I had ordered a blue jeans of roadster from myntra of "size 30" and the jeans which i got is very much broad and though it is printed there "size 30" but it is bigger than that and when i tried to exchange my order it is showing that the product is out of stock and in that case i am compiled to return the product and as we know myntra do not give the shipping money back. But why i have to bear the cost of shipping when it is fault of myntra that they provided me a bigger jeans and then when i want to exchange it they don't have the product in stock and they are asking my to refund it at a lesser price compared to which they sold me.

It's like a fraud with the customers that they have to be 500% sure before making an order to myntra that if the product comes wrong myntra will surely take there money even or not you are satisfied with the product or not and when you want to return them they will charge shipping for no reason.

I just want that please myntra exchange my product... Customer don't want their money they just need a good product from you they are ready to pay for that... Just don't play these types of games with your customers.

    Dear sir / mam,

    Item got returned, but money didn't received. Myntra delivery boy marked as delivered instead of return. And money is stuck with myntra and shoes has been returned to the company.

    I ordered a shoes from myntra order number:[protected]-3000103 and we've returned the product to deliver boy. But the delivery boy didn't updated the status correctly and still the status is showing as delivered instead of return which is affecting my payment return
    We're following up with myntra from 2 weeks and we're not getting proper response from them. We've also raised a incident with them inc number: in[protected]
    But in this also they closed the ticket without resolving the issue.

    I request you to please take some action against this issue as this is affecting my payment return and we're not getting any response from them.

    They sent a delivery boy to pick the product that we don't have and have not yet initiated the refund process... Please help as this is affecting our daily schedule ... Attaching image of the current status shwoing in my My travel account

    Its has been 11days still the amount is not credited in our account...they have taken the product on Jan 29th

      The day I received the defective product on that very same day, I requested for the return process. After being declined almost 7-8 times in 5 days, and also after speaking to customer care executive for almost 10 times, here I am sending the complaint in writing.
      Hope this time the defective product would be collected and I do not have to wait more to get refund of the amount that I paid for the same. UNEXPECTED FROM MYNTRA, I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BEST PLATFORM FOR ONLINE SHOPPING.

        I had ordered for a product from Myntra which due to size issues had to be returned. I faced a lot of problems during return as the pick up person would cancel the pick every day and postpone it on his own without any notice to me. after five consecutive days, my product was picked up. I received a mail saying the money to be refund has been processed and will be transferred to my account within 7-10 days. Its been 23 days since then and there's no response. The customer care number provided on the website doesnt connect at all. i want my money back.

          I have ordered 5 items(1884 RS) from myntra on Feb 8th 2019. The expected delivery was on 15th Feb but delivery was delayed and on 16th Feb I got a mail that your items were delivered but I didn't receive any calls from courier partner on that day how it is possible?next day also I was waiting for the products but not received Anything.status shows that 4 items delivered and one still pending
          I have called customer care office the person who spoke to me told that we will check on it and get back to you within in 72 hrs but didn't get any call back.
          How people can trust these kind of service? didn't expect these things from myntra at least I need my money back

              My myntra order confirmation[protected]-3831401) placed on 31st january priced rs.493. It was delivered on 8th february. After it got delivered, i found that it was a missing item parcel. There were supposed to be 2 showpieces in that parcel - santa claus & christmas tree. I was delivered that christmas tree only. I instantly raised this complain & at 7:41pm received
              Incident number [incident: in[protected]]. This case was initially dealt by garima srivastava, then shoeb hamza & after that by libby oswin who on 13th february decided to initiate the return of this missing item parcel. But i checked the customers complains at facebook & found that everyone is saying that myntra never initiate refund after return. So, i was not accepting the proposal. But on friday 15th february, a male agent called me from number [protected] at 3:49pm spoke with me for 24 mins & assured me that if i choose myntra wallet as the mode of refund money transfer then i will get the money on the same day instantly as i initiate return. I believed this fraud agent & initiated the return on 17th february at 11:30am. Awb number[protected] & return request number: [protected]. But today is 20th february. Since 17th february i am calling at their customer care section & asking them to refund my money but they are not cooperating. Instead they are saying that quality check is not complete. This is a false statement as before handing over that return pick up slip, the courier boy took much time to complete the quality check infront of me of that 1 item. I am sure, myntra have absolutely no intention to give my refund money back. Neither that agent who spoke with me over phone nor the facebook agents ever told me that i will have to wait for any quality check procedure. I have complained about this matter to myntra & received a computer generated number - [incident: in[protected]]. But they are not replying to my complain. I am attaching all the screenshots as proof.

              Myntra has got the delivery of my returned parcel yesterday still they are NOT INITIATING the REFUND.

              I was supposed to get what I ordered but instead they delivered me another product altogether.

                I had placed an order on the 10th Feb 2019 and got an update that my package has been shipped on the 11th feb 2019. Henceforth, I haven't received any update on the same. Although the promised date is 17th Feb 2019. I wish to receive my product by the 16th but looks like it won't be delivered even to my City by then.

                  I bought carlton london peep toes shoes from myntra delivered on 8th of feb. Placed return request as the product didn’t fit me and exchange wasnt an option as size was unavailable. I placed the return req on 11th february and since then i receive messages about pickup and pickup failed at the end of the day saying i requested for a reschedule. After the fourth day, my request was canceled saying i wasn’t available for the return. The pickup executive didn’t even attempt once. After lot of follow ups, i raised another request for the same product and again the same thing happened. The messages say pickup failed because i requested for reschedule. This is pure harassment.

So I return to the company.on 23 Jan my product was picked up by courier named Ecom xpress.i sent so many emails to the company.i also attached the copy of receipt provide by courier.on record of courier the product was delivered on 29 Jan.                         Sir my name is shiv om from hisar haryana... Courier executive from hisar pawan and kamaljeet kumar both are cheating with mantra and also with customers... They are clearly offered that gave him a copy product or wrong product.. Means same product which is used by us... They will passed it... We have to gave him 50% price of the real price of product... I denied to this deal so they locked my mantra ac which is linked by [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com... Thay locked my account bcoz i complained the mantra of courier executive... This is very strange... I informed the hall matter to mantra threw email.. But there is no action taken by mantra... And courier is continue with his false product sending business...

                          I have purchased a nike jacket charcoal and grey colour size small with order no[protected]-3783403 .they delivered damage and defective product ( stitching problem ) . so i raised a return request with return request no-[protected] on 13th feb 2019 and delivery came to pick up the product and hold the return and told to get approval for this return . I contacted myntra customer care and raised a complaint but after 2 days they declined...

                          Hi,

                          I tried placing an order on myntra app on jan 22, 2019 for two dresses from stalkbuylove amounting inr 1627 but the order was not placed and the payment got deducted from my standard charted bank credit card.

                          I have checked it from my bank's end and they have quoted that the amount was paid to the merchant and is not yet refunded. They have shared the reference transaction number as [protected].
                          I have been calling myntra almost everyday and have also shared the transaction details as shared by the bank plus the bank's statement still there is no response from their end.

                          Please help me on this issue.

                            I have purchased two nayo kurthies from myntra. When i got the product, the fabric quality is too bad. Then i request for return. But after 7 days the request become cancelled. Then i again try for the same. Again after 7 days. It cancelled.in between these day i was talk with the myntra customer care representative more than 15 times. They give surety that, their agent will come and pick the product. But 20 days is gone. No agent is come here for the reverse pickup. Very bad service and. I really fedbup.
                            I need my refund.

                              My order no.:[protected]-6574301 priced rs.1958. On 11th february, i was delivered this athena red hooded trench coat. The item which was delivered was used, dirty, torn, beltless, foul smelling. I instantly raised exchange request through app highlighting the above mentioned negative details regarding coat to the seller. On 11th february i received a confirmation from seller that he has approved exchange. He shipped that new parcel on 14th february. On sunday 17th february as the courier person biswajit came for pick up he denied to do that saying he has not received an email confirmation from myntra to pick up dirty garment & deliver the fresh exchange parcel to me. He has kept that parcel delivery on hold & myntra is also not cooperating. I am continuously contacting them but they are not replying properly. I had complained at myntra facebook too. At that time also they gave fake assurance that they will look into this matter but which they never did. The seller supported my cause but myntra is intentionally not delivering my parcel sent by seller.

                              I I had bought many of the apparels from myntra. I had got cash on delivery in the pincode 798601, but now they are telling me there is no delivery here. Please, I want the solution fast...

                                  My self amit gupta and i had placed the ordered for some undergarments accessories dated on 08/02/2019 at 8:46 pm. Order id no.[protected] 8998503 physically received the products dated on 12/02/2019 at 10:32 am. I had checked the items but 3 products are fault. Two products are defected pieces and one other product is wrong item delivered. I had contacted to myntra customer care representative team guys and also talked to two times in supervisor regarding this matter. So everybody ask me and surety he will pick up the fault products asap by courier. Believe me at least 4-5 times approved the return pick up successfully and after that refused for the same from courier person. Yes it's forth times physically person clearly speak to courier guy he will not take or pick up the undergarments accessories along clearly instruction to myntra customer care team but he was asking he will not pick up due to some instruction to our manager and don't pick up for the same. Every time pick up request approved from myntra side and every time refused from courier guys. And already crossed to 6 days and waste the my money, energy and time. Every day 1/2 hour to 1 hour daily calling to myntra customer care team and update the matter but not resolve the problem till time. I also speak to customer care team and say i will personally handover these faults products to your nearby warehouse but he can't accept for the same. I am the new customer and very disappointed and unhappy regarding for the ordered.

                                  Now it's already too delay and no result from myntra side. I need my full refund amount to my original payment method. So pls. Look into this matter and top priority base you will sort out the case immediately basis.

                                    My daughter purchased one pant from myntra.com online shopping through the app size 30 on[protected] but she received the pant with size 34, it was returned since the size was wrong. After that exchange came again with wrong size of 32. The same was return by us and requested for return of money.
                                    She got the refund of payment of rs. 1028/- in the form of myntra credits???

                                    Why it is in the form of credit when they can't fulfil the customer requirements with commitments. Now they got the material back with them and our money too??

                                    We want or money back either to our bank account or through cheque.
