I got a call from myntra. A lady was talking about a lucky draw from my last purchase that i have listed in lucky winners. When i asked about this offer in myntra official customer care then i found that there is not an kind of luck draw exist. She wanted to make me a purchase of 3600 and share the product id with them. Call from noida as she said. And i feel that her way of communication didn't look good. Number from i got the call is [protected].

Hello sir, i had order a mitera brand saree which could not satisfied my expectations. So i returned it the same day. The delivery agent told me that i will get my refund within 3 to 4 working days in my account. But i didnt got the refund. So i called myntra, and they said i will get the refund till 3 nov. But till now i have not got my money back. Please solve my problem.

On 1st of sept 2018 i ordered kids dresses those are defected one. I returned those on 13 sept. Next day only they changed the status (Refund processed). Within 7 days i did received the refund amount. I called myntra and they said its been already processed... Need to check with bank. I called bank and they said 23 digin number they need for tracking, that was invalid number. On 25th sept only they initiated the transaction.
But still not got the money. Its been 2 month. Daily i am calling to mynata. They dont have any clues.. Where taht amount gone... So irrisponsible... Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.. Please stop buy any prodct from them

Myntra is cheating customers by displaying attractive price in product page. I have ordered 5 items combo from myntra and they delivered only 3 in that also one is with wrong size. When i contacted customer care they are telling, you have paid money for only 3 and as there was a technical issue on product page we cannot help. Hopeless customer service and their representative kumar gourav. Acting as he has made the rules.

Actually i bought this product from myntra. And its been 8-9 months since that happend. Now when i try to re order this same product its saying that they cant ship to this pincode 683108. This is te same pincode i used before to purchase this same product. Willl i be able to do order this again plz do check it

I ordered three tshirts from myntra with the order id[protected]-3389001 with the payment made through credit card.
The item was due for delivery on 1st nov. I received a message at 1 p. M. That the order was out for delivery but didn't receive any call post that. At 6:09 p. M. I received a mail that the item has been delivered but neither i nor my family members have received the item. Need the resolution at the earliest for the same.

My exchange order no is.[protected]-9093101 I order full tradition dress but they only sent Kurta 2 items are missing in that dress. I requested to exchange that dress they said 3 days they are doing but they take 20 days and more days to take this.. And until they are not exchange that dress. Now myntra customer care blok my no. From their contact

For one week, my return & refund request is not being attended to. The pick up person is also abusive when i am calling him (As per the number sent by myntra).
There is absolutely no support and help from the myntra customer service call center. They are also just delaying by 3 days every time i am calling.

Divyani (Escalation desk) does not help and does not allow customers to escalate issues and tries to hide the bad services of the company.

The company is blatantly lying on service quality and time lines and has created a setup which fools and misguides paying customers and cheats them of the services deserved by them. Shows the mindset, ethics and morality of the organization and its promoters.

i have made a purchased of my product from Myntra.com delivered on 10th oct and i got a defectrive and usable product.The shoes are in dirty condition and teared from one side.Regarding the same i have called 8-9times customer care they also create a exchange for the same and delivery man came to my address 6 times and refused to exchange the product because product was defective.
the same answer always i got from CSR and delivery man that CSR used to tell me the same thing that We have sent approval to the agent and your product will be exchanged and i am getting the same answer from last 3 weeks.
and delivery man used to say that we did not get any approval regarding your defective product so we can't accept it.
Really This is not expected from Myntra.

The product delayed 2 times a week. It got transffered from 1 day to 7th day. The diliver was coming on 31st oct but they told it will come on 3rd nov then transffered to 8 of nov. Very poor myntra.
Now when i called them they told me that u should cancel your order and replace.
So were is my comfort.
Should each day i should place order of same product.
So i dont have any work or what?

Bag of joy it seems wat joy u fool's still didn't received the products which i ordered from u guys order i'd ending with 03701 waste of buying products from this cheap quality myntra 3 rd class service super heavy delay in delivering products hv to wait 1 month or wat guys amazon is infinite time better then this # so called online shopping waste service last tym gud bye

This is to inform you that that i have always believed myntra does great work with their customer service.

I however have been deceived this time with my order.

The mango blazer that was delivered was not a mango product. I buy mango product all the time and i know the quality.

I feel cheated as i have been waiting for this blazer for quite sometime. This is against any consumer rights .

I need this matter to be escalated and i want the team to come back and justify why inspite of paying the full amount the product that was sent was a wrong product. This is disgusting. The tag and the bar code was not even matching. The size was different. This whole experience has been traumatic.

On 5 october 2018 i ordered high star women blue slim fit mid rise clean look stretchable cropped jeans with tracking id mynp[protected] with order id 109114527547958098503 and i received my product on 11 of october. But that is wrong product of completely different brand size and of colour. So, i want to refund of my order immediately as soon as possible. Please create my return request.

Hi i raised a return complaint on oct 22 which is automatically cancelled on oct 31 without any reason. And myntra customer care support said that 'we have no information for this cancellation you raised a new complaint then i raised another one and myntra give 10 days more time for pickup what the hell is this. Please take action on in it as soon as possible

Mynthra delivered package, but when i opened main package i saw that headphone package was already opened.
I showed this to my colleagues and i have opened in front of them.
Except main head phone all accessories of headphones was present.
When i contacted, mynthra replied that they have done investigation and product was send properly.
Cheaters didn't even bother to call and ask about my complaint.

Myntra shipped a product without a price tag in a sub-standard torn bag.. A clear evidence of breaching the quality parameter.. The product was a female footwear from anouk.. After multiple calls team is not taking it back and asking for the price tag. Incident details

Please suggest how to file complaint against myntra?

I ordered 4 products from myntra on 25th oct 2018. As the order was above 2000 rupees i got a phonepay app cashback of 200 rupees. I got delivered 3 products on time. Out of which one product was misleading in the description so i returned it.

I got a message that the delivery of the 4th product is delayed due to some unavoidable situation.
After one day when i checked in the myntra app saw that the order is canceled and they have initiated payment the amount i have paid minus the cashback i received in the phonepay app. They didn't have the courtesy to even inform me before canceling and didn't even mention the reason.

I had ordered a boult earphone via order no.[protected]-3387401 which i had receive empty box and earphone is not there. Same day (20/10/18) i had raised complaint for the same.

But 10 days has been past and i have not received my amount of rs. 588 in my myntra credit a/c.

I am using another application like amazon/jabong/flipkart but never faced this type of issue in refund.

And this is my personal feedback about myntra that i will never use this app in future as well as never suggest to any for shopping on myntra also customer service is worst and not able to resolve the issue after a long follow up...

I have placed one order on myntra on 28.10.2018. Amount of 2319 deducted from my sbi bank account. After 10 min i saw, order has not been placed. I contacted to myntra customer care executive for not placing this order. We have not recieved payment from your account. He said your money will be added to your account by your bank within 48 hours. You dont need to worry, please order the items again. Just because items were on less prize. I ordered again after 30 min. (Amount 2286).
After waiting 2 days, i contacted again myntra for not getting my amount back, ther are saying now that contact your bank, we have not recieved your payment. What to do please help.

I was not called prior when my order was out for delivery even more the delivery boy did not even call me and just gave my order to my gate keeper as i’m not in town how do you expect me to collect my order? I did not even get a message of my order being delivered how careless and irresponsible i’m really disappointed i won’t ever order anything from myntra i want you to take a strict action against the man who delivered it. 🙏🏻
