myntra selling fake products

I have ordered a puma black evostripe ultimate track pants along with one more product with ORDER NO:[protected]-9063803. When i have opened the order i realised that this is a fake product not matching with the image shown on website. The reason which I have mentioned while returning is that Product is not Original and not matching with the image shown on the website. The delivery rejected my request based on the product is not matching...

Hi team,
I had bought a few products from myntra on 26th may. Some of the delivered products had fitting issues and another wasn't of the quality as shown in pictures so I wanted to place return requests . But they have blocked my account for some unknown reasons. I tried raising a concern through there customer portal but not getting any results. It has been 5 days since i lodged a complaint on there customer help portal but no resolution yet.Everyday i will give them a call to get an update but they will give me false assurance that i 24 hours a resolution will be provided which didnt happen yet.Please help me in getting my money back from such fraud websites .

    fake fossil watch received - massive fraud by myntra

    Fake product received!!@myntra @MyntraSupport My friend had ordered a Fossil Q Exploris Touchscreen Smart Watch for INR 13, 614 and paid by COD and we have received a tampered package and a cheap fake product!! The entire package tampered and the customer care is giving silly replies and only telling us to wait and wait!

    My order is not picked up by you till yet. Why? I requested before 3 days and I was given time on two dates but wasn't process. Please pickup it as soon as possible. I may go on a trip. Your service for pick up is not satisfactory. No information is given time to time. There's no call service for inquiries. I'm not satisfied by the product and service. There should be facility for calling in customer care. I tried many times but no response. How can I purchase a product which didn't satisfy me. Please solved it as soon as possible.

      I had returned item (U.S. Polo Assn. Denim Co. Men Olive Green Printed Polo Collar T-shirt) on 31st May with price tag & other labels also but, kept on hold due to pricing tag missing.
      I dropped a mail and contact customer care but, they did give proper solution for return item.

      And I contacted customer care agent they have been telling wait 24 to 48 hours.

      Please take a proper action who is the quality check person.

        I bought Myntra gift cards for my company in bulk last and they were supposed to expire on 6th May but while trying to use them on the last date of expiry, Myntra website displayed that the voucher already expired a day before. I sent an email to the concerned person at Myntra a month back and there is still no response from them. Please help close the issue at the earliest

          I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA with the email Srashti.[protected]@gmail.com and i have bought many many products . In last few months some sale was going on and i ordered many items . Now my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. And now I have approx 6000/- rs products & I want to return few products & I have the right to raise the return in 30 days but I am not able to make a return request. i have to return them.Bt i am helpless since i am not able to access my account as its locked.Plz help me in unlocking my account.

            I have order the shirt on 23 May from myntra and the shirt was came damaged and I have asked the reason from them and they are dening saying they have done quality check and the employees disconnected the calls many times and without helping me I would like to take action against them and need necessary help being a customer.I need this to get this resolved bcz being a customer they are dening to help at all.

            I have been calling them 5 times and day they have only mail about declined status of the return as acc to them they have check the product and they do not have any proof for the quality check when I asked to provide me and they are talking rudely and they are not ready to take any action or elsacalte the issue further

              once i called from 03rd June on wards support team is telling me the same thing please give us 24 hours time we are looking into it.
              from last 5-6 days i am listening the same thing from myntra support team.

                Hi,

                I had ordered few cloths from Myntra on 20th may. I got delivery of one product on 22nd May and for the remaining product I got a delivery delayed message. So I didn't follow up with Myntra till 27th May. When I called them to check the status of my products, they said it's already been delivered and shared a POD.I told them the signature is not mine and asked them to cross check with the signature of the other product that they had delivered. After speaking to multiple customer care executives they took my complain. Since then am just getting mails from the Myntra's escalation team stating that they were trying to call me on my number and I didn't answer them. It's been more than 15 days the customer care team is not able to resolve the issue. Even the delivery person who had delivered one product, he himself said that he hasn't deliver the remaining products.

                I simply told them to refund my money as they are unable to deliver the products. I have purchased from other online stores with higher amount bt never faced such situation. I am afraid how these people are catering to other customer with similar problem.

                My few simple questions to Mantra:

                1. Do you have a proper mechanism to ensure that the product is delivered to the right person.( E.g Amazon and Flipkart share the delivery boy number on mes sage so that we can reach the delivery boy). In my case I didn't receive any message on my number and application status is also stating delay in delivery. So how can I know if they have delivered the product somewhere else.

                2. Do you have any deadline to resolve customer complain. When I called your CC they said that since I have raised the concern after five days of delivery so they cannot help. If I have not received the product then how can I know if it's 5 or 7 days of delivery.

                3. Your CC team sends numerous mails with apologies etc. But they are not really apologetic at all. They just ignore the mails that I sent after receiving their mails.Are they trained to do so? So that the customer will be at fault.

                4. Why do you ask customer their convent time? I gave my convent time twice but no one called. Do you think people don't have any work? They will just hold their phones in hand and wait for Myntra's call.

                There are numerous case pending online. I want a solution for my issue. Its my hard earned money so I can't leave it.

                Please do something to improve your service or else people will stop using your Myntra app.

                  I have mistakely added money to myntra credit.
                  So i want to that money to be refunded to my bank account. For some emergency reasons i badly want all the myntra credit in my account that i have wrongly added. So please do something so that i could get my money back.
                  So i would like you to help me in this matter because i need my money which is wrongly stored in myntra credit.

                      My myntra account has been locked yesterday without any prior information or any notice and without any specific reason.. I have many refunds for the products that has been returned. And also there are return request that are to be placed. Please look into the matter and take action asap..

                      Mynthra customer service is telling that no return will be taken once accnt is blocked..
                      But i have a return of rs.3500on that account

                      Myntra has blocked my account. And the customer care is doing nothing. They just raise the complaint and mark it resolve themselves without even giving a resolution. They are cheating with the customers. They have my 40000 Rs. I am student and that much amount of money is quite big for me. I have to create returns also. They have nit refunded my money also.
                      My myntra account has been blocked for no reason. They’ve mentioned in the email that I breached their fair use policy and carefully read through every clause there. Despite being a law student, their email is very vague and does not point to anything that I did which led to my account being blocked. Moreover when i called the customer care, they said there is no alternative and even they dont know the reasons. A customer’s account can be blocked without being told which clause/policy condition was breached. And there is no mechanism to even take this up to the higher authorities. A myntra account not just has your number but your addresses card details and your personal data attached to it. There should be some recourse.

                        Ordered a woodland wallet on myntra.com. received the package on[protected]. When I opened the myntra shopping bag the wallet box was empty. I called the customer care center they told me to wait for 3 days. Then I received a mail saying that my claim is declined. Now my trust has been broken. I want my money back. These stupid people does not respond to our complain. They delivered an empty box. How dare they put it into the shopping bag. Never going to shop on myntra. Not trust worthy.

                          Hello,
                          I am a regular user of Myntra and order from two different accounts for myntra. One is the [protected]@gmail.com and the other is [protected]@gmail.com. In the last few months, I have ordered a lot of things from Myntra however, there are times that once you order a product from Myntra in a few hours they lower the prices of the product so, naturally I am forced to create a return request and order from my alternate account. Now, because of these frequent returns they have blocked my account without any intimation. I even contacted customer care but no valid response from them. Please suggest what to do.
                          I have a dress that was delivered today, it doesn't fit me and I have to return it, and now I can't. I need urgent help. Thanks.

                            I had ordered a shoes pair from Myntra website which is not fit on the person.
                            For last six days we have been following up with the customer care to get it collected but every time they reeponse that it would get collected within 24 hours with the mail confirmation.
                            Till now we are only getting the rescheduling email and message from Myntra and no one is actually bothered of the customer pain.
                            These people have blocked money and not returning the same.

                            Would request to help us on getting the refund of our money.

                              I am a frequent customer of myntra and i have bought many many products.. I have ordered 10 products and finally i got 4 products and after that they have locked my account without any reason.. If a call to customer care, they are not giving any solutions! All products are worth rs 13500 approx.
                              My money is not a joke, i am helpless i am unable to access my account, please help me for unlocking my account..!!

                                Myntra provides such a disgusting and time consuming services. I have placed a order of dressberry on 18 may, 2019. I received a defective product then i registered a complaint. They said to wait me till 27 may then i ll get notifications or emails but i didn't get anything then i called them again and again they asked me to wait till 30. This time i got email that they will schedule a visit of executive so that i ll get perfect purse. No one had come till that day to today but yes i got some messages like your delivery has been delay we will attempt tomorrow.

                                I ordered that purse for eid but now it's just become a showpiece. Seriously disgusting services. I ll never buy anything from them. Nor theychecked product quality. Sometime i received used product... Very disappointed

                                  I have been an icon customer of myntra.com, a regular buyer on myntra since it has been launched. And now they have blocked my account without any prior notice, i am not understanding why they have to do it and keep customer's money. I have almost 14000 rs/- in myntra credit. I have called on their customer care but they people are not able to tell any reason at all.

                                  I just received an email that they are deactivating the account and all myntra credit is forfeited, No explanations. Customer care representative just say one thing ... we will resolve the issue in next 24 hours repeatedly everyday as they don't know anything. there is no other way to contact any person in myntra who can tell anything reasonable. what i am supposed to do.. let them eat up my money???

I called the customer care on 3rd june and they asked me 24 hours to resolve the problem after 48 hours when i called them again they are asking for 24 hours more i dont know what is happening how do i place return request from the locked account
