I ordered a nike shoe worth rs 5, 035/- from myntra shopping app on 6th feb 2020. I received the product on 11th feb. The size was small so i requested for an exchange within 10 minutes of receiving the product.

On 15th feb, the delivery person came with the new product but before he took back the earlier product, he checked and he said he cannot take as the price tag was missing. I told him that i receive without any price...

I ordered a jacket from myntra when i received it was factory damaged i put exchange request but they did not give respond to it so i decided to return it. After several attempt a delivery boy come to pick my item but then also he did not take my product back as the returned request was not approved. After a short time i recieved mail that my order put on hold because it is damaged (As i said when i recieved it was already factory damaged) i called customer care 4 times but the didn’t resolve this.. Now i want my item exchange or get back my refund as soon as possible.

      Hi team,

      I have purchased one jacket from myntra which does not have any tag and there was a disclaimer attached with the jacket that if this disclaimer tag has been removed the product will not be delivered. The order id is 113190737456420358403. On claiming a return and refund for the product, they are claiming that they have put the tag but they don't have any proof of the same.

      However, if the white tag was there then there should not be any reason for the disclaimer tag.

      Now, they are just deceiving the customers and running a fraud business through courier without tagged product so that they can't accept the return products and ultimately earn profit from this.

      This needs to be stopped immediately so that the other customers will not get effected from this fraud business.

        Hello, my name is anurag aggarwal.
        I had ordered one jacket of indian terrain from myntra and requested to return it as i didn't like it. The myntra person has picked up my another jacket o[censored]s polo. When i came to know this, i complained about this nuisance to customer care. On that day, they told us "sir, the product picked has failed the quality check as it belongs to another company. We will return your us polo jacket and will pick up indian terrain jacket" in 3 days. It's been 7 days today, now myntra customer care person is telling the complete contradictory. They are saying company has no such policy to return non myntra product and they will not return us.
        They don't have track of my jacket already picked up, where it went, who had taken that, they have no track record of same.
        Now i want my money and jacket back as i have to return it to another company.

          I have returned the above two items and i haven't got refund yet. It's total of 1932 rs. I have updated my bank details too. Still, i see no response from myntra. It's been nearly two weeks, and i have not got my money back. I have been chasing myntra everyday through calls, and mails. Customer care is telling me to wait for another 24 hours. I see no change regarding my refund. Please refund my amount asap! I am literally exhausted.

            This is kalaiselvan. I ordered from myntra on 15th january 2020 and paid through my indian bank debit card. Then i was cancelled the order on 18th january but i didn't received my refund amount yet. Myntra giving dummy bank reference code only. I contacted to my indian bank customer care team's they were said to me this number is wrong, we can't do anything. We are not receiving any amount from myntra.com.

              I have ordered the nike running shoes on 22 dec 2019 and till 23rd jan 2020 i havent received the product. The order number is[protected]-6751503. So i filed a complaint in consumer forum and my advocate had sent a notice to the company on dec 28 stating that within 21 days from the date of notice, either the shoes or shoes amount of rs.1957 must be refunded along with rs.2000 for mental harrasment and mental agony caused to me. As a result the company had initiated the refund procedures and the amount of shoes ie rs 1957 was refunded to me. But i havent got the compensation amount of rs 2000.

              Request you to provide me rs 2000 as compensation at the earliest as otherwise it would be considered as a serious issue and will be moved to higher levels in the consumer court...

                Hi team,
                I have raised concern multiple times for same query but not getting the relevant reply so raising complain on this forum. I have return one product "crocs boys navy blue" and amount was "rs. 1476" and return no is :- [protected].
                I got the mail on 1st feb saying refund is issued but still it is not reflecting in my bank account and want to know refund reference number to get in touch with bank which is not provided as well. From 1st feb, myntra is giving irrelevant reply on my complains and close the same. Request you help me with the kids.

                Myntra is still not providing the resolution plz suggest how to get my refund because they say already refund initiated on 1 Feb but not providing bank reference number and according to bank no refund is received from Myntra.
                I didn’t receive any refund for the product I returned (Nike flip flops). Yet the app shows that the refund was already processed on 30th jan. I din’t receive any credit on that account. It was a card paid transaction.
                I had ordered an eego Italy shoes, it received it defective and already used but the delivery boy didn't exchange it saying it is dirty but i didn't wear it .. look into the matter ASAP

                  I had ordered eego italy shoes, they were defective and seemed already used i didn't even try them then i logged to exchange them the delivery boy didn't exchange it saying shoes are too dirty and he can't take it otherwise he will be debted for them, he told me to call on customer care number but no-one received it, i had complained earlier also but got no response... Look into the matter asap

                    I had ordered online on myntra for mast & harbour men white sneakers solid. They had delivered on my address on 22.01.2019 and the same day i processed for return the items online due to the large size. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return and exchange they cannot delivering. I tried twi timea once exchange and another return but they were failed. This is totally wrong, if you are delivering the item door step then you should try to return or exchange. If not then why delivered at door.

                    My request is please collect the delivered item from my door and exchange or return.. Refund the amount immediately.

                      Hi team,

                      I have received a product from myntra cost rs.779/- on 21st dec 2019 and submitted the return request also on 24th dec 2019. However, the product got returned on 3rd jan and got the mail of refund initiated to my debit account. But my source account or debit account has been completely closed on 30th dec 2019 and which is now no longer active.
                      I have forwarded my concern to the myntra team with rigorously following up with them but couldn't find any solution to my request.
                      Though i have shared my new account details with them to refund the amount rs 779/- over there coz that my source account has been completely closed and no longer in use.
                      I need an expedite solution on this. It's been more than a month and will be expecting a quick response.
                      I have been a satisfied customer of myntra but this is something which i didn't expected and i am very dissatisfied with the myntra customer redressal service.
                      Please request you to look into this matter and provide solution to it.

                        I bought a shirt as a gift for a wedding, but the shirt didn't fit and need one size bigger but by mistake, I claimed the insider point for that and now can't even exchange the shirt. I liked the shirt just want the bigger size so I contacted the customer care for the help to anyhow if they allow the exchange but they said there is no option.

                        If by mistake someone claims the points there should be an option to undo that or by talking with customer care can resolve that but they just said it can't be done. When those points are virtual and they know how much points are collected for they should have a way to retract that and offer the exchange.

                          Hi,

                          Being a regular customer of Myntra, I had ordered a BIBA Kurta Set (ORDER NO:[protected]-1214003) and I received the product incomplete (the Plazzo and the Duppata were missing). I requested for an exchange of the product the same day itself saying that the dupatta and plazza is missing with the set. The next day the delivery guy declined to accept the exchange and asked me to lodge the complaint against the same.

                          The next day I talked to one of your official and he raise the complaint (Incident: IN[protected]) against the same and said that the update on the same will be provide you by 11/02/2020. On 11/02/2020 I received an email saying that the update on this complaint by 17/02/2020.
                          Also, on 11/02/2020 I received an email saying that the order was cancelled and a refund has been initiated against the same. Refer to the screenshot attached with this mail.
                          Today, I received an email saying that the claim has been declined for this order and no further action can be taken.

                          Being a loyal customers for many years with Myntra, what kind of service you guys are providing to your customer.
                          PS: Being one of the largest E-Commerce industry advice your official to be polite with the customers.
                          No satisfactory answers were given by them. It was a straight away NO for every question I asked.

                          Either I want the complete refund for the product or the product itself. Kindly take appropriate action on the same.

                          I have returned a product to myntra and they are showing that elthe return is successful. They are saying that it takes upto 3 days for a refund to be processed. It’s been 4 days and there is not even a message from them . Help me with this refund .

                            This is samira sharma. I had ordered from myntra on 21st january 2020 for an amount of rs.467 and paid through my google pay account. I had cancelled the order on the same day and i haven't received my refund amount yet. I had contacted the myntra support team and they gave me a transaction id as a proof that the amount has been processed from their side and asked me to contact the google support team and my bank support team. The google pay team asked me to contact my bank because they are only a platform and they cannot help me with my issue. I did contact my bank but my bank support team provided me a screenshot that no records have been found for that particular transaction id. The myntra team then asked me to provide the screenshot from bank and also my bank statement as a proof. I mailed them these things but after providing all the proofs they are again asking me to contact my bank support team and google pay team. I have been contacting them since 15 days now and they are not providing me a solution from their side. First they are asking me for proofs and after providing the proofs they are asking me to do the same thing of contacting the bank and google pay team again.
                            Also, i had placed an order of amount rs. 945 on 30 january 2020 and paid through google pay and had returned the order on 3rd feb 2020. The order was picked up on 4th feb 2020 and i haven't received the amount in my bank. They are repeating the same thing that the amount has been processed from their side.
                            Kindly look into this matter.

Their was missing inner white, pant and dupatta. Immediately within 10min called customer care and complaint registered. They assured of resolving but after more than week i just received mail saying it's declined as they prechecked and sent sealed package... Then where the items gone missing..? Why customer has to go through the loss of 2062 rupees...? They have very bad service. Why customer wil raise complaint of missing item if received complete suit... They cheated many people same way... I had worst experience. The kurta was not picked up not i received my refund amount...

                                  I orderd a product and when i got it, completely different from what i had seen in the image, size, type and everythng was wrong, i called customer care they replied with a mail asking to send images etc, i did so, later jus by a tap by mistake i got insider points and few hours after that i got there reply saying they can not gve me a refund because i collected insider points. I dont know wht should i do with ths wrong product, its sure that they are able to cancel the points from there side because its just an application controlled by the myntra admin. But these people are asking me to wait, i dont knw for what, i evn font knw wht ths myntra insider point is.. So sad tht people are looking for ways to see how can tke away money from customers, shame!!

                                    My package for skechers men go 600 running shoes was delivered without any price tags on the box but all other details on it.
                                    I placed a return request due to size issue and my return request was declined as it didn't have price tags where those price tags were not even there initially.
                                    I got in touch with customer support and they have declined the return request as they are saying they have sent the box with price tag which was not even there.
