I had ordered 1 hrx shoes and 1clutch on 13 dec 2019 which is cancelled by myntra but till my myntra credit 5600rs is not get back. I complain so many times on myntra customer care and after every call they tell me for wait for 3 days to resolved my issue but still i m not get back my amount. Very poor service. Totally they stole my credit frm my account with out my permission. I have all the phone recordings they admit my amount but still not give me back

No response till now 13 dec se abhi3 tak myntra se refund nahi says don't understand what to do amount is re 5600

    I ordered a mango bag a few days ago and it got delivered to me day before yesterday, however the size was pretty small and it looked bigger on the website. I went to the return option and by mistake collected insider points, now i want to exchange or return it but it has been blocked. I do not want the bag and it's a horrible policy that a customer cannot return/exchange the item he/she isn't happy with. Never gonna shop from myntra.

      While placing an order on myntra my amount got debited from airtel payment bank account, but order doesn't placed. When i contacted myntra about this issue they told me to contact airtel and when i contacted airtel about this issue they mailed me a transaction id ([protected]) stating that the amount of 1800 is successfully transferred to myntra.

      Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

        I was trying to talk with myntra support but they are not able to support me.

          Order no:[protected]-6070003 placed on january 13, 2020 & as per the tracking details its shipped on 17 january 2020, tracking no: ml[protected] courier name: myntra logistics. The order is not yet delivered until today 04 feb 2020. Its been 4 weeks now & customer care don't have any clue where is the order. Really don't understand the mode of transport myntra have to deliver the orders.

            change of address

            Hello myntra, i have purchased a dress. By default i put the wrong pincode and the dress was delivered to that pincode which is approx 15 km far from my place. Although i got the dress through some source. Now i want to exchange it. So is it possible to change the pick up address.
            Please update soon. As i don't want the dress anymore. So tell me the ways to change the pick up address.

            I ordered on Myntra a dress, a pair of shoes and earrings for a total of Rs. 3234.00 and paid through SBI net banking on Feb 01, 2020. The payment went through but the order got declined. Please look into this matter as they have not initiated my refund yet. The payment reference number is: [protected]IGAHZUZGQ5. I sent a mail to their customer support but they have not replied yet.

              Myntra fraud with me. they sent me wrong product and even after agree with their mistake they are not providing me my refund.

              Dear Myntra

              This mail is to complain regarding the recent issue for the following product-
              Order no.: [protected]-1532703.
              Return number: [protected]

              After too Many Complains at Myntra Customer care, I found that they are not resolving my problem, which even forcing me to file a legal consumer complaint against your company.

              Brief of what happened: -
              I ordered Nike Shoes for Order no.: [protected]-1532703 from Myntra for the price of 5999 rupees. they have sent me the wrong product design. They sent me wrong and different product design to me but when I raise a return request (Return number: [protected]) for this product. Myntra Team agree for their mistake and they pick up the product from my door and after 3 days they reship this product to me and decline my request saying that we can’t return your product. After that I again file complain against Myntra but this time they locked my account. And do not want to refund my money.

              So, I have decided that to file a consumer complaint against the mal practice you have done because I have not done something Illegal to buy from your website. Let it be a lessons learnt for other as well, so that they don't fall in your trap. That even on Myntra’s mistake, Myntra will never except their mistake and you have to bear for product loss as well as money loss. I'll do make sure that it get published in social media to make the people aware of it.

              I bought a HRX hoodie and WRONG sweat shirt from myntra, because of issues with fitting i returned them.After returning I received a message on 27th December that refund has been processed, its been month now and I haven't got my 2, 146 rupees back.

                I ordered a red and golden lehanga Choli worth Rs 2274/-. The product was picked up and that person checked all the tags on the dress. After one hour I got a message that my product was on hold for quality check purpose. I am aroused to see such message and I called customer care but they don't know what happens in such situations. I really need my money back as I ordered this product for a family function and need my money back to purchase something else.

                  I ordered for a black jacket of the brand named ONLY .. when i got the product it looked like a worn out product.. it was of extremely cheap quality and the most important part is after seeing the product i dint even try the product as it looked worn out to me ...the day it was delivered i requested for a return on the very next day..i even mentioned the reason fir the return that it was of poor quality...i dint even notice if the price tag was there or not.. n now to my horror i got a message from myntra that the return has been declined as the price tag is missing... i feel cheated coz myntra delivered a cheap quality product and as an ethical customer i returned the product on the very next day with all the bags.. y would i remove the tag if i want to return the product.. the delivery guy did check the product thoroughly before takin the product.. now i feel that myntra has only removed the tag n wants to sell this jacket to me forcefully as they know nobody would buy it... i need my money back...

                      I ordered a hrx t-shirt amounting 699 plus 149 delivery charges that totals to 848 using flipkart pay later. My order number is[protected]-6435101. I somehow didn't like the product and returned it. But i only received 699 refund and not the delivery charges. Moreover at myntra site it is only showing order amounting of 699 in spite of 848 on my orders page. I want my delivery charges returned. As it was not clearly mentioned while placing order that if you didn't like the product or return the product, your delivery charges will not be refunded. This is quite a cheating with the customer. If you don't return my shipping charges i will never ever shop from myntra. This is disgusting. I want my shipping charges back amounting of 149. Your parent company flipkart do refund the shipping charges then why don't you. Give my shipping charges back. I am attaching some pictures.

                        I ordered a kurta set on 23rd jan, 2020 and the pant shown in the website image were red colored. However i received a blue pant and so i returned the product by clearly stating that different colored product was delivered. The delivery executive checked the original tags and everything and assured me that the return will be successful. He took the product back but i got the mail that my refund is kept on hold. They mailed me to send them the bar-code of the product. How will i send the bar-code when the product is with them only? Now every time i am raising this issue in the customer care service, they are telling to wait and wait. I dont understand what is my fault in this.
                        Please check the images for more details. I would again request the myntra team to refund back my money and thereby resolve this issue because a different product was delivered to me.

                          नमस्कार सर 21 दिसंबर 2019 को myntra.com पर एक सेल आई जिसके अंतर्गत मैंने लगभग ₹6800 की शॉपिंग की जिसका भुगतान मैंने एचडीएफसी के क्रेडिट कार्ड से किया जिसके अंतर्गत मुझे 10% का कैश डिस्काउंट मिला और मेरे खाते से ₹6127 का भुगतान हुआ इन प्रोडक्ट की प्राप्ति के दौरान सबसे अंत में तीन प्रोडक्ट बाकी थे और वह तीनों मुझे एक ही पार्सल में होना मंत्रा के एप्लीकेशन पर बताया गया यह मुझे ईकॉम एक्सप्रेस कूरियर कंपनी से मिलने वाले थे जिसके ट्रैकिंग नंबर [protected] थे
                          यह पार्सल मुझे 30 दिसंबर 2019 को प्राप्त हुआ,
                          जिसके अंतर्गत मुझे तीन प्रोडक्ट प्राप्त होने थे जिनकी जानकारी निम्नानुसार है :-
                          1:- wrogn navy blue andvgrey sweatshirt price after discount 771.40rs
                          2-: u. S. Polo assit. Denim jeans
                          Price after discount 890.21rs
                          3-: wrangler shirt price after discount 718.29 rs
                          जब मैंने यह पार्सल खोला तो मुझे इन तीन प्रोडक्ट की बजाए केवल एक ही प्रोडक्ट मिला जो की wrogn sweatshirt था जिसे मैंने नंबर 1 बिंदु पर दर्शाया है
                          जब मैंने बागी2 प्रोडक्ट नहीं मिले तो इसके संबंध में शिकायत करने हेतु मंत्रा के कस्टमर केयर से दिनांक 31 दिसंबर 2019 को दूरभाष पर वार्ता की और उन्हें इस स्थिति से अवगत कराया तो उन्होंने मेरी शिकायत दर्ज की जिसके शिकायत नंबरनंबरv/ ref. Number -; in[protected] थे
                          जिसमें उन्होंने मेरे को बताया कि आपकी शिकायत का सोल्यूशन 6 जनवरी 2020 तक हो जाएगा
                          जिस के संबंध में मुझे संदेश के द्वारा जानकारी प्राप्त हुई की जो दो प्रोडक्ट मुझे नहीं मिले उनमें से एक प्रोडक्ट का रिफंड मुझे 3 जनवरी 2020 को कर दिया गया जिसका पेमेंट ₹718 थे जोकि wrangler का शर्ट था जो मैंने बिंदु नंबर तीन पर दर्शाया है
                          जब मुझे किस बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त हुई तो मैंने पुणे कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करके उनसे पूछा की मुझे दो प्रोडक्ट मिसिंग मिले जिसकी जानकारी मैंने आपको 31 दिसंबर को ही दे दी आपने मेरे एक प्रोडक्ट की ही रिफंड क्यों किया दूसरे प्रोडक्ट का रिफंड अब तक क्यों नहीं किया तो उन्होंने मेरे को बताया कि उसके संबंध में कार्यवाही चल रही है जल्द ही आपको भुगतान कर दिया जाएगा और जब मैं उन्हें वापस कॉल करता था तो वह मुझे बार-बार यही आश्वासन देते थे कि इस पर कार्यवाही चल रही है 48 घंटे में आपकी शिकायत का निवारण हो जाएगा
                          फिर अंततः 16 जनवरी 2020 को मुझे एक मेल प्राप्त हुआ जिसमें उन्होंने लिखा कि आपकी शिकायत बंद कर दी गई है और आपको उसका रिफंड नहीं प्राप्त होगा और उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी तरफ से यह प्रोडक्ट भेज दिया गया है जबकि मुझे यह प्रोडक्ट नहीं मिला जिसको मैंने पूर्व में बिंदु संख्या दो में दर्शाया है जो कि u. S. Polo denim jeans है
                          आपसे निवेदन है कि इस प्रकरण में उचित कार्यवाही कर मुझे रिफंड दिलवाने की कृपा करावे

                            I ordered for zobby kundan jewellery set on 6th jan and the same was received on 8th jan. When the item was unpacked i found one maroon bead of set was missing and at the same moment i requested for the exchange. Further when the delivery boy came to pick the item on 13th jan, he refused to pick the same as there was no tag. But i didnt received the item with tag which i raised the issue to myntra customer care and the same was confirmed at their end and cleared that the item will get exchanged till 18th jan. Then on 14th i received a msg from myntra that the issue has been resolved which was not done. Moreover on 18th i received a message

                            [hi, due to an internal issue, we had to cancel your order (Order no.:[protected]-5773101) containing 1 item. We apologize for the inconvenience.]

                            To this above message i again called up myntra customer care and they apologised for the same and said the item will get exchanged by 22nd jan. And till 22nd no exchange was done. Again on 22nd i called up myntra for the this issue for which they again apologised and guaranteed to exchange the item till 28th. But same as earlier they fooled me and no exchange was made.

                            Then on 28th i again called up myntra cc and this time i asked them to make a return as now i am no more intrested in exchange. And they agreed for the same but till date no one came to pick the item. Today 31st jan again i called the cc and today they refused to return to which i requested them to connect me to their senior to which they hanged the call by saying as all the senior is busy on other calls.

                            As i am a myntra customer since 6 yrs and still i was treated very badly and they fooled me again and again. This type of behaviour was not expected from myntra. And i am highly disappointed by this.

                            Now i want my item to be returned as i am not intrested in exchanging.

                              According to myntra, they had initiated the refund of rs1427but it had not been credit to acccount. According to my bank it's the myntra who had not sent money and myntra is blaming bank for this. Reference number given by myntra[protected] which is of no use according to bank. I have been calling myntra many times but their response is same that they have initiated the trasaction and they can't do anything. On asking the solution they asked to contact bank and bank is asking to contact myntra.
                              Myntra is a fraud website who is just wasting my time and money.

                              Red tape shoes worth Rs1427 was purchased on 22 dec 2019and according to myntra refund was initiated on 29 dec 2019.it has been month both bank and myntra are just blaming each other

                                I ordered a product with order id:[protected]-9637001 on 14th jan 2020, with successful payment through upi payment, id:[protected].
                                But i canceled the product on the 16th of jan 2020, regarding that i received the credit amount of ₹1688/- on 21st jan 2020, but on the same day, my money got debited from the bank account with transfer id: upi/rev/[protected].
                                Myntra says that the money is being transferred to the bank, but the bank says that they have not received any amount from myntra.

                                What can i do now? Please look forward on my issue.

                                  After placing order with these assho&es, they billed me for 3 items and sent only 2. Fastracked their investigation within 18 hours and tell me im lying theybsent 2 products. These guys are thieves, who run their shop and homes out of stolen money from peoples hard earned money. They made no attempt so check tampering on package or anything. Just selected the customer to rip off and proceeded. Stay away!
                                  As per the pic. As you can see i opened the package and there was no tampering anywhere else. These people at myntra are cheats!

                                    I returned these two products today. At the time of return the delivery person checked both my product’s tags and took it. Then i got a message saying that my return had been put on hold as tags are missing. I tried the products very carefully and returned it with all its original tags intact. I contacted the service team and the call centre person was very rude. I am an icon member of myntra and buy from it regularly but am so disappointed. The least you can do is be polite to your customers. And why will i remove any tag from a cloth that i am returning and how can i have done it when the delivery guy who picked it up saw and verified it. So disappointed and frustrated.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have received the wrong size Nike shoes thrice in a row and despite various reassurances I am struggling to get a pick up done the shoes since 09 January 20 but no one even bothers to reply to my mails or calls and despite my various attempts to get it resolved all I get is another deadline which is NEVER adhered too and all I get is another deadline after a failed attempt.

                                      I have written to Myntra to have the faulty shoes picked up from my residence after the 5 failed attempts on 19, 27, 28, 29 and 30 of January 2020 despite repeatedly being reassured they will resolve the issue but sadly nor are are they resolving it and just giving me false reassurances every time without any result or response on mail.

                                      I fail to understand why this is happening and how am I expected to pay my credit card bill when I have asked them to pick up the shoes wrongly delivered to me many times since the 09 January 2020.
