Dear sir,
My sister had bought 3 items i, e, 2 top costing Rs.418.95 & 627.90 and 1 jeans (Estrolo) costing Rs. 628.95.
On 30th june, she had requested to return all items and on 1st July myntra person (Mo. No.[protected]) has taken all item for return. But again next day one more person came to take jeans but we had already given that jeans to 1st person. My sister tried to call that person but number was switched off.
Now, my sister have received refund of only top and not jeans.
Few days ago I called myntra customer care and Complained about non receipt of jeans refund and she said it will be resolved and refund will be credited but we have not received any refund.

Please look into the matter and refund as ASAP or we will take some Legal Action.
