transfer myntra credit amount to my bank account

Myntra has a strange policy that amount in the myntra credit cannot be transferred to bank account. Forcing a customer to purchase only from myntra after return or exchange. This is exploitation. There must be a provision to transfer amount to bank account on return of a product.

I would want my amount to be credited to the bank account...

I have recently bought a product (INVICTUS Men Khaki & Blue Slim Fit Checked Casual Shirt, Order No. –[protected]-4493003) which was delivered on 25th July2018. The product which I have received that is a used one and tags were teared. Then immediately, I have requested for an exchange on the date 25th July. From 26th July it’s showing on packed state. Expected delivery date was on 1st Aug. I have been a fan of myntra and felt deceived when the customer care failed to provide the reason or solution to the problem after several follow-ups. Not sure who can help me to get my product.

    I have ordered/purchased a dress online by myntra, when product delivered, that was not that item what i've ordered,

    My return of order no[protected]-3736801 was already picked up on date 26.07.18. Pick up receipt was not provided by delivery/pick up boy and i have not received my refund yet. When calling, they do not tell any suitable solutions.

      I make order on 2 may 2018 om mytra online shopping of order number[protected]-2950503 which was delivered on 7 may 2018.After two months entire net of shoes is torn out completely. The shoes is defected it costs me 6359 after discount. The company policy is to return after a month but what will consumer do if shoes is defected kindly look into matter.

        I ordered a saree on one of the discount sale time for rs 754 (Inclusive tax) and the estimate delivery time was almost a week and 3 days. When there was still 3 more days for the delivery the myntra team cancels the order without intimating me and i get to know about it when i get a cancellation mail. I immediately checked on site to see what happened, i see the product is still available with a higher price where as my order was cancelled stating product out of stock.
        When i called the customer care number a lady by name prachi answers saying there's nothing she can do but give me a good will coupon for which i have to shop for 1000 to get 400 off. I tried using the coupon for the same product but it gave me a error saying that this coupon is not valid for this user if it had told not valid for selected product i can understand but it said invalid for this user.
        I called the customer care number again and this time guy named manish gulati picks up the phone and after listening to whole issue and unable to convince me that the product was actually out of stock he promised to deliver me the product i placed order for the sale price for which i gave appreciation for him to his manager. After 4 days i don't see any progress though they promised the issue will be taken care in 2 days.
        Now i called the customer care number again and this time a lady picked up to say all the promise made was fake nothing can be done to the cancelled product and that they can't help me much n will look into the coupon issue, she even said may be in one of our warehouse the product went out of stock. I said i placed order with myntra n not with ur particular warehouse. Basically mytra played a sale gimmick n cancelled the order so that we place the order for the same with higher price as we have liked the product.. U have a good name pls stop playing such cheap sale game with customers.

        I got 3 wrong products consecutively.. i got completely different product than what i ordered each time and i have to call again and again for this purpose.. and moreover the new article after exchange is also wrong.. it has been really a big problem for me and now i have trust issues ordering at your site again..very bad management..

          As before i couldn't receive two orders just because of some problems so afterwards it started to become unavailable regarding cash on delivery as it was available before in the same pincode. So please do make available as far as possible as i agree the terms and policies of myntra.

            I had put a request for return of a jeans, on which they kept on sending me the dates for it's pick-up, i tried calling the executive contact no which they had provided, but their executive name-Sumit Mishra didn't picked it up, after which i dropped a mail to them and after that i called on their Customer care no, Their Executive named- Akshay Kumar answered it and assured that it will be picked within 2-3 working days, and provided the contact details of another executive of theirs which was i wrong no, because of which i was unable to contact their executive, Then again the product was unpicked and again i called on their customer care no which was answered by Mr. Pawan he again assured it will be picked within 24 hours which was again unpicked, i again called and complained regarding the same which was answered by Mr. Shubham he assured the same as before, after that again i spoke to Mr Rahul from their customer care team he assured me the same. The executives appointed by Myntra make false promises again and again and they have no sense of responsibility against customer service. I would request everyone do not waste your time & money on shopping with myntra, they provide very bad customer service.

              I first time call help centre that time agent confirm all details and provide resulation time only 48 to 72 hours but not resolve my problem and again time connect the help centre but not help me. Please help me.

                Myntra delivery executivr called in saying your order is ready for delivery. Delivery executive stated the order has to be paid by cash only. Informed delivery execurive will be paying thru card delivery executive stated will only accept cash. Where as myntra sent me a msg stating it can be paid thru cash or card. Called myntra cust care informed abt whole thing cust service stated will get resolved in 2 days but after that they send me msg stating that due to non payment of the product it was not delivered

                I have ordered absolute New York hd white compact powder and i have received it today but the product is broken completely the whole compact powder has become loose powder and is coming out from packet, so exchange my product as soon as possible.please solve my problem as soon as possible i have spent a lot of money on it

                  My order was about to deliver on 3/august/2018 but it got delayed and myntra didn't update any information regarding that. I request you to update the delivery date and delivery my order as soon as possible. The order is not even able to track it but we got cancel option over there. I[censored] are nt able to deliver that order. You shouldn't conform the order and delay the order.

                      Hello,

                      I have recently bought a product (Hanes men blue printed boxers r008-615-pl) which was delivered today. The product is completely different from what is available on the website regarding the print and the colour. Although the website states that the product may differ in colour and print, it fails to provide the pictures of the other types of the product that may be received by the customer. The packaging shows the correct print and color but the product received is completely different. I have been a fan of myntra and felt deceived when the customer care failed to provide the reason or solution to the problem. I request you to exchange the product soon as i need it before leaving the country on 16th august.

                      I placed an order for lacoste tshirt worth rs. 4050. The money got debited from my account but the order has not been placed in myntra. The myntra customer care says it will be credited to my account within 48 hours for sure. Will i really get my money refunded or myntra is making a fool of me by giving me false hopes?

                        Order#[protected]-6533303 i ordered 5 items in this order with total amount of rs. 3109, i purchased these items on july 28, 2018 in clearance sale with offer of citi bank credit card (15% cb on order above 3000).
                        But suddenly i came to know one item in my order which is a t-shirt which i purchased xl size and it was last product and then product was showing out of stock. Price of this product was 187 rs.
                        When i contacted with customer care they told me that they have cancelled it by their own t&c and not even sms or notified me and the reason was very pathetic (Product issue) this cancellation makes my order amount

                          worst customer service

                          Ref num[protected] and name of the person is uhaib. He is talking rude n saying i should stand and tell you the answers and he is asking me to hung up the call when i am enquiring about my cancelled order with out their failed delivery service.

                          He wantedly stayed silent for minutes to end the call and asking me to end the call. They agreed that it was their miss n mistake and did not attempt to resolve issue at all!!...

                          I haven't received the item which i have booked. Inside the pack i have actual invoice of amount 987 rupees but the product packed is completely different whose price is 699. Delivery person has taken rupees 996 from me. Nothing is getting matched both in terms of price and product. Booked a kurti but received a t-shirt. Even the app doesn't show item is delivered it is still in shipment status.

                          I want you to take an immediate action on this by taking this as priority

                          Totally disappointed by the service which i never faced this before in myntra

                            Myntra's saying "easy return" has given me: mental stress, harassment, delay in my own official work.
                            I ordered the product "black audio curve neckband wireless bluetooth magnetic earphone" which was delivered to me on saturday and was a defective product. Myntra endorsing such brands and doesn't even check the product before delivering to their valuable customers.
                            I raised the issue on the same day with myntra and they told me to wait for 24 hours and "thank you for being with us for past 5 years". I received a mail on monday stating that boult will handle this on their own so myntra is taking itself out of this situation.
                            Now boult people didn't contact me even once regarding the issue and myntra is not aware of it because they have taken themselves out of it, so they don't care anymore about what the customer is sufferring from.
                            Then i as a customer with the defective product reached out to myntra on tuesday stating that there has been no reply no call from boult now what should i do. Again, same update rather excuse: wait for 24 hours and "thank you for being with us for past 5 years".
                            Wednesday: no update from myntra, i the customer following up again and called myntra asking for the update and telling them that there is still no contact from the boult company regarding the product. I am still at loss with the product and no money refund. Same excuse: wait for 24 hours and "thank you for being with us for past 5 years".
                            Thursday and friday: same story as above
                            Saturday: after whole complete week, i receive a mail stating that return request accepted but you have to self-ship the product. Now the customer has been stressed the whole week following up on the product, money by myself calling everyday to myntra and at the end this is what i receive.
                            When i called myntra regarding the above that i can’t courier it because i keep travelling for work and only my mother stays up at my home who can’t walk properly so please provide solution for the courier and get the product picked up from my home. Myntra customer rep simply lied on my face “return/exchange service not available at your address”. How is this possible???
                            I have been with myntra for past 5 years and from same home address i have returned/exchanged products then how come suddenly the service is not available.
                            In between when i was asking my queries and worries, the customer rep kept saying “no service, self-ship”. I wasn;t even allowed to say my complete sentence
                            So, i guess new tagline of myntra that its customer rep is promoting is: “listen to us otherwise go to hell”
                            At the end i asked the person to transfer my call to some supervisor, he said they are all busy and same excuse: wait for 24 hours and "thank you for being with us for past 5 years".

                              Horrible experience. It's been 2 weeks since i have placed an order for 2 sweatshirts via internet banking which was cancelled on its own and i have not received the refund till now. They had not even intimated me via text or email that my order was cancelled. I have called the customer service number multiple times. Each time they keep telling me to wait 24 or 48 hrs more.

                                On tuesday 31st july, i placed and prder for a silver guess wallet at around 4:10pm.
                                It was priced at a discounted rate of rupees 2499. I placed the order once, it didn’t register, i placed it again and it said thatbit would be delivered on 8th august by cash on delivery. Yesterday when i checked the site, it said no order has been placed. However the wallet was in my cart at double the price (4999). This is not acceptable!

                                  I have booked Men Orange Solid Varsity Jacket in Myntra site and the Myntra seller sent different colour Jacket i have rejected the Jacket and Myntra have return taken but Myntra have cheated me because Myntra will deducted 150 rupees without any resons my booking time deducted Rs 998.45.00/- and Myntra returned only Rs 849.45 only and order id is[protected]-2357801 cheating the Myntra

                                    I ordered an ear ring from Myntra - "Zaveri Pearls Gold-Plated Beaded Stone-Studded Jhumkas".
                                    Order No:[protected]-6117403

                                    One of the Jhumkis of it was missing when I opened the package. I tried to log a return but they said my address is not under return pickup service (and that is not true and I had returned / exchanged from same address many times previously) and this was no where mentioned at the time of order.

                                    When I called and email Myntra Customer Service - they said that they can not consider this return as the item was shipped and delivered in good condition.

                                    However, when I opened the package I found a defective ear ring and this is not acceptable.
                                    This is clear cheating.

                                    Myntra says - 30 days return - No questions asked : This is just to make fool of you. BEWARE !!! MYNTRA CHEATS AS WELL.
