I got this t shirt for my daughter but she wanted to return i processed return and person picked t shirt. Later i got a message that my return is put on hold. I have returned with tag and t shirt in perfect condition. They said why you have removed tag. But i am returning back the product with tag, you are requested to pursue return. I have already purchased many articles from myntra and one item is due to be delivered on 23rd july.

I was surprised by the response
I request you to collect the t shirt and pursue refund.
So that my faith and trust is maintained with myntra

    I had ordered a white jeans. Due to fitting issue i had to return the dress. I had tried and again placed the dress in the same myntra cover in which i had received along with it's receipt. I had handed over the product to delivery guy in good condition. The delivery guy checked the product and he didn't keep the product inside his bag. But instead he kept the product outside infront of his bike. It was raining heavily and i don't know how did he returned the product to the warehouse.. Now my return request is put on hold because the dress was stained. I have not done any stain and it is not my fault... Hence i request for a refund.

      I have placed a return request thrice but every time myntra take the request and subsequently after one day they decline it. Very worst response. Now even they are not taking the calls.

        I Have 3 issues / complaints:

        1. I had placed orders almost a month ago. My order is still not delivered and there is no update on the same. My account does not show the last full years orders so there is no way of checking the status of the order.

        2. One of the other orders has placed, they delivered a wrong product. I returned the wring product and the Myntra credit that was credited to my account is the value of the wrong product and not the cost of the product which i had ordered and paid for.

        3. Also my earlier Myntra credit of my account is also not showing. Presently the credit amount is showing as zero.

        I have raised several complaints, spoken to their customer care executives multiple times. have also uploaded an identification (as per one of the customer care executive's instructions) but till date the issue remains unresolved. In case the call get disconnected due to network issues, the executive does not bother to call you back.

        Inspite of being a loyal customer for almost 2 years now, this is how their attitude is. I used to recommend Myntra to my friends for hassle free shopping but now I have decided not to shop at Myntra ever again and will also not recommend it to anyone ever again. I will discourage people. Please don't shop at Myntra. they are just not bothered about their customers, making them run from pillar to post and still the issues remain unresolved. Very bad service.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about delivered broken items

          The issue that I have experienced was That I have purchased WAHL company home hair cutter vide order No.114454230357368739603 which was delivered to me on 27 June 20. When opened, I found it was broken. I immediately lodged the complain vide IN200630200339317110464 but no response is received till now.

          Either replace the product or refund my amount

                I ordered the shoes on 10th july 2020, it packed on same day, but still not yet shipped. So i called on 12th, asking to register a complaint, but shashaa a cse, was not taking a complaint, later when j said that i will share aal the information on social media, then she registered the complaint. Today (13th) when i asked them on twitter by sharing the complaint number, they closed the previous complaint and registered a new one, without sharing any update to me. This is how they harrassing me.

                  I have not received my product - myntra order #[protected]-6204403. I ordered on jun 1, 2020 and on 9th they said it's delivered. I did not receive any message on the delivery and when i found out, i opened a ticket on jun 14th asking for delivery details. Till today they are just closing ticket without any resolution. I would like to escalate this matter and get a proper resolution. If myntra is confident that they delivered, can they provide evidence of delivery? This incident makes me think only cod is better since they have to collect money at time of delivery.

                    On june 24, i received a package with order id[protected]-0440203, that should have contained two items - one invictus shirt and the other one being an hrx tshirt in orange, but when i opened the parcel, i found that the hrx tshirt was missing. I contacted myntra customer care and it promised to look into the matter by june 27. I received no call on their end and so i called again after 2 days. They asked me to wait until 48 hours and then a message that my claim has been declined after thorough examination. I tried reaching them on call again but i guess they spammed my call. I need my refund, even if that's inr 350. Please help. Never in my entire online shopping experience, i have been dissatisfied by the customer care and a platform not willing to look into customer satisfction such as myntra.

                        I have ordered a shirt from a brand name indian terrain from myntra but the product which i got was damaged, so i returned it back.
                        Till now i have not got any refund and i have atleast for 10-15 times called to their customer service number and they keep on saying me that they had sent me a link for necessary bank details to my email id but i haven't got ionce for the refund but i have not got any mail from myntra.
                        So from your platform i wanted to draw your attention that please let myntra provide me necessary bank details on my email so that i can get my refund

                          I have ordered motorola earbuds on june 19th. I received the order on june 29th. After opening the package i have got the wrong product that is jbl earphones which costs less than 700. The earbuds which i ordered is 5400. On the same day night that is 29th june i have filed a complaint in myntra and they have responded on july 12 th saying that they have sent the original product and they have declined my complaint. If i receive the original product why would i file a complaint???

                            On 10 july i order 2 products from myntra and the amount is deducted from my google pay account and myntra says that the amount is not credited in their account! Myntra says contact to bank and bank says contact to merchant. So in this condition what i have to do?

                              The refund of my product roadster black analogue watch is pending from approx one month the return no is [protected]. The amount of refund is 1499 it got procesed on 22 june. The order no is[protected]-7931703. Please check the issue and help me getting my refund i shared my account statement till 12 th july with myntra that i haven't got the refund on their request i contacted my bank but they too told clearly that they don't provide any such service i should contact my merchant. I don't have access to the linked mail id with myntra so i'm not getting any updates. That too i allready updated with them.

                                I have order for a pair of shoes during the huge sale from myntra on 19-22 june, 2020 and the delivery was expected on 10 th july. The order has reached the nearest warehouse by july 7 th itself, however i have not received any call from the delivery agent. On 11 th july, i have received a message, that due to some internal issues the order was cancelled. When i called the customer care, they told that the product was out of stock. I could see from the tracking details that the order has reached the nearest warehouse and it was taken back by myntra. Also i could clearly see in the myntra site that the product is still available but not at the previous discount price but at a slightly higher price. Please stop such stupid games.

                                after 2 days the order was cancelled automatically.

                                The same T-Shirt now cost in increased. Whom to complaint ? This is un fare.

                                    I have ordered fastrack watch in june 22nd and they given delivery date is july 15 th but without any intimation my order is cancelled on july 9th i have waited 18 days for that watche
                                    The original price 2670 i booked that in offer time i got that watche is 1940rs.
                                    When i call to customer care he told that sorry sir we unable to delivery this product and they answer was given very rashly

                                        The below message is what happened to me and this is what i had written to mantra on 2nd july —

                                        "since it's impossible to reach customer care by call, again i'm writing here after getting this mail id after a lot of research.

                                        I am so disappointed today. It's so disgusting that a delivery guy behaves like this with a precious customer of myntra and there is no option here to complain against him.

                                        I had bought a mast and harbour footwear and i recieved it few days back. But unfortunately it didn't fit me. Now i don't have the habit of checking the downside of the shoe or taking a pic of the product before the delivery guy to ensure the condition of the product. But from now on i'll have to do that as well. Anyway, so i had placed an exchange request and the exchange product came today.

                                        The delivery guy took the product from us and said that there is some pattern formed on the downside of the shoe. From the very beginning, he was talking very rudely god knows why. But the shoe had all the tags attached, with all the bills and original package. We told him it came just like this and it was literally nothing, a design pattern which you can see on the picture provided on myntra app. He harassed us continuously and behaved so badly with my father (Senior citizen) and then he started talking badly with me. I have never faced something like this before. He created a scene unnecessarily and his tone and volume was increasing with time. He denied to take it and said some pre approval thing will be done now only bla bla bla... I told him you contact myntra right in front of me, but he denied. And i tried to contact myntra but nowadays it's just impossible to reach out to myntra, only write up option is there against which the reply comes after 3-4days.

                                        Then he called someone named abhijit mandal from birati/bkp dxc and that person also spoke so rudely and he said do whatever you can, he said so many bad things... It was imposible to keep sane...

                                        I have been ordering on myntra since it's inception and today after so many years i get this treatment??? That too without any reason???

                                        And then he didn't give me the product and went away with a very bad and rude attitude. Then i saw in myntra app, that he has put up the comment" used smell/odour". How can he lie about it and write such a blatant lie? He put that allegation on me and insulted me like that. How does he has that audacity? How can he write"used"for an unused, completely new product?? How on earth can a person use a sandal with the tags intact? Please tell me. He wrote a big lie, and he is getting away with it??

                                        And how can they write that used smell/order??? I want this mail to reach topmost level
                                        Maybe someone from myntra team should come and see... Enough is enough... And i want an apology from the delivery executive and the other man whom he had called. They have wasted my time, energy and have disrupted my peace of mind along with my family.
                                        He created a chaorse infront of my house out of nothing.

                                        How can you keep people like these who can only harrass customers like us??

                                        This way the brand name of myntra is only going down. I'll think 200 times from now on before buying anything from myntra, because with money i don't want to invite such trouble.

                                        If you can kindly check then you can see i'm a very old customer of myntra and i buy a lot of things from myntra, so i had never thought i would have to face something like this.

                                        I need an immediate follow up on this matter."


                                        From myntra, they said to again place for an exchange so the new product was supposed to come today but the delivery guy again he called by phone and said he will not deliver the footwear and to do whatever we can. How rude and adamant he seemed. He didn't even come to my house. He marked like that from god knows where.

                                        Why am i being harrased so much for which i have already spent money??? Being a loyal customer, is this the way to get treated from myntra?? Who is he to not give my product? And myntra is not taking any action...

                                        They are cheating their customers like this. My money is already gone and the product which is have is useless as it is small.
                                        Big time cheaters they have become.
