On 21 sep 2018, I ordered a Vero Moda top from myntra, I paid the amount of Rs 625.70 to myntra through my airtel wallet . My money was debited from my airtel wallet but order did not placed.
I even called and mailed to the customer care but problem is still unresolved.

It's really frustrating

Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    Hi... I have ordered my daughter's frock from myntra... From the date of order till today it was showing the correct information about tracking... But today i received the message from myntra that your item is delivered but i have not received any order today... When i called myntra customer care they send me the signature of the person who received the courier which was with the name by which the order was... Clearly it was a fake signature and the courier boy name is switched off... It's highly disappointing that such a reputed company is not able to do correct delivery of products.

      I had orders a popnetic white top on 10th september 2018.. It was expected to be delivered on 15th september 2018. I personally spoke to the courier boy thrice to deliver it on thursday 20th september 2018 at 1.00pm. He said he will come in 10min but he never turned up. The product was urgently required for an event. It is very disappointing and i have experienced it for the first time. I called up ur customer care too who said i ll get mail regarding the same which i haven’t yet. Kindly get back on what action has been taken. The number of the person is as follows [protected]

        I have order soundpeats q12 from myntra, i got my delivery on 22 september 2018, when i open my package and try to switch on my earphone i got no response, i also try to charge it but charging is also not working, no sign of charging on led of earphone. These earphone not even worked once.

        I have complaint in myntra care customer they have given me the time of 3 days, but also they are not looking sure and telling me exactly whether this products they will replace or not.

        Please help me with this as earphones are really costly i. E. ₹ 1764

        They Cancelled the order because my brother was in college and asked the delivery person to come the next day. This is outrageous.
        On 20/09/18 I ordered some products on myntra and I paid via netbanking but after paid my order not showed on myntra account. from yesterday i checked about my order but there is nothing.
        I have placed my 1st order I'm my transactions on 31st Aug. After that I had many transactions with myntra... all the details were there in my order section till yesterday. But now there is no history..
        It's showing NO ACTIVE ORDER whereas I have one active order

          Am highly disappointed with the payment mode. This was my 3rd attempt for online payment nd my order got cancelled nd my money gt deducted from my account. Your employees are saying it’s not your fault it’s the network issue.. If it is the network prb dn why my money got deducted it shouldn’t have? Am sorry but am totally disappointed with your answer nd your help.

            I ordered a self design pink color forever new dress which was to be delivered on 18th september 2018. But due to some cash issues my aunt asked the delivery boy to reschedule the date of delivery and come the next day. But he instead cancelled the order. Then i immediately gave a call to the delivery boy saying that i want the product as i was about to wear that in a wedding and that was the last piece of my desired size "xs". I also called the customer care and narrated the incident and ask for an early delivery. The expert whom i talked to said that i will receive the product next day but it didn't arrive. Then i again called the customer care and repeated the same. Even he too said that i'll get the product within 2 business days. I waited for 2 days and i again called the customer care on 21st and the response that i got was worse. They said that the dress has already been returned to the warehouse. Despite calling twice, this is the response that i got, which was very disappointing. Even though the site claims to attempt delivery for a single item thrice, that has been proved as a false advertisement strategy.
            Moreover some of my products remained undelivered, with no attempts of delivery.

              I have ordered an earring of rs 369.77 from this site and paid through debit card online. The product was supposed to be delivered on 17th sept, 2019 along with one other product. But this package came on 18th sept, 2019 whereas the other product came early. The product was received by security of my building and when I opened the untempered pack I found only a yellow rubber band inside th box. The product was missing though the package was intact and untempered. When I called the customer service the same day, they took my complain and after 2 days they sent an e-mail that my complain had been declined saying there was no fault from their side. At the end i didnot got my product and loose my money too. When i called the customer care back, they simply refused to recheck the whole process from order packaging to delivery. The invoice no of the product was [protected] and order no was[protected]-3068703. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                I bought watch of Rs 1344.75 on 2-sept-18 which I returned because it not look good on me .After returning roadster watch I got message that I will get with in 7 to 10 days .But till now I didn't get that money in my account . I contact in Myntra they gave me Reference number and said to contact in bank and after going in bank they are asking for transaction number and they are saying to contact bank .from both side I am getting zero output .

                  I have purchased 2 pairs of shoes against the Order No.[protected]-1480703 at a total cost of Rs 2297.46 on 13th July 2018.

                  I am writing this mail to complain that i have received only one pair of shoes against the payment of 2 pair of shoes.

                  Even after several requests and discussions with customer care executive's of Myntra, my issue is not resolved. (you can check the details against the order id mentioned in the subject)

                  Neither received the money nor the pair of shoes.

                  This is leading to a loss of Rs 1413.64 to me for a mistake which is made by Myntra.

                  I am suffering through a lot of harassment with a loss of a pair of shoes and money as well.

                  I have been in long association with Myntra and faced such an issue for the first time.

                  Request your support in this case for refund of money or provide the missing pair of shoes.

                      Ordered shoes worth rs.3681. Received same brand shoes, but a different color with a broken sole. Raised complaint with myntra within 5 min after receiving product.
                      But later they closed complaint claiming that they have send the correct undamaged item. I contacted cse again and reopened complaint. But within 5 hours they again closed complaint denying the return.
                      Later on 19th sept 2018, spoke to escalation desk supervisor ms. Shraddha mehta. But she just hung up the call after saying there is nothing they can do.
                      I had send images of the different color damaged product and also asked them to check cctv images. But they deny this fact and keep repeating that they delivered me with correct product.

                      Now they refuse to pickup the item and am stuck with a lose of rs.3681.

                      It was nowhere mention that it's shade is brown . When I bought ur the body of the kajal looked black so I bought it. When I saw it in front of me I realised it was brown. Now it was a mistake and the item was non returnable. Wasted 600 rupees . Inconvenience for beginners .

                        I have placed an order on 14sept and have cancelled it on the same day because I ordered the wrong size. The amount was deducted from my bank account that day itself but I still have'nt received my refund. At other days when I give for refund I receive my money on time but for this cancellation it's taking a lot of time. So I'm worried whether it will be credited to my account or not.

                          I have ordered Tommy Hilfiger men sneakers on 17th Sept via order number[protected]-4563606 but I have received old and used shoes.
                          The sole is dirty and is torn. Lot of dust marks on the shoes. Being white colored it is clearly visible;e that the shoes are heavily used.

                          I have marked complain to customer care and lets see how this will e handled.

                            My product reached here in my town in 16th september and on 17th september is out for delivery but the delivery boy have not delivered yet and abusing me very badly.. Every time i called him for delivery he did not received the call and when received he is abusing me in very bad language and updated status that costumer not present at delivery point . very disappointed, I will never buy products from myntra again if this like mytra's delivery things or personnel.

                              I have already raised the complaint on very next day and did more 3 time as well as reminder and have sent 2 separate mails as well but till now there is no revert and no solution.
                              They are selling fake product, they show video of apple earpods and are selling completely fake items.

                                I have ordered a duffel bag recently on myntra in a sale where i got a nice deal. Firstly the delivery date got extended and it was showing it will reach almost after 10 days. When it arrived i totally was surprised to see the wrong product was delivered to me, i called the customer care service and raised a complaint of the same.
                                The customer care guy asked me to raise a return request and here the story started. I totally pissed off by the way the customer care executive spoke with me. He said me to wait till 3days after order was delivered to me just becz they did nt get the confirmation of delivery after 3 days the automatic process occured and it was showing the status as deliver and then asked me to return the product. Till tht time 13 days passed and the bag which i order went out of stock. Now when i asked the customer service guy he told to raise the return request and order when the product comes in stock even it was nt my fault as the product was misplaced in some of the activity from myntra side. I even requested for placing the return order on behalf of me or any other reminder when tht stock comes into stock they denied for it and asked me to check for the availability of product day in and out and place a exchange order once it is available. This was totally unexpected from myntra. I do waited for tht product to be in stock again but now when it was available in stock that product was nt eligible for exchange in my location after which i was asked to return the product. I alwasy kept myntra for all my appearals on first place but now i wont. Really disappointed a lot with the way of service.

                                  From last 10 days, i've been following up with myntra team to get my refund. And everytime i get different statements from myntra executives & their supervisors. Everytime i was told to wait for "3 days" but i never got any response amd i had to call and explain the same thing to new executives.
                                  I have all the call recording wherein i was assured that i'll get the card with new validity. Myntra has taken the product i ordered, not refunding the money, not providing resolution from last 10 days, making false promises. They are cheating and making fool o[censored]s. Pathetic customer care service ever.
                                  As per my last call with myntra supervisor, i have to waith for 48 hours. If i am not getting the payment or product, i am going to take strict action for myntra fraud.

                                      I returned few on items ordered on myntra this week and 3 of them were cod orders. Now, in myntra app you get option to choose the source where you want your refund amount to be sent, in case you have two bank accounts, you can still chose in which one you want it. I chose the one i have been using for every transaction with myntra since past 2+ years. But myntra initiated the refund to a different one mentioned there and it has to be a technical glitch from their end, since all these products i returned weren't in the same order but each one had a different order i'd and hence, it's not possible for someone like me to be that ignorant thrice because i have been a online shopper on myntra since 4+ years now and i am already aware of it works. And, also taking this into account, why would i choose a dormant account 3 different times for 3 different orders when i know the other account hold balance in negative and in no way i can withdraw it ever again.
                                      All of their executives have been the worst ever people appointed for customer care, since none of them even tried to understand what has happened here.
                                      I was told, i should have deleted that account if i wasn't using it, but in no world: neither in their app or website, can i see where my bank account details are saved, i explored everything and i mean everything. They said, it should be visible in the saved cards section and not once, but by 4 different people, but it still isn't there. So, that just shows that they haven't even given that visibility to their customers, whose bank account details they have kept with them which is too sensitive and confidential.
                                      And still, they are denying any help or refund.
                                      I have been a regular and loyal customer of myntra and have loved them till date, but this has broken my heart and even my pocket, since the total refund was around rs. 1900/- which is not a small amount.
                                      If they look into in sensibly, they would realise, it doesn't even make sense that someone would make the mistake of selecting a wrong bank account for 3 different return products with different order ids.in no world, would someone be that stupid.

                                      I need help. Asap. HDFC wouldn't return my money and it is completely Myntra's fault.

                                        Hi team myntra,

                                        Apart from many other orders placed and received earlier, i placed an order for two kurtas with trouser set bearing order no[protected]-3846703, on september 4, 2018, as detailed below:

                                        1. Aks women cream coloured & navy checked kurta with trouser,
                                        2. Libas women maroon & grey checked kurta with trouser.

                                        The order for item no.1 was successfully delivered to my address and since i didn't like the fit, i requested for its return and the same was successfully picked up from my address on september 9, 2018. I received all the communication from myntra, through messages and mails pertaining to confirmation of order, update on delivery, return etc...

                                        On september 7, 2018 late evening i, again, received message from myntra stating order for item no 2, as detailed above, has been successfully delivered to my address. However i didn't receive any package from myntra that day. The security guard of my society after checking the register also, confirmed, that no myntra delivery guy had come that day, in the society, for any delivery, but still, i got a confirmation mail and message for its successfully delivery from myntra. I tried to contact the delivery guy but he didn't answer my call.

                                        I immediately contacted the customer care of myntra and explained the matter to them and they noted my complaint and promised to come back within 48 hours with response.
                                        However, after not getting any response from myntra customer care within the promised time i again contacted the customer care on september 11, 2018 and once again explained the entire matter. The customer care executive shared the proof of delivery with me, the image of the initials of the person receiving the product and i confirmed to him that the initials shared are not mine and the product is not delivered to me. He, also, noted the complaint and promised to come back within 48 hours with response.

                                        After waiting for three days, today i got an email from the myntra customer care saying "as per the confirmation the order has been delivered to you." closing the matter from their end.

                                        As a frequent user of your online app, i am really very disappointed and dissatisfied, to receive such an unprofessional and casual reply from a prestigious and reputed brand of your standard : "myntra" ; having famous bollywood celebs as brand endorser.

                                        After having a bitter experience, as narrated above, i want to ask myntra:

                                        1. What sort of response is this... And how do you think, you have actually redressed or resolved my complaint?

                                        2. Is it that difficult to understand that its a clear matter of wrong delivery..?? The delivery boy has delivered the package to a wrong person.. Time and again i have been calling myntra and confirming that product has not been delivered to me. But the myntra customer care executives are just stuck at one point... The delivery boy has confirmed the delivery. The question here is not about non delivery of package.. The question here is of delivery, wrongly made or may be not made. Out of two product, how come one is successfully delivered and picked up also, from the same address, so much of issue with the delivery of second product to the same address.

                                        3. Is this the way you treat your valued customer...? Instead of inquiring in details and taking up the matter seriously with the delivery guy, the myntra customer care chose to close the matter by stating in their response email, the standard line"as per the confirmation the order has been delivered to you.". The myntra customer care didn't bother to resolve the matter in true spirit.

                                        4. Is myntra concerned just with receiving orders, accepting payments and making delivery or is also concerned with ensuring delivery to the right person at right address and product, if not received by the customer, placing the order, taking all possible steps for its delivery to the correct person or refund the amount if delivery is not made due to any unavoidable circumstances. How one can trust online mode of payment before receiving the delivery, if there is no assurance of delivery to the customer from such a big ecommerce based company.

                                        Today again, have raised the complaint to customer care, but i have somehow lost the trust in myntra customer care team and is why i am putting all efforts, time and writing this email in the hope to get a appropriate and positive response.

                                        Kindly look into the matter immediately, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Myntra has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the brand name. Hoping that myntra as a ecommerce brand market leader today will keep up to its brand image and will address this concern on top priority.

                                        Further awaiting revert and expect my order or money refund within next 24 hours.
