Sir, i had ordered a crocs and t-shirt from myntra on 10/8/18 but cancelled it. I called up the myntra executive about the refund for which they told me to wait for 10 days as they have already initiated the refund. On 20/8/18, when i called up another myntra executive telling that it's already 10 days and the money hasn't been refunded yet. To my surprise, he told me that they didn't get the money. However, another executive tells me that that they have refunded the money on 14/8/18 and provided me with a reference no. The reference no they provided is invalid. I called up the myntra customer care and they told me to contact the sbi helpline no. As they will help me out but when i contacted the sbi helpline no., they told me if the money has once reach the merchandise, it is their part to do the needful. I am getting stuck between both the helpline no. Without any avail. Kindly help me with the refund process. The attachments has been provided below.

They sent an mail again telling that the refund have been initiated on 10/8/18 itself.Last time, they told 14/8/18.When every Myntra executive tell a different time of initiated refund and some executive have no clue about the refund.
Should I actually believe in them?

I have already returned the product on 14 and same has been confirmed by myntra customer care. But refund has not been initiated by them.

    As per my telephonic conversation with your contact center dated 18/8/2018 and dated 25/08/2018 i haven't heard anything about it yet. The contact center representatives are real liars. They give you fake tat and trust me no one calls you or acknowledge ur concerns. So here am again putting my concerns here. My two orders[protected]-1178003 &[protected]-7529803 were picked up by one of your courier partners dated 17/8/2018, friday. His name is ajay contact no: [protected]
    . However i haven't received any refund nor any update in regards to the product. I have no idea why no one is giving my any update. I am very dissatisfied with the same. I really appreciate if you could help me with this and respond asap. I need this to be solved and need my money back

    I purchased maybelien midnight date lipstick but I found it's totally different from image can i exchange but its very wrong with geniun customer
    My order number with 108563726805634917601 has received a parcel and with no kurta after complaining through conducted invesgation the parcel is sealed and delivered but there are not giving confirmation about kurta inside the packet.

      I purchased men's round neck T-SHIRT on July 15 and used only once but the colour is coming out and mixed to shirt in two different places of the shirt front and back. It can't used anymore now. I won't belief that Myntra Will supply such a bad quality comparing with the cost to t-shirt. I want a new one or shall I complaint to consumer court.i am sending the foto of t-shirt from front and back . Pls do needful .

      I got only bag but did not get top.
      & in my account its showing the both products are delivered.

        Order deliverd date showing date is 14/08/2018 but i did not received the product, i have contacted with the customer service number [protected], they booked the complaint against the issue but still now they did not resolve the issueeven if more than 15th days have gone how i can resolve my problem, i want to go consumar foram if complaint not resolve

          I am getting notifications in my gmail from myntra about some orders. Thing is that i dont even remember creating a myntra account. Someone else is using an account in my gmail address. I how that is even possible. Now i have downloaded the myntra app and changed the password using my gmail. I dont know if that is enough. My gmail address is [protected]@gmail.com

            Ordered for two shirts size 46, and two times they have sent the wrong size 42 and then they say that it's cos of sellers size chart error and they were not willing to give any sort of compensation. I had to buy a new shirt as i ordered this for an occassion.

            I spoke to customer service the first time when they sent the wrong shirt and they never spoke of this size chart error and asked me to either exchange or return. So i applied for exchange.

            When i received the exchanged ones they were also of size 42 instead of size 46. Now when i call them how upsetting this while ordeal is they were reluctant in owning up to their mistake and blamed it on me saying i picked size l instead of xl. I told them there was no mention of l or xl in the app but only in numbers i. E. 42 or 44 or 46. Then they said it's the mistake of seller, that they had updated the wrong size chart online and i purchased based on the wrong size chart.

            Now they are asking me to apply for exchange again or get refund. It is my birthday today and i had to go through this ordeal with them all day. Now i had to shell out additional 2000rs for a mistake of not mine. I spoke to customer service and their response was 'your issue does not qualify for a compensation'. I was so hurt to hear those words that too on my birthday and felt very offended.

            I have attached the wrong sized shirt that was sent to me with a tag saying size 42 instead of size 46. I understood i was not going to get anywhere by talking to them so i am here needing some help on getting compensation. Please help.

              On 13th august we were suppose to receive the below product "corsica brown solid sling bag" along with "kraus jeans" order #[protected]-3905801. However when the delivery executive "suraj" arrived to deliver the product he was having only one product which was "kraus jeans", to which we informed him that we were supposed to receive one more product "corsica sling bag". He told us that he has only one product at this time and will get the 2nd product tomorrow (Which never happened).
              We received an sms & email stating both the product has been delivered, to which we immediately reported the issue with myntra support that corsica sling bag was not delivered. After the investigation from support we received an email that the said claim stands declined and we would not be inclined to look at the same anymore. I raised this concern on twitter as well, to which i received a similar reply

              My concern is resolved, i haven't received the product till date neither the refund amount. This amount is very small however its questioning my integrity now as the email from your customer support is disheartening and not the kind of support a customer is expecting. I have spoken to suraj (Delivery executive) and vijay (Cc'd in the email) who are aware of the incident.

              The package was sealed when we received and if the package was suppose to have 2 products in it, then i requested them to have a look at the cctv footage of the package when it was in the process of packing and share the footage with with to which they replied 'its internal and they cannot share'.

                I placed an order for three wrangler jeans vide order no.[protected]-9602503 on 14 july 2018. The cost of jeans was 1744.96 + 1744.96 + 1296.96 = rs. 4786.88

                On receipt of material at my end, i did not find them to my liking and opted to return all three. My request was accepted and the same were picked up shortly thereafter.

                Refund on all three items was initiated. However, i received only one payment for rs. 1744.96 in my bank account on 24-07-18. This is cost of one jean only. Balance amount of rs. 3041.92 for two jeans has not been returned/refunded inspite of the fact that over a month has passed since the refund process was initiated.

                I tried to call on the number given at the site. However, it was of no help as i was unable to speak to anyone; it kept me in a loop that was absolutely frustrating with no results.

                I want my refund immediately.

                  I ordered two roadster tshirts through the myntra early on the month of august and the product shows delivered in the status but i didnt received the product yet, firstly the first tshirt shows deliver within a day of ordered then thesecond tshirts shows delivered on the day specified for expected delivery, when i call through the customer care thy just took the complain and thy didnt give any specified information and correct answers after a lot of phone calls, please i need to know the mistake of the status and the full refund bank into my debit card that i used for purchase, if not i will be ready to take the better decisions against the myntra!!

                    I recieved product without out price tag. Instead it was attached as sticker to the transparent cover in which it was wrapped and the product is not being accepted for return as the price tag is missing. I received a product without price tag and proper quality check. I have placed a return request within one hour of recieving that product and all package is intact the way i received it

                    I have received giordano watch without price tag and proper quality check instead price tag was placed as sticker on box and transparent cover. I have placed for return within an hour but return is being rejected because of missing price tag. I don't even disturb the packaging. I don't get it how will i provide price tag when dint receive the product with price tag. I really felt cheated by ordering from myntra.

                        My complain is regarding to my order in myntra. I ordered a shoes from myntra in which i didn't receive laces of it. So i lodge a complaint against it in myntra. But they denied and said that product is complete from their end. And they are not providing any solution to this. Please do needful in this regard. Why would i lie if i receive a incomplete product.

                          I ordered a kurta from Myntra.com. payment was made in advance. Now when it reached me, the quality of product is really low..there are threads coming out from everywhere in the kurta and the fabric is used is really cheap! Despite of requesting again and again they ain't ready To exchange or return it. Kindly help! The cost of the kurta is approx 700 rupees and they are expecting me to use it as it is in this worst condition.

                              Sir I ordered a wall clock price was 627 and the piece was damage and company refused to change or return and I am very disappointed towards the company attitude...I just 4 to 5 times to customer care executive they did not take any serious action on my issue ...I just want to exchange it... ...if I m paying a money then why I should take a damage piece...

                                I have ordered a women’s michel kors watch worth rs 14995 and what i recieved is men’s armanj watch of rs 13995. I have already registerd a complaint on that same day i got the courier, and now i got a mail that your complain and claim is denied! I have sent an email already enclosing all the pictures ordr number and all things that i required by you! Now i want my money back otherwise i am going to file complaint against this!

                                  This with regards to the subjected order
                                  [protected]-7341703 which was placed on 15 August 2018, from your app . The ETA for the delivery of my order was 21 August 2018.

                                  Unfortunately I have not received the product despite multiple follow up.

                                  As per my conversation with your rep I was been told that the delivery is going to be as per ETA, things would be sorted by 25 August 2018.

                                  Guess what !!! Last night my order was cancelled because " Myntra did not want to deliver the product to me which does not qualify quality check" .

                                  Again does Myntra have Authorization to cancel customer orders as they like without notifying ??? I am really interested to know.

                                  Secondly does Myntra actually do a quality check 6 days later we place the order ?

                                  This is very poor service, i would really want to uninstall your app and move on ..

                                  Finally I decided to place the order through Flipkart, and thanks to their wonderful service I am receiving my product in just a day " completing quality check in a day ".

                                  Again in just a "single day "

                                  Again my only concern is why am I not been informed despite me proactively following up with you that eventually Myntra cannot deliver the product that they have it under their own app.

                                    I had ordered for one jocket but it was misfit. I returned it and asked to transfer to your account. Then I ordered for one sweater and 2 track pants.
                                    The sweater was delivered yesterday and today one track pant. In fact it was combo offer for 2 track pants and not one. !. Today only one track pant was delivered and it is clear case of cheating .
                                    To resolve this issue please collect the track pant immediately and inform the action being taken. you can see from the order it is pants ! and not one pant. it is of poor quality and not worth for the money paid - Rs.599 + tax + delivery charges.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I'm satish and this is my registered email id in myntra.
                                      I was told by your executive yesterday that i will get a mail regarding the conversation which i had with the follow up mail, but no confirmation given. So embarrassing about these false commitment.
                                      Let me come to the issue.
                                      Frankly to say this is the 1st time i was trying to purchase.
                                      I had a myntra credit points of rs:200 and when i tried to purchase i didn't find that.
                                      After checking on it i came to know that it got expired and so i contacted the myntra through chat and they said it's for 90days and they was checking on it, unfortunately the chat got disconnected.
                                      Then in the evening i made a call where is 1 agent took the call and he was simply putting me on hold and there response from was not proper!
                                      So that i gone through your complete "term and condition" of those referral credit which was given to me and i said him that it's for 90 days, because he was arguing with me saying it's for only 1 days. I said it's your t*c how it will change and he said for you we have given for 1 days only.
                                      And he was not checking anything properly and no proper response from him.
                                      In a 30 mins call the placed me hold for almost 20mins.
                                      I was not convinced so asked for the supervisor or a manager, but he said there are not available, so he will arrange a call back.
                                      I said fine okay, but asked him to send me a confirmation as a email. He said our call is recorded so i will not give false promises.
                                      But still now i didn't get any response.
                                      It's so frustrating and the behavior is not at all agreeable.
                                      So kindly if some one check. For this and revert me back as early.

                                        I have placed 2 orders. Order no[protected]-9911103 dated 5 august and another one with order no[protected]-7880301 om 3rd august. Both of my orders didn't get delivered yet. Its about 20 days and you guys haven't deliverd my products. Neither i am able to cancel my orders. This is very much unexpectable from myntra. If you are not able to deliver then atleast give the option to cancel if the delivery date is already crossed.

                                        I placed an order on Aug, 2018 through Myntra mobile app and cancelled it immediately for which i got a mail from Myntra that refund has been initiated but i haven't recieved the amount yet and i am unable to contact the coustomer care as well. That's why i am putting my complaint on this site. Please see into this asap.
