My myntra order confirmation[protected]-3831401) placed on 31st january priced rs.493. It was delivered on 8th february. After it got delivered, i found that it was a missing item parcel. There were supposed to be 2 showpieces in that parcel - santa claus & christmas tree. I was delivered that christmas tree only. I instantly raised this complain & at 7:41pm received
Incident number [incident: in[protected]]. This case was initially dealt by garima srivastava, then shoeb hamza & after that by libby oswin who on 13th february decided to initiate the return of this missing item parcel. But i checked the customers complains at facebook & found that everyone is saying that myntra never initiate refund after return. So, i was not accepting the proposal. But on friday 15th february, a male agent called me from number [protected] at 3:49pm spoke with me for 24 mins & assured me that if i choose myntra wallet as the mode of refund money transfer then i will get the money on the same day instantly as i initiate return. I believed this fraud agent & initiated the return on 17th february at 11:30am. Awb number[protected] & return request number: [protected]. But today is 20th february. Since 17th february i am calling at their customer care section & asking them to refund my money but they are not cooperating. Instead they are saying that quality check is not complete. This is a false statement as before handing over that return pick up slip, the courier boy took much time to complete the quality check infront of me of that 1 item. I am sure, myntra have absolutely no intention to give my refund money back. Neither that agent who spoke with me over phone nor the facebook agents ever told me that i will have to wait for any quality check procedure. I have complained about this matter to myntra & received a computer generated number - [incident: in[protected]]. But they are not replying to my complain. I am attaching all the screenshots as proof.

Updated by Arpita Acharya Myntra has got the delivery of my returned parcel yesterday still they are NOT INITIATING the REFUND.
