Hello Myntra,
I am happy to see the offers provided by you. Actually i ordered a shirt and a t shirt through myntra mobile app. But my item hasn't been delivered yet.
And today i got call from your delivery boy, and just shocked with his behaviour while I'm talking about my address to deliver that item. No manners how to talk with customers and also threatening me by saying that take this item by yourself if you want it, i can't deliver it.
How can you do this if your are taking the delivery charges too.

    I am very unhappy with Myntra Services. I had ordered a Men's Red Boxers for myself Placed On: 23 Jun 2018
    Order No:[protected]-6783401.

    but Myntra team delivered a Women's Top on 30th June 2018.
    I submitted a complaint against it on 1st July 2018 but of No use. They are asking me to selfship after being their fault.
    again i complaint against it on 7th July 2018. one of the customer agent said ok sir it will be picked up, but status is same.

    Today on 21st July I have complaint against it for 3rd TIME.
    initially they said it will be picked up but now again saying to selfship.
    Even Senior customer officer Kinjal also asked me to selfship & giving various reasons of it cant be picked up &
    after putiing me on Hold She did not come on the phone & disconnected my no.
    So request the Myntra team to please refund my money for the same & pathetic Customer care team

      I ordered a set of 2 t shirts (one combo), I recieved only one of the two - the order one was missing . So naturally I issued an exchange . A few days later, the exchange order arrives but the deilvery man arrives but refuses to exhancgr the order unless he gets confirmation from Myntra. I have tried to call the customer care thrice now, its always busy .

        Worst delivery service by Myntra, it's been more than 2 weeks and the product has still not been delivered. All the assigned delivery persons are rude in behaviour and they just cut your call when u ask why such thing happened. Its really frustrating that even after registering complaints 2 times they are still not resolved and in addition to that there were no updates from Myntra.

          I had made an order of ziyaa black and blue kurti of costing Rs.555 respectively. I have a fitting issue so I want to return it back but the courier boy (Ankit Chauhan) Lucknow refuses to take it back and misbehaved and on phone employee of Myntra ( Vikas Singh) told me that if you want to return you won’t get money back.

            Dear sir,

            My sister had bought 3 items i, e, 2 top costing Rs.418.95 & 627.90 and 1 jeans (Estrolo) costing Rs. 628.95.

            On 30th june, she had requested to return all items and on 1st July myntra person (Mo. No.[protected]) has taken all item for return. But again next day one more person came to take jeans but we had already given that jeans to 1st person. My sister tried to call that person but number was switched off.

            Now, my sister have received refund of only top and not jeans.

            Few days ago I called myntra customer care and Complained about non receipt of jeans refund and she said it will be resolved and refund will be credited but we have not received any refund.

            Please look into the matter and refund as ASAP or we will take some Legal Action.

              - It was Sunday 8th July and I was just back to Mumbai from London and was travelling to Bangalore. 2 t-shirts were delivered on 4th July and was waiting for delivery of 3rd.

              - App updated order status as delivered on 8th July for final part of the order

              - I probably show it on 10th or 11th July. I asked family to check and also check with neighbors. basically t-shirt was not delivered but app updated.

              - 12th July called to raise a complaint. They went around the house, finally raised a complaint. Did not provide complaint # & said the issue will be fixed in 48 hours. They also said, they will email me with complaint reference no.

              - nothing happened in 48 and no update recvd from Myntra.

              - I called up again on 15th or 16th. Same story. " Sorry sir. The issue will be fixed in 48 hours.". I persuaded and he gave me complaint reference no this time. He also said we will email you and also update you on status.

              - nothing happened in 48 hours and no updated recvd from Myntra

              - 21 July I show the status of the order changed to "Lost". So called up CS and asked to speak to the manager. There was some lady. she started with sorry and explained that it is marked lost and refund is initiated. no updates were provided to me unless I called up.

              • why do I have to call you every time to get an update
              • if that's how it is, why do you tell the customer that we will send you email, update you and fix the issue in 48 hours.
              • team leads / managers in CS don't listen to customer. they keep repeating without really understanding complaint or issue or do anything to fix it and make customer happy. experience of talking to manager or team lead today was worst every CS call I have had.

                I had ordered a jeans pant and it's delivery date was shown as 1st August but it came on 18th July. I ordered it seeing it's delivery date as i was going out of station till 28th July.
                And now the company delivery people are refusing to deliver it and they have returned the product back to company and without my consent marked it as cancelled.

                Very poor experience with myntra online shopping

                  Kanjevaram saree order no[protected]-3787001 as I mentioned earlier also the delivery timing is highly delaying wat is tat u guys will take 1 month to deliver the product or wat firstof all the product quality will not be in good condition selling 1st copy product now I come to know that this is worst online shopping ever stop making ads about fast delivery and all stop fooling people after getting this complaint atleast send my product quickly worst experience ever

                    I had created a return request for an Oakley sunglass worth Rs. 4958.60 on 12th July, which was picked up by ecom express on 13th July. I called the myntra customer care, they told me that i will get the refund after it passes the quality check.. Now the product was already delivered to myntra warehouse, but i haven't received my refund yet. I request myntra to please refund my money as fast as they can.. I need the money urgently.

Everytime i call them, they tell me to wait and keep patience but still refund is not happening. I request myntra please give me refund as soon as possible, it's very urgent.                       I received the items on 20th July at 8:20pm but
                      I received only the antique gold toned bangles
                      I didn’t receive the dress.I have paid for both the iteams.

                      But myntra says both iteams have been delivered

                        I ordered grey HRX running shoes from Myntra and I was not satisfied with the quality of the shoes and thus i placed a return request. The request was first placed more than a week back and it keeps on getting cancelled because of no fault of mine. The delivery person never comes and when i try calling the number is either switched off or the person denies his responsibility. I have already called on the registered mobile number provided and registered the complaint twice but no action has been taken and i again got a mail saying that the pick-up failed but the guy never even showed up and neither was I able to reach him because his phone was switched. I am very tired of this unprofessional behaviour of Myntra. The last date till when i can return the shoes is 2nd August and i can't keep filing for a new cancellation order every day. I am very pissed at the company and i pledge to never use this website ever again. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                          After complaining too many times I received the box on 15 July
                          When I opened it was an empty box earphones r not there.
                          Only the cable and packaging of box .
                          After that I talked to them raised complaint .
                          they r saying we have checked there is no any problem from our side

                            I ordered the product Natio restore cleansing milk on 22 of June 2018(there was sale going on in Myntra & the product costs Rs 894) which I received on 1st of July between 6 pm to 7 pm. As soon I received the product I was eager to use it but just when I opened the cap of the bottle I found a typical oily smell from it & when I checked the MFD, EXP DATE etc I saw the product was a way backdated product. The MFD was June 2014 & the Exp Date was June 2017. Yes..2017! Myntra sent me a cosmetic product which expired 1 year before. Then & then I called Myntra Customer service & lodged a complaint regarding the issue. As it was a nonreturnable product so I had nothing to do but only to wait for the response from Myntra as they said that they will look after the issue. But after 5/6 days when I found no response from their side I called them again & reexplained my problem & then I was said that my complaint was declined by Myntra team as according to them they sent me a new & fresh product!!! I requested them to transfer my call to any higher executive of Myntra CS that I can know what exactly was going on! After 3 mins keeping my call on hold I was able to talk to their higher authority(As they said) & then the Madam explained the whole thing in the way that I didn't clearly mention to their team before that whether the product was "defected" or "expired" one & so they were unable to take any step!!! That was first lie said by Myntra team as more than 10 times I mentioned to them that the product was the expired one. Then she told me to wait for two more days to get the response from them & I was provided a email address that I can send the images of the product. Without wasting time I sent images(with all the details & labels on the bottle) of the product but as usual received no response from their side even after 4 days since I sent all the details & then again I called Myntra & I was said the same that they sent me the product after checking the qualities & they sent me a proper product(biggest lie by Myntra) & so they can't help me regarding my issues!!! They absolutely denied their mistake & portraits the whole thing as I was lying!!! I asked them to provide me the papers on the quality check & details of the product. They told me it's confidential!! Well here I spent 900 for the rubbish & now I can't even check how good quality they actually sent me!!! It was the worst experience ever!! The product took almost 900 & now I can't use it! It's not the first time Myntra sent me an expired product. 1 year back I experienced the same with a Kaya skin clinic product but that time the product was expired by 2 months when I received it. I complained against that but then I didn't want to go all the returning process & all as then Pick up facility by Myntra was not available at our pin code & I thought by mistakenly it happened & this not gonna happen again. But no they did it again & this time it's ridiculous that they sent me a garbage. Hell with Myntra & their customer service.

                              I ordered a few products from Myntra a few days back and the delivery guy that was assigned to deliver my product was making a fool of me that he will deliver it in the evening and when I called in the evening he told me he got some important work at his home and promised that he will deliver it the next day, so we both agreed on that and next morning when I called AGAIN he told me the company took the parcel last night so he can't do anything and when I tried to understand the real reason he told me that he will beat me, Imagine I could have filed an FIR against him but I didn't.

                                I ordered a set which includes Kurta and plazzo..when I rcvd the order I found that plazzo was missing..when I notified myntra they asked me to return the item..which is fine..when the exchanged item was delivered again the plazzo was missing..again when I notified myntra about this..they said they will ship the missing item...after this was communicated to me..I kept chasing asking date on which the missing item will be delivered..they kept saying they will update me shortly..mean while I used the Kurta as I thought I would not have to return it..n now myntra is asking me to return the Kurta..Isn't this called [censored]ing customers..I have asked myntra to reimburse plazzo amount..to which they have denied...

                                  I have purchased a bluetooth earphone, the sound quality and the bulid quality is very bad so i want it to be return, but in myntra aap there is no return option is showing and when i go to help menu, it shows it can't be returned due to the nature of the product, but in myntra's return policy it shows return can be possible within 30 days but should be in original condition and packing with the tags

                                    I ordered several items from myntra on 2nd july out of which i raised a request for exchange of one lee jeans having order id[protected]-1638103. Pickup was scheduled on 9th july but at that time i was out of the city so i rescheduled the pickup on 11th july but till now 12 days passed but no one came to pickup the item not i got the exchanged product. I appx talked several times with customer support of myntra but each and every time, i got a response that we raised your complaint and just wait for 48hrs. Its rediculous behaviour of myntra as i am the valuable customer of myntra since last 8-9years but now i will not order anything from myntra and will suggest the same to everyone. No help from customer support. Registered complaint number is[protected]. I also requested to arrange a call with the supervisor of myntra but no one called me till now. How myntra become this much unprofessional, its strange to see. I want my exchanged product asap.

                                      Myself Prashant Mali, I ordered wildcraft bag from myntra appliction on date 16 july 2018.this ordered bag i received on date 19 july 2018.As shown wildcraft bag in myntra application and recieved bag is very different. The bag recieved by me is fake.The Bag content is very different as compared to original wildcraft bag.The myntra company fraud with me.and i call to myntra customer care and they can't help me.And they can not return back product.
