I ordered a wrogn jacket on 04/11/2018, amount rs - 2576, through myntra, then i returned, i paid through pnb debit card, myntra initiated the refund on 10/11/2017
Now 116 days has gone but my account is not credited yet, i called myntra again nd again even they didn't reply me properly, then they provide me bank reference no - [protected]

First they provided me a wrong product and when i asked for exchange they haven't helped me. After 10 days of exchange i requested for refund option. But the pick up boy refused me to accept that as he said he does not received any e mail from myntra for wrong product. Very poor service from myntra. As they haven't resolved my problem. I used to call the myntra customer care on daily basis. They always said the issue being raised and your problem will be sorted out in 24 hours. But it's been 14 days and i does not get any solution. And pick up boy (E cart) daily pick up the product from my home and return it to me in the evening by saying that he had not received any e mail from myntra regarding the wrong product.

I have ordered a watch for my uncle and he has received a call on the name of mytra that he won a prize of 50 k. Fraud team has shared the order and address details to my uncle so he got convinced. On behalf on my uncle i have shared my card details to fraud people. Due to that i lost my 4172 amount. I have also raised an complain with myntra that how can they shared my personal details to fraud. Then they have not taken this seriously and dint nothing and asked me to raise an cyber crime report.

I had ordered shoes from myntra on 3 november 2018 and they had promised to deliver it by 19th november, it is yet to be delivered on talking to customer care and their on social media handles they promised to get back to me on the same issue, but quite unprofessional from myntra that they haven't reverted back yet, i asked them for refund they are unable to initiate it.
The product til this date remains undelivered.

I want you to push the company so that they initiate a refund within 24hrs

Was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 20th nov 2018 and i made a payment of 3866 through airtel money wallet ([protected]). Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them 5-6 times.. When i placed order there was an offer of some cashback from myntra if i make payment through airtel app.. I got my cashback as per offer.. I have attached screenshot of payment and cashback details. But money is yet to be refunded.

I ordered ishin saree... The saree which is delivered is totally different than ordered... I requested for return 5 times. The delivery person comes but doesn't take back the parcel, he says that image doesn't match... I've contacted to customer care 6-7 times but got no reponse... They say pick up will be done but nothing happens. This is just not fair... I want refund as soon as possible.

And once again i ordered some cclothes from mynta in the month of october and did not received refund and even one dress from. Myntra and they marked the dress as delivered every time i call them tgey forward me the bank ref no and ask me to contact the bank support team and when contacted to them they say we have not received such amount i am so fed up these are the ref no

I have not received refund and its more then 3 monts i had forwed them pdf of my. Passbook my bank statments and still thede is no response every time i mail them a complaint they just forward me the bank ref no amd ask me to cintact bank support team amd when i talk to bank support team they as me to contact myntra customer service as there is no refund received from myntra

I want you to refund exactly what i paid for not only half of money... How can you said that delivery charges can't be refund? Why you should give us a notice before we order not after we returned because we are not satisfied about the apparel that why we asked about the refund... What do you think about us we are your servants or any you the one right to paid a salary for your workers it's not my worker it your job to do that...

For order no[protected]-2211801 which contain cloths from mynntra i could not receive my product, but myntra saying they have delivered it. When i complained to myntra customer services they sent me a signature and saying that you have received the product but that signature is not mine. I contacted they many time but they are not helping at all. I paid using my credit card online.

Now i have lost the money and i haven't received the product too. Please help in resolving this issue. I will provide any more information needed for the same.

I have ordered a Roadster men white and black sweater and a full sleeve shirt from british club from myntra on october 29 2018 of amount Rs 1125 of order number[protected]-3856501.
the sweater when arrived was not the one i ordered so i returned back to the myntra delivery agent. and the shirt order got automatically canceled.

i had paid via my debit card.i have all the history in my app of the order
i have received mail about the refund but i m still waiting and my amount is not yet returned.
i m very disappointed from this . please resolve my issue untill and unless i will never use this website again and urge my all peers, freinds and colleages to never use this website and app.

I have purchased 3 items and want to return all the items for various reasons. There are two options for refund method while opting for return. I want to choose refund via bank account not myntra credit. But while giving bank details as refund option, the confirmation button is not enabled eventhough i have given all the mandatory informations on bank details. It seems like application only supports myntra credit option as refund method,...

I ordered a pair of bluetooth earphones from Myntra (ORDER NO:[protected]-0515201) which i received on 12th Nov, 2018 6:45 pm. When i opened the package, it seemed tempered and the plastic case of earphones was empty. I have reached out to customer care multiple times but they are not helping. In the dispute, I am reaching out to consumer complaints for the help.

I ordered roadster top of multipacks which contains 2 tops from which i only received one, on delivery of first top i got to know that other will be soon delivered from delivery boy and now after one week they are saying that they won't be able to give the other top delivery instead they are saying give that first top then only we will deliver multi pack pack.

Myntra is telling they had proccesed the refund of item i had purchased and then returned as i didnt like the quality. I complained in customer care they have gave me arn and said to complain in bank. Bank (Sbi) is not responding they are telling they have no idea about this. Its been so many months. I have not recieved refund. I request to help me.

I hv purchased jacket from myntra and returned to it and myntra said me they initiated refund and successfully transferred to my debit card but i haven't received my refund and contact my sbi bank and customer care they said they never check with reference number which myntra give me as they said the reference number is generated my myntra payment party not sbi so they suggested me control myntra for rechecked of funds transfer and j contact myntra but they r not responding and just giving me bank reference number even i hv proof of my bank statement that i didn't get my refund back..

I ordered this item 3 weeks ago the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks ago.
In all this time i only got one mail saying that the item is undelivered and they will deliver it soon. This was one week ago. However there is no sign of the delivery boy. Also i paid through myntra credit so my money is stuck in it. I am very angry and willing to take further action.

Myntra.com is cheating customers by delivering wrong products and when we ask for the actual product they are raising a return request. The executive is demanding for the actual product which was not delivered.

These people are irresponsible and they will raise a return and cancel it and when we write again by asking for our product it repeats again.

Worst customer service and no solution provided.

I want my product delivered or refund me the amount.
