Sir i have bought one roadster jeans from myntra.. Although being of size 32 it is so loose so i initiated a return but i tried 3 times to return.. The salesman device is demanding some code that is not printed on the jeans or its tag.. So he was unable to return it.. Sir only 8 days are remaining for return.. What is my mistake in this.. If it is not resolved from your side within the 8 days.. I will be forced to express my views about your return policy on any social media known to me..

    Hi,

    I have ordered dressberry shoes order no.[protected]-0198303 on 2nd oct, 2018 and it was a prepaid order.

    And on 8th oct, i got an update on my order on my account that the order has been delivered but actually it isn’t.

    So i called the customer care and told them about the situation incident :[protected] and then after 2 days they closed my request without even confirming from me to check whether order has been delivered to me or not. On calling up them again they said that the item has been lost and they will initiate the process of refund and the status will be changed from “Delivered” to “RTO”, but nothing happened. I called again 4 times but after explaining all the situation they put my phone on hold and then ended the call. I again raised the complaint on 18th Oct with complaint no:[protected]. The executive told me that this time it will be finally done on a high priority which they already have been saying to me in the last 4 calls but the status is still showing delivered.

    I am highly disappointed with the un professional behaviour of the executives and the site and really worried about my money. I am still awaiting for my refund money. So please look into this on priority...

    This is still not resolved. Mynra haven’t refunded the money yet. The status still shows delivered.

      What is combo offer?
      You have mentioned that combo offer of particular products that, it is Buy 1 @mrp and other one for free. And when I ordered my product with a great excitement of buying two WROGN JOGGERS and ROADSTER t-shirts but when I checked my order list, ot shows as only one quantity.

      When I contacted the customer service, they told it doesnt work on that. And told that, I have to buy 2 products for availing combo offer .And they said combo offer is of just giving the discounts and not the 1 free product. It doesn't make sense.
      They said I should consider the original price and not the Discount price, it is totally a ####.Now after combo offer it is of the same price. Then what is difference between the normal offer and combo offer. Combo is meant to in PAIR.

      I haven't received my product yet, but Im gonna cancel if it has only one pack, instead of the combo pack. Iam unable to cancel the product as it has been shipped.

      waiting to resolve my problem ??????

        I placed an order on 10 october 2018 on myntra but it didn't get delivered to me. Now the status is showing cancelled means i have to re-order the items. The order number is[protected]-1889003 that include two kurtis. They just stated that i was not available but the fact is i didn't receive ant call from the delivery agency. Kindly look into the matter as i want to get the items delivered to my given address as soon as possible. The items were ordered during the sale period and now the prices have increased

          Hello myntra,

          I placed an order (3 items) from myntra and below are my order details.
          Placed on: 07 oct 2018
          Order no:[protected]-4191001

          Out of 3, myntra delivered 1 wrong product. I raised the complaint for the same on 11 oct 2018, complaint refernce no. Is[protected].
          Now myntra is asking me to courier the wrong product to them. My question is why should i do it, this is a mistake from myntra end they should replace it or return my money. It wasn't my fault then why should i waste my time and resourse in correcting myntra's mistakes.

          Also, this time i am not getting any calls from them for feedback. So, i am giving it now. It was really very bad experience and now i will think twice before doing any shopping with myntra.

          I have order products from and the last product which was supposed to deliver on 15th Oct is delayed and the agent informed that I am not responding his cal which is not true.I am contacting him and he is not answering my calls from past 2days and the executive is promising every time after my call that it will surely delivered bt still not done
          This is to escalate that one of your customer care executive behave in an unprofessional way, and the product which i wanted to cancel, he didn't help me with the service properly & he didn't try to listen my word, and he explained in his own way, as i am not satisfied with his resolution. Call time in 6.45pm, n executive name is harish or hari.

            I have ordered vero moda jeans but it didn't fit properly so i have placed return request. Return pickup has been done but still i got the msg o[censored]nable pick up your item. Product name: vero moda navy treggings (Return no. : [protected]) on 20 oct 2018.
            Attempts made by shadowfax.
            It is very irresponsible behaviour please kindly check into this matter.

            I requested for return of my two orders- sonari pack of two skin coloured maternity bras and sonari pack of two white coloured maternity bras. I got a mail that it would be picked by 13th Oct but, it's not yet been picked up. Please pick it up and refund my Rs 1122.00 which I paid as COD immediately
            I ordered Here&Now Black woman solid biker jacket and I received it.But now I want to return it and it has not provided any return or exchange button so that I could go there and return it.

            It is asking about confirming delivery and I have entered product's barcode and after taking barcode it is not responding.It either shows "something went wrong" or takes me to the previous page where it shows what I have ordered from myntra and asking confirmation of the delivery.

            May I know how many days it would take to confirm my delivery and after how may days it would give me opportunity to return it?

              I am disappointed and really concerned about my above mentioned product.
              I have ordered harvard women peach-coloured & red colourblocked round neck t-shirt on 12th oct'18 till that time i have not received any status update of my product. It was supposed to get delivered on 19th oct'18. But on 18th i got msg from your side that product is delayed and it will be delivered on 20th october, bt till now i haven't received any update of my product.

              Being with myntra for so long and being such a valuable customer for so long this kind of service is not at all expected from your end.

              I want my product update and delivered asap

                On 14th october, i bought a polo t-shirt on sale from myntra. It was never delivered but the app said that it did come to my home but was refused it, twice, which is impossible since i was inside throughout the day and nobody came. This happened again on next day. Later, it got returned to the seller. I checked the address and i did give correct one. I don't understand how could this possibly happen.

                Inform me whether i will get my orders or not?
                I'm not able to access your 'contact us'. It's showing the same access denied..

                This is my first order in myntra the delevery guy dint even call me once and when i called him he told i came to ur house and i dint pick up the call itseems but i dint get any kind of notification in my mobile and now my order is returned to origin!!                   I am disappointed and really concerned about my above mentioned products.

                  I have complained multiple times about my product that i have ordered two lawman jeans on 8th oct'18 till that time i have not received any status update of my product. It was supposed to get delivered on 20th oct'18. But still now i haven't received any update of my product.

                  Being with myntra for so long and being such a valuable customer for so long this kind of service is not at all expected from your end.

                  I want my product update and delivered asap, otherwise i will going to escalate to consumer forum.

                    My complaint is regarding the three orders. I had ordered 3 kurtas from myntra. I haven't received any of them. I keep getting messages stating that the order will be delivered today and there's no sign of it happening neither the agent calls nor he is picking up the calls. This happened thrice and one of my order is returned to origin without my consent.

                      This is so unfortunate that despite of being a premium customer of both i am facing issues with merchant as well as with bank


                      There was refund of the returned items that was suppose to be processed back to my corp bank account

                      As per the merchant the refund has been processed back on 05th oct but the same has still not been credited to my corp bank account
                      I checked with bank account and they claim that bank as not received any refund request

                      Since both the parties are involved i would request an urgent action on same and have the same resolved at the earliest

                      Pfb the refund details for merchant as well as for bank along with transaction reference number

                        I have ordered yufta kurta, la firangi kurta & a yelloe sling bag of rs 670.95, rs 865.20, rs 801.22 respectively on 18/10/2018. Hence the total amount of rs 2337.37debited with pos wdr -943565 with the order confirmation. But before that rs 2337.37 debited with pos wdr-936320 with out orderconfirmation. So plz refund my amount which was debited with pos wdr-936320.

                          Summary of the issue:
                          The order was placed and in some days few of the items were delivered but once i checked the account i noticed it is not working, i called myntra support and they have informed us the account has been blocked. And i cannot perform any activity on the account because the number of return is more than i purchased.
                          This was a shock to me; how could you block my account in the middle of ongoing order? I requested them to cancel all of the order, on this support team promised to arrange a call back which i got after multiple call to you customer care and writing emails, they informed me, that i cannot refund because my account is blocked, and suggested me three things :
                          1. Create a new account for doing any new shopping from myntra.
                          2. Donot accept any item from this order which is not delivered.
                          3. Donot open the items you have received and they will get back to me and will arrange return.
                          I adhere by all of this, now my request is still pending with myntra, i tried to reach out to you to get my complete order canceled and have no complete clarity on this, i have received many emails stating that i cannot refund because my account is blocked but i requested you to cancel the order and collect the complete package. I have not opened any item or packet or used it from this order as suggested by myntra support staff and escalation mangers, so there must not be a problem.in the continuation i created a new account and placed another order:

                          Summary of the issue:
                          I have created a new account and placed this order on 26th sep 2018 as suggested by myntra staff, and i have received defective products in this so i tried to return it, on my shock again in this account as well i am able to perform and place new orders but cannot exchange or return any item from already placed order.
                          I called myntra multiple times to get clarity and one executive informed again this account is blocked. And thwy will get a call back from complaint desk manager arranged but this has not happened.
                          Why this is happening, if myntra donot want me to shop from myntra inform me clearly, i will not do it but this is mental harassment, what you are doing is completely unethical. I have only followed what myntra have asked me to do.
                          Is this some kind of monopoly of myntra that they can do and cheat myntra like they want?
                          I request you to please help me here and resolve my issue, i am feeling really mentally exhausted and sick because of the number of times i have to tweet you, email you and call you and have around fifty thousand cheated by myntra, they products from the package is missing, wrong size and defective what i will do with these.
                          I have already been exhausted requesting myntra but they are really unhelpful and rude. Today i. E. 20th oct i called them again, and finally they said, “ you don’t have any option but to accept this as a fact”
                          Mr mohammad azhar from myntra support team informed the final wordings.
                          With him, akasha sethi supervisor, abhishek kohli – executive has promised to get it resolved but never came back.

                              I dint get my delevery till now so i gave a complaint over here and i got a call from myntra stating tat i will get the deleverd and till now there is no delevery of my product and the complaint which i gave is changed to resolved guys pls dont waste your time shoping with this myntra site its total waste of time... Unfortunately some products don't exactly match with the pictures or quality is not as per expectations or many times size is not fit to us..In sch cases we have no other option other than returning the product.Today my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team.                                 I have ordered a product in the sale got it for Rs.513 and then i was HAPPY TO get it but after few days the product got out for delivery and was supposed to be delivered by night at 6:30pm the guy called me and told me that his phone is turning off and he is stanting at some location that was 500 meter away from my house and if i need the product i have to go and get it he will be waiting and he dont need any direction because his phone might turn off and he will be lost. so i went to the location and he was not there called in he didnt picked the call and then after 2 hours i got message of postponing of delivery.That was even ok after 3 hrs i got message of cancellation that was done from myntras side. WOW unbelievable call and tell me to come half a km and then run away then cancel my order and now the product is selling for 1299 which is 800 more than what i order i called CUSTOMER CARE they said me get lost because there policy cant let me get that product at the same price wow myntra wow .. So much trouble for trusting you guys product not delivered waiting for the delivery in puja and not going out going out there for 500 meter just for nothing amazing.This was the last experience i have faced with myntra i am not gonna order for this ### site again there policy says that they should try for delivery 3 times but they are amazing here i delivering the product calling the customer out and running away canceling the product by there own left me loosing money good enough i will switch to other sites.

                                  I purchased a prepayed product in myntra oder number:-[protected]
                                  I don't got message for delivered your product but they suddenly delivered my product to me but i'm happy with that's and when we open this product then i'm seen this is not that product colour those i'm seen on sites and when we want to return then in product we don't receive her prize tag so how can we return this
                                  I'm facing this worste situation first time. So please respond to my complaint and take proper action on them.

                                  I have place an ordered of a shoe from Invictus brand amount of rupees 1888 all in total including the taxes, the money has been deducted from my bank account but the order details is not in my Myntra account app. Please return my money back in my bank account or if they can deliver my shoe that will be fine too..

                                    I ordered adidas running shoes on 12th october and the estimated delivery date was 24th october. But on 18th october they sent me a mail saying the order has been cancelled. I ordered them during the sale period but bow the price is increased. If they are not able to deliver the product why are they even making the item available during sale period. I even tried to contact them but there was no response.

                                      Hi, there is a problem coming in the payment options in the website of myntra as well as the application. Even after contacting customer care we have no convincing and applicable solutions and as per them we should wait till the ticking clock of the offers goes down but if we do that we'll lose our discounts offers for the latter items. So kindly look to this problem as it is due to some flaw in your website.
                                      Please find attached screenshots for the offers details as we look for the same offers as we applied in the time limit of them.
