I purchased a shoe which is manufactured by bond street red tape in the month of march or april, 2019, the said shoe quality is very bad and got teared from the top. The said shoe was not weared by me for a month... I have grave apprehension the said shoe is duplicate or counterfiet...
Kindly repair or change my shoe or refund my money back to me....

I had an amount of 263 rupees in my myntra credit and used it today during my other order... During placing the order it was correctly reduced... But after placing the order while checking in the order details... The myntra credit of 262 is added to main bill... Of total.. Why is the myntra credit points added instead of subtraction.. Please clarify it soon.....

I had returned a product called "arise shorts".
I returned for the reason because i do not use that material as it is woollen, and the website mentioned cotton.
Their pick up person did not update their system for the return and someone else again came for the pick up the next day.
Their executive said quality check has failed and they will return the product and i will have to re-return the product.

I ordered a blue jacket from mantra app, which i received on 12.01.2020 evening. When i opened the packet, the colour of the jacket was not as per the picture shown in the app. It was faded. So, i requested for return of the product on 12.01.2020 itself through app. However, the pick up boy when came to take return said that it did not pass the quality check. He took the product with him but did not initiated refund citing reason as quality...

Pathetic experience. I have waited for return 15 days then this agent came after 15 days and did quality check as below:
1. Checked product which is in good state
2. Checked receipts which are available in box
Then after 9 hours receiving mail stated my return put in hold as other quality check people felt that it's used.

I recently bought combo shirt from myntra online shopping. I ordered on 8.1.2020 and it's delivered on 11.1.2020 with wrong item. So i created return and requested for refund on that same day. I had ordered items in bulk. And returned few of them. But bymistake I forgot to create return request for one item which I had already returned.
Then I called the customer care and informed them the same.
But warehouse guys denying it. They have probably misplaced it somewhere or knowingly not telling.

I contacted them many a time but they give me some fake reference number and told me to contact bank but when i approached to the bank they said no amount came from myntra. Further i contacted myntra they are just giving me fake reference number.
I even send them mail with my bank statement as a attachment. But there is no response coming from them.
They are just frustating me by saying to contact bank and gpay.

Hi, i ordered a shoe on 9th jan 2020 for rs 625 (Kook n keech
Men white printed sneakers) which i cancelled within couple of hours as i changed my mind to buy something different. The order was not even shipped.
As mantra endorses to use mantra credit as the refund is faster but in my case i can see that i have not got any refund yet till date. My actual balance should be rs 1000 but it stands still at rs 375. I have been following...

I bought one moda rapido tshirt online from myntra in which product was missing from my package and myntra is not accepting my complain neither refunding my money back. Dont buy from them anything they dont send your product and will take your money and will not refund also even if complain. Even they hung customers call if they are registering complain for same.
Worst brand myntra dont buy from it. Worst brand moda rapido....

I had ordered a kook and keech sweatshirt from myntra. Order no:[protected]-6082901 and returned it cz it looked like a used one and there are black spots on the white print.
But they rejected my product return request saying fails quality check.

I purchased nike shoes from myntra in december 2019. As i opened the box, i realized that there was no brand tag or price tag on the product. I doubted about originality of the product. Moreover the fitting of the shoes was not as i good as my earlier nike purchases. Thus, i decided to return the product. I placed return order. So i added myntra credit to my account and before one year my amount has been expired and on raising the complaint regarding the same, credit has been added and post that it says due to myntra fair usage policy i have to pay additional shipping charges, so my question to myntra it struck you only when you have to refund me the credit that you gotta add shipping charges and to note i haven't ordered or at least ordered and not accepted for...

Why my mantra order has been put on hold, and fails quality check.. I received a wrong size chinos highlander of 32 on 12th of january and i made a return request on the same day without use of it, but after pickup a, message came to me that the product is on hold and fails in quality checkup. So how can i use the product on the very same day... I am very very disappointed with mantra 2nd time... Please look after this matter...

I had ordered a red embroidered sweater (Brand was chemistry edition)... The first picture is of the sweater that i ordered.
