I had ordered 1 piece of lee coper men jean and 1 color bar kajal as per order
[protected]-9863103. The delivery came on 9th july but since the package was very small, i asked the delivery boy about the jeans but he said he had only this packet. I checked my myntrale app...

I am not able to return the nike shoes i bought worth rs 7000 as they are not genuine nike. But it just exceeded 1 day against the return period and the customer care personnel is refusing to return and is very rude.
Its a matter of 7 thousand for me not a small amount.in first case they shouldn’t be this rude its a matter pf customer building
I am requesting for a call back but there is no one calling me back and they do...

My amount refund has been initiated by myntra but not reflected in my account uptil now
I followed up with the bank they are saying no transaction done yet for refund by myntra
I had purchased 2 track pants of adidas and reebok it didnt fit well so had to return it
Nor the return pickup has taken placeit has been more than a month now

I have accumulated around Rs 5400 as Myntra credits in my Myntra account however I no longer wish to shop from Myntra. I called the Myntra customer care and they confirmed that there is no option to move to money to my bank account.

I wish to move my money in the form of Myntra credits to my bank account and considering that it is my money I should be able to do the same....

I am a regular customer of myntra and other various sites. But, my most favorite is myntra. But, the only one issue i'm facing is the tax problem. Whenever i place a order on sites like amazon, fliplart etc. I get to pay only rs. 60 or say rs. 40 and a minute value for tax. But i see i always have to pay more than rs. 200 for taxes and a great delivery value of rs.149.
I'm very disappointed with this. Please see to it....

The problem is that the photograph which has been been shown on an app for a particular top contains a zip closure at the back but the top which i have got is not having a zipper. I’ve been given a defective earpods by myntra. I raised a complaint about the same and myntra is refusing to replace the product. It’s just been 5-6 days of delivery. I’ve even tried talking to the customer care of myntra and they ended the call abruptly once.
The company is not giving appropriate solutions to the issue and they want me to solve the issue by myself.

I already returned my order to myntra but your courier person said I already send your two products to my office in Okla may be they list your products and I continuously calling in call center your service is pathatic three weeks passed but whole people make me fool.. Now I'm going to send a mail to your CEO... And on Friday one of your supervisor told me that we received your one product here and now top and refund will inisate...

I have been trying to connect to the myntra toll free numbers (+[protected] / +[protected] but they are never reachable.
The customer experience is really bad as i have not been able to raise my concern due to this.

I place order today 29 july 2018. Soon after place the order, i realised the one of the item of the order has wrong size so i tried to change the size which was not possible. I also tried to get it changed from customer care but they said its not possible as advised me to cancel the order and place the fresh one. I said fine but in that case you are going to share the credit card interest expensed for the period in which money doesn’t reflect...

Gave a defect product. Return is not being accepted by them. Myntra associate is not answering properly. This list what they are doing with customer. Fake things are been sold. Everyone must know the truth. Delivery time was so long like a snail. People expect more from them but they do nothing. For refund they took too many hours. So place my return and get my refund money as early as possible....

I have returned one item cost is 286, and for that you initiated refund of 138 rs and informed me rs 119 had been credited as cashback to my phonepe account. See this the second time i am facing difficulties with your service. Along with this item i bought 2 more items costed 1000 rs and cashback was 10% of total amount. And while returning one product how you can take back full cash back in to account. Moreover...

I ordered one top, it was showing in stock when i ordered it. Later on i got message from them saying "your product is delayed but it will be delivered". Today i checked my account on myntra and they just cancelled my order without even telling me. Now solution they are giving is to order it again, which i cannot do because the product is out of stock now.

Kindly note that, I have placed 5 orders worth rupess 6000 last night at around 11: 30 PM, 26th July'18 via Myntra App and paid them online through credit card. However post placing the order I have realised to update my kolkata address as the address was showing Pune hence immediatly updated kolkata address.

Next day 27th July'18 I have called the customer care to inform about the address however customer care executive confirmed...

I am first time user of myntra. I ordered 2 kurtis which was confirmed me. After 1 month i received your order is cancelled as the courier person was unable to deliver.
