Not able to use myntra gift card[protected]-1581003)
Gift card sent to m. [protected]@gmail.com.
Its been 5 days still she has not received an email with giftcard number or pin. I have been enquiring on chat but no one responded properly or helped me out with this.
Please send an email to m. [protected]@gmail.com with gift card number and pin. Else please refund my 2000rs.
I will never opt for myntra e gift card for next time.

    Myntra has recently suspended my account i m using from past 3 yrs without any reason.. I have called myntra many times in past couple of days however they are still working.. I have few items in my orders thats are already approved, and other are needs to be return before 30 days period ends but i have no clue how to proceed it.

      I have ordered United Colors of Benetton Men Black Slim Fit Solid Regular Trousers which costs Rs 1600 and Beige & Black Printed Unstitched Dress Material which costs Rs 335 in the 3rd week of July, 2018. I have received the products in the last month of July, 2018. But I have placed a return order for both the products as I didn't like the fabric quality. REDDY NAGARAJU( 91 [protected]) has picked up both the items on AUGUST 3rd, 2018.
      I have received the refund amount of Rs 335 of only one item( Beige & Black Printed Unstitched Dress Material ).

      I have NOT received the refund amount of Rs 1600 for United Colors of Benetton Men Black Slim Fit Solid Regular Trousers.

      It was only updated as RETURN REQUEST PLACED instead of PICKED UP for United Colors of Benetton Men Black Slim Fit Solid Regular Trousers item.

      I would like to know the status of my refund amount.
      Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I had requested for return of my order which was not done till now. I want my refund immediately.

      Also their was no action taken from Myntra.

      I am very worried that.

      Can someone help???
      They do not deliver the product, after chasing up and after sending the delivery msg. Called the courier guy did not reach called two times. Very courier service

        I had ordered aurelia yellow kurta set (Kurta, churidar&dupatta) from myntra but what i received was just the kurta with churidar and dupatta missing. Hence i raised a pick up for the item. The myntra pick up boy denied receiving the package from me stating that the package is missing with no churidar and dupatta which ironically myntra has not only delivered to me. I had paid rs 1846 for this parcel. Due to myntra i have lost my money and also myntra has caused severe mental harrasment to me in this process of return and even cancelled my return. This is against myntra policy and hence i want myntra to pay for my loss of money and also compensation for the mental harassment caused to me by the myntra support system (Help centre of myntra) and it's delivery people. Myntra has no rights to play with the trust of it's customers. Due to the harrasment caused by myntra i am scared to any shopping online.

          I ordered a biba salwar suit which I have been received and initiated return, the item has been picked up and same updated in my app too as item received refund will be initiated, when I called to customer care they passed time by saying have patience and query will be resolved and passed one month and yet my refund not initiated, when I approached through emails they simply told that without any pick up receipt they can't do anything and declined my refund, pick up receipt which I never received from past 4 years of my shopping from any pick up agent, they just robbed my money..

            After reaching out to the Myntra customer care several times to resolve the wrong product delivery issue, I am left with nothing but try to find out how to take action against such problems. It started with Myntra sending a wrong product to me. I initiated a return. I had done the same earlier too — didn’t realise it’s any different for a wrong product. When the correct product came, the delivery man refused to exchange it and misbehaved saying first sort it out with customer care as his app said not to accept the product. He behaved as if I was trying to take the product for free. Since then, till now it’s been almost a month, the product has been reaching my address in Pune, and going back to the shop (I guess in Gurgaon), saying it’s “undelivered”. The reason is the delivery man’s app says not to accept it even when the customer care has approved it! Of course, the delivery man gives a damn to behave properly or even talk to customer care to find out why he is not receiving the approval. In fact, he said “jo karna hain karo.” I have been a regular customer of Myntra, but after this episode I am concerned to order anything from Myntra at that address as 1. What if I again get a wrong product or have to exchange and go through this harassment 2. What if this delivery man deliberately harasses because I complained about him. Whom should I reach out to now? It’s not about the amount I spent. It’s about the self-respect and so that it doesn’t happen to another customer. Thanks, Kasturi

              I had placed an order On myntra on 29/7/2018. Order no. Was[protected]-6505303.
              Order included 2 products. One product was delivered and other product was shown as lost in the app. But no refund is yet provided. There is no option available to trace the refund amount. No option to contact customer care service.
              Make them refund the amount of the product 356/- .

                I am a customer of myntra from last 3 years.
                I bought ucb shoes on 3rd august, unfortunately i got the defective piece of shoes. After that i request a refund request. Delivery boy said that you need a pre approved request for the same.
                As i trusted and have faith in myntra, i have thrown the shoe box.
                While talking to nandini (Myntra supervisor), she behaved rudely and said we cannot help you in any way.
                I have even requested her that you can ask delivery boy to check the condition of shoes but she refused me rudely.

                Please help me how to refund my amount as those shoes are of no use to me and i am seriously not going to use myntra in future.

                  Money paid by credit card visa no.[protected].82 inr.
                  The product was lost in transit.
                  No refund has been done till now. I placed the order, recieved confirmation and information of shipping, subsequently i was notified that the item has been lost in transit and a refund will be initiated. I am still waiting for the return after 2 months whereas myntra promises refund within 2 weeks.

                    transfer myntra credit amount to my bank account

                    Myntra has a strange policy that amount in the myntra credit cannot be transferred to bank account. Forcing a customer to purchase only from myntra after return or exchange. This is exploitation. There must be a provision to transfer amount to bank account on return of a product.

                    I would want my amount to be credited to the bank account...

                    I have recently bought a product (INVICTUS Men Khaki & Blue Slim Fit Checked Casual Shirt, Order No. –[protected]-4493003) which was delivered on 25th July2018. The product which I have received that is a used one and tags were teared. Then immediately, I have requested for an exchange on the date 25th July. From 26th July it’s showing on packed state. Expected delivery date was on 1st Aug. I have been a fan of myntra and felt deceived when the customer care failed to provide the reason or solution to the problem after several follow-ups. Not sure who can help me to get my product.

                      My return of order no[protected]-3736801 was already picked up on date 26.07.18. Pick up receipt was not provided by delivery/pick up boy and i have not received my refund yet. When calling, they do not tell any suitable solutions.

                        I make order on 2 may 2018 om mytra online shopping of order number[protected]-2950503 which was delivered on 7 may 2018.After two months entire net of shoes is torn out completely. The shoes is defected it costs me 6359 after discount. The company policy is to return after a month but what will consumer do if shoes is defected kindly look into matter.

                          I ordered a saree on one of the discount sale time for rs 754 (Inclusive tax) and the estimate delivery time was almost a week and 3 days. When there was still 3 more days for the delivery the myntra team cancels the order without intimating me and i get to know about it when i get a cancellation mail. I immediately checked on site to see what happened, i see the product is still available with a higher price where as my order was cancelled stating product out of stock.
                          When i called the customer care number a lady by name prachi answers saying there's nothing she can do but give me a good will coupon for which i have to shop for 1000 to get 400 off. I tried using the coupon for the same product but it gave me a error saying that this coupon is not valid for this user if it had told not valid for selected product i can understand but it said invalid for this user.
                          I called the customer care number again and this time guy named manish gulati picks up the phone and after listening to whole issue and unable to convince me that the product was actually out of stock he promised to deliver me the product i placed order for the sale price for which i gave appreciation for him to his manager. After 4 days i don't see any progress though they promised the issue will be taken care in 2 days.
                          Now i called the customer care number again and this time a lady picked up to say all the promise made was fake nothing can be done to the cancelled product and that they can't help me much n will look into the coupon issue, she even said may be in one of our warehouse the product went out of stock. I said i placed order with myntra n not with ur particular warehouse. Basically mytra played a sale gimmick n cancelled the order so that we place the order for the same with higher price as we have liked the product.. U have a good name pls stop playing such cheap sale game with customers.

                          I got 3 wrong products consecutively.. i got completely different product than what i ordered each time and i have to call again and again for this purpose.. and moreover the new article after exchange is also wrong.. it has been really a big problem for me and now i have trust issues ordering at your site again..very bad management..

                              I had put a request for return of a jeans, on which they kept on sending me the dates for it's pick-up, i tried calling the executive contact no which they had provided, but their executive name-Sumit Mishra didn't picked it up, after which i dropped a mail to them and after that i called on their Customer care no, Their Executive named- Akshay Kumar answered it and assured that it will be picked within 2-3 working days, and provided the contact details of another executive of theirs which was i wrong no, because of which i was unable to contact their executive, Then again the product was unpicked and again i called on their customer care no which was answered by Mr. Pawan he again assured it will be picked within 24 hours which was again unpicked, i again called and complained regarding the same which was answered by Mr. Shubham he assured the same as before, after that again i spoke to Mr Rahul from their customer care team he assured me the same. The executives appointed by Myntra make false promises again and again and they have no sense of responsibility against customer service. I would request everyone do not waste your time & money on shopping with myntra, they provide very bad customer service.

                                I first time call help centre that time agent confirm all details and provide resulation time only 48 to 72 hours but not resolve my problem and again time connect the help centre but not help me. Please help me.

                                  Myntra delivery executivr called in saying your order is ready for delivery. Delivery executive stated the order has to be paid by cash only. Informed delivery execurive will be paying thru card delivery executive stated will only accept cash. Where as myntra sent me a msg stating it can be paid thru cash or card. Called myntra cust care informed abt whole thing cust service stated will get resolved in 2 days but after that they send me msg stating that due to non payment of the product it was not delivered

                                    My order was about to deliver on 3/august/2018 but it got delayed and myntra didn't update any information regarding that. I request you to update the delivery date and delivery my order as soon as possible. The order is not even able to track it but we got cancel option over there. I[censored] are nt able to deliver that order. You shouldn't conform the order and delay the order.

                                      The product tat we ordered was Boult Bluetooth headphones and the product was totally damaged because of carelessness and the the box in which the headphones was present was totally crushed
                                      It was soo damaged, d symbol had scratches sound is gud means inner working is gud but external is damaged SO I AM REQUESTING U TO LOOK THROUGH THIS ACCORDING OR ELSE PEOPLE WILL NO TRUST UR SITE
