I have placed one order on myntra on 28.10.2018. Amount of 2319 deducted from my sbi bank account. After 10 min i saw, order has not been placed. I contacted to myntra customer care executive for not placing this order. We have not recieved payment from your account. He said your money will be added to your account by your bank within 48 hours. You dont need to worry, please order the items again. Just because items were on less prize. I ordered again after 30 min. (Amount 2286).
After waiting 2 days, i contacted again myntra for not getting my amount back, ther are saying now that contact your bank, we have not recieved your payment. What to do please help.
