I have ordered a procuct from Myntra which reached on 1Sept to me. The product was all old and torn out. So we applied for return. The person who came to recieve the product said it all good. Now they are saying the product didnt pass the quality check. Then why do you ship such cheap products which cannot even pass your own parameteres. Now we need return. Or we will suing Myntra for it.

    I tried to contact Myntra website but no response and my return of the wrong product that I received is kept on hold and I’m not able to get any updates or my refund.

      I ordered Ahika women green & off white kurta but size issue I Made Return Request 4 times but they Wasn't Picked the product. Also i was duscussed with to myntra customer care on call they told me this time we will surly pick up the return request product and give tracking updates but they didn't.
      Please i just want to get my money back and pickup return product.

        Hi team, Initially I have order 15 dresses from myntra I retained 1 and I returned back all the 14 products in two faces.In 1st face I returned 10 products on 25th August 2020 And the 2nd face of products on 28th August, the dispatch of 2nd face of products is reflecting in my application but the dispatch of 1st face of 10 products is not reflecting in my application . I have the details from the pick up boy who took the 10 products, kindly find this and update me as soon as possible.

          I ordered some clothes on Myntra and paid cash. However the product was not up to the mark and I returned it. The balance was credited to Myntra credit. Due to the lockdown no new orders were being taken hence I did not use the my own money which was deposited in Myntra credit. Now they have expired my own balance (please note that it was not some kind of promotional credit - it was my personal hard cash given to them)

          Since 6th august I have been complaining and every time someone from Myntra customer care calls they ask for 24 hours. Now it’s been a month and still no resolution and no refund given. I am now planning to sue them on consumer court and ask for mental harassment compensation as well.

          Someone needs to teach them professionalism and customer service.

              While creating myntra account my email id was wrongly typed. Due to this I was not able to place the orders as otp was going to wrong email id. I called the myntra multiple times but they told that email update is not possible, even otp redirection towards register email id is not possible, and even someone asked me to contact google. They told silly reasons, I called multiple times but no use. Even they locked my account. They are saying silly reasons but no action was taken after 10 days . Whenever I call and raise the request/incident telling the issue, they simply saying within 2 days they are going to acknowledge it but not the action. Even i was disabled to write my queries in the app to. I got too much mental stress due to it.

                I have placed order of olive green puma shoes, and my product was delivered yesterday, product was of worst quality and totally fake, I want to refund it but status is still showing shipped !! Agents told me that it will be updated within 24 hours, now it's 36 hours And now I m unable to create call request as they have blocked me, while I can easily create request from other numbers but I am unable to create request from registered number . They are not providing me solution

                I have recieved my order puma green shoes worth Rs 3849, but it was of worst quality so I want to return it but status is still showing shipped, I have already wait for 60 hours, Myntra team don't provide me solution, my delivered status has not been updated yet

                    Hi,

                    This is to inform you that I regret buying from myntra today for the first time.

                    I purchased a Makeuprevolution triple baked blusher from myntra and received completely damaged. As soon as I opened the packaging the powder started falling down and as I opened the lid, there were chunks of powder, the bake was completely broken.

                    When i went to place a return request I realised it is a no return request, so I called them back, the IVR said due to lack of employees they cannot get back to me. I wrote an email to myntra support, i received no reply, i requested a call back from myntra, no reply.

                    This is extremely disappointing and I would never shop from myntra ever in my life after this incident.

                        Sir,
                        I had placed an order for one shirt and one sweatshirt on myntra.com on 28th august 2020. Unfortunately the transaction said payment failed, so i paid it again, the amount of rs. 1548 was deducted twice from my hdfc account (A/c no:[[protected]]. Also no trace of the double transaction can be seen in the "my orders' menu as well. I am afraid i lose this huge sum. Kindly force them to refund the amount debited from my account.

                          Hi,
                          I've been using myntra since a very long time from my brother account and now i opened new account on my name.
                          I have ordered a watch for my friend and a cargo pant for my brother. Order id 114937806459462461503 and 114973795875065372903 on the date of 15 aug 2020 and myntra had delivered a watch exactly opposite to what i ordered and pant, exactly what i didn't wanted. They delivered a half pant instead of cargo.
                          Now when i am trying to arrange a pick up, they are saying i need to send photographs and then team will verify that and then i'll get a pick up of my product, i say, what kind of service is this, only verification needs to be done from customer side why don't they do verification from seller side before delivering the product to customer, this is litterly became the worst online shopping experience ever. On there request i sent all the images of product like (Watch, invoice, price tag on watch, barcode details). I am trying to call myntra like forever. I started to feel like they are doing it intensionally.

                          Now the watch i ordered was a gift for a friend who was shifting permanently and he won't be able to recieve and gifts. But he's not available now. How are myntra going to repay that. I # made a huge mistake by trusting myntra this time. I filed complain on myntra they were not giving resolution then i posted complain on twitter i got few response and i felt i'll get resolution but still i am following up and not getting any resolution. Insted they are asking for same images multiple time what i had already sent to them.
                          I used pinperk wallet money to buy myntra voucher of total rs. 5500/-, and that is now completely wasted, i can't use that on any another site like amazon or lenskart.
                          I asked them to refund money in my pinperk wallet as i am not going to use myntra because of this experience. On this as well they haven't replied.

                          I am frustrated customer of myntra.

                            I am putting up this complaint on behalf of a lady friend of mine. Today (31/08/2020), she collected a parcel from myntra. Her order number is[protected]-5688903). The parcel was delivered by one ajay kumar.

                            After delivering he started commenting on her social media photos. Both of them didn't knew each other before before this delivery, her privacy was breached because of the order.

                            Below, i will attach one of the comments. I request myntra to take a look at this asap.

                              I ordered mast n harbour and dressberry 2 pair of flats from myntra. As i didn't like the fit i opt for return request, my first request was cancelled due to the irresponsible pickup executive associated with myntra. Aftr my nxt return request, the product was picked up, then i get a message that the products didn't pass the quality check, when i send the products with proper package n the tag on with it. I'm very disappointed with myntra. I've been shopping since many years from myntra and never faced these kind of inconvenience.. The amount is around 1600 to 1700. And i want my refund

                                  I have placed an order on myntra.com on 7/08/2020 for a carpet from the seller m/s chinar forge limited, with the order no[protected]-9261901 for which i paid an amount of 2449.00 rupees
                                  This product was delivered on 13/08/20 in a very shaggy cover without proper packaging which was even found damaged during delivery. Attached are the pictures of the package. When opened it was not even with any tags, just the carpet itself.
                                  Since the product was not as per my wish (Very very rough). As per the myntra 7 days return policy on this product, i have placed the return on the very same day 13/08/20. It was return picked up the myntra team on 14/08/20. Now when i see my account on myntra, it is showing that the refund is on hold, as it didnt pass through quality check. All this is nothing but cheating, i have placed return on the very same day of delivery and they picked it up next day. I even called myntra customer support immediately and till now the issue is not resolved.
                                  I have being a regular customer of myntra and am an elite customer, till refund is being pending since so many days. If i leave it for them to solve slowly, it would never be refunded as in one of my earlier return.
                                  I hope myntra acts fast in refunding me, else this is clear cheating.

                                      Not accepting my return though the fault is myntra’s. Got a defective item ginger jeans without any buttons but they are not accepting the same saying that there was a proper quality check of the same. What do i do?? It’s not my fault.

                                        I ordered one clothes but due to some issue i returned that and then till date amount not refund to me. Customer care are saying that contact to bank but bank are saying no any refund by myntra side and no any record in statment or failed transaction happened and this thing myntra not accepting and not refund the amount. Kindly help me out from it.
