I received the product and need to confirm to place a return request but i cannot confirm the order. The software is not accepting as it says to try again sometime later. I have been trying it for 1 day continuously but no proper response. I tried it both in the desktop and mobile app but i cannot return it. I have all the bills and covers intact and need to return it.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I didn’t receive my order till now but in my orders it is showing delivered
I ordered set of 3 brown cube wall shelves and my order No is[protected]-6871103
Kindly sort my problem, either parcel me my item or give my money back .

    Hello team myntra,

    Please be informed that i have placed the order for three products, order no : [protected][protected]

    [01] roadster men navy & olive green regular shirt,

    [02]arrow men pink slim fit checked formal shirt,

    [03]bella moda girls blue& pink floral print fit & flare dress and as per the update given by one of your myntra champion i should have received it by 7 th nov'2018, but still i haven’t received the orders which i have placed.

    Hence, it would be great help if you update on my order asap and deliever the product by today itself rather just giving assurance or raising any notes for it.

    The product lakme compact that I ordered from myntra on 8 the November when I have received and opened that it is broken from inside the power cake of that compact is broken. I want to return this compact but it is not showing me how to do it.

    Due to some reason there is a delay of delivery by 1-2 days. But as I am leaving for vacation which was the purpose for shopping could you please look into it and if possible deliver as fast as possible.

      Delivery personal always ask me to come and get items where he is standing. Mynthra delivery boy is always present at a location about 8 km from my address. He don't delivery items at the address and ask me to come where he is presently standing. This is second time he asked me to go 8 km from my address. I have been complained to mynthra but poor response. When i questioned him, he told me that i cant collect it from office, if i wont collect it within 2 hours the items will send to source.

      I had returned 1 parcel containing pullover on 26 Oct and payment mode was debit card. I was informed that payment would be refunded within 7-8 days, but it, 's not done so far. Please refund my payment soon

        Didn't get refund till today that is 15th nov 2018.
        I was promised that i will get by refund by 14th nov. Even after taking 10 days of time i have not received by refund.
        I seriously don't have faith that i will get my refund that is amount 1218.95 rs back.
        Please don't try to break the trust which people have with your website and refund my money at the earliest.

        but i still didn't get my refund
        i verified with the Bank also..
        Bank says no refund received yet

        I have ordered 4 kurtas for 2600 on 19/10/2018 instead of libas kurta i have received 2 pairs of voylla silver and gold plated earrings.

          I returned my two product which were here&now men black regular fit faded casual denim shirt priced rs.565.95 and ether women blue skinny fit mid-rise clean look jeans priced rs.872.88, order number[protected]-2979103, which i returned on 9th october 2018 and they received on 16th october 2018, and told me that i will get my refund after 7/10 days but today is 14th november 2018, and i haven't got my refund yet, when i call them they told me to send my bank statement and after sending my bank statement also my issue was not solved. I call them 10-12 times but then also i haven't got my refund, this is how myntra treat their customer. I want my refund immedietly.

I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated refund and they advised me to talk to Myntra customer care and ask them to resolve the issue . I talked to Myntra customer but they're not helping, they keep saying that we have initiated refund but i haven't received any refund yet.

          My issue is not yet solved.
          The Purplicious white and floral Jacket that I ordered and already payed for shows delivered whereas I never received the delivery. As per the message that I received, it says the product got delivered on November 5th which was way before the given date. I was travelling and nobody at home also received the delivery. Please help.

            Two days ago i received a product and now i want to return it but the return button is not accepting my return request. It's return validity is for one month. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. The return button is not taking the return request as after clicking on return the page is getting refreshed to the same page only instead of not to return request successful.
            Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Myntra logistics guwahati zone is providing worst service towards customer. When we ordered product it shows in status that rescheduled pickup for 7 to 8times. And it takes more than 13days to be delivered. I am totally disappointed.

              I have ordered 4 products from myntra and promised me to be delivered on 12 nov but there is no contact i have my plans to leave for vacations with my family and friends but myntra spoiled everything by not shipping the products on time. I will not use myntra again and uninstalled the application. Just because of not taking care of shipment process i have to go local shopping.

              Never depend on myntra and there bad customer service.

                  The delivery man don't have manners to talk. They shout on me.
                  I placed an order Rs/1286 on Myntra but during payment it was showing that "your payment attempt is failed try" so I did it twice after some time I received the message from SBI that money is deducted but order history is not showing in the App after consulting customer care executive they said my order has not been placed. This is the worst experience I'm facing right now I want all the details and my money back and never going to shop again on Myntra
                  I placed an order of Rs.2552 from my myntra account and the particular amount had been deducted from my pattm wallet but my order didn't get placed and there is even no failed information about my order . But I got successful paytm receipt that showing successfully paid to myntra with order ID no.
                  I tired to place an order in myntra but it got failed. Rs 1, 879 deducted from my account and the order did not placed in myntra app. I raised an query in myntra but they are saying they didn't received the money. Please help me to get my money back.
                  Yes my today on 22 June 2021. I placed an order above rs.2800..but my order didn't get placed but cash got debited. When I was trying to reach them through phone. .the call was not going actually.. n I mailed them.. still no response..never ever gona shop from this ..cus I was shopping online myntra from the last 9 years.. but today..I felt like cheated..

                    I made an order (Order no.[protected]-3270701) on myntra on 29.10.2018 in the name of neeraj through net banking.
                    When i ordered it they promised me on the app to deliver it by 7.11.2018. However till 9.11.2018 the delivery was not made so i called the customer care and they told me wait till next 48 hours. I did wait for next 48hrs. Again on 11.11.2018 there was no delivery i had to call the customer service again thry told me to wait another 24 hours for the delivery. I have been continuously asking to cancel the order and refund my money back but they are declinng it was

                      I have talked to myntra executives regarding the return of my w green white plazzo. Nobody is attending the service properly and they are very poor in behaviour. Two of them were laughing on hearing my complaint. Very poor customer service. They have not even worked to resolve my complaint. Every time they say we have registered your complaint kindly contact after 48 hrs. This 48 hr will never end as they are registering a new complaint every time..

                        I ordered a green white plazzo from myntra. I received the product along with two other products from myntra. All the product were very old looking so i decided to return them. The green white plazzo even had stitching defects.
                        First they sent an old product
                        Then when the courier boy came for pickup he picked up only the two except the green white plazzo saying that he does not have the return request for that.
                        Third.. When after two days a courier boy came for pickup he refused the package saying that the serial number is not matching. All the stickers and tags are intact.
                        I called service centre and explained everything. He assured me that the courier boy will come and pick up the product. And then after an hour my return request was declined.
                        I had to place another request for the same thing. I have talked to customer service many times.. They are just assuring.. Doing nothing.
                        The courier boy came the second time today and again refused the product. Today also i called the service centre.. They said that they have registered the complaint that the product is defective and will tell after 48hrs whether my request will be approved or not... So much hassle. She did not even tell that the product will be returned... Such a bad service they are giving.. Please help me get out of this and get my product returned.in the name of e-commerce they are selling bad product, giving bad service and cheating the customers.

                            Delivery executive misbehaved. When i said to him its try n buy order wait for sometime he inapprpriately snached the product from my hand. My hand got hurt. And he ran away saying harsh language n bad words. I am absolutely disappointed from myntra. I didnt expect such kind f things coming frm such reputated cmpny.                               I placed an order on 29 october and i was supposed to get my package on 6th november and i even received message saying it was out for delivery but no attempts were made in real. I couldn't even reach the phone no. Of the deliver agent provided in the message. And the worst experience was when i talked with the myntra executive asking him to look in to my order status. I called from 7th nov till today nov 8th and they've only been giving me excuses saying there's "my voice is cracking, i can't hear your voice.", "there's technical problem call back later" etc etc... Not one time have they made effort to look into my issue. Today i talked with one executive and he was the worst.. He kept on saying he can't hear my voice while he was promptly replying me when i ask "can you hear me?" i waited for half an hour but he did nothing... If there's any way i could talk to the senior managers of myntra he could really lose his job. I am really unhappy with the service myntra is providing.

                                I have placed return request for 05 nos. Of raymond curtains purchase from myntra.com on 01 nov.2018. Got message that return pickup will be done by 09 nov 2018 by courier partner delivery.
                                After so many follow-ups, pickup person of delivery said he will pick return on 5th nov 2018, but he didn't came to house i. E. Akhri varanasi - up to get the package. He asked us to come to his place and give package to him in - person. My father waited 3 hrs at his place to give that package but in last pickup person denied to take the package and he placed a return decline request.
                                Can myntra person tell me what kind of behaviour is this? We are not purchasing things online to get harassed like this and to waste our time.
                                Now i am thinking to stop any purchase from myntra going forward as this kind of service is not acceptable.
                                I have again placed return request, just get that package and refund my money back because i feel it is not worthfull to go again with myntra.

                                  I have order a wireless earphone from Myntra website. When I have recieved the product there was nothing inside the box and the packing was done with tapes and Myntra packing box was also damaged very badly. I'm very disappointed with your services and I will never going to use this website anymore. I already raised the complaint on your customers service toll free number interaction is[protected] your executive told me to wait for 3 days so I will wait and if nothing will done by you guys then I'm going to take some serious action against your company. I want the new earphone ASAP, I don't neend my money back. I want quicker response otherwise it's gonna cost you very much. I hope you guys will do the right thing and make all these things correctly.

                                  Ordered bluetooth earphones from Myntra. The package got delivered and the packaging looked different. It had a transparent tape on every side. It looked like somebody had opened. Trusted Myntra blindly and still foolishly I went ahead and opened the package. The box was missing earphone. Just charging cable and earbuds.

                                  Launched complaint with my Myntra help line care immediately with in 20–30 mins about the missing product in the package.

                                  To my surprise, Customer care people said, they will do some investigation about the missing earphone but next day they mailed me that they are not going to refund my money.

                                  Always thought Myntra has a benchmark customer support. I'm very disappointed with the service of Myntra totally pathetic service which I have got from you guys !!! I'm very irritated with the after sale service, now i will never buy products from you guys or recommend to anyone.

                                    I have ordered the product 2GO Blue Track Pants (M) and placed the exchange for size (L). I have received the shorts in exchange product.
                                    i am very old customer of myntra and placed order frequently. as myntra has very good exchange and refund policy i relied on it an have not checked the product as i was out of the town.
                                    While contacting the myntra customer care i have not received any desirable solution and they disconnected the call.
                                    I am very disappointed as i am not expecting this behavior from such a huge brand.
                                    The product is no use for me. its a waste. i want my correct product on which i have invested. i need help on this.

                                    none other shopping website's customer care disconnect the call by saying "this conversation is not going anywhere that why we are disconnecting the call". As a customer we cant expect this from escalation team.

                                      Hi, my return request is [protected].
                                      I ordered a top that was too small to fit and therefore place a return request. I received a message saying it will be picked up but by eod i receive another message saying i have the rescheduled the request, although i wasn't even contacted.
                                      This happened 4-5 times and finally the return request got declined from your end. I called the agent many times, he picked up only once saying he'll come and pick it up tomorrow but never came.
                                      This is a very bad customer service, i had to place another return request, let's see if anyone comes to pick up this time or not.

                                      Hi, my return request is cancelled by you guys.
                                      I ordered a shoe that was too large to fit and therefore place a return request. I received a message saying it will be picked up but by rider i receive another message saying i have the rescheduled the request, although i wasn't even contacted.

                                      This is a very bad customer service, i let's see if anyone comes to pick up or not. I called the pickup guy he first said that he we come later. That was yesterday today also i called he said he will come. And at last i called he didnt even attend the call. And also note that he never called me. Every i was the one who called. He called me once or twice after i called for telling me that he will come later. Thatsall and he never came.

                                        I had placed an order on 27th oct for three sarees for which i had to return two of them. I had requested the return of the sarees one from my office address (By mistake) and another one from my home. As it was a weekend and the office was closed and so i wanted my goods to be taken from home address. Firstly the number which is mentioned in the delivery message or any communication message from myntra has a number of their ex-employee. So the order was taken by the delivery boy on 2nd of nov from home. Since i had to return both the sarees and the pick up was for only one. I gave both the sarees to the person stating that i have requested for another one as well and please add this to your taken list and the offices are closed due to weekend carry this as well. I also tried ways to contact myntra by searching the email id to tell them that i will be both the sarees together, also the number which is mentioned as"in case of any concerns contact us on +[protected]" this is worst service ever. There is no one on call, the system generated voice just tell us what have you ordered, what have you returned or cancelled thats it. On monday that i. E 5th nov the delivery guy comes to pick up another sarees wherein i have explained him the whole scenario and asked to please let me know the way to get in touch with myntra support but he just went back saying i'll check and let you know. This is the worst service that i couldn't even contact the person who have taken the sarees as the number in the message is of their ex - employee.

                                        Please check the images in the screenshot share, The person Sachin Shinde does not work anymore with myntra. When on Monday (5th Nov) I complaint the delivery boy about the number of ex- employee is displayed and how are we supposed to contact you people? As i wanted to ask the delivery boy that why my another delivery is not given by you to myntra? but since there was no correct number i couldn't even help my self to contact them back. The another saree was " Four Seasons Burgundy Printed Poly Crepe Saree " I get this message stating that i have requested for rescheduled. And we will come back again and pick up. which is a false. The delivery boy came on monday i explained him the same thing also on tuesday he calles saying that i have come to pick up parcel. when i told him that you had come yesterday itself and i have explaining you everthing. He said sorry i remember this and will check for the another parcel which was also collected from us.
