Updated by Gagan _K_ Ordered bluetooth earphones from Myntra. The package got delivered and the packaging looked different. It had a transparent tape on every side. It looked like somebody had opened. Trusted Myntra blindly and still foolishly I went ahead and opened the package. The box was missing earphone. Just charging cable and earbuds.
Launched complaint with my Myntra help line care immediately with in 20–30 mins about the missing product in the package.
To my surprise, Customer care people said, they will do some investigation about the missing earphone but next day they mailed me that they are not going to refund my money.
Always thought Myntra has a benchmark customer support. I'm very disappointed with the service of Myntra totally pathetic service which I have got from you guys !!! I'm very irritated with the after sale service, now i will never buy products from you guys or recommend to anyone.

They guys didn't even asked for image's of the package and that is horrible service. Basically you guys just contacted the warehouse people that you have received some [censored] complaint from yet another customer and he is saying the crap which never have done in your complaints so far and they just said no we are right we hasn't done anything and complaint is closed now, good job Myntra ... Cheater company !!!
