I have received a defective product from myntra on 20 march 2020. As soon as i received the product, i registered a complain to their customer service and asked for return. But now they are declining the return. There is a cut on the right leg of the chinos pant which i had ordered. The product is unused and with tag. But they are declining return and exchange.

    I cancelled my order of sherwani worth ₹ 15199: order id[protected]-1783201 on 13 march 2020 authority said that i 'll get refund within a week but till now i did not receive my refund.
    I paid amount through payment process method and under this section i select option pay via debit card.
    Regarding this i uploaded screen shot of payment method and product

      I returned my ether denim flared trouser (Amount-rs714) ordered from myntra due to some fitting issue. Its been 5days bt yet i have not received the refund amount.. Whenever i try to contact them they all have different stories each time and sometimes they say that they have initiated the amount but they have not received any confirmation from the bank.. When i contacted bank they said that there is no such issue..

        I had placed order for lino perros brown bag and bblunt creams. I made online payment approx rs. 2500.

        On 14th feb o got a call from delivery boy saying “the product is damaged. There is foam coming out from the productdo u still want your product to be delivered”?
        Like any normal person i said if the product is damaged please return the product and send me the new products. He said ok and kept the phone.
        The same eve the app was updated and it showed my products were delivered to me on 14th but the products were not delivered. I complained more then nine times. Every time the person in the help centre said they would resolve my problem soon but every time after complain they would send a msg with 48hrs saying my problem has been resolved. When ever i called back to say how they have resolved my complain? The only answer was we will updated in the system you need not worry you will get ur products.
        On 18th of march i got a call from myntra saying ur product has been delivered yesterday. I told them i have not received the products. The person from the help centre says i will call u back in half an hour. I waited for the call but to no avail.
        I again received a msg on 20th march
        “hi, we have successfully resolved your complaint in[protected].in case you are still facing the issue, kindly reach out to us here. http://mntr.se/6wnz40518hc”
        I called the help centre and told him that my products are not yet delivered. The escalating manager told me that we cannot do anytging as we have already closed ur complain saying the products gas been delivered on 14th of feb.
        I have been cheated because there is no match in what the app is saying and what these people from the help centre has been saying.
        I want my refund. I have been a frequent buyer from myntra i had never expected that the app would cheat people. I simply wasted more then &hrs while raising a complain coz they put us on long hold.
        According to myntra the product was delivered on 14th feb then why did they call on 18th march to say the peoduct was delivered on 17th of march.
        Seriously myntra is cheating people. I want my refund back. I would not like to pay for something which i never received.

          I have return hrx jean on 13rd mar, 20. They picked it up and my return process started on 14th mar. I got an email saying my money will be refund within 1 day. Its been more than 7 days yet i havent got my refund yet. I tried calling the customer care. They said that they couldnot track it due to technical product. I am looking for prompt action from myntra.

            I have returned nike joggers bought from myntra on 3rd february 2020. As of now it's more than one month passed but i have not received the refund amount yet. Every time when i contacted myntra they continuously saying that from our end the refund is successfully transferred but i haven't received the amount. They are saying that you should contact the sbi bank since i have made payment through google pay upi (Sbi). I have contacted the bank but they are not replying to my mail and on calling they are saying that myntra is a third party application and we can't help you in this matter. I have tried my best to tell them i have not received the amount. But now i am tired and frustrated calling them because i am not getting any right response from them. So kindly help me out in getting my refund.

              I have returned two products. It's been 15days of one product pickup and 25days for another product pickup.. But they didnt provide me refund yet.. They are just telling me to wait..                 The shopping experience was rubbish. I bought a saree and the quality was bad. After returning the saree in the same condition as it was, after speaking to customer care, they asked to return it. After returning amount was declined stating artical mismatch. Calling customer care again, the customer care executive was rude and used shabby language. He didn't listen to our complaints and kept saying payment is declined. They haven't considered mismatch from delivery partner and straight out blamed the customer. Not even trying to dig deeper and listening to us even after calling multiple times. The whole experience has been harrowing and disturbing. It's been a month and the company has taken no heed into checking the status of the saree and are not initiating the refund.

                  Ordered allen solly shirts and the products delivered were fake. The description showed 100% cotton and the delivered ones was 100% polyester. And more over the shirt had a name mark of a tailor shop where the shirt might have got stitched. Feeling pity on you myntra. Such a shameful act selling fake products of branded products and getting money. Hereby attaching the photo below for your reference and return cannot be processed as the price tag has been removed. My order id was[protected] 9998603. Please don't spoil brand names for your happiness.

                    I ordered a dorothy perkins top from myntra and received a roadster tshirt. I raised the complaint and they denied refund. I sent them pictures showing that the tshirt had a roadster logo and a dorothy perkins tag on it which made me question myntra's authenticity but they took no action. Instead of investing their suppliers they denied my request. I would like my refund and strict action taken against myntra.

                    I ordered a Dorothy Perkins top from myntra and received a Roadster tshirt. I raised the complaint and they denied refund.                       I ordered a dorothy perkins shirt from myntra and they sent me a roadster tshirt with a dorothy perkins tag on it. I shared the pictures the bar code and the price tags and i was not given any assistance and i can't believe these people misusing their monopoly and doing non sense in the name of authenticity. I need my refund and strict action against myntra.

                        Bangalore, march 2020, i ordered 6 pairs of shoes, size 6. But it didnt fit in properly, so i ordered size 7 for 2 pairs, and raised return for 4. From return, 2 shoes reshipped to me, saying they did nt meet the return criteria as they are used. I received the shoes in the morning, checked them, placed return, and it was picked up in afternoon same day. When did i get the time to use the items that too which dont fit me. The exchanged shoes that came, also did not fit properly plus the white shoe was so dirty. For them the return again was cancelled by myntra even though i mentioned it specifically while raising the return.

                          I have returned 3 product (Order no :[protected]-2781101) on 6 march 2020 worth rs.4, 109 but this refund amount has not been credited to my account. Customer care people told to wait till 16 march before which the amount would get credited; but that didn't happen. Now they are telling to wait for another 10 days. How long i should wait? It is already been 15 days since the products were returned and still no amount has been credited to my account. Worst refund service experience from myntra. I would suggest not to purchase products from myntra. Looks like these # people won't refund my money back.

                            I placed an order on 7th of march on myntra of rupees 1466. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but myntra claims that no order has been received. So i initiated a refund on my order. I called on customer care number and i got to know that they have initiated my refund and it's been 9 to 10 days and even after that i have not received the money. Why is it taking this much time? What's going on? I want my money back.

                              Once i ordered a top from myntra and got the refund into my myntra account credit so when next time when i ordered something my money got debited from myntra credit amount and when i cancelled due size issue it's not giving me any refund back even into my credit account. Please help me. I want my money back in any form. I'm a student i bearly handle my personal expense this money is so important to me.

                                I have not recieved tag with watch and now myntra is saying they have send tag and if i didnt recieve thats my fault and they will not return because tag is not awailable.
                                I cant understand they sell tag or product if product is smae and they are not sending only tag with that so they have an option to not accept return. Very worst service

                                Thats a good policy if they dnt want to return any product they will state that tags have sent by us and when customer opt for return they asked for tag which was not sent by them and they alread knew that

                                Please find the attached screenshot of Order no.[protected]-1611603 And product WROGN Men Black Slim fit jeans amount of Rs.1325 . This product has been returned on 7th February of 2020 but amount didn't refunded yet.

                                Continue complaning in Myntra support team but didn't help to me.

                                  Texco women red and burgandy pack of 2 regular fit printed casual shirt
                                  Now i got the product on 6th of march and found that its a reversable top. The one side of it is red, the other is burgandy. Its basically a two in one top and not a pack of 2. As it was a top larger in size and there was no exchange available, i returned the product. Now myntra returned it back to me saying it has not passed there policy. I called the customer care and told everything about the matter but yet they have not provided with any resolution.
                                  How can a customer provide them two products i place of a two in one product?
                                  This is how myntra defrauds it's customers. It has also blocked my account. Now what do i do with the product as it is of no use to me

                                    Myntra is forcing the customer to buy product only from there site, because they are not transferring myntra credits to bank account. Im not interested to buy again from myntra. I ordered a product which was delivered wrongly so i returned the product and they refunded me in myntra credit. But now i want to transfer my money to bank account and they are not returning money back. They are just forcing me to shop from myntra only. And im not happy with ordering from myntra and i don't want to order again. They are just exploiting rights

                                      The product delivered was fake and entirely different from the product shown. The company named for its standard shouldnt have done these type of cheap act. I had ordered a nike hooded sweatshirt from this account and i had mentioned the account and product id.
                                      I request myntra to not to continue all these shameful acts again and i have attached the photo below of original and duplicate and return cannot be processed as points were already collected. Please do solve this problem as soon as possible or the case will be given to consumer court regardimg cheating the costumers by giving fake items. Do the meedful

                                        I have returned the product from myntra.. Alena solid cigarette pants (₹429) and has not received the refund it's been more than one month. It was shown processed on 7feb.. But has not yet credited in my bank account. The myntra chat people says thd refund was processed on 18th feb..in my google pay account... But i have not received any amount in my account. I have went to my bank regarding this issue.
