I am complaining about the refund amount note yet received from myntra for 2 of my products.
1) order no:[protected]-2698203
This product was returned long back (0n 31st july) but i have not yet received the refund amount. It's highly painful that even after contacting the customer support of myntra, get the same reply from them daily. Have contacted them thrice but no use.
2) order no:[protected]-8899003
The product was returned last week but refund amount not yet received.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had placed an order on 25th june, order no is[protected]-5188701 for purchase of two item.on 28th june i had cancelled one item(libas kurti of rs 712.95). i had done payment through my debit card.but till now i have not received any refund for the cancelled item.

I placed a order a puma shoe vide order no 1081647-2383106-1814001 and i return back the product to myntra .com and it is recive by by myntra but idid not get back the refund amount in my bank account my ac no- 031801000007056 IFSC CODE NO -IOBA-0000318 MY NAME- RAJESH KUMAR PAUL, BANK NAME -INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, so kindly deposit above amount in my account
I have ordered 2 jeans still waiting for delivery it's already 3 days over till expected date . My order no[protected].

    Dear team,

    I raised a return request on 10 th of aug but till yet no update on that no executive called me to pick up the product. It is too pathetic service from your side. Your given customer care number and delivery team number also not working. Once we purchased from your end it is shows you that this is last. It is not the way to giving service to us if you cant please remove the ads and show that we are not taking care of you

    I have selected a size 10 for my shoe after exchanging 2 -3 time they have given me the size 11 of the shoe now the mantra site is not responding the order in on the name of tanishq

    One item delivered though late.
    Second item still not delivered. I keep getting fake messages, sometimes saying address incomplete, at other times that the premises were locked, etc.
    Either deliver immediately or cancel order and refund my money.

    I have not recieved my order yet. I get messages that my product is out for delivery but yet have not recieved a single call from the courier service. At the end of the day, I get sms that my product was undelivered and they will attempt next time. Am I being cheated?

      I had placed an order and out of that the items were returned. Their team collected the product but the return is still not come.

      They are going on sending me emails and sms that the return item was not picked up however it was already picked up long time back.

      I have been raising this to their team since two weeks now but there is no response.

        Recently i purchased a mac lipstick from myntra for which they have provided 2 free gifts on which no expiry date is mentioned and the quality clearly looks pathetic and expired. When contacted the customer care they are not aware of the expiry date and provided a goodwill coupon which is not even a goodwill coupon as it has lots of tricky terms and conditions. Being a loyal customer pf myntra they have not resolved my problem or supported in any way. Highly disappointed and this is a total bluff to customers specially taking risks with cosmetics that can cause serious problems.

          My wife purchased a product from online mantra app. At ₹1014
          The product was returned the very next day due to size issue.
          However, i was refunded lesser amount i. E ₹865 and ₹149 was deducted as shipping charges.
          No other site has this type of peculiar policy that despite return the product u still pay ₹149 net.

          Also, mantra often charges gst over discount whereas gst is always included in mrp and during discounting it is already included, but mantra charges extra amount and fool the people.

          Neither amazon does it nor in physical store or showroom, extra gst is added on discount.

          Mantra in a way fools it's customers...

            I have order men's court borough mid shoe with size 11 and 1 quantity costing me around rs.3955.06 on 30.07.2018.
            The order number for the above transaction is[protected]-2849403.
            The item is promised to be delivered at my address on 05/08/2018 but the same is not delivered so far and the information regarding the same is not provided by the company.

            I have contacted the customer care through chat on 08/08/2018 to resolve the issue but there was no help from them. I will enclose the chat for your reference.

            Besides i also contacted through customer care but the responses were of no purpose. The reason for delay is unknown and the exact date of delivery is also not mentioned in the call.

            Besides the executive responded that i have to wait till the same is delivered.

            After being so clueless about my product i have to explain my situation to your good selves for resolving the same.

            Please do the needful in the regard.

                Gift card sent to m. [protected]@gmail.com.
                Its been 5 days still she has not received an email with giftcard number or pin. I have been enquiring on chat but no one responded properly or helped me out with this.
                Please send an email to m. [protected]@gmail.com with gift card number and pin. Else please refund my 2000rs.
                I will never opt for myntra e gift card for next time.

                  Myntra has recently suspended my account i m using from past 3 yrs without any reason.. I have called myntra many times in past couple of days however they are still working.. I have few items in my orders thats are already approved, and other are needs to be return before 30 days period ends but i have no clue how to proceed it.

                    I have ordered United Colors of Benetton Men Black Slim Fit Solid Regular Trousers which costs Rs 1600 and Beige & Black Printed Unstitched Dress Material which costs Rs 335 in the 3rd week of July, 2018. I have received the products in the last month of July, 2018. But I have placed a return order for both the products as I didn't like the fabric quality. REDDY NAGARAJU( 91 [protected]) has picked up both the items on AUGUST 3rd, 2018.
                    I have received the refund amount of Rs 335 of only one item( Beige & Black Printed Unstitched Dress Material ).

                    I have NOT received the refund amount of Rs 1600 for United Colors of Benetton Men Black Slim Fit Solid Regular Trousers.

                    It was only updated as RETURN REQUEST PLACED instead of PICKED UP for United Colors of Benetton Men Black Slim Fit Solid Regular Trousers item.

                    I would like to know the status of my refund amount.
                    Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I had requested for return of my order which was not done till now. I want my refund immediately.

                    Also their was no action taken from Myntra.

                    I am very worried that.

                    Can someone help???
                    They do not deliver the product, after chasing up and after sending the delivery msg. Called the courier guy did not reach called two times. Very courier service

                      I had ordered aurelia yellow kurta set (Kurta, churidar&dupatta) from myntra but what i received was just the kurta with churidar and dupatta missing. Hence i raised a pick up for the item. The myntra pick up boy denied receiving the package from me stating that the package is missing with no churidar and dupatta which ironically myntra has not only delivered to me. I had paid rs 1846 for this parcel. Due to myntra i have lost my money and also myntra has caused severe mental harrasment to me in this process of return and even cancelled my return. This is against myntra policy and hence i want myntra to pay for my loss of money and also compensation for the mental harassment caused to me by the myntra support system (Help centre of myntra) and it's delivery people. Myntra has no rights to play with the trust of it's customers. Due to the harrasment caused by myntra i am scared to any shopping online.

                        I ordered a biba salwar suit which I have been received and initiated return, the item has been picked up and same updated in my app too as item received refund will be initiated, when I called to customer care they passed time by saying have patience and query will be resolved and passed one month and yet my refund not initiated, when I approached through emails they simply told that without any pick up receipt they can't do anything and declined my refund, pick up receipt which I never received from past 4 years of my shopping from any pick up agent, they just robbed my money..

                          After reaching out to the Myntra customer care several times to resolve the wrong product delivery issue, I am left with nothing but try to find out how to take action against such problems. It started with Myntra sending a wrong product to me. I initiated a return. I had done the same earlier too — didn’t realise it’s any different for a wrong product. When the correct product came, the delivery man refused to exchange it and misbehaved saying first sort it out with customer care as his app said not to accept the product. He behaved as if I was trying to take the product for free. Since then, till now it’s been almost a month, the product has been reaching my address in Pune, and going back to the shop (I guess in Gurgaon), saying it’s “undelivered”. The reason is the delivery man’s app says not to accept it even when the customer care has approved it! Of course, the delivery man gives a damn to behave properly or even talk to customer care to find out why he is not receiving the approval. In fact, he said “jo karna hain karo.” I have been a regular customer of Myntra, but after this episode I am concerned to order anything from Myntra at that address as 1. What if I again get a wrong product or have to exchange and go through this harassment 2. What if this delivery man deliberately harasses because I complained about him. Whom should I reach out to now? It’s not about the amount I spent. It’s about the self-respect and so that it doesn’t happen to another customer. Thanks, Kasturi

                            Order included 2 products. One product was delivered and other product was shown as lost in the app. But no refund is yet provided. There is no option available to trace the refund amount. No option to contact customer care service.
                            Make them refund the amount of the product 356/- .

                              I am a customer of myntra from last 3 years.
                              I bought ucb shoes on 3rd august, unfortunately i got the defective piece of shoes. After that i request a refund request. Delivery boy said that you need a pre approved request for the same.
                              As i trusted and have faith in myntra, i have thrown the shoe box.
                              While talking to nandini (Myntra supervisor), she behaved rudely and said we cannot help you in any way.
                              I have even requested her that you can ask delivery boy to check the condition of shoes but she refused me rudely.

                              Please help me how to refund my amount as those shoes are of no use to me and i am seriously not going to use myntra in future.

                                Packet no-[protected]. Delivery service provider-myntra logistics. Order number[protected]-6753701., puma men jago nu whitenrunning shoes, ordered online in june 2018.
                                Money paid by credit card visa no.[protected].82 inr.
                                The product was lost in transit.
                                No refund has been done till now. I placed the order, recieved confirmation and information of shipping, subsequently i was notified that the item has been lost in transit and a refund will be initiated. I am still waiting for the return after 2 months whereas myntra promises refund within 2 weeks.

                                  Myntra has a strange policy that amount in the myntra credit cannot be transferred to bank account. Forcing a customer to purchase only from myntra after return or exchange. This is exploitation. There must be a provision to transfer amount to bank account on return of a product.

                                  I would want my amount to be credited to the bank account...

                                  I have recently bought a product (INVICTUS Men Khaki & Blue Slim Fit Checked Casual Shirt, Order No. –[protected]-4493003) which was delivered on 25th July2018. The product which I have received that is a used one and tags were teared. Then immediately, I have requested for an exchange on the date 25th July. From 26th July it’s showing on packed state. Expected delivery date was on 1st Aug. I have been a fan of myntra and felt deceived when the customer care failed to provide the reason or solution to the problem after several follow-ups. Not sure who can help me to get my product.

                                    I have ordered/purchased a dress online by myntra, when product delivered, that was not that item what i've ordered,

                                    My return of order no[protected]-3736801 was already picked up on date 26.07.18. Pick up receipt was not provided by delivery/pick up boy and i have not received my refund yet. When calling, they do not tell any suitable solutions.

                                      I make order on 2 may 2018 om mytra online shopping of order number[protected]-2950503 which was delivered on 7 may 2018.After two months entire net of shoes is torn out completely. The shoes is defected it costs me 6359 after discount. The company policy is to return after a month but what will consumer do if shoes is defected kindly look into matter.
