      This particular myntra order for an arrow grey trouser was supposed to be delivered by 26 july 2020. I havent received the product. I am not able to track the product. And i’ve been contacting the customer service since 15 days. Every time they ask me to wait fr 72 hours. And if i contact them again after 72 hours, they ask me to wait fr 72 hours again. I’ve been denied a refund also

        From the 3rd august i am calling to myntra for my number update against my parcels. I got the mail from the myntra today that my number has been changed for order which is already shipped in my town to local ecom express delivery center. But still today i went to ecom ofc and they scanned my parcel for otp but still i am not getting otp. I have faced this problem from last 13 days but still i am not getting my parsals... Myntra and ecom express team both are making fool to customer. Not resolving problems and not giving the money or not delivering parcels too.

          During one of myntra's sale, i had purchased and returned 3 clothing items of which refund if around 2000 was due from myntra. I had chosen the option of direct deposit into my bank account. However, even after a wait of more than 1 week and continuous follow up, i had not received my refund. Also, i visited my bank numerous times as the customer care people always said that the amount is transferred. They never had any another answer to my issue. Later, i realised that the amount was credited to a wrong bank account. Having known the problem, i immediately contacted myntra and informed them about the problem as well as a solution to this. How they credited to a wrong account is another issue as they say that i quoted the wrong bank account number. Even if this is accepted, is it not that the bank always checks the beneficiary name and account number before making online transactions? To continue with the main issue, i informed them about the problem and the solution too. The payer bank ie the myntra's bank has to submit a mandate to the payee bank that is my bank and then the transaction can be corrected. Having done this, there was no reply from myntra's side for almost a week. After rigorous follow up the only reply i got was - our job is done. Pls contact your bank. I again and again kept repeating in my communications that i cannot take any step further unless a mandate by your bank is sent. But everything is just turned to deaf ears. I am just hoping that they do the necessary steps fast or the final option would be approach a consumer court.

            I ordered a product from myntra on 09.08.2020 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled everyday for the last week. No support from myntra and neither can i query why my product is taking so long to be shipped. This is so frustrating. Order number[protected]-5441201and tracking id-[protected].               I purchased two products from myntra. My orderid is 114868785814449420203. One product is defective and torn. And the another is a completely different product. This is not my fault that they delivered wrong product and now they saying that it failed quality tests. It will as they delivered wrong things. I just want my refund.

                  I ordered one tikhi imli red and black saree, one black tee and a lip balm+ Maybelline combo pack from myntra during independece sale.Maybelline combo pack worth was 104 .After applying my coupon I got a discount of 33 rupees. So I got that combo having lip balm plus lipstick for 71 rupees only. As you can see screenshots I have attached and highlighted the combo pack price which shows lip balm + lipstick price that is 104 rupees without discount. And my order value was 866. You can see. Now I've been asked to pay 987 or 937.32 when I talked to Myntra executives many times on asking. My order was confirmed for 866 rupees only. Why do I have to pay more now? And I'm not responsible for any kind of technical error that your app had as myntra executive told me. It's not a customer's fault. We buy things as per price showing by you when we order. So if it was hiked later or anything like that I won't pay extra. Myntra executives gave irrelevant reasons like page wasn't updated etc. But that's not my fault since I placed order for 866 rupees only as I was told by myntra at the time of placing order and why would I pay extra now after my order was confirmed for 866 only.

                      My name is vishal singroha and mail id is vishu.[protected]@gmail.com that attach to the myntra. I ordered the short for boys on 26/07/2020 through my debit card of cost rs798 including shipping charge but same day I cancel my order and they show refund initiated but I didn't get my refund till now as on 13/08/2020. I call many times at customer care but they don't have any satisfactory response. Every time they give new timeline. So I request you to please take necessary action against that type of fraud companies. I also attach the copy of cancel order from my mail.

                        I order a Moda rapido jeans in Grey color. & I got a Moda Rapido Jean's on 7th August in Black Colour with a bigger size. From that day I'm complaining that I want to return this product . But what I got from customer care that please mam wait for 24 to 48 hours every day. & after several day what they r saying that mam we can't approve ur request because we shifted the product after successful quality check. Then how I got a black jeans when I ordered grey.. this is how u people successful with quality check? I want my refund. & I want to return this product.

                          The issue that i have experiencing is that i had ordered a w kurta women navy blue and peach-coloured straight fit kurta on 2nd july 2020 which has not been delivered. However, it has been updated as a delivered in the app. I have been chasing myntra customer care for almost everyday since then. They claim that the product was part of packet which was successfully delivered on 28th july 2020. But the said packed contained only one other item (Espirit bag) and did not have the kurta. Now they are demanding that i present a unboxing video to show that the packet did not have the kurta. As per general practice, i have maintained the pictures of the packet which myntra customer service is not accepting these and have denied my claim.

                          It occurred on: 28/07/2020

                          I want a full refund for my product and if that is not happening then i demand a video from myntra showing that this product was delivered basis of which they are denying the claim.

                            Full Description: My first-ever order with Myntra placed on 15th July and it was supposed to be delivered on 24th July to my address at Kochi. When I tracked the order I could see the item was at Kochi on 19th and on the very next day it was sent back to Bengaluru. Meanwhile, there were people in my neighborhood who were ordering items from Myntra and were getting delivered successfully during these days. Hence it is proven that my neighborhood was serviceable by Myntra.
                            I waited till 24th July to raise a query, Myntra asked me to wait till 3rd August. I did not get any update by 3rd August and I again contacted them and asked to cancel the order and get me a refund. They replied it will take a maximum of 72 hours and asked me to wait until then. I waited for 72 hours and again contacted the customer care, since I did not get any update on the timeline they had promised. Then again they asked me to wait for another 48 hours for the cancellation to get placed and admitted that their customer executive missed to update some document which he was supposed to do. I waited for 48 hours again and did not get any update after that as well. Then I put a Facebook post on Myntra's timeline. Ms. Manmeet(case manager) contacted me on the 9th of August on behalf of Myntra and assured me she is the final point in this and requested me to wait till the 12th of August to get an update. I waited again and did not get any update till the 12th of August.

                            Now I am trying to contact the customer care and they are giving me template responses and assuring callbacks, which never happen.

                            Desirable Solution: I would like to cancel my order and get a refund of the amount Rs.2271.

                              I had ordered Skybags Unisex Black Solid QUARTZ Large Trolley Bag for Rs. 6150 from Myntra.

                              However, I received an Incorrect item in my order delivered.
                              Instead of my Skybags product, I received an American Tourister bag.

                              I would also like to highlight that there is no Myntra tag or product label on the bag. There is just 1 American Tourister warranty tag on the bag. I also did not receive any invoice copy with the order Delivered to me.

                              I got the order in a cardboard box with my order details sticker on it. But I did not get any invoice copy or product tags when I opened the box or with the bag.

                              Please find the pictures of the bag, warranty tag and myntra labels on the box attached.

                              I asked Myntra on 2nd August 2020 to exchange this product and replace it with the correct item ordered. They closed the complaint.
                              I raised another complaint with Myntra on 3rd August 2020 for the same.
                              However, Myntra closed this issue multiple times without giving me any update. I kept re-opening it. This happened 5 times.

                              When I follow up with them, they only keep sending me an email stating to wait 24-48 hours for a revert.

                              Today 12th August Myntra told me on call that my request has been rejected and they do not agree to my claim.
                              They say they have investigated at their end and refuse to accept my claim.
                              On asking proofs of investigation showing that the correct product was despatched to me, they refused stating its an internal matter of the company.
                              They are fraudulently trying to cover up their fault and rejecting my complaint.
                              I have paid Rs. 6150 for the product and it is not a small amount.

                              I asked them the following and they had no response to it.

                              1. You claim you have evidence that you dispatched the right product. Can you share the evidence with me? I have shared the evidence from my end and so id the same expected from you for a fair justification.
                              2. Do you have pictures/video of the item being packed in the box which is labelled by MY NAME? I need that. On paper and registers, its very easy to log false information. I need pictures/video to prove your claim.
                              3. Do you mean that customer's claims mean nothing to you it's just what you say is correct?
                              4. How is your investigation justified without proving anything to me? Anyone can say that they are correct. Do have the guts to even speak to me and show your evidence to me?
                              5. Why dont you send an executive to hear my side of the story and view the product?
                              6. Tell me one of your offices where I can walk up to with the product and show it to you.

                              They had not satisfactory response to anything. They only covered up saying we cannot comment on this or citing company terms and policies.

                              As a seller Myntra has to acknowledge, attend to the consumer complaint and help provide a resolution. Myntra is behaving in a highly unprofessional and unacceptable way with the customer. They are totally ignorant and their negligence and lack of customer service is very evident.
                              This has caused me a great ordeal in terms of my time, finance and mental health. I am highly frustrated with Myntra's behavior and mental torture and have been mentally harassed and upset due to this whole incident and Myntra's carelessness.

                              I am attaching pictures of the product and box as delivered and also screenshots of my open incidents with Myntra and my email addressed to them.
                              Attaching my telephonic conversation as well.

                              I request the consumer forum to kindly look into this and help me get justice as a consumer.

                              Any updates on this? I have all the proofs showing Myntra is openly doing fraud and this is a systematic scam of duping customers citing internal investigations and refusing to divulge any details to the customer who has been victimized by Myntra.

                                I placed an order for Nike tracksuit. Only the lower part was delivered, upper jacket is missing. I placed return request within few hours of delivery. They keep rejecting claim. They are intentionally sending wrong/ missing items to gulp customer's money in such tough times. Escalation manager calls and is of no help. I have been emailing them each day with no outcome. Need refund asap

                                      I am writing with alot of frustration and begging for help, i ordered a pepe jeans from them on 24thjune2020 and its 11/08/20 the issue is not resolved i paid through cod, while entering my bank details it auto picked up and the bank account detail seems wrong, i have been telling them this and chasing for my refunds every time i call they disconnect my phone i have aright to fight.

                                      Please help me get my money back i would be grateful, i have an oath wouldn't use or let any of my family member use myntra anymore its a fraud company eating peoples money

                                        Order item: "anouk women mustard yellow & green printed fusion kurta with trousers"

                                        It is a 3-piece set (Kurta, trouser and shrug). Only the shrug and trousers were received. Kurta is missing. No tag, no bill received.

                                        The transparent package inside the myntra package was torn and tampered with and was attempted to repair using a cell tape.

                                        Same thing happened the very next day with another myntra order (Same brand: anouk kurta, trouser set) at the same address.

                                        Rather than investigating the case as to why back-to-back two such incidents occurred, myntra customer care cell have closed the case without resolving it. From the past 20 days, i have been repeatedly calling them and finally they have rejected my claim saying that it was intact when it was shipped.

                                        I demand a full refund or a new fresh order with all 3-pieces, tag and bill intact immediately.

                                        This same thing happened with me also. I had ordered an HRX T-shirt and received a bed sheet instead with no tag and transparent plastic in a torn cardboard box wrapped with some tape. It took me more than a month of continuous email and call. But they said the same thing as in your case. After 1 month I had contacted the delivery person and he told me that there is another parcel with them. So he came and took the bed sheet and gave me my Tshirt. This was my and my known one's last order from Myntra. I can't invest so much time in Myntra. It took me over a month and a half to get the right product. And the funny thing is after doing all this Myntra is sending me a mail stating that my account has high return request. So I won't get some benefits of free delivery and all. They should have investigated properly. Its was their mistake for sending me the wrong product. Anyways try to contact the same delivery partner of Myntra. May be they can fix this issue.
