I have ordered W green and R top with skirt and jacket from myntra worth 5249/- in July and received an orange and blue dress worth 1699/-. I am following up with myntra from a month now and they have declined my return request. No action has been taken. no senior executive is taking any call.

    I am trying to return Fitkin blue coloured tights because of size issue but not able to do so because of mistake done by Myntra service itself.
    Serial number on the product package is not matching with the serial number pickup person has.
    Product name price everything is same on the slip pasted on the cover. Tag is intact.
    Return request was made soon the product was received.

    I have talked so many times to different customer care people and did all what they suggested. Sent all related pictures and still these people are deaf or blind that they are not able to understand my issue. Still all requests got cancelled. Pickup person also blamed Myntra service itself.

    I am so frustrated with how my issue was handled. I am not so free in my life that I will be talking to customer care people and then pickup people. They do not have any co-ordonation between them.

    So disappointed with Myntra.
    What is the use of providing such a range of products and delivery services to so many locations when you guys are not able to manage anything properly.

      1. Mistakenly I mentioned wrong contact number while placing the order.
      2. The delivery person made me realize about the wrongly given number and he belongs to my home town. So, he found me.
      3. I raise complaint through myntra help center on the 18th of august 2020 and was told to wait for 48 hrs. I followed the protocol but no response from myntra.
      4. Since then, i am calling them every second day but they only say wait for 48 hrs or 24 hrs and we working. But response still negative. This is quite ridiculous and harrasing the customer. Infact this was just the matter of few days to get it fixed.

        I have submitted the return money request to Myntra but they return the money to the Myntra credit.

          Please please help me out i have ordered 1 foolzy brush set of rs 699 on myntra but i got 1 man boxer of rs599. I mean what the hell. The packaging was even loose and the name tag was attached with cello tape as if someone has opened it and attached it again. I am really very sad to know that how can this be possible. Please take some initiative. This was my first time that i ordered from myntra. Please i request you to do something. This fraud can’t be bearable.

            I have order one item from myntra on 02.07.2020 for RS 1249/-
            but it was not delivered and returned back to origin on 02.08.2020, order no[protected]-2087503, but till date amount not refunded in my bank account, on enquiring from myntra customer care one reference no provided ref no[protected].

            Kindly settle the amount at the earliest as already so much delayed is there.

              As per description given on the product it was written there is a bed sheet, 2 pillow covers and a comforter... And when i recieve the parcel i got 1 bed sheet, 2 pillow covers and instead of comforter they provided me only comforter cover...and when i requested for return they are refusing for pick up the product and are asking for self shipping ...where the hell will i find courier service in this pendemic

                Dear sir / madam,

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: clothing, shoes & accessories

                The issue that i have experienced was: i have order three bra in month on 15/03/2020 and delivery scheduled for 21/3/2020 but courier person call and myntra update delivery delay by 24/3/2020 in between indian government has been announced lock down and order was prepaid. I was unable to communicate with them. The order place on office address and when courier person called me i have request to them deliver on my home address the they have told me they will do then they have transfer my courier to by mistake of kalkaji hub and again they called me again i have updated address for delivery they have delivered my one packet only and said another person may be carry two more product but after few hours i have checked on myntra app it was showing complete order delivered i have mailsed by using myntra app option to myntra but they have argued and not registered my complaint even they dont have my address where they have delivered my one packet as all office where closed that time due to lock down.

                I want my refund of two packet which has been not delivered by them

                  Bought 1 pair of sandal and 1 pair of flip flop from Myntra. Both came without product price tags or bar codes. When requested replace since size was not correct, they asked me produce price tag and bar code. How can I when the original came without these tags.

                  After lots of calls, they took away the sandal but did not refund the money. flip flop is still pending with me for want of price tags and bar codes.

                  Can you please get them to take away this flip flop also and arrange refund for both the foot wears.

                      I had made a recent purchase on myntra.com with
                      Order no.[protected]-7288903
                      On 1st August 2020. I received the product and i did not quite like the fit. So i decided to return it. Then after placing the return request neither did the pick up agents call me nor did they show up.. They simply sent me a message saying that the return was rejected since i was not "AVAILABLE" when i was simply sitting with my package ready to be picked up..!! The thing is, the return pick-up agency is not even interested in picking up returns at all.. Neither is myntra because they just keep RESOLVING our complaints which we lodge in their app.

                      So first of all when a customer raise a complaint, it's the customer who should get to close it beloved "myntra", not you.. And if you promise your customers a solution just do it.. The pick up agents never contact us for the pickup at all.. They simply close the return on a non working day saying that we are not available.. I had lodged almost 4-7 complaints in myntra via their email and chat options.. There was no use at all.. And now my 15days return window is also closed..So i am stuck with my order now..

                      To the people who are reading this, i would suggest you not to go for myntra for ordering clothes which you have doubts on about the fit and all for the time being. Because the only option they provide us is with a return pick up which us never gonna happen.. They don't even provide with any details about self shipping also..

                      I would also suggest ny friends and relatives to not order clothes and other stuff on myntra for the time being now..We can understand about the pandemic and lockdowns and everything, but my place was not even a containment zone.. I had got many things delivered from other sites at the same address on these days which they told i was not "AVAILABLE".

                                Useless return policy. Lets ship the ordered product with no price tag, so when customer decides to return it; we can say there’s no price tag so no return. pathetic customer service and response. Such malpractices are used by Myntra.com.

                                  Product with order number[protected]-0735601 was placed on 20 August, 2020 for printed round neck t shirt (Dexter by kool and keech). I received the package on 22 August with the wrong product and wrong size. I immediately placed replacement order on the same day. I received the package on 24 August, 2020 but it was the same wrong order. I immediately returned it to the delivery agent. Hence the delivery was failed. I still haven't received an update.

                                    The company is a big con.
                                    It has the tendency of never providing customer support, however the need be to do so.
                                    I had returned this product becoz of size issue without any defects at my end.
                                    And after 20 days, I got the product back from the company in a crushed state, with a defect, with the blame of it on me.
                                    Now the people wouldnt listen to anything i have to say, they wont provide any solution, no claim, wouldn't register my complaint.
                                    They have just forced me to keep the useless damaged product, even with me saying that it wasnt damaged at my end..that i gave it back in proper shape.
                                    Plus the way they treat their customers is aweful.
                                    I had a talk with a representative named "zahid", who was extremely rude and unhelpful.
                                    They do not care even a bit for the customers' grievance, and only care about their money.
                                    I want to file a legal case against their cheating.

                                        I had bought a pair of charles and keith shoes from myntra, however, the shoes did not fit me. I had requested return of the product and was promised that product will be picked up in 3-4 days. However, no one contacts me, i get a message saying i was not available, hence return request got cancelled. I placed a return request again and again the same thing gets repeated. I have placed return request for the 3rd time, have spoken to customer care innumerable times, wrote mails, messages but myntra has no concrete answer. I am totally fed up now. Just waiting for a few days, else will take this up legally and also put across social media warning people about myntra's issues.
