I ordered a shirt i received it today the shirt's collar was dirty it looks like its already been used i am not satisfied with the product this is really bad this has been my worst experience with any online store we pay money and buy goods to get satisfaction but wearing a used shirt is disgusting i wont trust this site anymore i have one more order left lets see how it is

    Sir my id is [protected]@gmail.com has been locked at myntra.com without any reason or information. I done shopping at myntra of 17000, and have some issues in some products.. So how i return them.. I talked to myntra custmore care but thes said that there is no information of your account... Wait for two days, we have sent your issue to concern department.. I also have money in myntra account.. The problem has not been solved..

      Great shopping experience! I have placed an order today morning. There are 4 items in total. Please note the details of delivery as below:

      Order no[protected]-8851201. The expected date of delivery is between 27th june -1st july. But i need the package latest by 28th june as this is for gifting purpose and its very important for me to get it asap.

      Could you please just help getting my package early. I will be highly obliged!!

        Me and my sister have been ordering from myntra frequently more often for our parents who are old and have been facing health issues at times. Its really disappointing that everytime the delivery boy call them up to come on the road and collect the parcel. The distance from the road to home is hardly of less than a minute. My concern is in spite of paying taxes and delivery charges why isn't myntra instructing their representatives to deliver at the doorstep? On the other hand amazon understanding customer's concern always deliver product's at doorstep. Upon calling the delivery boy and telling him about the same he denied to deliver at the door step.

          I don't understand why are you guys doing this sale and all drama as all this fake. While we are checking out the products theirs mention 40% off 60% off even 80% off but when we add that product to bag u guys charges the tax amount as egual to given discount then why is this sale n all. For e.g hrx mi bands actual price on its official site is 1299 and on myntra after discount it is 1087 or something and after adding this to bag its 1294 then where is the bloody discount and even you are showing fake price of 1799 then giving fake discount of 700 something and then at the time of payment its all equal there is no discount you people are fooling your customer. As we know tax is must but nowadays it's included in MRP only this is what we are told at all exclusive stores of all these brands now if they provide any discount then they don't charge extra tax. So if you don't want to provide any sale then please don't fake it this is really bad Myntra not acceptable.

            Xbbees is the worst courier partner of Myntra.i ordered dress for kids .after the package reached Chennai they delay delivery unnecessarily telling delivery boy is not available they didn’t done single attempt to deliver and after I complaint they wantedly sent back my courier back to Myntra without inform anything about cancellation.whenever I call they won’t answer or talk very rudely thinking that they r deliver free of money . After reached final destination sending back is too much they done it wanted ly. Myntra has to action on this particular courier partner especially that Chennai branch useless people

              I placed my order on 21 june 2019,
              And the payment option which I chosen was debit card. Amount was deducted from
              My account but order wasn’t placed. And now i cant find any means to get my
              Money back. I request either to return my money or deliver my order. I dont know online shopping business running on such a big scale can have those errors. Something need to be done as early as possible. If it wont resolve it will put negative impact on their business.Thank you

                I placed an order for shoes and received bigger size and shoes were slightly damaged. I submitted a return request but it is put on hold. The guy who came to collect the shoes also mishandled the shoes and he was rude.

                I dint use the shoes and the quality check failed due to delivery guys negligence . He was reckless and had put the shoes on road. This is the kind of annoying service Myntra is providing . Who ll buy anything from these guys if they can't give the refund to returned products. They are keeping the product also with them. I think they are doing purposely to avoid paying money

                  Dear sir/maam,
                  if myntra not provide good service to customer, then why not action on myntra.com, why don't stop the company, please see the myntra compliant and resolved persentage of customer. its 4% resolved on 1 year & another 96% How and who will be resolve...???????????? if myntra has many customer complain then they why not focus on customer complaint. we want to strictly action on myntra or resolve all customer complain early.

                    Ordered a boult audio bluetooth earphones for 1525 which was a faulty product. So i returned and got my replacement. The replaced product was also not functioning as expected. So i returned it and conveyed the same to them. Following which i didn't get any proper response from them. The product is under warranty. I got the product delivered from myntra.

                      I ordered RayBan sunglasses worth Rs 6685 on Myntra. They deliver me a defected product. And now when i have shared all the pictures and details of the product, they are still not giving me any resolution. Everyday i call the customer care and mail them, they will say the same thing that wait for 24hours and you are will receive a call back from our manager. To this date, neither have i received a resolution nor any call back. Instead i call them and mail them everyday asking for the status. All they say is that we are working on it and will give you the resolution within next 24 hours. Please help me here as my money is stuck here and i do not know what to do with it.

                        They delivered a product with missing price tag. On phone call the accepted their mistake and ensured that the pick up will be done soon. After a month of following up they sent me an email saying that the request has been declined. When I enquired on the phone they refused to share any more detail and refused to further escalate the issue. This is such a scary situation for customers as we are left with no choice at all. They can keep delivering products with faulty price tag and then can refuse to pick up and hence provide refund. I have asked them to submit proof of this investigation... The only reply I received, multiple times was I have given you all the information. I can't help you. Thank you for calling Myntra. I hope that guy dies soon!

                          I order for 2708rs from myntra and then my amount from hdfc bank got debited but my order is not processed. now i called them and they are saying no transaction is made yet, they did not received any amount. i have the msg which HDFC bank send me of deduction with me, they transfer 2708 to them. Time is also mentioned, I didn't expect this kind of thing from myntra. This made a very bad experience for me for shopping from myntra.

                            My order No:[protected]-6408601, Total order value : Rs 2059/-which i have placed on 3rd June 2019. it is already crossed the delivery date 9th june 2019. when ever i call them for update, they say 72 hours and it is almost 4 times i have filed complaint, still no action has taken and response is very bad.
                            As per company they don't have policy of returning before delivery, so if they don't deliver, they can keep the money is it so.?
                            my value of amount can be smaller, but it is still fraud activity only. if they fail or unable to deliver, they should return the money back.
                            they are not connecting to any superior to discuss or escalate this. they is very bad for the company growth.

                              I placed order from Myntra when I am trying to return product I am not able to becouse my Myntra account is blocked by Myntra saying I am raising multiple return request from my account. As I know Myntra has no question ask policy for return than why my account is blocked??
                              And I also have to raise return for some of product which were kept forcefully at my office reception by courier guy saying my order is prepaid order and they can not take them back if I wish to return them I can raise return request for after I receive product but now I am not able to raise return for any of the product.

                                I placed an order on october 26th 2018 which amounted to 3833 on myntra. And i had to refund it due to some reasons eventhough i got the refund on time Myntra recently debited the same amount from my account without my knowldge and permission. When i checked with the bank regarding these i came to know that it was debited from myntra claiming that ewhen they processed the refund they bymistakely did it twice and took back the money on 10.06.2019

                                I couldn't have used Myntra if I knew that I have to beg for my own money.

                                  The product (joggers) was due for delivery on 12th June. It has reached the warehouse on 4th June and since then no progress. I have called customer care since 12th of june and i have been asked to wait for 72+48+48 hours saying case manager will give a call on registered number . I have not received any response nor is myntra willing to initiate a refund.

                                  Being a loyal customer of myntra, I am harassed by this behaviour as I have travelled overseas and it is not possible for me to follow up every day.

                                      I ordered three t-shirts from Myntra on 7th June’19 and the delivery date was 13th June’19. I did not receive the order till date i.e. 20th June’19 and the order was prepaid. Every time I called customer care they gave me TAT. First 72 hrs TAT then 24 hrs TAT, even after consulting with their Supervisor she gave me 72 HRS TAT. It sucked because you get another TAT and they don’t have any resolution/information/ update on the Complaint that you have raised (Complaint No. 1N[protected]. Along with that no way to cancel the order until you have received the items. It’s been more than a week and still you have to wait.
                                      Worst delivery logistics and worst case resolution rate. They don’t have any way to cancel the order and refund the amount. Even on their website or app even their customer service don’t have any option to cancel.
                                      So please anyone purchasing items from Myntra BEWARE of their USER UNFRIENDLY SERVICES.

                                        I ordered a Blue Vero Moda dress from Myntra for XL size and received Pink dress from ONLY brand. But when I complained for the exchange of the product then there was an option for the reason of exchange and there I filled wrong product received. I filed this exchange request on 4th of June and till now the product is not exchanged. Everyday the delivery person comes and ask for exchange and whenever I show the wrong product they deny for the exchange. These exchange iterations have been done approximately 10 times when delivery person comes and deny for the exchange. I have also raised complaint two times by attaching the pictures of the wrong product on the Myntra customer care number via email but is not resolved till now. I'mm really fed up of these iterations and I'm not getting any solution.
