This is in reference to issue IN[protected] as you give refund is credited to A/C no ending xxx7. My only A/C no. and the A/C no with which i am transacting is different. How could you credit Refund to the wrong A/C without verifying. Hope you'll fast up the solution.

This is in reference to IN[protected], as you gave the refund credited to A/c no ending xxx7. My A/c itself doesn't have no.7. How could you refund to wrong Account no. without verifying. I want a speedy recovery to the problem.

    Myntra is the worst app.
    Their customer care are not at all good in solving the problem of customer.
    I got an incomplete product as a result of which I raised the complaint along with the images.
    The Myntra accepted their mistake but everytime the delivery guy who comes to pick the product is not ready to take the incomplete product.
    Myntra is unable to solve this issue from past 3 months .They are not good in telling the ekart people to take the product.

        I have order one adidas shoes bearing order no[protected]-5860201 dated 21st june 2020 at the time of discount. I have also paid the amount at the time of order. But it is quite unfortunate to say myntra has cancel item as the item is lost. After approx one month. It very horrible that when i have called their customer care they fails to give a justified answer in which my money has been credited to them approx one month. It is very unfortunate to provide such type service. If the item is lost then it your duty to another same item to the customer at the same price.

              The mask i have ordered is different from what it was shown in the website. As the product was non returnable i raised a concern on 8th of july and the product i have received is on 7th july. I am unable to find any solution for the concern i raised on myntra. I have made several calls to get a solution and every time they are saying to wait 24-48 hours. It has been more than 10 days since i am waiting and i again have to call them for update which ends up asking me to wait. I talked to the customer service executive ms. Jaspreet and the service she was providing is pathetic.

                  I ordered a saree on myntra and got it on 28 June with out MRP tag but just with price label and I placed return for this on 29 June itself, it was on hold because it doesn't not have MRP tag. so I called customer care for the same and they asked me to send pictures of the price label with bar code and product. I have sent the same and it's been almost 20 days still they didn't resolve issue. Everytime I call them they ask me wait for 24-48 hrs and iam calling again and again from last 20 days and hearing the same...very bad on myntra and need immediate resolution

                    Refund should take 7-10 days but it's been over a month i haven't received my money back in the account.
                    It would be great if you redeem it as points on myntra account or in the bank account within 3-4 days
                    Otherwise i would have to lodge a complaint against this.

                      I placed an order of suit on 19th June 2020 and received the order on 23rd June 2020. Product I received is faulty and torned one. I placed a return order but my request is put on hold and I have not received any call back from myntra.

                        request a refund for the payment made twice

                        Date of incident: 04.06.2020

                        On 03 jun 2020 i placed order for "men olive green & yellow checked regular fit green casual shirt by roadster" through myntra app i have opted payment at the time of delivery (Cod/card payment).
                        I received the package on 04 jun 2020. We made the payment of rs.714/-through gpay which was debited from my indian bank account but was not credited to myntra account. Hence the delivery guy asked...

                        I ordered product from myntra order no.[protected]-1936803. I recieved product without dupatta raised complaint they decline it saying package was not damage. I am not able to return also as dupatta is not there. Waste of my money. How they are investigating it when i dont receive dupatta and they are not able to find issue. Lost trust. Now no one is listening.

                          My order status shows delivered, but i haven't got it yet. I have already raised this issue 10 days from today. Every time i get only response that they will revert back with 24hrs that 24hrs never completes to them. Such a pathetic customer service.

                            I have a ordered and returned a product on 02th june 2020. Since it was cod, they have told to give account number in the site. All details provided, what happened was account number was wrong (1 number was missing), so the ac number was invalid while the transfer the amount and utn number was shared by the team. I checked with my bank for the provided utn number, from my bank side, they have told they returned the amount the remitter account since account number was wrong. My bank provided the reverse utn also for reference. I have shared all details including my bank statement regarding that my amount is not refunded yet. But still myntra has saying we have sent amount on 02th june.. Everytime new caller is speaking, i have explain everything finally they will tell senior will call.. But no response for the past 1 month

                              I was supposed to recieve a refund more than a month ago and it still hasn't credited to my account. Whenever i try to contact myntra, they say useless things like contact your bank and 'we can't do anything about it. We're giving u the reference numbers. We don't have any more authority.' and i contacted the bank many times but no use. And when i contacted myntra again and asked for help, they said they couldn't do anything else and gave me the reference numbers which i provided to the bank but to no use. Guess what myntra, i made the contract with you, i paid the money to you. So if i don't get it back, you're the one i'm going to hold responsible and you're the one who should feel responsible for giving back the money, if you can't take responsibility for refunding customer's money then don't make online payment mandatory while purchasing. And don't try to get away again by just providing me reference numbers. Actually talk to the bank and do something about it.

                                I had ordered a mark and spencers bathe and body trio combo. I received a defective product. Myntra accepted my return request. I twice received msgs that a return has been attempted but it failed, whereas no return was attempted and then they closed my return request. It has been 1 month, i have been following up. With them, but no help. They just assure that return pick up is scheduled but no return has taken place

                                  I have ordered a tshirt in myntra on 17th may and today is 15th july and still i have not received my parcel. They extended the delivery to 1st july and tull date no proper update is there. They also not say to us to cancel just that they are delaying everyday when i call them. Are we stupid wasting our time money and energy on them. My order was prepaid then also it is not delivered yet. Still i am able to see that product on their website they should not put that now if it is not available. They are fraud and myntra doesn’t say themselves that we cannot provide the order they just delay that’s the worst part. Hate the service.

                                    I have ordered puma black lather sneakers on 19th of june, i have already paid through my credit card for the same. The estimated shipment was 28th of june. But it has not been delivered till the date today (15th of july) i have already my registered a complaint for the same thrice the time but i still not get the proper solution for the order, when i was registered my complaint one of their executive give me the schedule for 15th of july and told me to wait till the date, i was okay with that but now today is 15th of july but i still not get any of their response, such a irresponsible thing they did, i used to do shopping with myntra but now it seems quite disappointing thing they did with my order.
                                    I am gonna attached a screenshot of my order.
