I purchased florencebeige & red cotton semi-stitched dress material
Size: onesize | qty: 1 897.55, which i have ordered on 29th july 2018. But got wrong product. So i returned with the assurance from ur side to get back my money with in 7 days. But still now my money not credited to my account. Kindly refund my money and make us bound to believe on your service again.

The delivery was completed on 25th October 2018 and I have repeatedly tried to contact the company return numbers, company buildings and have sent many emails. All the phones calls either end up not being answered or being autogenerated voices which have been of no help and all the emails just send an no reply message saying we have changed the methods of contact. Very poor customer service and this time has been very frustrating. This is a very irritating and very bad behaviour from the company's side. I demand immediate correction from the company in their mistake and an immediate contact.

I purchased two items from myntra, returned both, on different dates, but got refund for just a product. I am yet to receive a sum of inr786, which they claims to have transferred on 26th of september, 2018. Now there is no response, and blocked my access to their customer service number also. And complaint to their mail generates automated reply to contact their already non-functional customer care number.

Myntra seems to be delivering disappointment instead of excitement, in dehradun. Their delivery boys expect the customer to come down to the gate of the building, to collect their deliveries. Certainly not the experience i had with blue dart where one of their boys actually climbed up 5 floors to make the delivery, because the lift wasn't working - now that's called customer service!

I if called one of delivery boy mr santosh [protected].
But he is saying my manager mr abhishek has cancelled this order.
I want to know why this has happen

No one came to my address to deliver the product. And myntra send me mail that we are unable to reach you so order cancelled.
Very disappointed with your service.
Solve this problem as early or i'll write this matter against myntra

I've return on product and refund my money to myntra credit, after that whenever i add product to bag and as per myntra t&c above 1199 shopping your shipping would be free yet it takes charge from me along with that it takes extra estimate charges that doesn't appear on different account. Is it your strategy to make fool to customer.? Hope to take action soon by your side.

I had requested return of a product which had reached me in defective condition. The pickup was scheduled today. However, the delivery partner refused to pick it up saying that he needed special approval from customer care to pickup the product. I had already mentioned that the product was defective when i requested the pickup. Still i am facing this harassment....

I've received a damaged old shoes which are manufactured in 2016... Myntra knew it was a defective piece it already had arrow mark stickers pasted on them where the damages are by myntra.. This is what myntra calls quality..

Comming to hassel free returns as.
Myntra gave me the following free hassels.
1. Sent me a defective piece.
2. No return or exchange facility in my city 'vizag' i need to return it courier..
3. Waste of my time.

Hassel free returns are pure #.. Misleading and wrong advertising tactics by myntra.

I have ordered a pair of shoes on oct 12, 2018. My order id is[protected]-8678801. The expected date of delivery was oct 18, 2018 but on this date i had received text from myntra that delivery would be delayed by 2 days. After 2 days again i had received another text of delay of 2 more days. And now again on oct 22 i had received one more text that product would be delivere on oct 24. Today is oct 24 and delivery boy is not picking my call.

I haven't received my refund amount from mytra. They initiated the refund on 13/10/2018 which was suppose to be credited to my account on or before 20/10/2018. Amount 4245/-

I checked with the bank they asked me to check with the team of myntra and they'll lodge a complain.
Myntra customer care told they have already done it's part for the refund.
Kindly look into the matter.

I bought a product and after receiving it, i raised a return request. Return got approved and i got a message on 22nd oct that your product will be picked up today, and i didn't receive any call nor anyone came to pick up the product. Then, on 23rd i got a message that "since you requested to reschedule, we will come again to pick up". Then, i called the concerned person and asked him, he told that he will come after an hour. But, then again, no one called or came to pick up the product. Then, on 23rd late evening, again i got a message that your request for return is cancelled. I am not able t contact anyone through app.

You have a very pathetic delivery service as well as you people have a handicap communication channel with the delivery service. My product got cancelled coz delivery boy didn't want to make delivery. Moreover i got this update that i have cancelled the order. I am chasing with myntra since 18th oct and now on 23 oct when i called myntra 4th time they told me product was cancelled, if it was cancelled it should have communicated to me very next day on 19th when i got call from myntra/ ecommerce head office side that they will re-asssign it on 20th for sure. After so many follow ups what i found is myntra has poor communication and handicapped delivery service.

This month i had ordered a jeans from myntra of the brand 'all about you - women jacquard side tap mildly distressed jeans' but they sent me a wrong product. The product i got was different as shown in the image of order. When i created a return request of the same the pickup person denied to take because the product didn't match. Then i tried contacting myntra and they told me they raised a complain against this and that they will retry the return. After the complaint was registered by them again a person came to pickup but again he denied saying item not matching with pic in order. Now tell me if i received a different product how the image will match? Myntra told they'll take it but they denied to take. Today i again complained the same but i feel that same is going to get repeated. I want strict action against myntra.

It feels very disappointing to have ordered products from myntra. It was my first and surely the last experience. I ordered 3 pair of shoes with order id[protected]-7545903 at indore. They were scheduled to be delivered by 19th oct. 2018.in tracking, it is showing that the product has already reached indore delivery centre by 16th oct. 2018 but hasn't reached to me yet. Have complained multiple times over call (Complaint no.[protected] but no response yet. Very bad and unexpected experience.

I had ordered for a libas kurti they gave me a wrong product and when placed a request for return there is no response. Infact after the request placed also i got my new orders delivered at the same address and when placed for return no update. Why such unprofessional behaviour? I have been using myntra from 2012 and now when facing issue with few products this is what they do?

Got myntra voucher (After lenskart shopping) and nothing has mentioned anywhere how much amount applied from the total voucher. I am fulfilling all terms & conditions, even though not getting full discount by those vouchers.

When i discussed the issue they said you will not get full discount.
Then why they give vouchers and why mentioned for those vouchers that i will get 1000 & 600 off?
I am not even getting 50% of discount amount.

You just see the ecom tracking status. You can understand my disappointment.

If you can't find a mnc company address which is very clear in google maps. I suggest better you close your service in bangalore "ecom team"

Without calling customer how can you mention "address not locatable and addressee not contactable" - very bad impression.

May god help your business in long run with inefficient team.

I have placed one order (Order no:[protected]-5050601) on myntra on 11th oct 2018 and i didn't get that product yet.

Delivery person was updating wrongly on their portal and when i am trying to call the customer care they are telling repeatedly that delivery person was unable to contact me which is not true. Delivery persons were not calling on my registered no: ([protected] / [protected])

After 5 days i have called again to the customer care and ask them to share the escalation matrix but they didn't provide that and after forcing they have raise a incident with the detail of incident number:[protected] to address this issue.

One that time of ticket logging they told that they will resolve this issue with three working days.

Now i have got a mail stating my product was cancelled as it was returned to their warehouse as undelivered.

Please help us to get the product with the same price as now its price has arised.

I have placed the order as a gift and now they are harring me. If i am calling them then they are saying they can not do anything in this regard and

There is no scope to escalate this matter to the higher level also.

I have not received my order but still my order status showing it as 'delivered'. (Order no.:[protected]-9904103). I tried to complaint about this matter through myntra "call now" help center, but the mobile number (+[protected] they are showing is not reachable. I am not able to find any other way to complaint about my problem. What should i do??
