I have ordered two items to myntra one is Anouk's Women Navy Blue & Red Printed Kurta with Trousers & Dupatta. SIZE-XS(as written on the description). problem with is product is that they have not send the dupatta with this product.and on complaining to customer care of myntra they asked me to put it on exchange but size of this product is not available now and now they are asking for returning the product
another one is Jompers Men Mustard Yellow & White Solid Kurta with Churidar SIZE-L(as on description)problem with this product is that in this product they have not send the churidar. and they asked the same thing for this product to put it on exchange but again product size was not available. and now when i surfing that site then i saw that same product is available but this time without churidar this thing seems like they are just giving the wrong information to their customer.
now as i have have to return that product then i wont be able to use those products for the auspicious festival diwali.

    I order shoes on 25th oct and get delivery date on 30th oct but its they failed to deliver the package on time since form two days i'm receiving text that u will receive the package today and while calling delivery agent they are say that this is not are route by mistake my contact send by the company. And while calling to help center they also giving useless suggestions.

      I wanted to order a shoe from your app and i got a coupon saying 20% of on minimum purchase of rs 1999. The product i wanted to order bears the price tag of rs3000. And at the time of checkout the final price was over rs3500. I mean rs 500 as tax? Are u guys out of your mind? And the coupon only scratched thr price just by rs 173? Talk about 20% off...

        Hi Guys,

        It's about my recent purchase. Let me tell you I'm very disappointed. As per my knowledge 176061 is a pin code where you guys give services. However, in my case, delivery boy denied to deliver my product on my doorstep and called me in a different area as per his convince. Which is far away from my place. However, I have managed somehow, because my sister is working in same area. So she has received the product. Unfortunately, because of some reason I have placed a return request and now again the same delivery boy denied for home pickup and telling me to come in same place. Actually I'm 9 months pregnant, so I clearly told him it is not possible for me to come and my sister is also out of station for a week. He was so rude that he told me no matter what he will not come to collect my product and he will cancel my request by himself.
        This is my 4th year with myntra and my experience was very good. However, this incident make me feel pathetic. I am a person who always shared good feedback about myntra to my friends and family, but now I doubt. I never expect this will happen with a brand like myntra.
        I have complaint number as well[protected] which I have made to myntra customer care.
        Please treat this on urgent basis.

          They have gave me the wrong product. I had ordered roadster women navy blue top but when i opened the parcel i saw that it was moda rapido men tshirt. I am very disappointed by their service. And when i put it in the exchange option, today the delivery boy came and refused to take this wront product and didn't even gave my parcel. Either do something or i m not going to buy anything from this site and i m going to tell all of my friends that they are started giving the wrong product

            My order no:[protected]-8728001 men navy blue solid varsity jacket (Size: m) placed on 16th oct' 2018 was marked cancelled due to 'out of stock'. This information was provided to me 12 days after i placed the order in the hope of receiving it on time for my brother's birthday and now do not have anything else to gift him. At least prior information needs to be provided, but that hasn't happened. Irresponsible/unprofessional behaviour by the delivery executives and i will surely refrain from ordering from myntra ever again.
            Below par standards of delivery time and disappointing handling of orders. This was my very first order on myntra and will most likely be my last.

              Myntra delivery agent (Saklain enayat ; [protected]) came to my house with order id [protected] to get the ear ring (Order id:[protected]-6662103), but he picked two dresses (Kurtas, for which return request also initiated).

              As a consequence the ear ring order refund has been initiated, but the ear ring is there in my place (Not been picked yet). The dresses have been picked by saklain and i did not get the refund yet.
              Raised multiple complains to myntra customer care, no resolutions yet taken. Please look into this asap, and take proper action on the delivery agent so that he should not do this kind of mistake henceforth and restore benefit of customer on myntra. I tried to reach out to the delivery agent multiple time, but he did not pick my call.

              I need the refund of two kurtas, which have been picked up on 20/10/2018 from my home address.
              1. Sassafras - women navy blue & orange printed a-line kurta (Price: rs 849.45)
              2. Anouk - women teal blue & mustard yellow yoke design kurta with palazzos (Price: rs 2350.88)

                I placed an order via Myntra online shopping app on 22.06.2018 ordering 6 items bearing order no.[protected]-5868401 worth Rs 5668.87. I received the order and it turned out to be a wrong shipment consisting only 3 items. The 3 items shipped were not even part of the original order I placed for 6 items. I placed a return request immediately thereafter, and to my utter shock, the concerned executive who came to pick up the return refused to accept the return. He said, the order placed and the items requested for return do not match and your order is incomplete as the return request is of 6 items but you are giving us three items. I explained this to the
                executive but he was adamant on the same and did not pick up my return. Thereafter, I called the customer care explaining my grievance to which I was given a series of assurances about redressal of my dispute but I am waiting for their actions to match their words to this date.
                Thereafter, after successfully buying and wasting time and despite my repeated requests and attempts, I did not get either the items I ordered or the refund. Despite raising many return request, going to the local warehouse of the Myntra, talking to the customer care only fake assurance were given to me and it took almost 100 days to resolve this issue. Again in mid – October 2018 I contacted the Myntra team wherein they accepted the fault at their end and asked me to place another return request which I did. As expected, they kept me on hook by requesting me to wait every time I called them. Strategy is simple by Myntra - frustrate customer so much that he himself bows out of the contest. I have conversed with all the persons in the managerial pyramid in Myntra customer care and all of them have on record accepted that the fault lies at their end but again they have not resolved the dispute and today i.e 25.10.2018, Myntra escalation team case manager called me to inform
                that they are declining the request made by me stating that the fault is not from their end, indirectly stating that I am putting false allegations on the Company.
                This is ironic, I don't a reason why I would spend the time and energy to replace the products, assign them unique ID codes and waste time with Myntra for an amount of 5, 700, as if I do not have anything better or productive thing to do my life.

                  I had purchased a jacket from Myntra which got delivered on Oct 15. I want return it back since I did not like it. As per the policy it says i can return in 30 days however the application is saying i have passed 30 days timeline and cannot be returned. Infact the product did not show the return button even on the next day of delivery and showed the attached message.
                  I connected to customer service but no response, the automated system was unable to answer the request of return.

                    I have ordered for a sandel some days ago and it was delivered within 2days. I cancelled the order on the day of delivery that is 14th Oct.after that I got so many messages regarding pick up of the order but it was cancelled from your side all the time. After that I am calling over your toll free no on daily basis but they have their excuses all the time.and I received the message that we are unable to pick up the order many times. All the champions over toll free no assures me all the time that we are trying our best and we will pick up it immediately but no action is done till time.
                    I am really fed up with your services.
                    You have rejected my cancellation order without any confirmation. That's so unfair to any customers.

                      I have been using mynthra from long time now. Last time a damaged product was delivered to me which i realized only when opened the package and on the same day i had requested for an exchange by choosing the reason for exchange as product damage. And the request was raised and after a week when my exchange arrived the delivery boy refuses to give my delivery because the application doesn't have information about damage even though i had mentioned about it in the first place. When i called customer executive to resolve the issue he is not ready to listen, he kept on murmuring about his responsibility and not even being sensible to forward the call to respective department so that i could get my delivery right away and he explains himself saying that i should have called the executive and reported about the damage which was nowhere mentioned in the application and i had selected appropriate selection and had written the description also. And they want me to wait 3-5 more working days. Really bad hate mynthra's customer handling process. They do not value us at all.

                        I did a purchase from myntra.com on october 14 and was supposed to get the delivery on october 23. It was delayed and rescheduled to october 25th. After that i have received another message that the item was not delivered and the delivery is rescheduled on october 27th. The item was not delivered on october 27th and until now i haven't received the deliverables neither got any updated communication from myntra.com. I tried to cancel the order (Order no mentioned in the subject line) however the website doesn't allow me to do so.

                        Please refer to 1. Jpg where the delivery date being scheduled to october 25 and not changed since then, refer to 3. Jpg for the sms i have received, refer to 4. Jpg where it is mentioned that i can't cancel the order at this point.

                        So neither they are delivering the order nor they are allowing me to cancel it.
                        It will be helpful if corrective actions were taken in this regard.

                          Not yet delivered my products, no response after continuous follow up

                          I m a frequent buyer of myntra and recently i placed couple of orders in that with order no:[protected]-9789803 its all the three products not yet delivered, however daily i am following up with customer care agent but no proper response neither any correct update. Instead of solving the issue one of the agent name"siraj"behaved me so rudely and was asking me what he can do if the delivery agent is not responding to his call. As i got message that the product is going to deliver on the same day and the with the delivery agent name and number but when i tried reaching him out he said that product is not with him for that reason i called customer care and i updated the same thing and i insisted him to call the concerned delivery person and the that person didn't respond the call and the customer care agent was keep on telling me to wait till the end of the day, however i was telling him whats the use to wait as the concerned delivery person is saying that the product is not with him but still he said and just end the call. Again i followed up with them but its same again they said my pin code was incorrect thats why its getting more delayed but i rechecked the area pincode and it was correct. I am getting all the courier in my address why only myntra is facing issues. But as usual the agent said "we have already taken complain as high priority and will resolve within 2 working days". Why you are creating this much inconvenience to customers??? You dont have any ethics or what??

                          One more order no:[protected]-5312601 i placed and i wait for more than 20 days but its not ge delivered and they did the same thing and finally without informing me they cancelled my order mentioning its "lost", however i clearly told multiple times not to cancel my order as i liked and want that product.

                          Is this kind of service you are providing to your customers?? In the name of brand you are just making customers fool

                            I purchased a golden color lamp on 14 oct and paid entire amount of rs 5280 to Myntra . My product was delivered to me on 27 oct after repeated follow ups
                            However the lamp received is in a completely damaged state
                            When i tried placing the request for refund or exchange the app doesn’t allow me to do so
                            My money is stucked the lamp i have taken was a anniversary gift to my parents so incase I don’t have lamp before 31 oct it’s is a complete waste for me
                            I want my refund asap and do not want to deal with Myntra again

                              My order didn't get placed but amount is debited. I was asked to sent bank statement for the order through the registered email which is not currently working. Instead i asked for alternative but they are telling that to send statement through that email only which is not working. They are wasting my time and it is like mental harrassment. They are not trying to help the issue but creating more problems to the customers by not providing change in the email option account

                                I have ordered five items via myntra app which was successfully delivered to me on 19 oct 2018; out of which i have returned 3 items which was picked up on the next day by their pickup partner named rahul contact no ([protected]). But still i 'm getting messages and emails that my return items will be picked up on this day or that day and when i contacted theirs customer care they told me that my items has not been returned to their warehouse facility due to which my refund is not getting initiated. But when i told them that my items has already been picked up on 20 oct they told me to wait for 3 days which i did patiently after 3 days i contact them again to know about my refund they told me the same thing that sir plz wait for another 3 days. And now they are telling me to wait till 29 of oct.! Is this some kind of joke or what? My 5000 rps is on the line and they are bypassing it by simply repeating the same thing like robot's. I have made a huge mistake by shopping through myntra.

                                  A wrong product (Indicode shirt) was delivered to me. For which i return the product. But i got a message.

                                  "hi, your return request for roadster men coffee brown regular fit solid chinos (Return no. : [protected]) has been put on-hold as it did not pass our quality check process. Please contact our customer care for further help. Click here (http://mynt.to/esbB6) to know more about our quality check process."

                                  I tried contacting, but line always busy.

                                  To make things clear, firstly, i did not shipped any chino as i've not recieved chino from the seller. Secondly, i did shipped the shirt but i did not wear nor pull out the product from the transparent cover, i've returned it in exact condition as it came, with all tags intact. So what could possibly make it fail the quality test?

                                  I'm sure you know the difference between a shirt and a chino and the reason why i'm returning the product.

                                    I bought a sherwani and i didn't see that its a non returnable product.

                                    I called myntra customer care and they told it can't be returned but exchange and the later size i need is not available so what should i do then?

                                    I have 2 problems with this product
                                    One is it says white printed sherwani but it is not white dam it! Its beige colour.
                                    Even if i accept the colour how can i bear the size?

                                    My experience with myntra customer care was terrible,
                                    I call guys 2 times and explained by situation but they were not ready to hear me. So, i asked them to connect me to the manager however, they kept me on hold and after waiting for atleast 5 minutes the call was disconnected.. What is this #?

                                    I want to return this product back and my money to be returned that's it.

                                    If you want i can send the picture of each and everything, it is as i got it and completely packed.

                                      Have ordered 20+ products and since yesterday till now i have received delivery messages but products are not delivered. Called up the customer care spoke to apsha khanum after deliberate disconnect twice from myntra customer care end but talking was of no use. She bluntly said 2 working days. Diwali is nearing. It's not 2 or 4 it's 10 different products.
                                      Order 83701- other complaint raised on 12th october still no resolution given. Product name de moza delivered on 1st october. This is also not received at my end. Refund is also not made.

                                        I received half of the product (Personal care). When i complained.. They raised a reference number (009639). But after 2days without any notice they initiated a return request (Self shipped). But after receiving the product when i initiated the return request, pickup option was there and the customer care person asked me to reject the ecom boy to return at the doorstep as a complain was lodged.

                                        I don't know if the issue is not of the size, why shall i self ship it. I requested them to refund half of my money (As half of the product has been received). But day by day they are asking me to self shipped it. It's not the matter of refund (Product price and shipping charges) but the harrassment which i am facing day by day. I can't find any logic behind of self shipping when it's not any size issue or any mistakes from my end.
