I placed an order via Myntra online shopping app on 22.06.2018 ordering 6 items bearing order no.[protected]-5868401 worth Rs 5668.87. I received the order and it turned out to be a wrong shipment consisting only 3 items. The 3 items shipped were not even part of the original order I placed for 6 items. I placed a return request immediately thereafter, and to my utter shock, the concerned executive who came to pick up the return refused to accept the return. He said, the order placed and the items requested for return do not match and your order is incomplete as the return request is of 6 items but you are giving us three items. I explained this to the
executive but he was adamant on the same and did not pick up my return. Thereafter, I called the customer care explaining my grievance to which I was given a series of assurances about redressal of my dispute but I am waiting for their actions to match their words to this date.
Thereafter, after successfully buying and wasting time and despite my repeated requests and attempts, I did not get either the items I ordered or the refund. Despite raising many return request, going to the local warehouse of the Myntra, talking to the customer care only fake assurance were given to me and it took almost 100 days to resolve this issue. Again in mid – October 2018 I contacted the Myntra team wherein they accepted the fault at their end and asked me to place another return request which I did. As expected, they kept me on hook by requesting me to wait every time I called them. Strategy is simple by Myntra - frustrate customer so much that he himself bows out of the contest. I have conversed with all the persons in the managerial pyramid in Myntra customer care and all of them have on record accepted that the fault lies at their end but again they have not resolved the dispute and today i.e 25.10.2018, Myntra escalation team case manager called me to inform
that they are declining the request made by me stating that the fault is not from their end, indirectly stating that I am putting false allegations on the Company.
This is ironic, I don't a reason why I would spend the time and energy to replace the products, assign them unique ID codes and waste time with Myntra for an amount of 5, 700, as if I do not have anything better or productive thing to do my life.
