For order no[protected]-2211801 which contain cloths from mynntra i could not receive my product, but myntra saying they have delivered it. When i complained to myntra customer services they sent me a signature and saying that you have received the product but that signature is not mine. I contacted they many time but they are not helping at all. I paid using my credit card online.

Now i have lost the money and i haven't received the product too. Please help in resolving this issue. I will provide any more information needed for the same.

    I have ordered a Roadster men white and black sweater and a full sleeve shirt from british club from myntra on october 29 2018 of amount Rs 1125 of order number[protected]-3856501.
    the sweater when arrived was not the one i ordered so i returned back to the myntra delivery agent. and the shirt order got automatically canceled.

    i had paid via my debit card.i have all the history in my app of the order
    i have received mail about the refund but i m still waiting and my amount is not yet returned.
    i m very disappointed from this . please resolve my issue untill and unless i will never use this website again and urge my all peers, freinds and colleages to never use this website and app.

    Do 2 left foit shoes instead of one that too of different colour
    Please note that we have ordered some items from myntra . Items not recieved & they have messaged it as we refuse to accept it .This is utter nonsense that we can’t accept these kind of dramas ( no call or msg regarding delivery has been notified to us)

      not able to add bank account details while returning items

      I have purchased 3 items and want to return all the items for various reasons. There are two options for refund method while opting for return. I want to choose refund via bank account not myntra credit. But while giving bank details as refund option, the confirmation button is not enabled eventhough i have given all the mandatory informations on bank details. It seems like application only supports myntra credit option as refund method,...

      I ordered a pair of bluetooth earphones from Myntra (ORDER NO:[protected]-0515201) which i received on 12th Nov, 2018 6:45 pm. When i opened the package, it seemed tempered and the plastic case of earphones was empty. I have reached out to customer care multiple times but they are not helping. In the dispute, I am reaching out to consumer complaints for the help.

        I ordered roadster top of multipacks which contains 2 tops from which i only received one, on delivery of first top i got to know that other will be soon delivered from delivery boy and now after one week they are saying that they won't be able to give the other top delivery instead they are saying give that first top then only we will deliver multi pack pack.

        I used to buy stuff from Myntra on cod payment mode earlier in 686001 pincode. But now they say that it's not available. Why is it so? I need a solution for this.

          I had ordered for a watch along with other products a couple of days back. I received a packet which had the bill of around 8000 so i paid and when i opened i found a pair of slippers which was of rs 912 and the watch box is missing. After several requests myntra kept rejecting my request. Hence i have lost my money and the product too. Can u help me with this

            Myntra is telling they had proccesed the refund of item i had purchased and then returned as i didnt like the quality. I complained in customer care they have gave me arn and said to complain in bank. Bank (Sbi) is not responding they are telling they have no idea about this. Its been so many months. I have not recieved refund. I request to help me.

              I hv purchased jacket from myntra and returned to it and myntra said me they initiated refund and successfully transferred to my debit card but i haven't received my refund and contact my sbi bank and customer care they said they never check with reference number which myntra give me as they said the reference number is generated my myntra payment party not sbi so they suggested me control myntra for rechecked of funds transfer and j contact myntra but they r not responding and just giving me bank reference number even i hv proof of my bank statement that i didn't get my refund back..

              I want to buy NIKE FLEX CONTACT RUNNING SHOES in foot size of 8 no. But it is only left in foot size of 6 no. in stock. So kindly make other nos. also available so that customers can buy it.

                I ordered this item 3 weeks ago the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks ago.
                In all this time i only got one mail saying that the item is undelivered and they will deliver it soon. This was one week ago. However there is no sign of the delivery boy. Also i paid through myntra credit so my money is stuck in it. I am very angry and willing to take further action.

                  Myntra.com is cheating customers by delivering wrong products and when we ask for the actual product they are raising a return request. The executive is demanding for the actual product which was not delivered.

                  These people are irresponsible and they will raise a return and cancel it and when we write again by asking for our product it repeats again.

                  Worst customer service and no solution provided.

                  I want my product delivered or refund me the amount.

                    I ordered a pair of geox formal shoes in august from myntra, and paid inr 8700 for them (Original mrp is inr 20000). I started using these shoes in november 2018, and within 2 days o[censored]se, the sole on the right shoe has come off.

                    I contacted myntra, sent them pictures of the defective product on 3rd november, first on phone and then via email. They assured me that they would resolve the issue, which they have not for 2 weeks now. I have sent them 2 reminders after that on [protected]@myntra.com, but they just dont bother to respond.

                    They have sold me a defective product, and must refund me for the same.

                      It's ok if everything goes well but if you end up with any issues with product theny god you are screwed! They give a damn about it and the customer service is totally insensitive and deaf to your problems. They withhold a substantial amount stating various terms of your return the product and not even offer for a replacement. They are looting hard earned money of the people and totally don't fit to operate in this market and business. To me what they do with customers is a day time robbery and the customer service is tuned to put the blame on customers only but not empathize and help to resolve.

                      Pls don't fall for them and loose your money. There are many more which has high values and customer centric approach, pls encourage them as i am doing now.

                      Good byeee myntra.. You lost a customer and advocate for just 250₹!!! If that excites you.

                      I really really hope their management takes this seriously and does something about it.

                        I returned my two product which were here&now men black regular fit faded casual denim shirt priced rs.565.95 and ether women blue skinny fit mid-rise clean look jeans priced rs.872.88, order number[protected]-2979103, which i returned on 9th october 2018 and they received on 16th october 2018, and told me that i will get my refund after 7/10 days but today is 17th november 2018, and i haven't got my refund yet, when i call them they told me to send my bank statement and after sending my bank statement also my issue was not solved. I call them 10-12 times but then also i haven't got my refund, they told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call state bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated refund and they advised me to talk to myntra customer care and ask them to resolve the issue. I talked to myntra customer but they're not helping, they keep saying that we have initiated refund but i haven't received any refund yet.

                          On 15 th nov i ordered a pack of highlander t shirt online one was of color aqua and pink.. However i received only one t shirt of color aqua.. I raised the query on the same day when i received the tshirt i called the customer care he told me he’ll solve the request by taking the complaint and ill get the other one shirt.. I was like okay... After that i dint received any call or message on 17 th i was going though my mail i saw the mail from
                          Myntra that they have taken my exchange request which that customer care guy never informed me about and i knew that as i have used that t shirt i wont be able to exchange it so i called the customer talked to the agent n superviser vishakha. Firstly she did not even apologised for what has happened on their part she kept on saying it was suppose to be obvious from my side i should have not use that t shirt.. Secodly i gave her the option either just give me the other tshirt which i have not received it or refund the half amount and also i told her then ill buy your exchange product again but ill pay the amount only for one tshirt.. She kept on saying how it was my fault with no sollution i have... I paid full amount to them in advance as a promise from
                          Their side that they will deliver me the product but they gave justice to that product halfly... Later on i got tired with her so i said take the complaint or transfer this call to your manager let him give me the sollution she denied that as well...

                            Delivery personal contacted and asked me to collect the consignment from him. I told him that i will collect it today and he agreed, but the product status become return to origin. Worst service i ever experienced. This is second time. I contacted the customer service and registered two complaints, but no change in behavior and didn't get the items.

                              I ordered a leather ed hardy jacket from myntra and after a year it started torn out the worst material they used all the big brands making fool of people here on myntra selling their worst product here
                              I request you to exchange it or refund or either i will put a complaint in consumer court
                              They are using fake stuff like leather it wasn’t leather just look alike and cost me around 3200 after a heavy discount but it all waste of money

                                I have not got the refund of RS 1149. I have returned the product. They are telling the refund is processed from there side on 21st October. I called them 7 8 times. They told me to contact bank and file a dispute at bank. The refrence number they provided to check with the bank is wrong. It has been 1 month. I even shared my bank account statement that the amount had not been refunded. But they are telling they can't help contact the bank.bank is telling contact myntra. If they have transferred the money where Is the money

                                    I have purchase HRX sunglasses, which was small for me in size so I have initiated exchange, on next day. Now exchange of this sunglasses took so much time to deliver because of festival season and heavy load on delivery people. Same time I have requested to Myntra executive to cancel exchange I will return this product but after taking so much feedback their is nothing done by customer executive. Meanwhile I am not at all able to return this product within 7 days because of Myntra app not supportive to initiate return while exchange is going on. Now all delay happen only because of this Myntra logistics and Myntra denying to accept return because 7 days over. At not at all ready to investigate their fault...### management or customer service who block my email as well.

                                      Missing Product
                                      I had ordered four products from Myntra on 6th of November which contains 3 shirts and a watch . I made the full payment online.I received a package on 8th of November at my address. The package i received was fine doesn't looked damaged, but when i open it. i was shocked to know that the watch that i had ordered was missing & there was an empty box though i received my shirts. I immediately told the delivery boy that i won't accept the order take it back. He refused to do so. He told me to lodge a complaint with Myntra customer care which i did in front of him. i explained to them what happened with me. They assured me that they will resolve the matter within 3 business days and asked me to accept the order first. The delivery boy didn't even took my signature for confirmation of delivery he just ignored me. Now after calling several time & waiting for almost 7 days i got a reply that my request is declined. That mean i paid Rs. 1624 for an empty box. I want to lodge a complaint against whoever is responsible . please help
