Account on myntra,, my refund for vero moda jeans order no.[protected]-7852601 was initiated on 14 feb,, i was asked to wait till 24 feb... I haven't received it yet... Myntra executives have harassed me and mentally tortured me by saying that this is ur reference no. 85215220046006171214231... They told me to talk to bank and fill up a sbi customer form... On contacting sbi, bank executive told me that no information can be provided by reference no... Talk to myntra...

    Received a defective product without the belt and torn belt hook so i returned it the next day itself and i got a message from the quality check department of myntra saying my product did not pass the quality check... I need my refund or else i’m contacting the higher authority as this is a fraud... On first place you send a defective product n on returning it you don’t accept the product

    Nowhere in MYNTA policy have described that refund amount will be credited in myntra credit.

      I had ordered a reebok shoe, and once you order you will try it. It didnt fit me, so i placed a return request and the quality check team returned it back ! the shoe is spotless.. the sole is clean .. have no idea what was the reason for rejection.
      also attaching pictures.

      I have been a loyal customer and this is no way to treat a customer, on rejection you need to give a reasoning and atleast listen to a customer. How can you claim a shoe used when the sole is clean. I have faced a loss of Rs.6000. This is not justified.

        Return order no. [protected], i returned the product because it was old and contains stains on it. All the tags are remain as i recieved them.
        Now i recieved a message that it was put on hold as it doesn't pass quality check.
        This is not a fault from my side. First myntra has sent me a very old used product and when i placed my return request it is put on hold.

        I want my money back as it was not a issue created from my side.
        I have already mentioned while returning that the product is old.

          I had ordwrs kurta set woeth 1399 and paid the same via xash. 2dys later i openes it wen i reachd hometown and saw it was not fitting properly immediately on 21 i placws return request with the original product and tag. On 23 i got text saying qualitu check failed hence held. On calling custormer care they say the samw slogan of bwing much concrned and aaked me to wait. Wht is thos...

          My paid order is not visible in order section and my money got deducted and when i talked to myntra customer care they are saying that it wil take another 48 hrs to show the order a d i have also placed the same order twice.myntra online platform sucks
          So I bought a new pair of jeans which was oversized. By mistake i redeemed my insider point. Now i am unable to return my product.Talked with the customer care number they are saying that we cant do that. Pathetic service.             This is to highlight that i received a fake mk watch..
            I am a loyal user of mk and other luxury brands and i’m aware on how to differentiate a dupe from an original.
            I can attached pics if needed.
            I’m wondering about all the years of past purchases i’ve had from myntra and how much of it is actually original.
            Please look into the matter as this is a clear fraud and unacceptable.

              I tried to order from myntra and my money 1048 has been deducted from my account and order is not placed and i have not got any confirmation for refund. Please inform mynta and airtel payment bank for refund. This is not good service provided by myntra. I am not happy with myntra. Money gets deducted but it does not accepts the payments and payment is reached to myntra. Transaction id-[protected]

                I returned two items amounting rs.314.40 and rs. 349 and received the message as ' refund processed' on 3/02/2020 with two 12 digit bank reference numbers for two refund transations. Even after 19 days i still did not receive my refund in my account. Bank says 12 digit reference number doesn't exist, it is always a 23 didit arn number. Please accept your mistake and refund me my money, myntra. The return number for rs.314.40 product is [protected] and for tge rs. 329 product is [protected]. Refund my money immediately. I have even mailed myntra my accoumt statement starting from 03/02/2020 till present which clearly shows no refund is credited to my account from myntra.

                  I have even mailed Myntra my accoumt statement starting from 03/02/2020 till present which clearly shows no refund is credited to my account from myntra.

                    I placed an order for h&m jacket on 14.01.2020 vide order no.[protected]-9361701 from myntra as per enclosed screenshot, which was delivered to me on 17.01.2020 but all i found was an old used sweater in the package instead of the h&m jacket which was expecting to be delivered to me as i paid humongous price for it. The box packing which i received is a small box in which only a sweater or similar items can be packed not a parka jacket as it requires a big box, which clearly shows that i did not received the right product as all my details are affixed on the box.

                    Now when i raised issue with myntrasupport team regarding my concern, i was told that they did their quality check and delivered the h&m jacket only and closed my query without any proper resolution. They said that they have declined my return & refund request and their decision stands final. I again raise the issue with myntra but they said that as they have reinvestigate the complaint so there is nothing more they can do and they will not refund my money.
                    When i offer them to send any executive to check the box they said that after re investigation the complaint can not be entertained further. I know they will not check the box as it will reveal their fraud and they say the they shipped the right product but what about the delivery??? Isn't myntra responsible for right delivery also.. How can they decline my claim when i am ready to show all the proofs.
                    From 17.01.2020 i am continuously following up with team myntra but instead of refunding my money they always repeat a same line that your claim stands decline. They are harassing me from last one and half month..
                    I request you to please look into the matter and help me to get my money back from this fraud shopping app i. E. Myntra. It is my hard earned money...

                        I have ordered 2 products from myntra (1 tshirt and 1 shoes) and both are deliverd too late.
                        I only received 1 product but they claimed i recieved both, whereas shoes were not delivered i raised a complaint for that but they said we can't do anything as thier record says it is delivered. I checked for the t-shirt which is also wrong product.
                        I talked to their customer care and they said they can't do anythinh and just sorry for the inconvenience. They said i should prove that i did not get the product, but i don't know how to prove this.

                          Product delivered is 2 yrs old (2018 jan mfg) & which expires in barely less than10 months. Mac stores would have not given such products not sure why myntra is trying to fool customers by passing on old products... Inspite of the customer care guys understanding the problem refused to replace the product. Expired cosmetics can cause skin cancer still.

                            Whenever i done shopping on myntra every time i get wrong information in sms regarding delivery of product. They are giving some wrong commitments and waiting my time. Most of the time they are delivering used clothes. I want that they should keep their commitments or refund my time what ever i spend with then just to resolve my query. Delivery agent was saying what ever you want to you can. But we will not deliver as per our commitments.

                              Ordered guess "w0571l1 blue/blue analog watch from myntra with order number 113337570684215760403. Non working watch delivered. I request for return pick up but when executive come to pick he advised that i will have to lodge complain and request for return pick again after authorization. I have raised complaint 4 times and each time got email that request is declined because as per myntra watch was sent in working condition but when i received it and opened the box it was not working. Watch is still with tag, unused without any physical damage but it is not working and now myntra not accepting return which is highly disturbing. Very bad experience.

                                While purchasing online on 6th december 2019 with myntra by my credit card t here was a fraudulent transaction done and some vouchers were purchased for rs. 55, 000/- which i had not asked. Immediately reported the customer care and the supervisor of the myntra and asked them to block the voucher through my complaint no. In[protected]at the same time i block card with bank due to their negligence it seems the vouchers were reimbursed. I asked them the details of consignee who utilize d the voucher so that it is easy to trace but myntra are not ready to share information and bank is pressuring for the payments with interest levied. Pls look into and not only my rs 55000/- but also some compensation if possible for delay and mentally harrassment. I been continuously following from december 6th 2029. They are not replying

                                  I've collected the myntra insider points by mistake and now i'm not able to return the product even though size is too big and don’t even need points, i want to return the product in any way. I called the customer care and they also told me they cannot revert back the insider point and not able to help me in return process. Top is not fit to me and it is total waste for me. I would want to return the insider points and the product and get a refund.

                                    My Account (Keerthi.[protected]@Gmail.Com) And Been Deactivated Stating Some Reasons Mentioned In Certain Terms And Conditions. The Account Has Been Deactivated On 16/20 Whereas I Have Placed Certain Orders Before That. Have Received A Couple Of Products And Now I'm Unable To Return Them As I Have No Access To This Account. Do Understand From A Customers Point Of View And Try To Be Reasonable. The Orders Placed Before Can Be Delivered But No Return Can Be Possible For The Same. Which Sounds So Stupid And Unfair. Our Hard Earned Money Can't Be Just Taken Us From Like This. I Demand You To Either Activate My Account Just For A Day Unless Returns Are Initiated Or Just Initiate A Return For All The Damn Products Which Are Delivered. A Proper Resolution Has To Be Provided. This Isn't The First Time That This Org Has Done. I Have Seen That There Are A Number Of Customers Who Have Faced A Similar Issue And They Are Really Reckless About This Behaviour. Also, No Proper Reason Has Been Provided On Why This Has Been Done. At Least This Is To Be Intimated And The Account Should Be Able To Log In Unless The Prior Orders Are Closed. There are couple of products whose quality isn't good which I want t return. Do look ito this and allow these products to be returned.

                                      Hi, this is regarding order no.[protected]-8160703
                                      I want to exchange my product size because it does not fit me properly. But i collected the insider point by mistake. Please take back the insider points and also the product. I want to exchange the product in any way. I have been purchasing very regularly on myntra and they should not disappoint regular customers. They should keep an option to return the insider points and make the return/exchange option available. I would want to return the insider points and i would like to exchange my product as well. Plz its a request to cancel my insider points and i want the same product but in another size. Kindly help.

                                        I received myntra product of caprese bag. One hook of detachable belt of bag was missing so raised exchange for the product on the same day of delivery. But the exchange was refused as product didn't had brand tag price,
                                        P. S : i received the product without brand price tag.

                                        What kind of service is this!!! Not even asking for refund but only exchange...
