A wrong product (Indicode shirt) was delivered to me. For which i return the product. But i got a message.
"hi, your return request for roadster men coffee brown regular fit solid chinos (Return no. : [protected]) has been put on-hold as it did not pass our quality check process. Please contact our customer care for further help. Click here (http://mynt.to/esbB6) to know more about our quality check process."
I tried contacting, but line always busy.
To make things clear, firstly, i did not shipped any chino as i've not recieved chino from the seller. Secondly, i did shipped the shirt but i did not wear nor pull out the product from the transparent cover, i've returned it in exact condition as it came, with all tags intact. So what could possibly make it fail the quality test?
I'm sure you know the difference between a shirt and a chino and the reason why i'm returning the product.
