Mymta offer for cashback of 10% on citi credit card on purchase of rs 3000 above but on doing same didn't get cashback, contacted customer care, they say the offer is for specific card starting with some number selected by mantra, who will write this in term and condition, falsely making offer and on call saying there was some other condition as well. I fulfilled all condition as stated in their app but how am i suppose to know that offer is valid for specific citi card. I am highly unsatisfied with their false advertisement of offer.

    I purchased a product and received a damaged and over size one, I asked mytra.com to placed an return order, after which delivery boy came 1st time he abused and 2nd time he did not received the product, I am keep calling myntra.com team and they are only stating quality check failed where I have sent email that the product is same as it is and seal packed, also send the product image still they called and stating quality check failed not getting any resolution they keep closing my complaint and if I call they open and close, not getting any resolution want to escalate this matter.
    Please look in to this matter.

      I had placed a order for two clothing products on 6th october of naughty ninos girls jumpsuit and fame forever lifestyles black girls top...

      The black top is been shipped but the jumpsuit isn't shipped infact returned origin without even approaching...
      I kept tracking the record, but it never even showed to be shipped... But now the order is returned to origin...
      Should like to know wats the matter asap...!!!
      Reship the product or else refund my amount...

        Hi i placed a return request for jaipur kurti women blue solid trousers for which i received the following message (Return no. :[protected] is expected to be picked up today (9th oct 2018) by our pickup partner (Ph no. : [protected]). Please keep it ready in an unsealed packet.
        To check when will the delivery guy will come for the pick up i called on the given number to which he replied he will come around 2:00 pm and said he arrived at the given time. The delivery guy recalled my name and order details after which i handed the packet to him which he scanned with his mobile. After which he left but i didn't receive any return message neither he asked me to sign anywhere. Later in the evening i got a call from another delivery guy who came at my place to collect the order and i told him it's already been collected to which he said ok. But then after few minutes the owner called me and told me that the packet is not received by them and is not collected by any of his delivery person. I narrated the entire story to the myntra executive. Later in the evening again i received a message stating the pick up attempted today has failed and now will be reattempted again tomorrow. I am unable to understand if that guy was not genuine then how come he had all the details. Also the owner told me that the person whose number is mentioned in the message was on leave today. I want myntra to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

          I have ordered a dress at myntra on 23rd september against which a different dress material have been delivered to me on 3rd october, 2018. I had complaint this to myntra on same day evening giving all the details. Now, the material has been received by myntra on 9th october, 2018 and i have received a message that "your refund of rs 782.25 against order no.[protected]-8403101 could not be processed" in my mobile no. [protected]. Now, my question is that why an amount of rs 782.25 is being refunded by myntra, whereas i have paid an amount rs 931.00 against the dress material. The material which i have returned to myntra is due to wrong delivery by myntra, then why myntra is returning less amount applying their "return policy". It is a matter of great regret that such kind of act will reduce the tendency of online marketing. I strongly oppose what myntra has done with me and will never purchase anything from myntra.

              They are changing policies on my myntra account and they are charging me extra for the delivery charges specifically on my account..
              Dear myntra,
              I would like to inform you that 1st. Twice you delivered a wrong product, 2nd. Three or 4 times you delivered a defected product. 3rd. Your policy for the customers are very harsh you don't return the money if it enters in your myntra credit. 4th. No other shopping sites charges extra tax. 5th. Myntra never gives compensation over their wrong product or defective product returns.

                Hello, i m nandan. I ordered a navy blue running sports shoes costs 2885.90. The quality of shoe is so worst that after the use of almost 10 days all the parts of it looking in terrible condition. I just want the refund as soon as possible. And you are requested to please don't sell this type of rubbish and ordinary product at the name of a recognised brand.

                    I ordered mac compact along with lipstick, foundation and eyeliner on 1st of october 2018. My order no. Is[protected]-4091501. It is regretful to say that my compact powder was totally broken and grinded into pieces and powder. The condition of the compact was too poor. My hands went on to become dirty while opening the package. I want either exchange for the compact or i want my money back.

                        Earphones where missing inside the box and box was in tampered condition as someone already opened the box. I orderd soundpeats

                        When i registered the complaint, they said they will look into the matter and solve. Till now, 10 days are over and now myntra team is saying we have already investigated the complaint we have delivered the product so we can’t do anything. My order number is order no.:[protected]-3015803. Inside the delivered box there is all accessories and paper work but main earphones are missing and it is been clearly return on the cover the box is been empty by someone and time also mentioned on it i will attach photographs regarding this please look in to it asap.

                        Really a terrific experience ever with online shopping.

                          I ordered a 'Tommy Hilfiger' watch worth 7823/- after discount but i found a duplicate watch of some known 'IBSO' brand with in the tommy's box and having tags of original tommy watch. I instantly placed a return request but the courier man tell me to register a complaint on myntra's customer care and he deny to take my order back. Then i register a complaint regarding it on myntra's customer care but they are not taking it serious and tell me that...wait for 3 day wait for 2 days and are not resolving my problem.

                            I have ordered women white truffle collection loafers of size 3(U K Size) and of cost Rs 1119/-. But I have received wrong product consisting of bellies of size7(U K Size). I have made a return request on the same day and got a message for pick up on next day but delivery person refuse to accept the product as he got the message from the company regarding the declining of the request. I have made several calls to customer care but they said they can't do anything as the request has been declined. This is the worst experience I have I have ever got from any shopping site. As my whole money gone in vain as the product received is of no use to me.

At d time there is no clarification regarding return that myntra will not pick it from home...v prefer online shopping just 2 save time ..but at the time of return thereis no home pickup facility...I cant self ship d product...I tried several time 2-call customer care but no response...                                 I have ordered one lavie red handbag when the product was out for delivery i was not available at that time then after 2 daye i went to the courier office and the product was cancelled. The product was cancelled in just 3 days. When i have ordered the product the dilivery time was given from 30 september to 7 october and the product was returned in just 2 3 days.                                   Product that i recieved was with price tag i thought that might be not a major issue and i return product because it dosnt fit me. During return they refused my product by saying product is not passing its authenticity as there is not price tag. Other tags are there not only price tag that too because i recieved like that only. They simply said we regret but we cnt help you. This is how myntra deal there valuable customers. I will never buy anything from myntra now and i will convey my message to more and more people so that myntra dont put them too in trouble.

                                  They did a call to me after this complaint to giving me reply that they cant help me out. This myntra is for seller satisfaction bot consuner satisfaction. Fake online shopping portal never use this otherwise they only waste your money. I will spread this message more and more so that same lose not be face by any other customer.

                                    This is to bring to notice that i ordered two items from myntra in cod and delivery boy named benjamin cintury from gangtok called me few mins ago and after sometime i tried calling him back but it wasnt reachable. After an hour when it was reachable and he answered he was so rude and denied to deliver my items and even didnt give me time to explain why i couldnt answer in the meantime he called me. This is totally not acceptable and im not gonna order any item from now now.

                                      I purchased a product from Myntra and paid ₹809 at the time of purchase. Now when I have placed a return request on my screen I can see that only ₹659 will be refunded back.
                                      When I tried to contact the customer service for help on this I got a reply from him that the rest amount was delivery charge and the delivery charges are non refundable. When I asked him that where is this information written when the customer places the order and I got a reply that it is present in the apps FAQ section.

                                      Now my concern is that if the product is of no use to any Myntra customer still the customer has to pay the delivery charges? If yes, why?

                                      Also correct me if I am wrong, I have noticed that all the products on Myntra have a delivery charge always. So if it's a first order for customer and he didn't like it, or the quality is not upto the mark, still the customer has to bear the delivery charge? I find this very unfair for any Myntra customer.

                                      My next concern is that is it necessary for any customer to read the FAQ first and then order any product? According to the customer care executive I talked to, I should have first went through the FAQ section of the whole app. Can you please let me know why the customer will go through the FAQ section for the whole app unless he has some issues?

                                      Next, the refund I got was in my Myntra credit account which I can use for ordering next product. I am not a fool that after wasting a whole 150/- I will opt to shop from their app. So when I contacted them again to get back atleast my money from Myntra credit account to my Bank account, they refuse to give it back, they say it is against their policy.

                                      Can you please help me out to get atleast the remaining balance from them?

                                      At the end, I would only say that this was worst experience on Myntra app. I would never recommend any new person to use this app as unnecessary delivery charges are put on the customer's head.
