Hi,
I am caling you guys from past couple of days, for my refund that is pending to be done by you for Rs. 1531.67. I have returned the product on 12th of December & have been continuously following up with you guys to get the refund done, but every time I am getting a reason "give 2 business days “and then nothing is been done. I called you customer care & the guy didn’t understood the query, so I asked him to connect me to a Supervisor, & there I got supervisor named Priya--Now Even Ms. Priya was not understanding my situation & was again & again frustrating me & on top of that she also took a wrong complaint &, getting frustrated with her I asked her to connect me to her SUPERVISOR & I was connected to YUSUF. Mr.Yusuf another Idiot on that Floor there with tht Stupid PRIYA, I think both of them might be in their Lullabai mode as both of them God knows wht they understood between each other, as I said THEY took the wrong complaint. When I called back again the next day I was told issue is resolved. But that dumb idiot lovers I must say (Yusuf & Priya) tried to solve a case which was nt even my concern/query. Like a crazy lady I am calling you guys from so long but I am just getting tht TAT's and nothing else. Shame on you guys I must say, your CEO is in my Friends list, I will make sure all you guys are fired from that Organization who just gave me reasons to run around the Bush. Bloody Hell with your company...its useless I must say. I am sorry that I am using such harsh words for your people and company but this is because of your company is fit for that because the people they have it there.

    Misleading, cheating, careless service, lack of cashless shoping, disrespectful with customers and lot more. Unfortunately, first and last and worst experience with Myntra. It's been 12 days since I placed order of one shirt and pant together. None of them has been delivered to me. Since last days I'm trying to contact customer care service, no satisfying response. Today delivery guy came with item, saying no card accepted, only cash. OK, I managed to get 2000/- note from my colleague, then guy said, give me change. OK, I managed. After that it was 'try n buy' the refused totaly me to let it try, he's saying if I want to try item, do it on road, wft? What is the use of try n buy scheme? I contacted Service centre. Employees are not allowed to try clothes in office? wtf? You should mention these things on your Ads too. Don't make me take further actions. Else I know what to do with such fake, cheating, and misleading ads and schemes.

      I had returned a Kurti with return reference number[protected] on 17th November 2016 for Rs.577.18 & another return made with number[protected] on 21st November 2016 for RS.737.45. I received credit of the second return, I.e for RS.737.45 on 1st December 2016 but till date I have not received RS.577.18. I have sent atleast 5 mails to myntra for the same.They gave me a RRN number on 14th December stating that according to their finance team the amount has been refunded but the RRN for 2 different refunds which was done on 2 different dates is same.How is it possible? Moreover I sent them screenshot of statement yesterday where there is no such credit, still they are giving me the same reply that it is credited.I have attached the statement here also.please help to get money back.Myntra is cheating

        Below is the acknowledgment for the delivery cancellation, today morning i have received a message from myntra at 10:30 am like the product is out for delivery. After 7:30 pm again i received a message like my ordered product got cancelled after several attempts of calling to my mobile number.

        But the actual things happened is till now i didn't receive a call from myntra to call the product order, the question from my side is with out calling to my mobile number how myntra/delivery guy can cancel my order. Need explanation for this issue asap. My mobile which i have given in the myntra website is correct as i am recieving notification.

        Delivery guys are not proper without informing they are cancelling and returning the product to the origin. After calling customer care they are suggesting me to order the new product from the website. What i need to do now.

          It is with great dissatisfaction and anger that I am writing this compliant towards your delivery service, particularly, the irresponsible and unprofessional service of your company’s delivery personnel, named Ganesh Kumar Reddy. He is a liar, who tell the customers that he is coming in few-minutes time for delivery, but never shows up. He doesn’t pick calls, and when picked makes petty excuses, and finally cancelling the order by himself, without delivering the goods. This has happened not just to me but with my friends as well. I called the customer care three times tThis amount to breach of trust, and yoo look into this matter but nothing has been done.While they give promising words that the things will be delivered, nothing happens!The company’s image has been damaged beyond repair. If action is not taken against this delivery personnel, and customer satisfaction is not assured, you’ll lose customers to your competitors in the market, like your company is losing me and my friends. And I am definitely spreading this irresponsibility to friends, relatives and all, so that they will never order from your e-platform, and thereby, avoiding unnecessary problems. I am just too frustrated for these repeated acts of irresponsibility and utter disrespect.

          And for the amount I’ve paid online, please refund it at the earliest.

          And for the sake of your company’s reputation, please never employ a person like Ganesh Kumar Reddy. The sooner you fire him, the better for your customers, and of course, for your company.

            Delievery date is 27th December but I have not received the shoe ..i tracked the shoe status & I got to know that shoe is just shipped ...
            I would like to know from last 4 days you guys have just shipped the product..😠
            What's wrong with myntra this time.
            I always buy product from myntra because of their good quality product & fixed delievery date...
            But this time you guys yourself spoiled your image

            Now the delievery date is 30th December
            But I want the product on 29th december at any cost..😏
            If you are not going to do this, you will going to loose your customer.

              Hello,
              I have been complaining on Myntra customer Care many times regarding this representative (Mainuddin Shaikh) who was assigned to pick up one of the items (Return Request[protected] from my home address. I have been calling him so that he can let me know when he would be coming for the pickup so that I am available at home at that time but he neither receives my call and even switches off his phone while I am calling. It is the same situation since last 7 days (I placed the return request on 13th Dec) and due to which I asked the customer care to assign this to some other representative. Unfortunately, this was again assigned to him and he has been behaving similarly. I am carrying the item to workplace.

              I must have called 5-6 times to customer care and have to repeat telling the whole issue again everytime. Can you please look into my concern and check if someone individually follows this up, because this will my last attempt for raising this query?

              The steps taken by the company is that they have been following up with the represenative and his manager on this issue once I make a call to them. If the representative picks up the call, he says he will complete the pickup today but doesn't comes to pickup neither makes a call. Then in the evening I get a message that he was unable to pickup the item due to my unavailability. There is no email address for myntra on which I can email them. I searched it on google and the myntra app. If there is so, could you please let me know one, where I can send the email.

                Sir/madam,
                I think this will be my third complaint cause no reponse has been made.I ordered a product on 16 december, my tracking no[protected], thinking myntra to be a good proper service i oredered the product but to my horror its very Bad, totally not worthy of online shopping today is 26 th december i was supposed to get my product on 24.No action has been taken so far. I do Hope You will at least deliver my product .

                I ordered a product on 16 th december and it was supposed to reach by 24 december but i havent recieved the product till now as of late my product number is SHIPPEDOrder No:[protected]-3790403
                I have been waiting for the product almost two weeks now. Please deliver it at earliest . I already did a complaint once but no actions were taken.
                If the product gets delivered today i would be very much obliged.

                    I have made an order of 6k plus on 12 th dec which i wanted to cancel 4 days after placing the order as the delivery date waa 30 dec too late for me, but ur customer care people fooled me and said it has been shipped cnt cancel, just return the order when it comes for delivery, since then no msg and delivery made, today i checked in app it shows order delivered on 19 and 21 dec without any message and order amt is also appearing less 5800 whn i tried to mail via app no address appearing, ur customer care people need 5 days, they are checking my integrity and telling me to check wid guards, dnt they know ur own procedure of delivery and signature, i have been a customer of myntra for long but never faced such issue, i am really gonna debar and file a legitimate against u ppl not for the money but for the amt of stress and irritation u cause -and fool u make out o[censored]s, the delivery suddenly became faster as soon i asked for cancellation and there was no message or intimation of delivery, rather no delivery, u make shopping and ppl like us who pay before the delivery a money making spree for urself, really pathetic service and customer care, check in the foto, there is no email id and there fone doesn't work more than 90% time, my contact no is [protected]

                        I am a regular shopper from myntra and have not faced any difficulties in past 3 years or so. But for my last 2 orders, myntra guys have annoyed me like anything. It is all about their deliverability. I had shopped items for my wife and thought that it will be delivered to me in time. Even i got the notification from myntra that my products are in town and will be delivered by end of the day. When the delivery boy was out for delivery, i had tried to check with him that when he is going to deliver the product. I had given office as my delivery address and my home is 25 km away from my office so i leave around 5:30 pm ist from office i had called delivery boy 25 times but he didn't bother to pick up my call and answer me. I wanted to request him that please deliver me the product before 5:30 pm as it would be convenient for me to leave for home. So i waited in the office till 6:15 pm and then i called the call centre twice.. They obviously had no answer for this. So i esclated the matter and spoke to their escalation desk. I spoke to mr punit and he said he will look into the matter and would update me accordingly. He tried calling the delivery boy but he didn't pick his call as well. By that time, i had left my office considering that he ruined my surprise and was very upset with the way things went. Mr punit had called after 30 mins to tell me that he had arranged delivery for tomorrow in first half as per my suggestion. He apologized to me and said it won't repeat.

                        Date : 21/12/2016 : i suppose to get one exchanged product but as usual the delivery boy didn't even bother to deliver me. I spoke to the call centre and there i spoke to ms deepika and she understood my case and assured me that she will take care of the things. Deepika tried the delivery boy phone but it was not reachable. I said i want the product before christmas party otherwise it's of no use. She said she will make it tomorrow.

                        Date 22/12/2016 : i got a call from deepika saying she is still not getting a hold of that delivery boy and hence she can't assure me of anything. Then, she called me up in the afternoon saying you product is going to get delivered before 5:30 pm. I said ok. Again, the same thing started happening. I called up delivery boy but noone picked up the call. I again had to wait till 6:22 pm to get my product. Finally i got the product. But this time it was some different delivery boy who delivered the product. When i asked this delivery boy that i never knew that you are coming. He said, he is a new joineee and dont know about anything.

                        Meantime, i called up like 18 times to call centre to see where is the delivery boy. Nandini, sandeeep and ramandeep singh are some names with whom i spoke yesterday regarding my concern. At last ramandeeep singh manager to speack with me and then i told him everything and said that i want to talk to the highest escalation point. He said he will arrnage the call for today i. E 23/12/2016 11 am. Till now, i am waiting for call.

                        Some names here :

                        - mr punit : who failed to fulfill his duty and looked into my concern. He did not pay attention to my complaint.

                        - call centre representatives : who did not pay attention to my request. Also, some of them disconnected my call. Also, they are not following up my issue

                        - sachin shinde : delivery boy who annoyed me twice and worked according to his convenience.

                        - rahul waghmare : delivery boy who annoyed me as well

                        - santosh (New joinee) - didn't had any update regarding my product.

                        This incident happened in baner road, pune.

                        This is a clear cut case of mental harrasment which happened to me. I had paid the full amount and they had no right to harrass me like this. They have zero value for customers. Misleading customers by sending different delivery boys.

                        I hereby asking for compensation and apology.

                            I have returned the sweatshirt Russell athlete, your agent picked up the product but I haven't got refund to my account it was almost more than 3 weeks, as per your policy you are refunding not more than 2 weeks.return no[protected].Myntra is good site for online shoppers, we did not expect such cheap service from you guys.Even I have tried to contact you but your telephone seemed to be always busy and tried to send email its too not working.

                              Hi Team,

                              Please help me out to get my product or my money back. I have ordered a product on 14th Dec 2016. It was expected to be delivered to me 17th Dec 2016. But some how thes guys did not delivered me the product. I am chasing to myntra customer care from the last week and they are not giving me satisfactory answer. My product & money of around 2018.36/- is with myntra only. Neither they are giving back my money nor they are delivering my product.

                                Hi Myntra,

                                I bought an item name 'United Colors of Benetton Men White Perforated Sneakers' item id Product code: 1446524 and I made this transaction on 18th Dec'16 for Rs.2078. I regret to inform you that I have received my order on 19th Dec'16. When I opened my parcel I shocked because inside of box only one shoe avilabe. Thats mean i can understnd part of order was missing.

                                Post that I made call to customer care for the same and raised a complaint against missing item. They gave me commitment that they arrange a pick up take back item and refund my money back. Now today I have received a mail for the same in which Myntra mentioned that your pick up request has been rejected from amazon side and we can’t assist you more and can’t refund your money so, keep this item itself. What the hell is going on what should I do with one shoe, its feel me like you guys making me fool and waste my money and time also.

                                I regret to say that there is only false assurance from your side. This is the worst service and item I have seen ever from online shopping portal. This is a type of cheating with customer and fake commitment given from your side. We are surprised for this behavior from a global company like yours, in spite of the seller giving his consent to refund.

                                This is a serious matter, and I take it as a case of cheating. I find no other option but to report the matter to a consumer court or grievance as a criminal/ fraud complaint. We have noticed that each time, I have to initiate the dialog there is only assurance from your side, but no real progress. I have told you, my patience is running out now. We never expect this kind of follow up from a global company like Myntra.
                                I am giving you few more days before getting into a legal course of action. I want my money back in my bank account as soon as possible and I will share your bed services and poor item feedback on all social media and its really impact on your brand name.
                                You guys doing cheating with your customers and making fool all of them.

                                If I will not receive the resolution then I will file a claim in Consumer Court for this and it will more pain full for Myntra brand, mark my words you can’t play with your customers like this.                                 I will ensure you that I am not taking for garneted.

                                Hoping you can understand my disappointment and help me out for this.

                                  Every day in morning I get message for delivery of product but in afternoon I get message that product is unable to deliver.

                                  The courier boy Amar Kunjir : [protected] is not giving delivery to the mentioned address.

                                  Please note that I haven't reschedule the delivery.

                                  Please take necessary action against the delivery boy so that other customers won't face the similar issues.

                                    I ordered three items worth 1437.79 from myntra on 21 december 2016 online.
                                    after several attempts to pay online only once there was confirmation about the amount payment. but it is showing that the amount has been debited twice from my canara bank account. the photographs have been attached. kindly help out as they are not refunding.
                                    after cancellation of order they are only refunding 1016. but the total amount debited is 2874.
                                    so whole of it should be refunded.

                                        Dear Sir/madam,

                                        I had purchased one pair of shoes from myntra company, when I received the oreder the outer packet was properly sealed but when opened the packet I have found that the box was not prooperly packed has normal transparent tape and found yellow stains on shoes which pictures here with I am attaching.

                                        I immediately inform the company and shared all the required documents to them they tols me they will verify te matter and get back to me, I did several follow ups with them they used to say they are investigating the matter.

                                        I called them several times and fianlly they sent one mail where they had mentioned the fault is not from their side as they have done the proper quality checks .

                                        I failed to understand how they can say like that they are indirectly blaming that i have done all the things and dropped the mail to them which is i=unacceptable i have not used the product and the all the tags are proper and kept product as it is.

                                        So I am looking for a help from you as I have not done anything wrong while company is blaming and gave me a defective and used product a nd now refusing to take back the product.

                                        Hope I wil get a help from you and will get a justice from fraud companies
