I am disheartened by how the customer care team took 'care' of the situation at hand today. With two calls lasting 23 mins and 42 mins each in january and regular follow ups for the last 2 months, i am appalled by the issue resolution provided. Being a myntra loyalist for years and years with orders flowing in my house every week, today is a day when myntra is just disappointed me immensely.

To give a context of the situation, the problematic order no.[protected]-5668701, placed on the 2nd of jan had issues with the following items which i waned to return:
A. Texco top black - 2 units - the fit was pathetic
B. I like me nightsuit - m size - the bottom of the set was missing (Plus the stripes design looked really bad, so i didn't want to keep it either way (Returned the size l as well that i had ordered for my mother)

For point a - the texco tops had no mrp tag from the supplier (Just a brand tag hanging). Neither did myntra's packaging had its usual barcode pasted sticker on the polythene stating the size and mrp of the product, yet i was made to undergo massive return related issues for no fault of mine - the pick up executive refused to take the order, customer care said we will look into it - no resolution yet.

Coming to the i like me nightsuit - which has irritated me the most - the customer care executive gave no insight whatsoever yesterday and said we will update you over email - no email received thus far on the matter. Today when i made another attempt in returning the same the champion mentions that the return request for missing items need to be place within 48 hours as per the process.
Now the reason why process word is capitalized, i want to state below:

1. As per process, i should not have received two articles (Texco tops) with no mrp printed on them
2. As per process, the pick up executive should have uploaded the correct reason for keeping my return of the nightsuit on hold - despite telling him that the bottom is missing, he uploaded the reason as mrp tag missing
3. As per process, the customer care executive whom i spoke to yesterday should have given me the logic of 48hrs missing item return request, yet he conveniently said we will look into it and update you
4. As per process, if i am expected to be available at home (While i am a working professional who has to travel lot for work), the customer care senior madam ms. Ranjeet says that since we delivered the order at 347pm on 7th, we will entertain return requests by 9th 347 pm only. My point here is if i returned from travel a day late at night (9th night) - i checked my orders and placed a return request post midnight - no one bothered to use their intelligence and see the time of request - 12:57 am, 10 january.
So do you mean to say that i should have expected that the order will be faulty?
Or that if the date changed, i will have to live with the half pathetic looking night suit i received?
Or if the mrp tags are missing, that is ok but if i am unable to file a return request within your specified time due to unavoidable reasons, you guys will get processes in between?
Or if your customer care executives are in-equipped with logic, that is alright?
Or if your pick up executive uploads wrong reasons for return on hold, that is also acceptable?

Today, i write this mail to express my displeasure at how myntra has let me down, how in the name of processes we are also promoting dual standards, how a loyalist is dejected, how ineffective the customer 'care' is.

Please let me know what i should take-away from this entire incident.

I ordered a suit which is a three piece suit first it came defective then i exchanged it and i had a missing item and that is my scarf please either give my scarf or replace it. I need that suit for a function urgently and i saw that you even reject missing items complaint.kindly resolve this issue before time as i need it urgently

    I have opted for return and myntra executive picked up return and item was checked that time and i got message that return successful but after 3-4 hours i got mail that return is kept on hold as quality check failed whereas executive during pickup has already checked it. Must me the pickup executive has done something post picking up my product as he checked it during pickup and pickup was successful. I am a loyal customer to myntra but this time i am very upset please refund my money immediately

    In the return pickup successful mail it is no where mentioned that product will be checked again after that refund will be given that means product is already checked but still it has been kept on hold

      Ordered an item on 28 dec 2018 (Order number[protected]-3985303) later returned but didnt receive refund. Myntra claimed that they process it on 22 jan 2020. And provided reference number[protected]. When i raised chargeback dispute to bank they claimed myntra didnt process it. They claimed it might be fake reference number. If myntra has processed it then they can raise chargeback dispute with bank. As i have already raised this dispute so now myntra should process it again or should raise chargeback dispute. Mini statement of account number is also provided as a proof that i havent received any amount.

      Shame on you myntra
      You are fleecing innocent people.

        I ordered puma shoes order no.[protected]-3985303 on 28 dec 2018

        Later i returned this item and refund was initiated by myntra on 22 jan 2020. But i havent received refund till date. I raised chargeback dispute to bank with reference number[protected] which was provided by your team. However, my bank claimed that myntra did not processed any refund. So i request you to process it again. I am sending you mini statement of my account as well so that you could know it.

          I have order a libas kurta and got it on 25th of feb 2020.
          I have not noticed it that much while received.
          But today i saw many defects in the product.
          And because i have collected the myntra insider points gained by this product,
          I am not able to return or refund this product as customer care person told me.
          But my question is that how could myntra deliver the product in this type of bad condition.
          Is this the quality of libas product

            Order placed: feb 2, 2020.
            Return the product: feb 6, 2020
            Refund processed: feb 7, 2020 (But dint received it)

            As per the policy, for refund process we need to wait for 7-10 days for payments in case order paid from upi.

            Called myntra support team on feb 21, 2020. They logged a complaint and asked me to wait for 48 hours.

            Called again on feb 24, 2020 after 48 hours, but no solution provided and asked to me to again wait for 24 hours.

            Called again on feb 27, 2020, but no solution provided and asked to me to again wait for 24 hours.

            Calling them again, they have no solutions and asking me again to wait.

            Request you to prioritize the concern otherwise i will take the concern to consumer court and get this sorted.

              Actually I had ordered a watch worth Rs 1124 from Myntra on 6th Feb and returned it on 9th Feb. Myntra has confirmed that they have initiated the refund on 9 Feb itself and it usually takes 9-10 days to get refunded in the account. But the amount hasn't been reflected in my account yet. I'm eagerly waiting for the refund to take place. Now the merchant (Myntra) conveyed the Bank Reference Number to get the details from the bank but the said bank (SBI) doesn't have any information regarding the same w.r.t. the reference number. I have also contacted Google Pay for the same; they too don't have any information and they said that the Bank reference number that Myntra has shared is the same as the UPI transaction ID from which I made the payment. I want you to please look into the matter asap. I'm waiting for the refund from past 20 days and none of them (Myntra, Gpay and SBI) is providing me with any information. Please see to it and resolve the issue asap.

                Exchange or return the product. It doesn't fit well and i want return as

                Customer service and got to know that due to insider point ui can't return
                It. So there is no as such policy for return. Now what about this??? It
                Doesn't fit me. It cost around 1200 its not cheap. I have complained about

                  I have ordered a pair of shoes from truffle collection, there z an issue with size. So i requested for return, they said there z no price tag for shoes, though there are rest everything along with invoice, bar code on shoe box. However they asked to send pictures in email to process the return request, i have sent them 20days ago and still they aren't picking the order or no proper way of handling the customer. I am keeping on call them everyday. Fedup hearing the answer will be processed within 24hrs. There z no reply for email from them. Its been a month now and they didn't pick my return request. There z no price tag for shoe when i receive the order, now they are simply saying it as a reason though everything n product z absolutely fine. Its my 3rd issue with myntra. My previous issue was resolved after 2 months just because of you people. Now i request to resolve this last issue from myntra as i will never use or suggest it.

                      My friend ordered clothing from the myntra.com the expected delivery date was on *th feb *. The item was delivered wrong. The product that my friend ordered was not delivered it was something else. So she requested to return the product. The person came and took pics of the product but the wrongly delivered product was not took back with him. After that she talked with customer care of myntra.com they blocked her account claiming violation of policy of myntra and refused clearly to refund/ product return. She requested again and again to executives and today 16th feb 2020 they clearly refusing any refund or return. The order id was order no.:

                      And for the product paid online in advance... What was the fault of customer.

                        Hi,
                        I got a call from [protected] on feb 12 th for myntra return item pick up around 11:30 am. I have given the return item, he accepted but i didn't get any acknowledgement regarding the return pickup. Later i got to know that i have given a wrong item to him. I tried to contact the same number but not connecting (On wrong wb number). Registered complaint about the issue in the myntra. They are saying that they didn't get any update about the returned one. Kindly work on it.

                          I ordered three products from myntra from the brands timberland and hrx by hrithik roshan. We had size issue with the products so i placed return request, intially we had pick up issues the pick up team did not come to pick up the items but we received message stating pick up failed due to our unavailability. We called up myntra and placed a complaints this issue resolved in almost two weeks and the product was picked up. After few days we received an email that the return request is declined due to quality issues and missing tag. We called up myntra and told them that they were unused the supervisor assured that they will look into the issue but after one week again we got a message that the product is reshipped back to us. We did not accept the product from the delivery team. Now we want our money to be refunded back.

                                U Myntra fraud company and cheaters, liers...Myntra executives have mentally harassed and tortured me...my refund was initiated on 14 th feb...they told me to wait till 24 Feb...but i haven't received my refund yet...these are the following excuses by which they fool us customers...
                                1) we have given u reference no., talk to bank support
                                2)bank says they have no information by reference no.
                                3)Myntra executive is not giving me transaction I'd, they said they can't give, , , , i cant file consumer court case without transaction I'd...
                                4)Myntra executives fooled me by saying take a written confirmation by bank that they can't provide information with reference no. And mail it to Myntra To which bank replied that there is no such procedure of giving in written...
                                5)when over with all excuses, they denied me transferring my call to seniors, , , they deliberately took long time so that at 45 minutes completion call will be automatically disconnected...
                                6)first they asked me to wait till 1.39 pm of 24 Feb, then they said wait till midnight of 24 Feb.
                                7)they repeatedly told me that only solution is talking to bank support
                                8)Myntra repeatedly sent me sbionline link of a form in which many details were asked and that form is of no use as i filled it and sbi closed my complaint...
                                I have all recordings of Myntra executives harasssing me and making me fool, , , i will take legal action against them all and drag them to court...

                                  I'm raising this compliant on myntra application which offers online purchase of fashion items. I had purchased a shoe of rs.1, 399 on myntra on[protected] by paying prepaid through upi, but due to some reasons i had cancelled it. They've said that the refund of rs.1, 399 will be credited to your bank account in 10 business days. I was waiting for long time but the refund was still not credited in my bank account. I had contacted them for this issue but they given a reference number[protected], with this number i approach my bank to know further but the given transaction reference number was not traceable said by the banker. The myntra saying that my money was initiated on[protected] but till now i didn't received my refund and they often says that my money was initiated but i don't know where my money is gone. Kindly file a complaint regarding this issue. Since more that 60days i didn't got my money back. Kindly do the needful.

                                    I order a roaster shoes and i received defective one, the shoes was tone, left shoes, right side, i request to exchange it. And when delivery executive reached he's just refused to exchange the shoes because it was tone, how the heck those it make sense. Therude behaviour of executive was of next level, now all i want is a new and perfect shoes, thanks myntra for the worst experience ever.

                                      I prepaid for 3-piece set (3000/-) but i received only 1-piece on delivery (Incomplete set).
                                      What proof is required for such incomplete and wrong deliveries, the onus to prove is on customer alone? Am suffering loss of 3000 rs.
                                      I have raised this issue, but have been told that package was delivered intact and quality check has been done. However i am the bearer of the loss and am still waiting for my refund or replacement for incomplete delivery.

                                        Ordered online from myntra on 3rd of nov 2019 and myntra's courier partner ecom express did not deliver the courier till date and pathetic customer care service by ecom express and myntra! The consignment was sent by myntra using their partner courier ecom express. Myntra never took responsibility on tracking the below courier and advised us to deal with their courier partner ecom express directly.

                                        Courier with tracking number [protected] is not delivered to me till date. I got a mail from myntra on nov 7th 2019 that my order has been delivered but i didn’t receive the order. When i called myntra, they provided me with the tracking number and asked me to contact ecom express. They refused to take a complaint and told me that they will not accept the compliant as i'm calling after 5 days (I called them on 7th day) of receiving the order confirmation email. They refused to accept that it's their responsibility to check with their courier partner ecom express. So, i called the ecom express customer care and raised a complaint on this. Later i called them several times till date and every time i call them they say that their team is looking into the issue and they will give me an update within 24 to 48 hours which never happened. Sometimes they place my call on hold for a very long time and they even cut my call in between. It is very pathetic experience with both myntra and ecom express customer service. I even spoke to their next level managers but of no use. I told them to refund my amount if they cannot resolve the issue but they didn’t do that as well.

                                        In one line, these people are very unprofessional.

                                        I believe that this item has been stolen by the courier staff or misplaced and hiding the truth.

                                        Under the consumer rights act, online retailers are responsible for all goods until you receive them. Myntra should own the responsibility of my missing order and should refund my money.
