I want to exchange this product with size no 7 (Uk), but is cannot show to exchange option, due to return pickup failed, so according to myntra policy of 30 days return and exchange i want to exchange this product due large size problem... Please solve this issue......

I have ordered Kisah sherwani in Myntra website . Due to quality issue i have returned the product . They have accepted the return and it got picked up.

After that Myntra dint processed my refund saying as quality issues . If that is the case why they picked up my return and why they dint processed refund now . They are cheating customer in the name of Easy returns . Myntra is harassing customers...

I have not got any response from myntra that when they will be returning my hard earned money back. If these guys can’t return me back my money which they fraudulently took from my account least you guys could do is provide me the same product which i canceled at that point of time!...

I have ordered Boat headphone from Myntra on June 20 2019 whose price was Rs 995 . I received the parcel on July 02 2020 of the moth. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I only got the box of the earphones and the earphones was missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer...

Out of the many products delivered, two products have some items missing. However, myntra blindly denies the claim and rejects the request for any refund.
Why is the customer forced to pay for the mistake at Myntra's end which the company is not ready to accept?
I also tried escalating the issue, but they have an automated reply ready for the customer.
They are cheating the customers....

Three orders have not been delivered by the delivery person as I was out of station. And as Myntra forced to pay online (giving no option for COD) the delivery person took advantage of the situation and showed the items as delivered. If my issue remains unresolved any further I will lodge a complaint in consumer forum immediately and take this incident to all possible levels and also spread the awareness via other social media accounts....

This watch isnt working properly nor is the app of this related watch is working its been 2 days I'm trying to contact the customer care they aren't responding tooo...

One was delivered on 19 march 2020.
And i cancelled the other one on 25march 2020.
I sent several enquires to myntra.
But myntra failed to provide a satisfactory reply.
It has been over 3 months. Today is 2july 2020. Please help....

I ordered levis hooded sweatshirt but i received fake product with levis name tag. It's also very low quality product......

During sale in 2020 I purchased bulk amount of products mainly bedsheets, watch etc

What happened is I got a box without watch and one bedsheet was missing and I got two completly different bedsheets .so I call customer care and they register the incident and they told me to wait ok then after two days without any solution I get a mail telling the incident is closed as we can see product is delivered...

Hi, My ORDER NO is[protected]-1692001. I placed an order on 20th May 2020 and since 22nd May 2020 it is in packed state and I have not received the product till now.

I tried to cancel the order but I was unable to as it kept showing that the product is in shipped state and I can't cancel it. I complained about it on 4th June, 9th June, 11th June, 17th June, 26 June and so on. But till now I have not received my refund....

I had ordered a Fossil watch from Myntra on 9th march and was delivered on 19th March but it did not come in the signature fossil case in which it was supposed to come, rather it came in a plastic film. I filed for an exchange the same day, something which the myntra customer care guy named Sushant was too reluctant to give. I was on call with him for at least 50 minutes after which he agreed for an exchange. The order number was[protected]-0477701....

I bought 2 noisefit evolve watches from myntra.com and one of them is a defective piece. I even tried to contact them but they gave no response. They just delayed the decision making and now they are showing that my issue is resolved but they haven't took even a single action....

I am from durtlang north, mizoram.
I recently brought 4 items from myntra. Every time the delivery agent delivered my product he always charged delivery fee. But the delivery fee was already paid during the product purchase.
I look forward that my problem will be solve and hope this kind of things will not be a problem in my next purchase....
