Sir, i, b. Ramesh sarma had purchased two shirts of brands john players, flying machine from myntra on their mobile application in the month of january 2018. The order number is : 106886303561754184701 and the amount is : rs.1385.26. I had returned because i wasn't satisfied with it. The courier guy from ecomexpress private limited had picked it and given me the reverse pickup sheet with number :[protected]. It was picked up in the month of february 2018 but even till date i hadn't received the refund. Every time i call the customer care i get a hollow promise of resolving the issue within 48 hours. If at all i had missed my due date to pay for something i would have been charged a penalty but myntra is not even refunding the principal amount and putting me through much pain and agony. Because i'm a nondescript citizen who is only a number in the census data these people have taken me for granted and causing pain to me with their indifference and arrogance, and their arrogance makes me conclude that their driving principle is "might is always right". I humbly request the concerned authority to initiate proper action and enable a speedy redressal. Also a stringent disciplinary action needs to be taken to prune the arrogance of organisations like these who believe that business is all about fleecing the gullible customer.

    I have been ordered a palazzo from myntra with COD. But the local courier service is very bad. They didn't call me and my order returned back to the origin. So I was again try to order the same. But this COD option is now inactive for me. And it become very difficult for me. Since I have been orderning things with COD before. But now I can't do the same.

      I ordered roadster jeans from myntra, amounting to 1000+ via online transaction but after a couple of days the app notifies me that my product was lost due to some issue . On account of the issue i immediately cancelled the order and levied a refund. According to the terms and conditions of the app my refund was supposed to be within 5 - 6 days, but i didnt receive my refund. I contacted the customer care service and they pushed my date of refund even further than the actual one. I am agitated with the service of this app app and i am hoping for a refund as soon as possible.Thank you.

        I placed order in myntra for rs:12165 yester day 30th sep 2018, even i received msg from south indian bank as the amount deducted. But still not received conformation mail, and the item i ordered is still there in my cart, not in the order list. Am a regular customer. But this is the first time its happening. Need my orders or else refund my amount.

          I want to return my order but since i cannot see my orders i cannot get it exchanged and i also would like my money back after this i am never ordering on myntra again
          Really disappointed with this and shame on myntra for not having gud software and having such technical issues
          Its just not the problem with app but also the website
          Such a popular brand and yet such poor service

            I have been contacting myntra since 20 days dayz n no action is taken tillnow. Their pathetic and illetrate customer care faculty are not understanding my problem and are repeating same thing"be on call". Today i contacted them regarding my problem then facuty name ayush had tell me that exchange and return complaint can be done by today n then i tried to contact other faculty name mehak she told me that it took 2 working days to get any response. My order has been approved in bengaluru branch by the below person mentioned and i[censored] want some evidence, i have taken recording of that call.

              I have ordered CAT shoes for amount 4867.26 INR and recieved it on 4 September 2018, the moment i recieved the product i placed a return request by mentioning the reason that i got a used product and i don't even think that it was original. Then i had to self ship my order to myntra ware house for which i paid INR 150. After multiple calls i was confirmed that my order is recieved by warehouse on 15 September 2018 and my refund will be initiated in two days. Then after 12 days i called back to myntra customer care they said the product was used and your refund is rejected. The reason i mentioned while returning the shoes was clearly given to them and with pictures but no response was given from their executive. Now i am still not getting any help from them. Nor i know when my refund will get initiated.

              Sir I ordered a product of women black solid platforms Nell brand..but in two days it is breaked...it is not striched correct way...I loss my money ...it is a bad product..I never trust myntra ...I will complaint on myntra very soon

                Ordered a unisex navy blue laptop bag .. ...Received totally different bag..It is duplicate and different in colour and design. ...I had make return request of it the day I received the packet..but nobody resolve my issue
                My experience with Myntra is not good enough after this incidents...it's just horrible !!
                Please help me out of this...

                  I have ordered a "Men black Analogue Watch[protected]" of rs 2999(discounted price Rs. 990.74) from this site and paid through debit card online.
                  The package came on 20th sep, 2018. When I opened the untempered pack I found only a stainless steel watch box with sponges inside it. The product was missing though the package was intact and untempered.
                  When I called the customer service the same day, they took my complain and after 2 days they sent an e-mail that my complain had been declined saying there was no fault from their side.
                  At the end i did not got my product and loose my money too. When i called the customer care back, they simply giving me next day for resolution.
                  Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                    I have placed an order (Ordered no:[protected]-9949401) on 22nd sept '2018 during the sale. The order got delivered on 25th sept '2018 but the product received was completely wrong. I have ordered Maybelline new york Fit me 322 warm Honey matte porless Foundation 30ml with total amount paid 383.50/- rs. But instead i have received Maybelline new york Fit me 320 Natural Tan matte porless Foundation 30ml . Which was not ordered by me. I am not able to reach myntra customer care helpline number as well. Kindly refund the amount or else deliver the correct products which were ordered

                        On 21 sep 2018, I ordered a Vero Moda top from myntra, I paid the amount of Rs 625.70 to myntra through my airtel wallet . My money was debited from my airtel wallet but order did not placed.
                        I even called and mailed to the customer care but problem is still unresolved.

                        It's really frustrating

                        Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                          Hi... I have ordered my daughter's frock from myntra... From the date of order till today it was showing the correct information about tracking... But today i received the message from myntra that your item is delivered but i have not received any order today... When i called myntra customer care they send me the signature of the person who received the courier which was with the name by which the order was... Clearly it was a fake signature and the courier boy name is switched off... It's highly disappointing that such a reputed company is not able to do correct delivery of products.

                            I had orders a popnetic white top on 10th september 2018.. It was expected to be delivered on 15th september 2018. I personally spoke to the courier boy thrice to deliver it on thursday 20th september 2018 at 1.00pm. He said he will come in 10min but he never turned up. The product was urgently required for an event. It is very disappointing and i have experienced it for the first time. I called up ur customer care too who said i ll get mail regarding the same which i haven’t yet. Kindly get back on what action has been taken. The number of the person is as follows [protected]

                              I have order soundpeats q12 from myntra, i got my delivery on 22 september 2018, when i open my package and try to switch on my earphone i got no response, i also try to charge it but charging is also not working, no sign of charging on led of earphone. These earphone not even worked once.

                              I have complaint in myntra care customer they have given me the time of 3 days, but also they are not looking sure and telling me exactly whether this products they will replace or not.

                              Please help me with this as earphones are really costly i. E. ₹ 1764

                              They Cancelled the order because my brother was in college and asked the delivery person to come the next day. This is outrageous.
                              On 20/09/18 I ordered some products on myntra and I paid via netbanking but after paid my order not showed on myntra account. from yesterday i checked about my order but there is nothing.
                              I have placed my 1st order I'm my transactions on 31st Aug. After that I had many transactions with myntra... all the details were there in my order section till yesterday. But now there is no history..
                              It's showing NO ACTIVE ORDER whereas I have one active order

                                Am highly disappointed with the payment mode. This was my 3rd attempt for online payment nd my order got cancelled nd my money gt deducted from my account. Your employees are saying it’s not your fault it’s the network issue.. If it is the network prb dn why my money got deducted it shouldn’t have? Am sorry but am totally disappointed with your answer nd your help.

                                  I ordered a self design pink color forever new dress which was to be delivered on 18th september 2018. But due to some cash issues my aunt asked the delivery boy to reschedule the date of delivery and come the next day. But he instead cancelled the order. Then i immediately gave a call to the delivery boy saying that i want the product as i was about to wear that in a wedding and that was the last piece of my desired size "xs". I also called the customer care and narrated the incident and ask for an early delivery. The expert whom i talked to said that i will receive the product next day but it didn't arrive. Then i again called the customer care and repeated the same. Even he too said that i'll get the product within 2 business days. I waited for 2 days and i again called the customer care on 21st and the response that i got was worse. They said that the dress has already been returned to the warehouse. Despite calling twice, this is the response that i got, which was very disappointing. Even though the site claims to attempt delivery for a single item thrice, that has been proved as a false advertisement strategy.
                                  Moreover some of my products remained undelivered, with no attempts of delivery.

                                    I have ordered an earring of rs 369.77 from this site and paid through debit card online. The product was supposed to be delivered on 17th sept, 2019 along with one other product. But this package came on 18th sept, 2019 whereas the other product came early. The product was received by security of my building and when I opened the untempered pack I found only a yellow rubber band inside th box. The product was missing though the package was intact and untempered. When I called the customer service the same day, they took my complain and after 2 days they sent an e-mail that my complain had been declined saying there was no fault from their side. At the end i didnot got my product and loose my money too. When i called the customer care back, they simply refused to recheck the whole process from order packaging to delivery.                                       I bought watch of Rs 1344.75 on 2-sept-18 which I returned because it not look good on me .After returning roadster watch I got message that I will get with in 7 to 10 days .But till now I didn't get that money in my account . I contact in Myntra they gave me Reference number and said to contact in bank and after going in bank they are asking for transaction number and they are saying to contact bank .from both side I am getting zero output .

                                        I have purchased 2 pairs of shoes against the Order No.[protected]-1480703 at a total cost of Rs 2297.46 on 13th July 2018.

                                        I am writing this mail to complain that i have received only one pair of shoes against the payment of 2 pair of shoes.

                                        Even after several requests and discussions with customer care executive's of Myntra, my issue is not resolved. (you can check the details against the order id mentioned in the subject)

                                        Neither received the money nor the pair of shoes.

                                        This is leading to a loss of Rs 1413.64 to me for a mistake which is made by Myntra.

                                        I am suffering through a lot of harassment with a loss of a pair of shoes and money as well.

                                        I have been in long association with Myntra and faced such an issue for the first time.

                                        Request your support in this case for refund of money or provide the missing pair of shoes.
