Product with order number[protected]-0735601 was placed on 20 August, 2020 for printed round neck t shirt (Dexter by kool and keech). I received the package on 22 August with the wrong product and wrong size. I immediately placed replacement order on the same day. I received the package on 24 August, 2020 but it was the same wrong order. I immediately returned it to the delivery agent. Hence the delivery was failed. I still haven't received an update.

    The company is a big con.
    It has the tendency of never providing customer support, however the need be to do so.
    I had returned this product becoz of size issue without any defects at my end.
    And after 20 days, I got the product back from the company in a crushed state, with a defect, with the blame of it on me.
    Now the people wouldnt listen to anything i have to say, they wont provide any solution, no claim, wouldn't register my complaint.
    They have just forced me to keep the useless damaged product, even with me saying that it wasnt damaged at my end..that i gave it back in proper shape.
    Plus the way they treat their customers is aweful.
    I had a talk with a representative named "zahid", who was extremely rude and unhelpful.
    They do not care even a bit for the customers' grievance, and only care about their money.
    I want to file a legal case against their cheating.

      Hello,
      I have been trying to log in my myntra account since 5th august 2020 all in vain as my account is locked. I have contacted customer service many times but they didn't resolve my issue yet. whatever information provided by them is of no use.

        I had bought a pair of charles and keith shoes from myntra, however, the shoes did not fit me. I had requested return of the product and was promised that product will be picked up in 3-4 days. However, no one contacts me, i get a message saying i was not available, hence return request got cancelled. I placed a return request again and again the same thing gets repeated. I have placed return request for the 3rd time, have spoken to customer care innumerable times, wrote mails, messages but myntra has no concrete answer. I am totally fed up now. Just waiting for a few days, else will take this up legally and also put across social media warning people about myntra's issues.

              I lately shopped a lot on Myntra and decided to try newer brands which i have never used previously. Products not liked were returned in condition as they arrived, mostly on the same day.
              Now these guys are changing some Platform Handling Fee against the Fair user policy for returning products i didnt like.
              A. Its false advertising when you call yourself as Hassle Free Return when you will charge people money for returning goods.
              B. No where you policy says what is the limit of returning goods, be it product numbers or value of products, beyond which this fee will be levied. How to expect a customer to know to what extent they can experiment.
              C. What is the guarantee you as a platform are providing with respect to color, size and quality of the products of newer brands. Your own disclaimer states the product may be different owing to lighting conditions. Basically, you luring customers to try new brands and taxing them for not liking it and returning it.
              D. Is this the process you want to follow for your customers to try and like new brands. If you cant handle the experimental nature of your customers what is the point of promoting new brands in first place.
              E. All goods ordered from my end were prepaid and none was COD or any other option. Please explain it to me with no intention of cheating and returning things as it is, how did i abuse your 'liberal return policy', when the goods you sent were crapy in first place.
              F. In one of my previous orders, i by mistake ending up sending my money to your credit account rather than the original source. I was being assured you guys are safe. Well, if you levy changes without my consent on my money, you are stealing my money and my money is NOT SAFE.
              G. Train your staff for more than just repeating "this is the policy". I cant read your unclear, ambiguous and fraud policies on my own. I am calling your staff for resolution. Which is either you give me my money back, which i am entitled to and not forced to purchase stuff from your platform. Or, lift such fraud charges like Platform Handling Fees which i wasn't made aware of.

              I am extremely disappointed and feeling cheated due to your policies. Never wanting to buy from your platform ever again.

              Same problem happening vd me.. I tried first time other brands... The products which is not fitting me, I returned... Which fitted I kept... But now myntra charging me platform handling fee.. Which is not policy
              I have been shopping from Myntra for over 4 years now and the amount of shopping I've done from them is a lot in a way that people around me thought I was paid to shop from there or was getting free stuff.
              The items I returned were pretty less compared to the stuff I kept and the returns were due to bad quality or bad fit. All these years, things were fine until recently when they started charging a Platform Handling Fee. As you said, it really doesn't make sense. It has now become hard to try out new fashion. Or else, they should charge a smaller amount or return that fee if we keep those products.

              This is utterly ridiculous and I am now hesistant to shop from Myntra now.
              same with me... bcuz i am skinnier than most girls.. their products..whether it be their XS size or XXS size.. they dont fit me!!
              i had to return so many things that i loved bcuz of size issues...
              -n then there r many purchases where the original product looks nothing like the images they display.. they photoshop their images to look better than they actually r... but thats not myntra's responsibility.. is it? :-/
              -many times the quality is so cheap for even popular brands like mango.. that they seem like cheap imitations of the original product.. but even that isnt myntra's responsiility!!
              -sometimes i receive defective products with no exchange available cuz the product has run out of stock.. so i hv no choice but to return them.. n even for that myntra isnt responsible
              -sometimes certain styles dont suit me... n many other reasons i hv no other choice but to return.

              Myntra is not responsible for any error on their side... for everything they lay the blame on the customer.. n impose this fair usage policy ..n charge extra fees n take away other benefits from us!!!

              n not just me.. but on every account from my IP address.. so if any other member from my family has an account there.. they suffer the same way.. d policy gets imposed on them too!!!

              n its so irritating to talk to their customer care.. who offer no solutions.. but just keep repeating the same thing that this is the policy just like u said
              Same with me. I hv bn shopping from myntra from last 4 years
              Whatever I return, that is due to their cheap quality of some brands or sizing issues
              Otherwise my purchase is pretty good from this app
              Now they r charging platform handling for the compensation for the goods which I hv returned earlier
              This is ridiculous on their part
              I m very much hesitant to shop from this app now

                Myntra has marked my multiple order delivered on Jul 8 without delivering it adding a false signature. After complaining, on 2nd Aug their delivery agent checked my ID proof saying that he working on my complain and attached it as proof of delivery.
                After multiple follow-ups for last 1 month, got a call from Myntra saying "we have investigated and found that product was delivered, we can't do anything more".

                  Hello Myntra,

                  There was a continuous effort to solve the problem by connecting to your customer support but no conclusion.

                  There are two return products but the pick-up is not attempted and the request gets cancelled when i check with your team they say that pick-up service says that i did not hand over the product.

                  Please look into this issue. Frankly your service is the worst i have seen till date.

                    I have purchased 3 Trousers and 1 T shirt.
                    I got delivery of 3 trousers in one package on 17th August, Today when i opened the package one Green trouser is missing. Then called Customer support they are mentioning we cannot register the complaint as it crossed 48 hours.

                      I ordered "Mitera saree" from Myntra however received "Rajtex saree" which doesn't even exist on Myntra. It seems that Myntra has started playing with the brands. On top of that the saree material, design & color is completely different from what I ordered...also they stick the Mitera label on the Rajtex saree brand bag...customers are not fools...they can get what myntra is doing with the brands. I placed the return request for saree and the return guy came and asked me to write email and after that only he will pick up...so my return Is on hold now because of Myntra's fault. I bought is for Rs2000 and this is what I received. The return window is of only 7 days...I placed return request the same day the saree was delivered and now I am stuck. Myntra doesn't valu customer's money. They just send whatever they want. I wasn't this resolved at the earliest.

                        Have purchased shirts from myntra but did not receive refund i purchased 9 shirts with order no 114420835617360328503 but have returned 8 shirts due to quality issue. received mails that refund processed for all 8 i received refund of 4 shirts rest remaining. taking follow up with myntra but not receiving any response i have shared bank details with them for refund still more than 20 days no response.

                          So I had purchased one all about you women kurti from Myntra with order ID 114645031595268006201 on 12th of July, due to different variety received by me I had to return the product, the delivery person took the product on 16th of July and kept it on hold stating it's a different product then the one I was suppose to give it was on hold for 1 whole month, on 15th of August after calling Myntra literally 4 times a day they accepted the return request, but I guess due to lack of hindi and english learnings and also brains they send a person to pick my product, the product which is already with them for the past 35 freaking days
                          Now they have my money, the have the product, they are mentally harassing me
                          They don't call me back and whenever I call them they ask me to wait for 24 hours and then again send a delivery person to pick my product, on 12th of August I spoke to some senior of escalation department pranjali, she assumed me to get this thing sorted by 13thh she took full responsibility for it and now, since pasty 5 days I am trying to tell everyone to connect me to her, and they give me an excuse stating we can't, but we will call you back and I have not received a single call
                          This brand is the biggest fraud I have ever seen

                          They are just treating me like a fool I am emailing them messaging them since 3 days on fb insta and still they don't give a damn to even give me a resolution all they give me is same freaking autotyped msg to wait for 24 hours and they appreciate my patience .
                          It's a request to everyone please file a consumer court compliant in this regards whoever faces any issue

                            I have ordered Anouk kurta palzo set from myntra on 18 july 2020and paid ₹1079.10 through google pay. but sadly i forgot to change my old address amd number due to which product was returned to origin. i called customers care and they told me the money was initiated from their side and i should contact my bank. My bank told me that there's nothing they can do about it and totally depends on merchandise company its been more then a month. i don't know what to do anymore

                              I’ve returned one of my orders back on 31st July and today it’s 19th August but the status of my order says REFUND PROCEEDED which I haven’t got till today!!!

                                    I order a perfume from myntra i got it on 1 August when i open it i found it broken from corners and it was 2017 manufacturing with bad condition box so i told them to take it back but are not accepting it i call them many times no response nothing they are avoiding me even i have a video of opening i told them to see it bottle was repackage with tape on top and bottom also

                                      I ordered a t-shirt about 15 days ago. I received the order yesterday. The product was completely different. Not just the exchange of pink color border design with yellow color but change in neck pattern and absence of broad white stripes on sides.

                                        I have received partial order from myntra (Out of 7items i have recieved 4 items) and i have been complaining about the same for the last one and a half month. Earlier the customer care services told that we will get refund as the refund is initiated but now we are getting informed that they did send all the items and they can't provide us with the refund.
