I placed my order for a zaveri pearls set and received it on march 6th. However, when i opened the pack the third string was loose and all the pearls were lying in the packet. I placed an exchange order immediately. The ekart delivery boy came on march 18th, examined my product like i was a criminal and said it cant be exchanged. Then he handed over the phn so that i can talk to a myntra ex. He said i have to file a complain and will get mail within 72 hrs. I got the mail now (19th march) and it is saying that return request cancelled!! What the hell is this!! Cheaters. Sending faulty products and then also not exchanging.

Very poor quality product.It does not seem original because i saw many unstitched Threads in my shirt and in my jeansyou guys are making fool in the name of Brand providing local quality product

    Today (19.03.18) i got a call from myntra delivery person named as kundu store - kundu str from kolkata for picking up on of my order (Return no.- [protected]) placed on 18.03.19. I was in bus so i wasn't able to talk so he abused me.
    He said some vulgar words.
    I never thought myntra delivery person would ever do like this, they be aware enough while hiring someone. This creates a bad reputation of the store. Do take action against it.

    On 15.3.2018 i have received an message that my package is out for delivery and after an hour i have received message again that the product has been delivered but I did not delivered anything and even in myntra app the same status of delivery is shown.

Zaveri pearls earrings there is a defect in product so put an option replacement your ekart logustics delivery boy talked rudely and not handovered me the product... Tell him to learn englush its defect not damaged i want my replacement product i want product tell ekart logistics gwalior to deliver the product.. I placed 10 march for replacement

        I received wrong product and pick up was done on 11th march 2019 but till now no updates of refund nd pick and delivery agent was very rude nd bad behavior now for refund daily m calling myntra but even higher officials also not listening, avoiding me, not giving my refund, they have taken my money and shoe both, very very bad service nd nd customer care executive are totally nonsense giving fake promises to me even mangers also, myntra is worst service ever, pathetic experience.             I am a premium myntra costumer who shops at least about 1lakh worth products from myntra every year. Last month i bought an innerwear product. Before buying i checked on the product page if it has return available. It said 30 days return available. After receiving the product, i did not like it as the product did not match its description. I placed a return request. For close to a month nobody picked the product up. When i called myntra customer care, they mentioned that the product needs to be self-shipped. (Please note, all this while i was not informed about it). I argued with them saying it is not mentioned anywhere on the page. That is when they say i should have checked the faqs where it is written. This is awful as one cannot go through all the policies before buying products. If it was different policy for that particular type of product they should mention it under that page itself. Customer care refused to even transfer my call further to its supervisor as they thought my concern was not genuine. They clearly said if i argue for next 20 mins also they wont transfer the call.

              This is regarding order no 110355494662678906903 men's navy blue solid sliders size 8 which i ordered but i was shipped wrong product a ladies crocs size 6 so i had applied for a exchange but today exchange guy came and didn't accept the exchange because still its showing in myntra that i was shipped the men's slider navy blue size 8 which is actually wrong i was shipped a wrong product i received a wrong product please correct it and ship me the right product or refund my money urgently

                I had ordered products more than rs. 40, 000 on myntra.com and they blocked my account with this open order. This happened around 16th and i am in contact with them from that time. When i asked them why the account is blocked in between of an order, they have no answer.
                Till now, they were responding to my mails and they informed that they will observe my account but when i asked them that "to observe the account, they would have to open the account", they have a fix anwer that they cant do anything.
                Now i have an order in which half of the things don't fit me and i cant exchange/return them because they have blocked my account.

                Desirable resolution is for me to be able to exchange/return the required product and get the refund of the same.

                I have been cheated of Rs.40, 000 when they block the account with an open order. Harassing the customer by blocking them in mid of an open order where they are crippled in a way that they have to keep the "misfit" and the defective clothes because they have been blocked mid way.

                  This is the product which i ordered on 12 march. And today i. E on 15th i got the message that the product is delivered. But i didn't received it and neither someone whom i know has received the product.
                  It was delivered to someone else, of whom i have no knowledge of.
                  Delivery guy doesn't had any professionalism while talking, he infact hung up my call while talking about the matter.
                  Please look into the matter, such kind of service and unprofessionalism is not expected from reputated company like yours.

                    I have purchased a adidas pod shoe worth ₹13, 999 under order id :[protected]-1553303 on 07 march. The shipment was delivered well sealed but there was only one shoe in the box, not a pair of shoe.

                    I raised a concern in regard to this and kept following up with them. After a few days when i contacted them on 15th march, they stated that my request has been declined as the shoe was completely delivered to me.

                    They wouldn’t listen to anything and kept repeating the investigation is closed and that’s the resolution they can provide.

                    Now i have lost my money and have only one shoe which i couldn’t pair with.

                      I ordered a kurtha and a wrong product got delivered to me. Then i had requested for an exchange instead they filed it as a return. Again i had to call them up & ask for an exchange, they asked me to cancel the return & ask for an exchange again. When i did so they entered a wrong address for pickup. Now they say "it has already been shipped & you cancel it only when its out for delivery and that too i have to call up the delivery guy. Then again call us up and ask for return."how is this even fair?

                        Hi myntra team,

                        I just wanted to let you know that i had placed an ordered of gerua palazzo set (In orange & grey color), which i had received in november 2018 was having the list of defects, which are as follows.

                        1. I had return the order & asked for the another one for the same. Because after receiving i found out some colour difference in palazzo.

                        2. Second time when i had placed an ordered, i was not in town & was having busy schedules. So i did not get time to check & thought & trusted that it will be fine now. But when i took out now to wear it, i saw there were so many defects in the palazzo. Pictures are attached below.

                        This is a serious issue for me. Because i have paid 1428/- for the shet which i have got without checking from your end. Please solve this issue from your end.

                        Also please note, this is not the first time i have ordered. I order from myntra very often, but i never had this sort of issue, & have faith also that this will not happen again with any of your customer too.

                        Hope i can expect a good response from your side.

                          I have been charged more than the amount i have been asked to pay at the time when i placed the order ssafras women teal blue solid maxi dress bearing order no[protected]-4709703 of rs755.00 my shppng chrge was free on the time of placement of the order so no summry of shpng is imcluded in the order histry but when i recieved the product i had paid more than the original amount. Rs904.. But if i want to return the product. M not going to be refunded the full amount at one time because in the order summry there is no details about the shippning charge refunded. Amount should be only rs 755.. Which was the original one...

                            I am myntra customer from last 8 years n this time myntra cheated me badly. My damaged product was picked up but refund hasn't had been sent yet. I tried callin customer care n no. of times but its of no use. Its bad that myntra did to me. Everythime i call them the response they give is never concrete. This s how myntra s payin back to a loyal customer.

                              I have ordered 14 products from Myntra.Out of 14 products, 2 products delivered to me was wrong.I raised a complaint for this on 25th Feb and have been asked to wait for 72 hours.After waiting for the specified time frame when I called to the customer care, everytime I have been asked to wait for 24 hours.After waiting for 10 days when I called to Myntra I have been informed that the request is declined and when I asked for reason no proper reason was provided.Again I raised a new complaint on 6th March and till now I am waiting to get it reaolved.Every it is me only who keeps calling an asking for the updates I believe it should be myntra responsibility aa well to provide an update to customer if you are not meeting your deadlines.

                                We placed an order 110208819651964777701 for a shirt of size 46. Myntra delivered a size 44. Return request was raised and the product was picked up by a delivery guy named Manoj. We never received a return message. And we raised the issue with Myntra for the same. The team has been harassing us on this issue. Neither are they coordinating with us for this. We have been trying to follow up on this but they are not giving us any solution. Pathetic service. Fraudulent site. I would never recommend Myntra and will surely raise this issue on all the social forums.

                                    On 15th of feb.'19, a fraud buyer logs into my myntra account, changes all details like password, contact no. Delivery address, places an order using my wallet balance of rs. 870, which subsequently gets delivered on 22nd feb.'19. The matter was discovered by me on 25th feb.'19 when i tried logging into my account. Since then i spoke to customer care several times, sent mails to [protected]@myntra.com, highlighted in social media platforms but without any noteworthy response from myntra. Further there reaction was very casual, reluctant and insensitive towards a customer's suffering even till today (14th mar.'19). I have proved that the delivery address where the item got delivered does not exist at all and the contact number linked with it is also invalid. I was not intimated about my order placement nor about the claim of my wallet balance. But myntra is trying to ignore the entire matter and not taking any concrete action against the loss i have suffered.

                                      An order has been placed in my account by some one on 11 th march 2019, i have called myntra customer care and raised a complaint.

                                      I have asked them to stop the order and the person told they can not stop as it is in packed status. I am following them and they say wait for 24 hours. Now the status of that order shows shipped.

                                      Kindly help to get hacked order cancel and refund my money.

                                        I had ordered this steve madden watch. When i received the watch i realised that the other 3 dials of the watch were mock. I placed a return for the product and the concerned person took the product from me the very next day and he checked all the price tags right in front of me. I later received a message that the product wasn't accepted in the quality check process and i had to contact the customer care for further details. They told me that the price tag was missing, i also informed them that the product was returned to them as it was and no changes had been made to it. They still didn't help me in any manner. Two days later i received a message that the product will be reshipped to me. I called them again regarding the same and now they're telling me that i will have to go through the return process again. I expected the return process to be very smooth. It is upsetting that even though i'm very loyal with myntra yet they do not consider my issue and help me out with the same. This situation has given me trust issues with online shopping. I don't think i'll ever place an order with myntra hereafter.
