I placed an order for three wrangler jeans vide order no.[protected]-9602503 on 14 july 2018. The cost of jeans was 1744.96 + 1744.96 + 1296.96 = rs. 4786.88

On receipt of material at my end, i did not find them to my liking and opted to return all three. My request was accepted and the same were picked up shortly thereafter.

Refund on all three items was initiated. However, i received only one payment for rs. 1744.96 in my bank account on 24-07-18. This is cost of one jean only. Balance amount of rs. 3041.92 for two jeans has not been returned/refunded inspite of the fact that over a month has passed since the refund process was initiated.

I tried to call on the number given at the site. However, it was of no help as i was unable to speak to anyone; it kept me in a loop that was absolutely frustrating with no results.

I want my refund immediately.

    I ordered two roadster tshirts through the myntra early on the month of august and the product shows delivered in the status but i didnt received the product yet, firstly the first tshirt shows deliver within a day of ordered then thesecond tshirts shows delivered on the day specified for expected delivery, when i call through the customer care thy just took the complain and thy didnt give any specified information and correct answers after a lot of phone calls, please i need to know the mistake of the status and the full refund bank into my debit card that i used for purchase, if not i will be ready to take the better decisions against the myntra!!

      I recieved product without out price tag. Instead it was attached as sticker to the transparent cover in which it was wrapped and the product is not being accepted for return as the price tag is missing. I received a product without price tag and proper quality check. I have placed a return request within one hour of recieving that product and all package is intact the way i received it

      I have received giordano watch without price tag and proper quality check instead price tag was placed as sticker on box and transparent cover. I have placed for return within an hour but return is being rejected because of missing price tag. I don't even disturb the packaging. I don't get it how will i provide price tag when dint receive the product with price tag. I really felt cheated by ordering from myntra.

        As per my telephonic conversation with your contact center dated 18/8/2018 (Reference number [incident:[protected]]) i haven't heard anything about it yet. So, the concern was, my two orders[protected]-1178003 &[protected]-7529803 were picked up by one of your courier partners dated 17/8/2018, friday. His name is ajay contact no: [protected]
        . However i haven't received any refund nor any update in regards to the product. I have no idea why no one is giving my any update. I am very dissatisfied with the same. I really appreciate if you could help me with this and respond asap. I need this to be solved and need my money back.

          Dear sir,

          My complain is regarding to my order in myntra. I ordered a shoes from myntra in which i didn't receive laces of it. So i lodge a complaint against it in myntra. But they denied and said that product is complete from their end. And they are not providing any solution to this. Please do needful in this regard. Why would i lie if i receive a incomplete product.

            Hi

            I ordered a kurta from Myntra.com. payment was made in advance. Now when it reached me, the quality of product is really low..there are threads coming out from everywhere in the kurta and the fabric is used is really cheap! Despite of requesting again and again they ain't ready To exchange or return it. Kindly help! The cost of the kurta is approx 700 rupees and they are expecting me to use it as it is in this worst condition.

              I had canceled an item from an order on 17th aug but i am unable to get any information regarding the refund. And even though the other two items were just packed i still couldn't change the shipping address. Now that i have refused to accept the other two items from the delivering person, i wonder when will i be able to know about the refund status.

                Sir I ordered a wall clock price was 627 and the piece was damage and company refused to change or return and I am very disappointed towards the company attitude...I just 4 to 5 times to customer care executive they did not take any serious action on my issue ...I just want to exchange it... ...if I m paying a money then why I should take a damage piece...

                  I have ordered a women’s michel kors watch worth rs 14995 and what i recieved is men’s armanj watch of rs 13995. I have already registerd a complaint on that same day i got the courier, and now i got a mail that your complain and claim is denied! I have sent an email already enclosing all the pictures ordr number and all things that i required by you! Now i want my money back otherwise i am going to file complaint against this!

                    Hello Team,

                    This with regards to the subjected order
                    [protected]-7341703 which was placed on 15 August 2018, from your app . The ETA for the delivery of my order was 21 August 2018.

                    Unfortunately I have not received the product despite multiple follow up.

                    As per my conversation with your rep I was been told that the delivery is going to be as per ETA, things would be sorted by 25 August 2018.

                    Guess what !!! Last night my order was cancelled because " Myntra did not want to deliver the product to me which does not qualify quality check" .

                    Again does Myntra have Authorization to cancel customer orders as they like without notifying ??? I am really interested to know.

                    Secondly does Myntra actually do a quality check 6 days later we place the order ?

                    This is very poor service, i would really want to uninstall your app and move on ..

                    Finally I decided to place the order through Flipkart, and thanks to their wonderful service I am receiving my product in just a day " completing quality check in a day ".

                    Again in just a "single day "

                    Again my only concern is why am I not been informed despite me proactively following up with you that eventually Myntra cannot deliver the product that they have it under their own app.

                      I had ordered for one jocket but it was misfit. I returned it and asked to transfer to your account. Then I ordered for one sweater and 2 track pants.
                      The sweater was delivered yesterday and today one track pant. In fact it was combo offer for 2 track pants and not one. !. Today only one track pant was delivered and it is clear case of cheating .
                      To resolve this issue please collect the track pant immediately and inform the action being taken. you can see from the order it is pants ! and not one pant. it is of poor quality and not worth for the money paid - Rs.599 + tax + delivery charges.

                        Hello team,

                        I'm satish and this is my registered email id in myntra.
                        I was told by your executive yesterday that i will get a mail regarding the conversation which i had with the follow up mail, but no confirmation given. So embarrassing about these false commitment.
                        Let me come to the issue.
                        Frankly to say this is the 1st time i was trying to purchase.
                        I had a myntra credit points of rs:200 and when i tried to purchase i didn't find that.
                        After checking on it i came to know that it got expired and so i contacted the myntra through chat and they said it's for 90days and they was checking on it, unfortunately the chat got disconnected.
                        Then in the evening i made a call where is 1 agent took the call and he was simply putting me on hold and there response from was not proper!
                        So that i gone through your complete "term and condition" of those referral credit which was given to me and i said him that it's for 90 days, because he was arguing with me saying it's for only 1 days. I said it's your t*c how it will change and he said for you we have given for 1 days only.
                        And he was not checking anything properly and no proper response from him.
                        In a 30 mins call the placed me hold for almost 20mins.
                        I was not convinced so asked for the supervisor or a manager, but he said there are not available, so he will arrange a call back.
                        I said fine okay, but asked him to send me a confirmation as a email. He said our call is recorded so i will not give false promises.
                        But still now i didn't get any response.
                        It's so frustrating and the behavior is not at all agreeable.
                        So kindly if some one check. For this and revert me back as early.

                          I have placed 2 orders. Order no[protected]-9911103 dated 5 august and another one with order no[protected]-7880301 om 3rd august. Both of my orders didn't get delivered yet. Its about 20 days and you guys haven't deliverd my products. Neither i am able to cancel my orders. This is very much unexpectable from myntra. If you are not able to deliver then atleast give the option to cancel if the delivery date is already crossed.

                          I placed an order on Aug, 2018 through Myntra mobile app and cancelled it immediately for which i got a mail from Myntra that refund has been initiated but i haven't recieved the amount yet and i am unable to contact the coustomer care as well.                             I buy one product from myntra on 18th of august with the price of rs 1048 but when i recieved the product then they took rs 1678 and i took the product as a proof so that i can file a case against them. It is not a matter of product. Most important thing is that i got cheated. If this is the way they treat there customer then it should be very harmful. As they become millionare within a year by cheating their customer. I am complaining because i don't want that it would be repeated with anybody else.

                              I recieved a product in worst condition possible, where the product was crushed, had stains and not even packed properly. The product is from a renowned brand “All about you” still the product appears to be of a local vendor. It didn’t even match the description. Highly disappointed. I’m a regular buyer from this website. But their quality and service is continually detoriating. It was a gift for someone and reached the reciever in such a pathetic condition.

                                I am a New but a regular customer with Myntra. Last week I ordered Maybelline New York super black Kajal. Unfortunately it’s manufacturing date is Feb 2016 and has already expired in feb 2018(24months). Why didnt myntra do a quality check on the seller’s products. I wasted my time in waiting for an expired cosmetic. Please take this back and give me a fresh piece.
                                I have pre-paid this order so my money is blocked. Didn’t expect such a big goof-up at myntra’s end

                                  I ordered two products from myntra but cancelled it and two weeks had passed but my refund is not processed, I called them and they said they have successfully done the payment so I have to contact my bank . Bank said that you have to visit your home branch I am in different town for studies so how I am supposed to go to my home town. When I went for the online complaint of the bank they asked the reference no but that too is incorrect . The amount is not back in my account so is this my my duty to call every place and ask for my refund. very bad customer service.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that your pick up parter phone no. [protected] is always switch off. The return order no.[protected] was declined by you, without sending any representative to collect it.
                                    I have place the return request once again vide return ref no.[protected], trying to call the above number, but its switch off. Kindly see that order is collected within prescribed time and my money is refunded back.

                                    Order number:[protected]-8707401 was sent back without delivering, every time i try to contact the above number either it was not reachable or switch off.

                                    I’m ordered a jack&jones shirts but shirt’s back beside shoulder position there is stiching problem . Then I select to return but after a few days they tell my return request is declined.. I want to return the product then I want my cash .

                                      I requested for the return of this order no.[protected]-0643601 on 3rd august 2018. I received a sms that this product will be picked up but then by the same evening i got a sms that it has been rescheduled as the customer requested. It was done without my consent. I called up twice at myntra and discussed the issue with two supervisors but still after 17 days no action has been taken and still my return request is pending. I now request that some action should be taken against the agency and the person who does send wrong sms without the consent of the customer. I am a customer since 2016and and i believe that myntra still understands the value of customers.

                                        I had ordered a raymond's blanket from myntra.com. On opening the outer packaging i found out the inner packaging zip was broken and there were stains on the blanket. I placed a return request immediately but nobody came to pick it within the promised time. So i again placed return request and again nobody came. After another couple of return requests a myntra representative came to pick it but declined to accept it giving reason that the packaging was damaged and that there were stains on the blanket. So i contacted myntra.com again and to my shock i was told that return will not be accepted because they were sure that a fresh product was sent. Now i'm stuck with a damaged product. This is nothing but cheating of highest level. Really disappointed with myntra.com
