they saying that it failed quality tests. It will as they delivered wrong things. I just want my refund.

                              I ordered one tikhi imli red and black saree, one black tee and a lip balm+ Maybelline combo pack from myntra during independece sale.Maybelline combo pack worth was 104 .After applying my coupon I got a discount of 33 rupees. So I got that combo having lip balm plus lipstick for 71 rupees only. As you can see screenshots I have attached and highlighted the combo pack price which shows lip balm + lipstick price that is 104 rupees without discount. And my order value was 866. You can see. Now I've been asked to pay 987 or 937.32 when I talked to Myntra executives many times on asking. My order was confirmed for 866 rupees only. Why do I have to pay more now? And I'm not responsible for any kind of technical error that your app had as myntra executive told me. It's not a customer's fault. We buy things as per price showing by you when we order. So if it was hiked later or anything like that I won't pay extra. Myntra executives gave irrelevant reasons like page wasn't updated etc. But that's not my fault since I placed order for 866 rupees only as I was told by myntra at the time of placing order and why would I pay extra now after my order was confirmed for 866 only.

                                  My name is vishal singroha and mail id is vishu.[protected]@gmail.com that attach to the myntra. I ordered the short for boys on 26/07/2020 through my debit card of cost rs798 including shipping charge but same day I cancel my order and they show refund initiated but I didn't get my refund till now as on 13/08/2020. I call many times at customer care but they don't have any satisfactory response. Every time they give new timeline. So I request you to please take necessary action against that type of fraud companies. I also attach the copy of cancel order from my mail.

                                    I order a Moda rapido jeans in Grey color. & I got a Moda Rapido Jean's on 7th August in Black Colour with a bigger size. From that day I'm complaining that I want to return this product . But what I got from customer care that please mam wait for 24 to 48 hours every day. & after several day what they r saying that mam we can't approve ur request because we shifted the product after successful quality check. Then how I got a black jeans when I ordered grey.. this is how u people successful with quality check? I want my refund. & I want to return this product.

                                      The issue that i have experiencing is that i had ordered a w kurta women navy blue and peach-coloured straight fit kurta on 2nd july 2020 which has not been delivered. However, it has been updated as a delivered in the app. I have been chasing myntra customer care for almost everyday since then. They claim that the product was part of packet which was successfully delivered on 28th july 2020. But the said packed contained only one other item (Espirit bag) and did not have the kurta. Now they are demanding that i present a unboxing video to show that the packet did not have the kurta. As per general practice, i have maintained the pictures of the packet which myntra customer service is not accepting these and have denied my claim.

                                      I want a full refund for my product and if that is not happening then i demand a video from myntra showing that this product was delivered basis of which they are denying the claim.

                                        Full Description: My first-ever order with Myntra placed on 15th July and it was supposed to be delivered on 24th July to my address at Kochi. When I tracked the order I could see the item was at Kochi on 19th and on the very next day it was sent back to Bengaluru. Meanwhile, there were people in my neighborhood who were ordering items from Myntra and were getting delivered successfully during these days. Hence it is proven that my neighborhood was serviceable by Myntra.
                                        I waited till 24th July to raise a query, Myntra asked me to wait till 3rd August. I did not get any update by 3rd August and I again contacted them and asked to cancel the order and get me a refund. They replied it will take a maximum of 72 hours and asked me to wait until then. I waited for 72 hours and again contacted the customer care, since I did not get any update on the timeline they had promised. Then again they asked me to wait for another 48 hours for the cancellation to get placed and admitted that their customer executive missed to update some document which he was supposed to do. I waited for 48 hours again and did not get any update after that as well. Then I put a Facebook post on Myntra's timeline. Ms. Manmeet(case manager) contacted me on the 9th of August on behalf of Myntra and assured me she is the final point in this and requested me to wait till the 12th of August to get an update. I waited again and did not get any update till the 12th of August.

                                        Now I am trying to contact the customer care and they are giving me template responses and assuring callbacks, which never happen.

                                        Desirable Solution: I would like to cancel my order and get a refund of the amount Rs.2271.
