I have done a transaction on myntra app of rs 574 but it got failed then i checked my account balance money was deducted 4 times (4×574) and i got refund of only rs. 574. I have tried the transaction only one time and also otp was received one time. L am very disappointed with this. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and refund my money. It is only bank mistake

    Product details - Tommy Hilfiger Blue analog men's watch

    There has been some issues while returning the product mentioned. the pickup person says that since the invoice and the product tag has different price of the same product, it needs to be clarified from Myntra's end.

    I have been following up on this issue with myntra since long but there has been no resolution yet, rather its being delayed since long.
    I had raised the return req and then i was told i will get the resonse within 48 hours but that is in vain. then i have following up everyday since then.

    The issue reported about the product was(mechanical issue), the minute and the second hands are not working properly.

    Please find the product invoice and the product price tag attached.

    it has clearly been fault on myntra's part such that i have been feeling harassed as a customer for so many days.

    the issue clearly shows that how irresponsible myntra has been, so much so that the original product price is 12, 500 INR but the invoice has the product price as 12, 995 INR(both the prices are excluding taxes).

    I expect that the product shall be returned and i would get the amount paid refunded to the source.

      odered branded product but got copied and not as expected so i placed return request but wasn't able to return it because i was out of town meanwhile myntra blocked my account. i told the delivery boy on day 1st that i'm out of town and gave him a date still he contiouned keep coming which landed my account to block

        I had ordered a exchange request of Black Sweat shirt From roadstar And the exchange request was cancelled because the product was lost. I called the customer service for more than 10 times for exchange of the product because it was your fault and from last 1 month i got no exchanged product.Your goodwill money cant make the product usable. You make fool of your customers. Its better to get me the exchanged product or other wise i will sue u in the court for sure.

          I am writing to this complaint regarding my refund on myntra.com. This # company is not giving my refund. It have been 20 days. Every time i called them they said please wait next 10 days. My order no is[protected]-6309701

          Every time they filed a complaint regarding this and close after 10 day with no response.
          My last complaint number from their side is - in[protected]

          They are really big cheaters. When i call them then they put my number on hold approx 6-7 min then say sorry for inconvinience.

            I have placed an order for 4 kurtis which was shipped in 3 different packages. I received 2 kurtis but the other 2 kurtis which say it was delivered on december 31st 2019 was not received by any o[censored]s. Raised complaint and called many times but all they say is we delivered the product check with apartment people or the neighbors which v already did

              I have been trying all the means to contact the myntra customer services yet they delayed all the complaint i made to them. I was always told to wait for 48 hours whenever i made the call to the service.

              Cancellation: due to delay delivery and i make a change of my residence.

                3 products from myntra tracking number ml[protected] were supposed to deliver on 30 dec but i haven't received till today 19 jan. Such a useless support team of myntra i would have called them 15 times.. Every day they tell within 24 hr our senior will call and i never received a call or solution to my issue.
                They are nor re dispatching my product which are available in stock.
                Hi myntra good strategy to loot customers in the name of sale..

                  I have ordered clarks shoes on myntra on 23rd dec 2019 for rs 4019 and it was delivered on 4th jan 2020. As the color of the shoe was not matching with the picture shown of the site, i have raised return on 5th jan 2020.
                  But the return was picked up on 9th jan 2020.

                  After couple of days the shoes were picked up, we kept getting messages saying that return is rejected as the price tag is missing. I have called myntra couple of times reporting about the messages. Each time the complaint was registered by the support guys, and after couple of days, got messages saying that the case is resolved.

                  On 18th jan 2020, courier guy came back with the shoes saying he is asked to deliver back. This time the shoes are damaged and the price tag is only present on one of the shoe. Courier person has also mentioned he was having more the 5 such re-shipped cases on the same day and some issue at myntra.

                  I have called back myntra and spoke to the customer service person for more than 20 mins. I was promised that the issue will be addressed and an incident is raised.
                  On 19th jan, i have a message saying the incident is resolved. I have called back myntra again about the message. This time, call centre guy mentioned that the request is rejected as there is not price tag.

                  Call centre person said that the log in myntra shows that the courier person refused to pick the shoes on 5th jan as the price tag was missing. This is absolute lie and cheating, as he picked the shoes on 9th jan and again returned on 18th jan.

                  I am so frustrated as i will now have to use a damaged goods and the one which i did not like at all. More frustrating is the price is higher on myntra compared to other site.
                  Please help to get my money. I am really so upset that i feel my day is ruined. Why should i pay and use a damaged goods because of issues at myntra.

                  I need justice to this issue. Please help me.

                    My name is kalyani. Before some days i purchased a kurti on online shopping app myntra. I paid amount of 554 rupees for the same order by using my atm. I was waiting for my order to arrive. One day the delivery boy came to my house but i couldn't receive his call. After some time i called back on that number so the same delivery boy told me that he will come tomorrow again with the order to deliver. But he did not come the next day and i received a text saying 'order is delivered'.
                    I called delivery boy but he did not answer my phone. So i waited for some days but he did not come. Then i called consumer complaint number of myntra, the lady said order has been delivered. Or you should have complained the same day when you received text message of parcel being delivered. Its last now and she cant do anything about it. These are their rules.

                    I did not receive my parcel. And also my money is wasted. That was a mistake by delivery boy. He didn't deliver my parcel.
                    Either make delivery or return my money back.

                      I had ordered "roadster women maroon cardigan" with order id[protected]-2417901. This was ordered on 17th dec 19.

                      The bill was paid online before the delivery. The order was finally delivered on 11th jan 20. As the representative was unable to reach on the given number, and the third time i received a call from the hadapsar godown of myntra that the product was stuck in transit. The address for delivery was my office address. Hence, the delivery time should be between 9 am to 5 pm. As 11th jan 20 was a second saturday, the delivery was made when the office was closed due to weekly holiday.

                      I wanted information on who has received the courier on my behalf. This is on 19th jan20. But the representative at the call center mentioned that it's way too late to give information on who has received the delivery of my courier!!! A customer who has been ordering from myntra for almost 5 years now, this is the first time that this has happened. When asked to refund the money, they mentioned that even this can't be done.

                      So now i do not know where my product has been delivered and to whom - and when asked for basic details of the person who has received the courier, i get a response that its too late and myntra does not have / cannot retrieve these details..!!!??? The call center reference no. Was in[protected]. They refused to log a complaint as it's beyond 5 days of delivery of the product.

                      This is cheating the consumer. And as an rti act essential, this is the basic detail that myntra should have regarding goods that a customer has already paid for, but myntra has no proof of delivery.

                      Also, when i called the customer care, they just kept my call on hold an did nothing to address my query. They kept me waiting. The call was transferred to mr. Ankrit kumar, who mentioned that he will transfer the call to the supervisor, and he never did.

                      Pathetic..!!! Do not trust this company. My order was worth rs 900. What if the consumer had ordered an expensive stuff? And the delivery was not traceable. And worst, myntra will not have details of who has accepted the delivery at the address after 5 days of delivery.

                      Now i wonder, if the product has even been delivered
                      . Or are they just fleecing the consumer.? All i asked was for details on who has accepted my order so that i can collect my delivery.

                        A month ago i had ordered a jacket (H & m) amount of rs 3999/- but they had delivered me a wrong order i. E. A sweater amount of rs.1999/-, thereafter, on several occasions i had made complaints before their customer helpline services and they asked to to send a pictures of tax invoice, price tag, picture of that worng product and picture of a box. Although, i had sent all the picture as they had asked for but till date no response from their side and i also requested for my actually ordered product but they refused to send my actual ordered product.

                        Apart from that till date no one has come for pickup that wrongly delivered product and also i have not receive my money that i had paid for
                        And due to the negligence on their part i am facing various difficulties. So please help

                          In continuation to my earlier emails dated 09/1/2020, 11/01/2020, 13/01/2020, 15/01/2020 and complaint number in[protected] registered on 18/01/2020, i would like to highlight the following points with respect to my return request for necessary course of action:
                          1. The return request was placed on 08/01/2020 as the trackpant was tight and uncomfortable to wear.
                          2. The pickup person came to pickup the product on 09/01/2020 but the undersigned was unavailable at his residence and had requested the person to reschedule the pickup for the next day.
                          3. The pickup person had wrongly and mistakenly mentioned the return reason as “quality issues failed” as confirmed by the nearest delivery hub telephonically which can be crosschecked by myntra.
                          4. The same was clearly informed to myntra repeatedly through emails on the above mentioned dates and the complaint was registered for the same on 09/01/2020.
                          5. A return approval email was received by the undersigned on 13/01/2020 with return id [protected] and the customer had informed the nearest delivery hub to pickup the product with respect to this email.
                          6. The product has not been picked up till date and on 17/01/2020, i had received a email from myntra mentioning return request is put on hold.
                          7. The undersigned has been registering complaints for return pickup initiation since 09/01/2020 repeatedly and almost 5-6 complaints have been registered with respect to same matter but the product has not been picked up till date which clearly shows lack of customer friendly behaviour by myntra team.
                          8. The product delivered to me is not different and is same but the trackpants is tight so mentioning the wrong reason as “quality check failed” and not picking up the product even after receiving a return approval email is not justified at any platform.
                          9. The photo of the delivered product was attached in my previous emails to myntra along with all the necessary tags and bar code stickers which clearly reveals the delivered product. The undersigned is running from pillar to post but to no avail.
                          10. The undersigned is repeatedly contacting myntra customer care and the nearest delivery hub for a response with no fault of his.
                          11. The customer care team is registering complaints on daily basis since 9 jan and on the above mentioned dates and is giving one week wait time for response after each complaint which will not be further tolerated by the undersigned.
                          12. From this email i hereby inform myntra to immediately pickup the product and refund the amount to bank account so as to avoid any further necessary action from the customer’s side and if myntra wants the customer to have a continuing shopping experience on future orders. Till then, the customer has put on hold any further purchase from myntra.com.
                          So, please see to it and do the needful at the earliest.

                            Item is not yet delivered, when we call to customer care - they are telli ng to wait everytime & not telling when it will be delivering. If ask why it is delaying they just disconnecting.

                              The worst experience of mine with myntra in last 6 years. I don't think so myntra deserve loyal costumer.
                              I will never recommend myntra anymore to anyone.

                              I have ordered almost 4 products. Out of 4 products. The size issue was there. I called to costumer care & i cross checked for size, the executive said you can create a return or wait until size is not available. I said to executive create return
                              She denied.

                              As myntra newly launched insider points, but they have not updated about that if you will going to redeem this insider points your returns & exchange will get automatically cancel. Even though i was having word with executives but they did not informed not to redeem that points

                              @myntra many costumers does not understand new cheap policies of myntra. Your executive is saying that once you were redeeming points there was a notification that return & exchange will not be available for specific product.
                              There was no notification given by myntra while the time of redeeming points.

                              I was not updated with this cheap policy now myntra is not exchanging product ultimately i lost 4000/-

                              Just for the sake of 400/- myntra cheated to me

                                I had returned a wach of swatch costing 12800 on 6 jan 2020, myntra guyz had put it on hold stating the quality had failed.. N there was no price tag whereas there is a price tag on the box.. I have sent en no of emails stating the same as well as have spoekn to the escaltion desk... They assured me to help me with this everytime i spoke to them, i kept calling them almost everyday to followup on same.. Finally i received a mail stating they can't help and are resending the watch to me.. Again i called escaltion desk and spoke to senoior she confirmed that the price tag is visible in one of snap.. N she also said that if i get the delivery i should accept it and later call myntra desk.. They will help me in again creating a request for return.. I have now accepted the watch.. And when called myntra guyz say that there is no such facility of recreating a return...
                                I had returned the watch in the same condition as received the very next day i had received..
                                Need help here since the amount is big.. Plzz

                                  I ordered two white shoes from myntra. The brown primary pack age in which the shoes were received caused some marks in the shoes. I ignored them and just tried the size. But as both of them were unfit, i placed a return request stating that the size was unfit. The products were completely unused and this can be known by seeing the product. They were in the same condition as they were received. But the courier agent denied to pickup stating that the product wad damaged, because of the marks placed by the box i had earlier referred to. Even the courier agent was satisfied that the product was unused and the marks would have been before delivery! He asked me to contact the customer care and ask them to place a return without quality checkup. I did so. But the complaint was rejected. I complained again and again it was denied stating that the product was checked before shipping and was in good condition. But what after shipment?! What about the transit process?! Who takes the responsibility? We pay myntra for the shipment and thus its their duty to ensure due care during transit. Now they are denying their responsibility! I have no option left!

                                    This my order no:[protected]-7782903. I have placed my order 25-dec-2019 as per myntra status order will be delivered before 5-jan-2020. On 6th morning i had a call to the executive that i didn't receive my order. She said we registered a call regarding kindly wait for 15-jan-2020 than i had a call 15 jan evening he said to wait for the end of the day surely you will receive a call. But i didn't get a call. On 16th jan i request to call on myntra contact us. Again one senior said ma'am wait for 24hr we will call you within 24hr and update you regarding your product. But the same they did not call. Today again i had a call with senior executive sahil said to wait for 24 hr i will update you surely.

                                        This mail is to complain regarding the recent issue i have faced with returning of the low-quality product, which even forcing me to file a legal consumer complaint against your company.

                                        Brief of what happened:

                                        I placed the order on your website on 19th dec 2019 roadster men navy blue self design pullover order number is[protected]-9000003 xl size i ordered it for my brother but the size was too large so requested for exchange the product with l size on 27th dec then i got message from myntra on 02jan as my order is shipped already and it will deliver today but within 5-10 min received message that "we are unable to deliver your order as valet reaches my home i was not at home so he went back with my exchange order" even thought on 2nd jan i was on leave i was at home they send me wrong message i called on customer care where your agents are useless they dont help us i had word with parvinder kaur she said status is undelivered so i have to wait for next delivery message i ask her without my permission how you valet can update that i am not at home she said she cant help it she just registered my complaint under complaint number in[protected] which must be resolved by 08th jan but havent received any resolution or call from myntra till now and she was not sure thet when my order will be delivered then i recoved my order next day. But size was the same with l size tag even but ignored my brother wear it for a few hours when he came back home sweater was tore from self-printed design.

                                        What the hell within a few hours your product get tore you guys are selling a low-quality product it's better that i should buy it from somewhere else i placed return request on 13th jan next day valet came and picked my order but he said without tag they will not return but he will try once if it will not be returned then it will be reshipped to me i ask him that doesn't return me again please return to myntra i don't want it. As i checked online on google i can return the product with or without a tag as will with receipt.

                                        Today i received back my order to me i ask him why u returning me he said mam they rejected it without tag you need to talk customer care only then he left. I called on [protected] and spoke to ashish i explained to him everything that i don't have a tag i didn't know that i have to return its quality will be low i just but to wear it then why would i take care of tag as well he said he can't do anything my returning request is on hold i will get resolution on 21st jan so i have to wait for it i ask him after getting my resolution on 21st jan can i request for return again he said he doesn't know he can't tell anything for this he is not sure i have to wait till 21st jan. I ask him whos is manager available and connect me to him i want to talk to him he said ankur is manager and tell he is putting my call on hold to connect him after 5 min he came back and said manager is busy somewhere else he is arranging call back i ask when will i get call back he said he doesn't know within 24-48 hour. I was so angry i disconnected the call with the statement i am going to email to your senior.

                                        What kind of service you guys giving at the time of exchange there was the same response from your customer care and now this time as well while returning i received the pathetic service from myntra.

                                        Such a pathetic customer service company! It's not about the money it's about quality of product you guys are selling.

                                        I don't want this highly low-quality product i want my money back that it rs.1129.00!
