I ordered for zobby kundan jewellery set on 6th jan and the same was received on 8th jan. When the item was unpacked i found one maroon bead of set was missing and at the same moment i requested for the exchange. Further when the delivery boy came to pick the item on 13th jan, he refused to pick the same as there was no tag. But i didnt received the item with tag which i raised the issue to myntra customer care and the same was confirmed at their end and cleared that the item will get exchanged till 18th jan. Then on 14th i received a msg from myntra that the issue has been resolved which was not done. Moreover on 18th i received a message

[hi, due to an internal issue, we had to cancel your order (Order no.:[protected]-5773101) containing 1 item. We apologize for the inconvenience.]

To this above message i again called up myntra customer care and they apologised for the same and said the item will get exchanged by 22nd jan. And till 22nd no exchange was done. Again on 22nd i called up myntra for the this issue for which they again apologised and guaranteed to exchange the item till 28th. But same as earlier they fooled me and no exchange was made.

Then on 28th i again called up myntra cc and this time i asked them to make a return as now i am no more intrested in exchange. And they agreed for the same but till date no one came to pick the item. Today 31st jan again i called the cc and today they refused to return to which i requested them to connect me to their senior to which they hanged the call by saying as all the senior is busy on other calls.

As i am a myntra customer since 6 yrs and still i was treated very badly and they fooled me again and again. This type of behaviour was not expected from myntra. And i am highly disappointed by this.

Now i want my item to be returned as i am not intrested in exchanging.

    According to myntra, they had initiated the refund of rs1427but it had not been credit to acccount. According to my bank it's the myntra who had not sent money and myntra is blaming bank for this. Reference number given by myntra[protected] which is of no use according to bank. I have been calling myntra many times but their response is same that they have initiated the trasaction and they can't do anything. On asking the solution they asked to contact bank and bank is asking to contact myntra.
    Myntra is a fraud website who is just wasting my time and money.

    Red tape shoes worth Rs1427 was purchased on 22 dec 2019and according to myntra refund was initiated on 29 dec 2019.it has been month both bank and myntra are just blaming each other

      I ordered a product with order id:[protected]-9637001 on 14th jan 2020, with successful payment through upi payment, id:[protected].
      But i canceled the product on the 16th of jan 2020, regarding that i received the credit amount of ₹1688/- on 21st jan 2020, but on the same day, my money got debited from the bank account with transfer id: upi/rev/[protected].
      Myntra says that the money is being transferred to the bank, but the bank says that they have not received any amount from myntra.
      Myntra provided reference id:[protected]
      What can i do now? Please look forward on my issue.

        After placing order with these assho&es, they billed me for 3 items and sent only 2. Fastracked their investigation within 18 hours and tell me im lying theybsent 2 products. These guys are thieves, who run their shop and homes out of stolen money from peoples hard earned money. They made no attempt so check tampering on package or anything. Just selected the customer to rip off and proceeded. Stay away!
        As per the pic. As you can see i opened the package and there was no tampering anywhere else. These people at myntra are cheats!

          I returned these two products today. At the time of return the delivery person checked both my product’s tags and took it. Then i got a message saying that my return had been put on hold as tags are missing. I tried the products very carefully and returned it with all its original tags intact. I contacted the service team and the call centre person was very rude. I am an icon member of myntra and buy from it regularly but am so disappointed. The least you can do is be polite to your customers. And why will i remove any tag from a cloth that i am returning and how can i have done it when the delivery guy who picked it up saw and verified it. So disappointed and frustrated.

            Dear Sir,

            I have received the wrong size Nike shoes thrice in a row and despite various reassurances I am struggling to get a pick up done the shoes since 09 January 20 but no one even bothers to reply to my mails or calls and despite my various attempts to get it resolved all I get is another deadline which is NEVER adhered too and all I get is another deadline after a failed attempt.

            I have written to Myntra to have the faulty shoes picked up from my residence after the 5 failed attempts on 19, 27, 28, 29 and 30 of January 2020 despite repeatedly being reassured they will resolve the issue but sadly nor are are they resolving it and just giving me false reassurances every time without any result or response on mail.

            I fail to understand why this is happening and how am I expected to pay my credit card bill when I have asked them to pick up the shoes wrongly delivered to me many times since the 09 January 2020.

                I m a regular customer of myantra. I kept 1000
                Rs in myntra account. And i am unable to do the purchase in that account, as per customer support instruction i am creating new account with same register mobile number, and they told transfer the amount into the new account. But still they didn't done. Frequency i am rising the issue and they didn't response. Finally i decide to delete the myntra app and inform to myntra irresponsible of customer to social media.

                My return was picked up successfully after quality check at door step. Price tag and everything was checked at the time of reverse pick up but later on the courier guy lost the tag in transit and my return has been rejected.

                How can you held customer responsible for courier guys fault.

                  Hi this is regarding my order decline but payment got debited on 21oct.2019
                  I didn't get a solution even after of 3 months. My bank confirmed so many time that amount has been credited to myntra vpa address via upi payment method. But you still not able to find the transaction details, this is real lost my trust in myntra. Very unhelpful support from myntra.

                  Now i am really worried and upset from the response from myntra. 3 monthes over and i didn't get any response. Where is my money. My bank already confirmed that amount has been credited to myntra. Please ask your finance department not to check the details just by order number. Check the amount transaction in your bank account or vpa account with this transaction number # towards vpa : [protected]@ybl through reference number[protected] and amount is inr 1830.15/-

                      Got levi's black sneakers. Got worn off with in a month, the upper layers started coming off and sides were opening.
                      Returned to myntra after lot of mail exchange and got one more same product. It got the same problem even worse after a month.
                      Complained to myntra, got same response with an apology. Really don't understand if the products are real or fake. Fed up of the product.

                        I had to pants to return to myntra, a myntra rep visitis my place, shows the details of the return products to my mom & picks them up. I later get a notification from myntra that the pick up failed due to an internal error & i should rescheule it. I call the customer care & lodge a complain. They get back after a few weeks stating that the refund cannot be processed as the items were not received by them.

                        The concern is - how did my myntra shopping/returns details reach someone who was not authorised to pick them up? Isn't that a major security issue? They say i should have a return receipt that would be on a sms, which takes sometime to get updated. So how am i to trust any rep from myntra going forward?

                        Surprisingly the customer care has no answer to this & their escalaiton person just hangs up! Time to uninstall the app i presume!?

                          2/18 manufactured t-shirt.
                          And by mistake i clicked insider point and now i am not able to return it.
                          I spoke to the customer care and they are rude, unprofessional, and not ready to help me out.

                          Myntra is know for fresh fashion and i was delivered a 2 year old product.
                          I am very disappointed.
                          Please cancel my insider points and allow me to return the product.

                            Have received product with out the price tag which made me think about the originality of the product have raised so many compliant all have been declined to resolution yet.
                            The issue is while creating return and exchange they want there product with the tag and the irony is they are not delivering the product with tag. Have faced issues while cresting an exchange and return which they denied as the product did not have tag have raised the compliant which they resolved and given the exchange order and the exchange order doesn't have a rag as well which i was claiming that none of the product till now have received with tag now i dont want any product without tag as well if it is that important to which have raised the compliant and they declined saying they dispatch the product with tag.

                              Had purchased guess watch from myntra and raised a issue that i did not got any warranty carr for my product tried reaching them but pathetic services they are offering without warranty no one can claim whether the product is genuine or not.                                 I ordered a Noise Watch Worth Rs 3500.. they sent me wrong product. after having multiple fights i got to know that they are not ready to take the product back. they admitted that it might be one of the cases. I received the product after 5 days from actual date of delivery. Now they are playing with their words.
                                I have disputed the charge with my bank. I just wanted that they take the product back and return my money.

                                they are so uneducated that they cant understand and not even taking it back from my end.

                                Kindly ask them to take it back. after having multiple fights they are now so adament not to take the product back.

                                  This is to inform you that i had ordered a product[protected]-9025001 soulflower lavender essential oil. Ordered on 21 jan 2020 was to be delivered by 30jan then 31jan and now 1st feb 2020. Without any proper explanation customer is made to wait for so long. Late delivery of order also gives a thought whether the product is original or duplicate especially when it's in cosmetic category. Why it's taking so long to deliver whereas articles ordered along with it are delivered exchanged and redelivered also. Sometimes service is satisfactory and extremely dissatisfactory.

                                    I ordered one roadster women olive green solid puffer jacket but before delivery of the product it was marked as delivered. And also when complain to customer care they said they cannot help as it was already delivered and they cannot resolve as i was late for 5 days to give complain. As when taking down the track no. Also it was not showing before the date and when complain it showed on 20 dec 2019 whereas it was to be delivered on 6th dec 2019. I have confirmed with the post too but they cannot track the item.

                                      I have purchased sandal from myntra. I have tried the sandal just for two minutes and because of the fitting issue i have put the return request. The guy came to pick up the sandal and he qualify the product for return request and i also got the message for the same that your product is successfully returned but after 10 min one more guy called up and saying that there is some issue with quality check and we are putting it on hold otherwise the amount will deduct from the guy salary you talk to customer care and they will approve it. But i got the message the quality check is failed and your product is return back.

                                      But as i have did not wear the sandal at it is as it as packed item. So there must be issue with product quality my company itself. As i am the regular customer of myntra purchasing from last 15 years. And i am the genuine customer. I have myntra can do such thing with the regular customer. Very much disappointed by myntra.

                                      I am a regular buyer form online website. I had purchase one of the sandal from flipkart and that i wear it for one day and after that it is just torn from the lower side i just tell about that to flipkart and just take it reutrnd back and given my money back. This is called the customer satisfaction.
                                      I have to throw back the sandal as it not fitting me.
                                      I want my money back and take your product returned.
