I have an issue and description is here:-
I have ordered some items from myntra on 21 june.
After that, i have returned some items. From the returned items, i got the refund of some items. But there are 4 items whose refund i did not get.

I request you to please resolve the issue asap, as it is already due with 3 month.

I have purchased one women kurti, one kids wear and one men t shirt on 02.0.2018 payment of all the three items made by online banking. Item was delivered on 07.07.2018.
Men t shirt was returned by me because of size problem and item was collected by myntra on 25.07.2018.
Till today amount 576.45 was not refunded to my account by myntra.

I have ordered 4 items from Myntra, which contained a pair sandals, flip-flops, formal shoes and a puma sweatshirt.
I received all four product on 4th September 2018...formal shoes and puma sweatshirt Were in single package...I received wrong shoes...I ordered for Invictus black Oxford shoes but I received blackberry's shoes immediately I requested for return for receiving wrong product...but the delivery boy returned me the product on the next day of pic up saying that I have given the wrong product to him
I contacted the customer care and mailed them the details of the wrong product which I received...they said to wait for 3 days and now they have declined my return request saying that correct product was shipped.
Product cost is about ₹1800...
Very bad service from Myntra...
I need them to take back the product and refund my money .
Never going to shop on Myntra

I have ordered this true blue suit which contains one blazer with one trouser 6550/-
And i have received only one blazer which was so pathetically packed by the seller. I tried to return it but it couldn’t be done so kindly return it and give my refund back!!!

I bought adidas pureboost dpr shoe on myntra... It got delivered on 28-aug-2018 in myntra box whn i called customer care they told that is genuine product the some times it will happened and tried to convince me...

After one week the shoe shape completely changed and its cheap quality is visible... I paid them 7800/- for this fake product

I doubt there are many fake products..

I had ordered HRX women shoes on 14/08/2018 and two kurties of 'W' brand on 15/8/2018... and made payment through my Union Bank of India's Debit Card. now I have returned these items to Myntra online shopping site because these kurties and shoes doesn''t fitt me. I had done this payment through my debit card...
Now problem is that I have not received my refund till date, even after products have been picked up from me on 16/08/2018 and 18/08/2018. I tried many times to contact Myntra customer services logistics... but I am not satisfied from their response. They said they had refunded in my debit card.. But I have not received refund in my bank account... I also want to know how can anybody transfer money in my debit card, when he don't know what is my account number and what is the ifsc code of the bank.
Kindly solve my problem as early as possible...

I got a call from unknown number claiming myntra and they told for returning order as there was some issue with quality checkand will provide us double amount coupon same was confirmed with myntra customer care but they said no call was made. Person who called was knowing about order and my mobile no and took my add. This is complete breach of information which was not anticipated from your end. Kindly take the matter seriously as this is not acceptable. Complaints has been given to myntra

Hi Team,

I have received an order for the product: Arrow Shoe Men Tan Brown UK 7 size on Sep 4th 3:13 PM.
I have unpacked the package and found below concerns:
1. Shoe not in the original product box
2. Show without product tag on it

Enclosed are the pictures of the same. Also, I had called within 45 min of receiving this order and notified the customer service reps Mr. Bashir & Ms. Anita who after 40 min o[censored]nnecessary discussion and repetitive conversation denied to log a complaint about this issue.

Whereas, as per the Myntra policy mentioned on the website, it comes under the untenanted/ Void packet and below screenshot is the process for raising the complaint.

Looking forward to hearing back from you ASAP.

Also, this is a serious concern that customer service reps were adamant enough to deny logging the complaint.

I had ordered men's nike air versitile ii basketball shoes (Size 10, price 3908 rs) and got some fake shoes which doesn't even look like nike shoes of some saga company, price written on the shoe is 499 and size is 8. I filed a return request and the delivery boy rejected to accept it, saying that you should get an approval from myntra. Then i filed a complaint on myntra and they said you query will be resolved in 3 working days. I didn't get any response back, then i called again, then they said wait for 2 more days.. Then i got return confirmation.. I filed for return of product again, the delivery boy again refused to take back the order saying, that myntra hasn't mailed them about it. I talked to the delivery boy head and he said to call customer care immediately andk they will mail to them immediately and the produc will be returned then i called myntra customer care again, they said wait again for 3 working day, i will file a complaint again for this. I am stuck in such a bad loop and i am not satisfied with there service and even there management. I want this complaint to be resolved asap

@myntra, please check your products before shipping to customers. This is what you have sent to my brother when he had ordered a Nike backpack instead you have sent a used unconditional trashed backpack worth of ###. I spent 3200₹ on this bag and I received a bag worth of 30₹ which you could find in a dustbin. I dont leave it behind because I’m not satisfied with what you have sent. If I would have donated that money atleast who have taken it would be happy and worth it. I have contacted several time myntra HELPLINE they were just declining the request and saying me that they have seen the CCTV footage of the correct product shipping. So, if then share me the footage. I have a habit o[censored]nboxing or unpacking the products or gifts I receive. I have full video of this product unpacking in which you can find the wrong product shipped to me.

I attached the photos please check it the difference between what I have ordered and what I got delivered.

I had ordered white printed socks but got plain blue and black socks of cheap quality. Now Myntra is not accepting returns due to their policy for socks that final product may vary in colour.
Mind you this is not variation but all together a different and cheap quality product!!!
This is nothing but fleecing customers.
The packing is intact and not even opened. This is gross negligence of their part and why should a customer be required to pay for getting wrong product???!!!
How do one order socks online through Myntra if this weird policy is followed???!!!

I received a wronp product and the dealer is not taking it back when i created a return request. He says i have to get an approved mail so that he can take it back and give me the actual product. Please do the required so that i can at least return this wrong product or exchange it with this product for the right one.

We bought a product from myntra but we received it incomplete.

Order product was a anouk women black & maroon printed kurta set with pyjamas & dupatta. But we only received kurta, no pyajama & dupatta.

We filed a complaint and got that exchanged. But again we received an incomplete product with no pyjama & dupatta.

Please need assistance on this as this is really frustrating as myntra is fooling its customers.

Its been very long i am facing this issue..everytime i I call Myntra agent they said that they will raise a complaint and escalate.. I always speak to the manager also and heard the same thing but no resolution is been given to me today and happened the same thing it's been now 15 times that have call the same delivery guy who comes to my property to deliver the product every time he sends an automated message that the product is undelivered, where I am always staying at property to receive the product and this is not the first time . I was waiting since today morning to receive the product but no buddy arrived and you expect me to be normal on this.. if I don't get the product to be delivered today I am taking legal action against this for sure because this is not the first time and obviously the manager Vishal that I spoke to this is going to be hard time for him also because I know how it works no matter how much product knowledge you have no matter how much things u b you take professionally I appreciate it but if I am not getting any resolution today I am taking legal action this is the number for the delivery guy [protected]

Most disturbing part was, when I complained to Myntra customer service, they said even if the product be fake, as the product had a 20% discount on it, hence they'll not be able to help and almost laughed and disconnected the call.

I’m going to complain this on National consumer grievance cell for selling fake Nike products and also on Nike social media page with detailed description.

I’m going to complain this on National consumer grievance cell for selling fake Nike products and also on Nike social media page with detailed description.

Sandals delivered in opened package so sent for return and refund on 19th June.
Constant complaint had been sent but got no response.
It's been almost 2 months and we haven't received any messages or refund yet, this Is a shame to the company.
I demand quick action to the earliest.
The courier company had delivered the package opened and was not ready to take the blame and neither does Myntra.
What should a customer do who's spending the money for such a big name?

I bought a pair of red tape shoes from myntra of worth INR 1600 on 4th of august 2018 and had a issue with the size, then I have requested a exchange on 4th of august 2018, my exchange was not processed successfully.

Then I logded a complaint by calling CUSTOMER CARE about my order, they guaranteed me of exchanging my item within three working days but again it did not happen.

After 10 days that is on 14 august 2018 the exchange request get expired and then I requested a return through myntra app.
After 4-5 days when no one came to pick it up neither any sms I received regarding the pickup then I again called CUSTOMER CARE service and reported about the incident they told me that pickup time is atmost 10 days you have to wait atleast upto 24 august 2018.

Again on 24 august 2018 no one came to pick the item I again called CUSTOMER CARE service regarding the issue they told me wait for 3 working days and gave me the guarantee that the item will be picked up.

Again after 3 working days I called myntra about this and told them to transfer my CALL TO thier seniors, they told me that seniors are busy so they hace scheduled a call from thier side for tomorrow 10:00-10:30 AM, also the call never came.

Now I am tired of this ### myntra service, thier service runs on luck, whoever gets a vood service is dependent on their luck they never come back to you for resolving your problem.

Thats why this kind of startups fails, delivering poor customer service.

Don't trust online shopping !!

Myntra will sink soon, as I see here their customer satisfaction rate is only 3%.

Ordered 2 items on Myntra, been a customer since 2015. Product delivery message received on 28 Aug’18 and again on 29th Aug’18. Delivery guy didn’t deliver the items. Gave false update that customer has requested for rescheduling of delivery. And till today items not delivered. Absolute liar ! I didn even receive one single call and above all I am chasing like mad with Myntra people for my items delivery. Pathetic, disgusting ! Never ever shop from Myntra. I will also write in social media about the poor customer experience. Not worth at all.

Myntra doesn't care about customer satisfaction. The size of the product doesn't match the size chart. I lost my money spending on myntra products. They don't even refund the amount you paid.

I am staying in usa. My parents live in india. Recently, i place an order with myntra they delivered me the wrong size. (Placed size 28 but got size 30). My parents didn't take a look on size and shipped to usa. When i saw the size i was really shocked about the product. It was your mistake, for that i can't lose my money and ship it back to india.

I even asked for gift voucher in return but customer service don't care about my words.
This happend twice with me that's the reason i am filing complaint on myntra.
(Made a call to customer service[protected] on 29th of august.)
