I had ordered white printed socks but got plain blue and black socks of cheap quality. Now Myntra is not accepting returns due to their policy for socks that final product may vary in colour.
Mind you this is not variation but all together a different and cheap quality product!!!
This is nothing but fleecing customers.
The packing is intact and not even opened. This is gross negligence of their part and why should a customer be required to pay for getting wrong product???!!!
How do one order socks online through Myntra if this weird policy is followed???!!!

Hi,

I want to return the product I purchased from Myntra.
No one is responding on call despite my many attempts.

At least let me know about the status.
This is highly unprofessional. I have wasted my whole day doing it.
Myntra guys are simply unreachable.
Worst service!

Please look into this asap.
Hello, i ordered a JBL headphone in myntra, their delivery is fine but the thing is i have received an empty Headphone case without headset & the seal is broken, i think their affiliate partner ( elixirnet ) they sold the product actually, they have PURPOSELY done that, as a customer this the first time im getting this issue from myntra.

    I received a wronp product and the dealer is not taking it back when i created a return request. He says i have to get an approved mail so that he can take it back and give me the actual product. Please do the required so that i can at least return this wrong product or exchange it with this product for the right one.

      Hello,

      We bought a product from myntra but we received it incomplete.

      Order no. :[protected]-7413703

      Order product was a anouk women black & maroon printed kurta set with pyjamas & dupatta. But we only received kurta, no pyajama & dupatta.

      We filed a complaint and got that exchanged. But again we received an incomplete product with no pyjama & dupatta.

      Please need assistance on this as this is really frustrating as myntra is fooling its customers.

        Its been very long i am facing this issue..everytime i I call Myntra agent they said that they will raise a complaint and escalate.. I always speak to the manager also and heard the same thing but no resolution is been given to me today and happened the same thing it's been now 15 times that have call the same delivery guy who comes to my property to deliver the product every time he sends an automated message that the product is undelivered, where I am always staying at property to receive the product and this is not the first time . I was waiting since today morning to receive the product but no buddy arrived and you expect me to be normal on this.. if I don't get the product to be delivered today I am taking legal action against this for sure because this is not the first time and obviously the manager Vishal that I spoke to this is going to be hard time for him also because I know how it works no matter how much product knowledge you have no matter how much things u b you take professionally I appreciate it but if I am not getting any resolution today I am taking legal action this is the number for the delivery guy [protected]

          Hi,
          I’ve bought a Nike Bomber jacket from Myntra and got it delivered on 1st April, 18.
          The order id is:[protected]-4688801
          It’s not even 5 months, and the stitches have started wearing out.

          Most disturbing part was, when I complained to Myntra customer service, they said even if the product be fake, as the product had a 20% discount on it, hence they'll not be able to help and almost laughed and disconnected the call.

          I’m going to complain this on National consumer grievance cell for selling fake Nike products and also on Nike social media page with detailed description.

              Sandals delivered in opened package so sent for return and refund on 19th June.
              Constant complaint had been sent but got no response.
              It's been almost 2 months and we haven't received any messages or refund yet, this Is a shame to the company.
              I demand quick action to the earliest.
              The courier company had delivered the package opened and was not ready to take the blame and neither does Myntra.
              What should a customer do who's spending the money for such a big name?
              It was a very big disappointment

                I bought a pair of red tape shoes from myntra of worth INR 1600 on 4th of august 2018 and had a issue with the size, then I have requested a exchange on 4th of august 2018, my exchange was not processed successfully.

                Then I logded a complaint by calling CUSTOMER CARE about my order, they guaranteed me of exchanging my item within three working days but again it did not happen.

                After 10 days that is on 14 august 2018 the exchange request get expired and then I requested a return through myntra app.
                After 4-5 days when no one came to pick it up neither any sms I received regarding the pickup then I again called CUSTOMER CARE service and reported about the incident they told me that pickup time is atmost 10 days you have to wait atleast upto 24 august 2018.

                Again on 24 august 2018 no one came to pick the item I again called CUSTOMER CARE service regarding the issue they told me wait for 3 working days and gave me the guarantee that the item will be picked up.

                Again after 3 working days I called myntra about this and told them to transfer my CALL TO thier seniors, they told me that seniors are busy so they hace scheduled a call from thier side for tomorrow 10:00-10:30 AM, also the call never came.

                Now I am tired of this ### myntra service, thier service runs on luck, whoever gets a vood service is dependent on their luck they never come back to you for resolving your problem.

                Thats why this kind of startups fails, delivering poor customer service.

                Don't trust online shopping !!

                Myntra will sink soon, as I see here their customer satisfaction rate is only 3%.

                  Ordered 2 items on Myntra, been a customer since 2015. Product delivery message received on 28 Aug’18 and again on 29th Aug’18. Delivery guy didn’t deliver the items. Gave false update that customer has requested for rescheduling of delivery. And till today items not delivered. Absolute liar ! I didn even receive one single call and above all I am chasing like mad with Myntra people for my items delivery. Pathetic, disgusting ! Never ever shop from Myntra. I will also write in social media about the poor customer experience. Not worth at all.

                    Women black skinny fit mid-rise ankle length clean look stretchable jeans size: 28

                    Myntra doesn't care about customer satisfaction. The size of the product doesn't match the size chart. I lost my money spending on myntra products. They don't even refund the amount you paid.

                    I am staying in usa. My parents live in india. Recently, i place an order with myntra they delivered me the wrong size. (Placed size 28 but got size 30). My parents didn't take a look on size and shipped to usa. When i saw the size i was really shocked about the product. It was your mistake, for that i can't lose my money and ship it back to india.

                    I even asked for gift voucher in return but customer service don't care about my words.
                    This happend twice with me that's the reason i am filing complaint on myntra.

                      Whats wrong with you guys? I ordered 8 articles! Received only 2 and at my myntra account it says they are delivered to me!!! I want my money backkkk or send me my articles! Its hell not done! I can’t bear[protected] rs loss. Really dissapointed! I will put a complaint against it if you will not resolve my query asap!!!                             Sir, i had ordered a crocs and t-shirt from myntra on 10/8/18 but cancelled it. I called up the myntra executive about the refund for which they told me to wait for 10 days as they have already initiated the refund. On 20/8/18, when i called up another myntra executive telling that it's already 10 days and the money hasn't been refunded yet. To my surprise, he told me that they didn't get the money. However, another executive tells me that that they have refunded the money on 14/8/18 and provided me with a reference no. The reference no they provided is invalid. I called up the myntra customer care and they told me to contact the sbi helpline no. As they will help me out but when i contacted the sbi helpline no., they told me if the money has once reach the merchandise, it is their part to do the needful. I am getting stuck between both the helpline no. Without any avail. Kindly help me with the refund process. The attachments has been provided below.

                            They sent an mail again telling that the refund have been initiated on 10/8/18 itself.Last time, they told 14/8/18.When every Myntra executive tell a different time of initiated refund and some executive have no clue about the refund.
                            Should I actually believe in them?

                            I have already returned the product on 14 and same has been confirmed by myntra customer care. But refund has not been initiated by them.

                              As per my telephonic conversation with your contact center dated 18/8/2018 and dated 25/08/2018 i haven't heard anything about it yet. The contact center representatives are real liars. They give you fake tat and trust me no one calls you or acknowledge ur concerns. So here am again putting my concerns here.                               . However i haven't received any refund nor any update in regards to the product. I have no idea why no one is giving my any update.                                 I purchased men's round neck T-SHIRT on July 15 and used only once but the colour is coming out and mixed to shirt in two different places of the shirt front and back. It can't used anymore now. I won't belief that Myntra Will supply such a bad quality comparing with the cost to t-shirt. I want a new one or shall I complaint to consumer court.i am sending the foto of t-shirt from front and back . Pls do needful .

                                      Ordered for two shirts size 46, and two times they have sent the wrong size 42 and then they say that it's cos of sellers size chart error and they were not willing to give any sort of compensation. I had to buy a new shirt as i ordered this for an occassion.

                                      I spoke to customer service the first time when they sent the wrong shirt and they never spoke of this size chart error and asked me to either exchange or return. So i applied for exchange.

                                      When i received the exchanged ones they were also of size 42 instead of size 46. Now when i call them how upsetting this while ordeal is they were reluctant in owning up to their mistake and blamed it on me saying i picked size l instead of xl. I told them there was no mention of l or xl in the app but only in numbers i. E. 42 or 44 or 46. Then they said it's the mistake of seller, that they had updated the wrong size chart online and i purchased based on the wrong size chart.

                                      Now they are asking me to apply for exchange again or get refund. It is my birthday today and i had to go through this ordeal with them all day. Now i had to shell out additional 2000rs for a mistake of not mine. I spoke to customer service and their response was 'your issue does not qualify for a compensation'. I was so hurt to hear those words that too on my birthday and felt very offended.

                                      I have attached the wrong sized shirt that was sent to me with a tag saying size 42 instead of size 46. I understood i was not going to get anywhere by talking to them so i am here needing some help on getting compensation. Please help.

                                        On 13th august we were suppose to receive the below product "corsica brown solid sling bag" along with "kraus jeans" order #[protected]-3905801. However when the delivery executive "suraj" arrived to deliver the product he was having only one product which was "kraus jeans", to which we informed him that we were supposed to receive one more product "corsica sling bag". He told us that he has only one product at this time and will get the 2nd product tomorrow (Which never happened).
                                        We received an sms & email stating both the product has been delivered, to which we immediately reported the issue with myntra support that corsica sling bag was not delivered. After the investigation from support we received an email that the said claim stands declined and we would not be inclined to look at the same anymore. I raised this concern on twitter as well, to which i received a similar reply

                                        My concern is resolved, i haven't received the product till date neither the refund amount. This amount is very small however its questioning my integrity now as the email from your customer support is disheartening and not the kind of support a customer is expecting. I have spoken to suraj (Delivery executive) and vijay (Cc'd in the email) who are aware of the incident.

                                        The package was sealed when we received and if the package was suppose to have 2 products in it, then i requested them to have a look at the cctv footage of the package when it was in the process of packing and share the footage with with to which they replied 'its internal and they cannot share'.
