I buy one product from myntra on 18th of august with the price of rs 1048 but when i recieved the product then they took rs 1678 and i took the product as a proof so that i can file a case against them. It is not a matter of product. Most important thing is that i got cheated. If this is the way they treat there customer then it should be very harmful. As they become millionare within a year by cheating their customer. I am complaining because i don't want that it would be repeated with anybody else.

I recieved a product in worst condition possible, where the product was crushed, had stains and not even packed properly. The product is from a renowned brand “All about you” still the product appears to be of a local vendor. It didn’t even match the description. Highly disappointed. I’m a regular buyer from this website. But their quality and service is continually detoriating. It was a gift for someone and reached the reciever in such a pathetic condition.

I am a New but a regular customer with Myntra. Last week I ordered Maybelline New York super black Kajal. Unfortunately it’s manufacturing date is Feb 2016 and has already expired in feb 2018(24months). Why didnt myntra do a quality check on the seller’s products. I wasted my time in waiting for an expired cosmetic. Please take this back and give me a fresh piece.
I have pre-paid this order so my money is blocked. Didn’t expect such a big goof-up at myntra’s end

I ordered two products from myntra but cancelled it and two weeks had passed but my refund is not processed, I called them and they said they have successfully done the payment so I have to contact my bank . Bank said that you have to visit your home branch I am in different town for studies so how I am supposed to go to my home town. When I went for the online complaint of the bank they asked the reference no but that too is incorrect . The amount is not back in my account so is this my my duty to call every place and ask for my refund. very bad customer service.

I would like to bring to your notice that your pick up parter phone no. [protected] is always switch off. The return order no.[protected] was declined by you, without sending any representative to collect it.
I have place the return request once again vide return ref no.[protected], trying to call the above number, but its switch off. Kindly see that order is collected within prescribed time and my money is refunded back.

Order number:[protected]-8707401 was sent back without delivering, every time i try to contact the above number either it was not reachable or switch off.

I requested for the return of this order no.[protected]-0643601 on 3rd august 2018. I received a sms that this product will be picked up but then by the same evening i got a sms that it has been rescheduled as the customer requested. It was done without my consent. I called up twice at myntra and discussed the issue with two supervisors but still after 17 days no action has been taken and still my return request is pending. I now request that some action should be taken against the agency and the person who does send wrong sms without the consent of the customer. I am a customer since 2016and and i believe that myntra still understands the value of customers.

I had ordered a raymond's blanket from myntra.com. On opening the outer packaging i found out the inner packaging zip was broken and there were stains on the blanket. I placed a return request immediately but nobody came to pick it within the promised time. So i again placed return request and again nobody came. After another couple of return requests a myntra representative came to pick it but declined to accept it giving reason that the packaging was damaged and that there were stains on the blanket. So i contacted myntra.com again and to my shock i was told that return will not be accepted because they were sure that a fresh product was sent. Now i'm stuck with a damaged product. This is nothing but cheating of highest level. Really disappointed with myntra.com

It is very disappointing that you are not replacing my product. If i was asking for any refund then you would have said that is not possible i would consider it. But just because of a tag you are not replacing my product. I have bill and package eveything except tag. It is totally wrong. I never going purchase from your company again. I will take action regarding this. And tell that to not use product from your company.

I had purchased a shoes from myntra on 18th july 2018 for rs.650 which was delivered to me with a wrong size. When placed a return they have been just fooling me with dates and reschedules. They send a message for pick up in the morning and then by evening they send a message for reschedule blaming that i rescheduled the pick up. The pick up number mentioned in the message doesnt answer calls nor does he call back. It's been almost 1 month that they are cheating me with

I am really upset with your team regarding simply pickup of one of the item which was delivered to me. I haven't received any call or any mail.

I raised this concern innumerable times. Still no revert.

Please raise it your team. I will further take this to ombudsman. As a customer i am deeply dissatisfied and this is the worst customer service provided from your team.

The worst ever experience i have encountered with an online shopping site. I had placed an order for tommy hilfiger coffee brown loafers on 6 august. There was an issue with the order as the pin code was wrongly inserted by me (Entered 79 but correct pin was 29) but the cc told me that it would be shipped to the correct dc which is pincode 560029. I had intimated them about the same about 7-9 times. So the product was shipped to yeshwantpur dc and then to indranagar dc and then to koramangala dc. I waited and waited till the 18 th august today. And keep in mind i used to intimate them about the product on every alternate days to ask for its arrival from 6 aug because i needed that product so very much. And what finally happened was that today i went to my orders to see the product status and they are showing ' product lost'.. After waiting for so long myntra lost my product and didn't even bother to notify me about it being lost. It was a product which was very valuable to me and i had at least contacted customer care at least 7-8 times regarding this issue.. But they would say call delivery boy and when i call delivery boy they will say contact customer care.. So they were driving me crazy.. And also i had requested them i'll come personally to collect the product but they say that it is not possible.. Only delivery of product is possible.. And now even that is not done.. This is very bad myntra.. Please deliver the exact same product to me

The guy came with the my parcel and the time of payment i asked for card payment. He didnot carry the machine and he return back. He called after 2 days again and i asked the same for the card payment and he refused again and my product was cancelled. If you dont provide the facilities then please dont mention it.in the policy it is also written that you ll try to reach us thrice but in my case it was just twice and the order is cancelled. It is not possible to get cash just half an hour before your call.

I ordered cloths from myntra on 2august 2018. I logged a complaint with myntra logistics on 14th august regarding not having delivered the product. On 16 evening i get this message that my product is out for delivery and on calling delivery boy he tells me that it will be delivered next day morning. On 17morning, i get a message that delivery cancelled and returned to origin. After that delivery boy tells me to wait till noon and on waiting, he doesn't pick up the call. Message came that product returned to origin. Delivery boy doesn't pick up my phone after that.

The product ordered was a bluetooth earphone which came with free accessories like a charging coord and a leather pouch. The parcel received had only the accessories and not the product i.e. the buetooth earphone with mic. On asking company for return, they declined the request stating that the product had passed quality check. Horrible after sales service. I want my money back.

Product cost as per myntra was rs 759 which at the time of placing order was showing 895 including taxes and the amount that was deducted while paying through debit card was 1044.61.in additionto it, the product which i saw in myntra site was supposed to be delivered by 18th of august 2018 and after placing the order, the message that i got was that the product will be delivered by 20th of august, 2018. Please help as this is a fraud and money making site that is operating in india.

I have bought one moda rapido blue trouser on myntra one month ago.
I wore this only one time after one wash it has several white patches all over.
I m highly disappointed by this product.

I ordered roadster sneakers from myntra.
It broke just after a day use. Is my price worth for a day. Shoes bottom is coming out of shoes. Quality of metarial used is also very bad. Big companies like myntra are not supposed to send this bad product. Colour of shoes r also different as compared to the original ones. Building materials is very cheap and started coming out just after 1 day.

Hello. This is akanksha. I received absolutely wrong parcel on 13.08.18. The items received are someone else's order and when i asked for return the return guy cannot accept it as it is not the same as in the picture or the order placed by me. I just want my ordered stuff to reach me asap and the wrong items received by me to be taken away. This is pathetic on your side and i am highly disappointed by your team which packs the goods for your so called valued customers.

Need an early response.

Hi i am gaurav verma i have purchase john player jeans on 50% discount the fabric of jeans is very bad and can not wear in summers and rainy season i have called customer care but they deny to return it. I am very disappointed that such a big company can fraud like this well i will never recommend to anyone about myntra plz help me if you can on this

Could you both please tell me when i will get my refund amount back which was deducted twice on 16/7/2018?
I have submitted my 3 months bank statement as required from your end in mail dated 31/7/2018, to verify if i have received my refund or not, but after submitting the statements you people have stopped replying me.
