Dear team,
Hi, there is a problem coming in the payment options in the website of myntra as well as the application. Even after contacting customer care we have no convincing and applicable solutions and as per them we should wait till the ticking clock of the offers goes down but if we do that we'll lose our discounts offers for the latter items. So kindly look to this problem as it is due to some flaw in your website.
Please find attached screenshots for the offers details as we look for the same offers as we applied in the time limit of them.

    I have ordered sparx shoes order no.[protected]-5233103. Since shoes are damaged, i put a request also to return the same but it is not happening saying "item cannot be delievered check our return policy", i checked the policy nowhwere it is written that shoes cannot be returnd. I caaled customer care also reference number[protected], nothing happened.
    Again i called the customer care with reference number[protected]. Everytime mail comes by saying that after 3 business days your issue will get resolved.
    I just want to return the product and want my money back. Is it that much complicated.

    My order placed on 14October, 2019 was stated as delivered on 16th but undelivered till today.
    The courier phone number given accepted that it was not yet delivered and to be delivered on 17, but does not deliver it and he is even unreachable.

      It has been 15 days i haven't received the refund amount for 2 products. When i am calling to myntra they are saying that check it with the bank and the guys from bank are not aware about it. I have one question that why it happens only with myntra. I have used all the shopping sites there return policy is good. I don't have to suffer but for myntra it's have been a very frustrating experience with the return policies. This is the second time it is happening.

        Hi,

        I had ordered an shoe worth of 5499 (After discount) in myntra with order no:[protected]-5016403, however without notice to me they have cancelled the order.in app also there is no reason for cancellation. I had booked this order during their discount period for festival. So i called to customer care to know the reason. They said it has been cancelled due to quality check and insisted me to reorder. However for me to re-order now, the price has been increased to 10000.

        Now if the quality gets failed they have to arrange another one to customer or intimate to customer in email and or sms, on the same day during the discount period, if they had that much concern of customer for not delivering the damaged product.

        Now also in there website and app shows that it can be purchased. If it is really damaged piece they why they are showing in there website/app that it is for sale. This is just to make customer monkey around for that product.

        Myntra is making customers to order in discount period and they will cancel without notifying, so that some customer will reorder without thinking or checking.

        I was not late during there discount period, then why i have reorder with revised amount to shoe. I'm ready to reorder however with discount price which myntra had provided during there discount period.

        Myntra is just looting from customers and working in un-professional way. Customer care myntra also said that it will show one piece, however when you go for booking it will say out of stock. Please check the screen shot i have attached

          My return request was placed on 8th october (Return no:[protected] and i got a messsage saying my return will be picked up on 9th october but the delivery boy says he has no such information regarding pickup date. Till today my return is with me i. E 17th october and no further processing has been done! I have tried myntra customer care mannier times but its of no use! Such a bad experience!

            I got message successfully delivered your product but they didn't delivered my product to me. I am calling to that delivery boy he saying that i will bring your product tomorrow from last two day's
            I'm facing this worste situation 2nd time. So please respond to my complaint and take proper action on them.

              I have ordered dressberry footwear order#[protected]-2768603 just one month ago. It is defective. It is still in warranty period. But no one is addressing my concern. I have called 10 days ago and talked to shubham kumar chaturvedi. He sent one mail and asked me replied to that mail with the pictures of defective product. I sent it but got automatic reply that mailbox is not working. Then i again called and talked to parampreet. Kaur. But whatever steps she mentioned, i am not able to find it on app. They are making fool. That was so expensive footwear. Myntra should resolve it asap

                I have ordered wet n wild silent treatment eyeshadow which was in damage condition.. Packaging was also not good
                Product was not good as expected.. Worst in quality..
                It was very bad experience with myntra. Henceforth will not order any cosmetic from myntra
                Want to return and i want my cash back.. Request you to consider this resolv the issue and give the opportunity to say thanks

                  I had ordered for a top from myntra and i received a message saying the order was delivered on 4th of oct 2018. However i did not receive any package. I contacted the delivery person and he said he was not supposed to deliver to my flat number and that he will be raising this issue in the myntra office. On 9th of october i raised a complaint. And they said issue has been raised and give 2 days time. Then again i after 2 days i asked for a follow up and they said give another 24hrs. Now it's 15th of oct and still the myntra team is asking for 2 more days.

                  I request you to please look into the issue asap. Either deliver it or refund it. Or else i would have no choice but to put this on social media as i don't see any other way to seek your team's attention and to let other people know about myntra going down to this level.

                    I didn't received my refund money back, after initiation of 10 days also, money hasn't came to my bank account. Approx of rs 3500 has to be returned but till now not a single money has been returned. What kind of policy is this of mantra. Its not fair of taking customers money and not returning back. If you can't return then better you shouldn't take also.

                      As myntra big sale was going on, i ordered one zaveri pearl earring on 8th oct and got a totally different product. It got delivered on 12th october. I tried to place a exchange request for this product but it showed the the service is not available for the delivered address, even its showing the same error for any of the pin codes. After that, yesterday i placed a return request for this as i didn't have any other option mentioning 'wrong product delivered'. Today i called to myntra customer care to register a complaint about the same. When i asked them to deliver me the exact product which i ordered, they simply told exchange option is not available for my address, while actually it was not available for any other pin code as well.

                      After this much of harassment when i ask to atleast provide me the actual product with the same offer price (Rs 321/-) that i had paid during the big sale. But the reply was such a disappointment, they said it is not possible and i have to buy the product with the current price i. E. Rs 491/-.

                      This is not the end of harassment from their side, suddenly today evening i got a message stating that my return request for the above mentioned product got cancelled by myntra neither mentioning any reason in app nor informing me over phone.

                      The worst experience i have faced with myntra. This is simply unexpected from such a reputed company.

                        Purchased shoes red tape. I am first timer with myntra. Sorry to say despite so many attempts i could not apply the the first timer purcharer discount coupon and other coupon of 40-50 rs. The process is so complicated. Not satisfied with the process. The first time purchase on myntra. The discount should be auto deducted from the total bill. The company i think tries to save 400-500 bucks by playing with the innocense of the customers. Sorry no more purchases from myntra.

                        I ordered for a dress from myntra which was auto cancelled by them without priorly informing me, had a talk with them and they said that the refund will be done and they sent me a goodwill coupon. They coupon does not work against any of the products I wish to buy. Please look into it.
                        I had ordered for Nayo Women Navy Blue & Off-... Kindly do let me know when I will receive my order or else just pay my money back.
                        I have give a order and paid the money with my debit card .After that it was showing that it will delivered by 6th October but today is 8 Oct, where is my order?

                          I have brought Aldo brand shoe for 3800 rs on 16 the Jun 18. Used that shoe multiple times and found there is pill off of shinning skin and pull-off the sole from side. When I shown this product to Aldo showroom they replied it's not original Aldo brand product. Request you to investigate and replace a shoe with new one

                            I registered a complaint with myntra (Myntra incident:[protected]. The issue was i had gift card worth rs.5000/= and i tried to use the gift card it is showing a value of 0.
                            Based on my interactions with customer service, it looks myntra wants to make money through this gift card scam.

                            So please be aware don't buy any gift card from myntra.

                            I called the customer service to check if any transactions were made or not. They told me no transactions were made and i need to send a snapshot and email their to support team.
                            The support team is really pathetic.

                            They really don't even read the contents of the complaint or may be it is the intention of the company to frustrate the customers.
                            I asked simple questions
                            1. This gift card shows value of '0' and no transactions listed in the card. Then are you confirming that it was issued with value of '0'
                            2. If yes is the answer to question '1', i asked do you issue cards with value '0'?
                            3. If the answer is no to question '1', i asked what was the original value and show the transactions and who has used the card?

                            For this i got the following reply

                            I would like to inform you that your card number "xxxx" shows the zero balance. So, i regret to inform you that you will not be able to use the gift card.

                            Your understanding and co-operation in this regards are highly appreciated.

                              This is to bring to ur notice about the empty box that i received without the product inside. The ordered item was a revlon lipstick worth 494.42 inr delivered on 28th sept 18. Though the outer plastic wrapper was not tempered, the cardboard box inside it was open without any paper wrapper stuck to it and with no product inside. After registering several compaints to the myntra escalation team i still have not received a satisfactory answer.

                              The myntra team says they cannot help me in this regard which is the least expected professional answer from such a famous and reliable e-commerce giant. Instead the company should have done a thorough investigation as this may again happen to other customers and eventually impact the company repo.

                              Sir/madam, just to justify that i am not not faking it, i have been shopping with myntra for almost 4 years from now. You can check the records, i have ordered products that were worth much more amount. The incident that has happened is actually wrong and i would not keep quiet until and unless an appropriate action is taken from your side. This is obviously not about the cost of the product but about the trust and justified action.

                                  I have ordered 3 top and one shoe. Today morning message came your shoes and tops are comind today. As i got delivery there were only 2 top and one shoe. And then message came your delivery of 3 tops and one shoes is comfirmed. Sooo what aboyt my third top. And i had paid in advance.. I wany deliveey of my top as soon as possible. Or give me refund. What kind of careless behavior is this. After payment they didn't deliver our product. And message us, your courier has been delivered. What nonsense is happening here.

                                    I had ordered-roadsterjeans and baggit sling bag
                                    I received-leggins and kurtiand bag is missing.
                                    The courier is having 2 invoices 1 for jeans and other for bag.

                                    I exchanged the clothes but i dont know how i should proceed for bag!?? Beacuase i can not put exchange request as product is out of stock and can not claim return as i do not have any bag.
                                    As i had made all payment already i want my bag asap.

                                      I have placed order on 18 July 2018 for an amount of Rs. 1, 234 through Myntra mobile application. However, amount got debited from my Kotak Mahindra Bank but the order did not got placed at Mynta application. However, while tracking the payment status, my banker has confirmed that the amount is already been transferred to Myntra - Merchant. Having the confirmation proof and could be provided on demand.

                                      On confirmation from banker, I have been reaching out to Myntra through customer care from last 3 months and on having confirmation from Myntra official - Neha Shaikh and Priyanka Gupta - I have not only mailed my last 4 month bank statement to Myntra but also shared the same via uploading that on Myntra application.

                                      However, still I am in search of order amount refund. Even now as well, Myntra officials are not able to define the route for resolution of my queries and again and again asking to share my bank statement.
                                      Further, they are not able to justify the requirements for bank statement.

                                      Today, when I asked Myntra official to connect to their senior, they disconnected the call. This is one of the example of pathetic service received from Myntra for resolution of queries.

                                      After having so much mental torture, I decided to raise this issue with grievance officer.

                                      Waiting for positive response and refund of amount before moving further to consumer court in case of no resolution within 3 days.

                                        I have made 3orders of worth rs 1309.65 on 10th oct 2018 and already paid using debit card and payment also successfull. Bt today i. E. 12th oct 2018 i received a sms from myntra that as for early delivery of one item among the 3ordered i have to pay rs 786.
                                        So, my problem is that i have paid the amount then why this sms they send to again pay amount during receiving the order by me.
