From last 10 days, i've been following up with myntra team to get my refund. And everytime i get different statements from myntra executives & their supervisors. Everytime i was told to wait for "3 days" but i never got any response amd i had to call and explain the same thing to new executives.

I had placed an order for 6 fcuk men briefs out of which one was torn. I tried to raise a complaint that the product was damaged but the customer care refused to acknowledge that there has been a damage to the product at their end. I recently ordered 3 Reebok track pants on 10 Sep
Order number[protected]-0906403 which got delivered on 12 Sep.

Out of the 3 track pants, 1 had a Reebok tags but was a fake repeat FAKE Adidas track pant (picture attached).

On calling your customer care, complain was registered with standard apologies.

After that, i have returned some items. From the returned items, i got the refund of some items. But there are 4 items whose refund i did not get.

I have purchased one women kurti, one kids wear and one men t shirt on 02.0.2018 payment of all the three items made by online banking. Item was delivered on 07.07.2018.
Men t shirt was returned by me because of size problem and item was collected by myntra on 25.07.2018.
Till today amount 576.45 was not refunded to my account by myntra....
