I ordered a kurta from myntra when I received it was factory damaged i put exchange request but they not exchange it then i decided to return it .delivery boy pick my item and after a short time i recieved mail that my order put on hold because it is damaged (as i said when i recieved it was already factory damaged)i called customer care 4 times but the didn’t resolve thi..now i want my item exchange or get back my refund

It want my item exchanged or they give my refund back

      When will i get my refund??? Is it a joke going on??? Mantra has not yet been refunded my money. I have returned their product in december & still have not received refund. It's almost 2 months now & my money is with myntra. Why i have to wait for so long. They are lying that they have refunded the money which is wrong. My bank & google pay both have confirmed money is not credited in my bank account. I have called them so many times but they have not raised any complaint. Everytime they are telling me this is the first call they have received from me & they need 10 days to investigate. They are not doing anything i am sure. I want my koney

        Hello sir,
        This is samira sharma. I had ordered from myntra on 21st january 2020 for an amount of rs.467 and paid through my google pay account. I had cancelled the order on the same day and i haven't received my refund amount yet. I had contacted the myntra support team and they gave me a transaction id as a proof that the amount has been processed from their side and asked me to contact the google support team and my bank support team. The google pay team asked me to contact my bank because they are only a platform and they cannot help me with my issue. I did contact my bank but my bank support team provided me a screenshot that no records have been found for that particular transaction id. The myntra team then asked me to provide the screenshot from bank and also my bank statement as a proof. I mailed them these things but after providing all the proofs they are again asking me to contact my bank support team and google pay team. I have been contacting them since 15 days now and they are not providing me a solution from their side. First they are asking me for proofs and after providing the proofs they are asking me to do the same thing of contacting the bank and google pay team again.
        Also, i had placed an order of amount rs. 945 on 30 january 2020 and paid through google pay and had returned the order on 3rd feb 2020. The order was picked up on 4th feb 2020 and i haven't received the amount in my bank. They are repeating the same thing that the amount has been processed from their side.
        Kindly look into this matter.

          received an empty box

          I ordered bluetooth earphones from myntra on 8th february 2020. And received the product next day 9th february
          2020 around 12:30pm. The payment was done through cash. When i opened the package from myntra the box inside
          Wasn't well packed. Then i found that the box was empty and there was no wireless earphones inside it. Then i instantly
          Called their customer care service, they told me that they have filed a complaint...

          I had ordered boat rockerz 255 neon unisex green wireless bluetooth in ear headphones on 7 feb 2020 and the expected date of delivery was 11 feb 2020 but the myntra delivery services rescheduled my order again and again continuously from feb 9 to feb 11 and it is still not delivered to me and the status is shown that "customer not reachable" now when i tried to call the delivery person, either he do not pickup the call or he cut the call. And by mistake when he pickup my call some how, then he just said that "i'll be at your address in only one hour" but that one hour never comes.
          Very poor delivery services by myntra.
          I want my product as soon as possible, i don't want refund or return.

            I ordered a burgundy jacket and black sandals from myntra.

            The jacket was used and when i raised a return request for the used product, it was cancelled on the pretext that the product go through quality check.

            And the next day they delivered me defective sandals and have also declined the return request which was raised immediately after receiving the product.

            This kind of response is highly unacceptable and why a customer should bear the brunt of their faulty quality check. I'm highly dissatisfied and hope someone can resolve the request

              I ordered and received Athena women blue floral fit and flare dress(XL) on 10Feb2020 and I placed a return request immediately on the same day .Since the size XL of the dress was small and XXL was not available so I had to return . I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product.The delivery executive came next day morning 11 am (11Feb2020) and he properly checked all tags and required details while picking up the dress. After that I received mail stating pick up was done successfully and then I got another email saying my return request was “ put on - hold” as it “failed to pass quality check”.
              Then how is it possible that the product has failed the quality check? Why have you put the process on hold? Being a regular customer and an ardent follower of Myntra and being an Myntra Elite member I had returned the product as it was received. This is totally harassment. I have never faced such pathetic issue in other online sites.What if you had sent a defective product?? In past I had already received such defective product from Myntra which I had to return( eg. belt was missing in dress).Product which is small and doesn’t fit for that I will not do “quality check” before returning. I want my money back!!Stop duping and fooling regular customers like this.I want my refund. Else I will ensure not to buy anything in future and will ensure my know ones also don’t buy.

              One of the escalation manager call me up and said sorry and told that the mistake was from Myntra side.Some communication error had happened between logistics team and other team. Finally they have released my refund amount. Myntra should be careful in such issues.

                Dear Concerned,
                i have never asked for an exchange for the wrong delivery of my product and simply asked for an exchange & now you have from your unsavory end have approved a return. You make me go through pain for 11 days, use my money while i have the wrong product & then don't even exchange my product with the one that i wanted. This is pure fraud & i shall take it up with the consumer complaint forum.

                  I ordered nike men blue downshifter 7 running shoes feb 04 from myntra. I tried shoes but they were very uncomfortable.. The shoes was not original nike brand. Those nike shoes were fake or 1st copy. The shoes also came in fake cardboard box. Usually nike shoes comes in orange box. Those shoes were hurting my feet. Also doctor said you should not use such fake shoes. I returned them the shoes as it is with the box. I clearly remember not misplacing any thing. Also the delivery agent was harassing me he said he will not come to your area as it was not in there service area. The delivery agent told me that he don't want to work for myntra. Why he was complaining to me. I was at home for the three days they didn't come to pickup order. They sent messenge to me saying that you were not at the home. But i was at home. But on third day they came and picked up my order. I got message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". I want refund for the nike men blue shoes. I don't want to hurt my leg. I don't want cripple my legs... I want refund.

                    Wrong product received apply cancel courier boy told different product so can't pickup so apply cancellation reject then company tod wait 24 hr wasting my four day then reject my cancellation told same product received so courier boy understand because he see product company not again and again call in company not get proper resolution wasting my time and money so take action

                      I paid ₹779 for a product on 8th february via google pay. I received a message from my bank account stating that my account was debited with aforesaid amount but i couldn't get the product confirmation mail. I sent a mail to myntra regarding this issue. I received a mail in which they mentioned that they currently are unaware of the payment. Please help me resolving this issue.

                      I ordered one blue solid super skinny regular Jean. I wanted to return this item as size not appropriate but i have collected myntra insider points by mistake, now I m not able to return or exchange the product. Because of size issue I need to exchange this product. Please take back insider point and this product.

                        I ordered a two product first her by invictus olive green top and dressberry brown flat. My order has been delivered to me but due to size issue i place a return request for both the product. 3 february 2020 my product was pick up. 10 february 2020 i got a mail that the product on hold due to article is mismatch.                           I have ordered a apple 2nd generation airpods from myntra costing rs 10999 on 06 feb 2020 my order i’d is 113284465245476950603. I received that product on 9 feb 2020 when i opened the packing the airpods and the charging case is not available there only the charging cable is there. Please look out the matter and please return the product. The bar code in the packing is also showing invalid at the time of scanning in myntra

                            I ordered two women flats after 7 days my products was delivered to me . I opened the package, I received both the wrong product then I immediately create a return request and next day delivery boy pickup the return after 7 days I got a mail that the return request is rejected . I contact a customer care they said return request is rejected then I said that I got wrong product Andi return the product then I will get my money but they said they didn't refund . please help me

                              My order number[protected]-6211301. I ordered two products but only one delivered and one is lost somewhere. Product nayo was delivered to me on 26th jan and yufta not delivered yet but in app it's showing delivered on 26th jan. Customer care not helping. I can see in google they are doing same thing to many customers. I talked to customer care but they are not helping. Even they are not ready to show courier delivery signature. They are updating anything in the app.

                                  I have ordered an airpod 2nd generation on 4th february, it was paid online and i have received the package the next day, but when i got the package and open it, i found the inner package (Box) opened and there was no airpod inside. I have launched a complaint against it to the customer care of myntra they asked me to wait till 10th february but the next day i got a msg that my complaint has been rejected. I called them many times but it’s of no use😟. What should i do, they didn’t return my money/airpod

                                    I bought a wrong pair of shoes from myntra worth rs 2900. At its delivery (6 feb 2019), i mistakenly collected the myntra insider points (Which are of no use and relevance so far). Now, they have disabled the option for return/exchange for the product. For such new programs, the company should mention the required terms and conditions in the column of every product or the redemption of the points should be offered only once the date of return/exchange expires. At this very moment, i expect an appropriate action.

                                      Hi,
                                      This complaint is regarding :
                                      Product name: maserati - men analogue watch.

                                      As a regular customer of myntra. I trusted this company for providing me with best product, services and customer care. But, i am highly disappointed with the product and service they have provided me with my past order.
                                      I ordered maserati - men analogue watch, worth approx rs. 20, 000/-.
                                      My order was completely opposite to what is was mentioned on site.
                                      1) i ordered watch with black strap but received it with blue strap.
                                      2) the lock of the watch was different from that lock that is shown in the
                                      Images on the myntra website.
                                      3) the label printing on below of the dial was different from the images that
                                      Are shown on the myntra website.
                                      4) the condition of box and case speaks itself. The box was totally damaged
                                      And torn up. Kindly, find the attached images for your reference.
                                      I have called customer care support multiple times and they are deliberately rejecting my issue, with a reason saying "it was shipped to you with proper testing and hence we are rejecting your complaint". When asked to transfer call to their senior executive, they are keeping my call on hold for 30 minutes.
                                      Kindly, help me out in replacing my order as i am frustrated now. Kindly, find the attached images.
